Kerem ile Aslı Butik Hotel

This hotel is absolutely terrible. First of all, loud live music plays every night at the square right outside my room. The noise blares nonstop until midnight. Since I needed to catch an early flight the next day, I barely got any sleep. I asked the front desk to book a taxi for 6:30a.m., and they promised they would arrange it for me. But when I went down to reception at 6:30 a.m., none of the staff knew anything about my taxi request. This wasted a lot of my time. The hotel staff are extremely untrustworthy.

The breakfast was amazing! And the room very comfortable.

Lack of info re facilities..had to ask for wifi,times of breakfast etc. Very little English spoken. Apart from breakfast food fairly indifferent. Was not informed there was a restaurant on the other side of the building! Obviously an event destination. My suite was entered via the stage so it would be very noisy during a wedding,etc.

Die Unterkunft hat uns eine gute Ausgangslage geboten, um Kayseri zu entdecken. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, auch wenn die Kommunikation in Englisch eine Herausforderung war. Gefallen hat uns ausserdem das Frühstück: es wurde uns ein traditionelles, liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück serviert.

Als Nichtraucher hat uns gestört, dass das Zimmer nach Rauch gerochen hat und sich der Geruch auch in den Kleidern festgesetzt hat.

We liked this area, well taken care of. Breakfast was abundant and the room was nice and special. Parking spot right in front of the hotel.

It was not so easy to find the way to the hotel using online maps.

Aussergewöhnlich gutes Restaurant. Altstadtfeeling kommt im Hotel auf.

Zu wenig Reinigungspersonal für die Anlage nur zwei Personen. Das Personal ist schwierig zu unterscheiden von Gästen. Baustelle direkt um das halbe Hotel herum.

We were not given the junior suite we reserved. Although we loved the room we were given, the bathroom being downstairs was a bit difficult, certainly an issue for older people like us or those not so mobile. Breakfast was good and always served with a smile. The hotel is in a beautiful historic area and within easy walking distance of the castle and other sites.

We booked the junior suite as it stated the outstanding feature of the room is the hot tub. On looking on another booking site this room did not appear to have a hot tub so we wrote to the hotel and asked, they answered that no it doesn't, we asked them to change this misleading quote on Booking.com but they have not done so to date. Most of the staff were friendly except the young lady who checked us in, she only spoke to us to do the formalities but no information proffered about restaurant, breakfast or anything else, even though we can understand Turkish so it was not a language barrier problem. On a positive note, we had to check out and leave the hotel very early to catch a train, the night porter could not have been more helpful, when we called him at reception he quickly unlocked the gates and even rang for a taxi for us when the one we had arranged did not arrive, he carried our bags and we felt nothing was too much trouble for him.

Kleine details, zoals loszittende planken en kalkaanslag op de douchekop. Jammer dat zulke simpele dingen niet voor elkaar is.

Très joli hôtel, bien situé , le personnel est très aimable même s’ils ne parlent guère anglais

otel iyi durumdaydı. ilk odamızda sıkıntı yaşadık ama otel çalışanları yardımcı oldu hemen oda transferi yaptılar. yemekler güzeldi. güleryüzlü ve yardımcı personeller vardı. otopark konusunda sorun yok

Otel gercekten harıka dızayn edılmıs. Yemek salonu odalar ve cevre muhtesem. Kendı evınızde gıbı hıssedıyorsunuz. Aksamları canlı muzik mevcut odalara bıraz ses gelebılır bunu bilmenizde fayda var aksam muzik sesinden rahatsız olmazsanız onun dışında harıka bır otel. Çalışan arkadaşlar güler yüzlü ve ilgililer

Lovely setting, convenient for the city and sites.

The courtyard is pretty.

Staff were flat to unfriendly. One would think a smile to be standard in the hospitality business but they haven’t figured that out yet, or perhaps they don’t particularly care for foreigners, as the staff seemed to be friendly and helpful to everyone except me, the lone foreigner in the place. I travel to Kayseri several times a year but I won’t be back to this place.

Au milieu d’un quartier historique en pleine restauration, l’Hotel représente l’architecture en pierre présente autour du 12ème siècle à KAYSERİ. Idéal pour les touristes en mal de découvertes.

It was a good experiment the only thing I did not like is that there are some noise for some work in the hotel in the morning under my room window. Which was very annoying to me.

Mooie rustige hotel goede ontbijt

Der stilvolle Gebäudekomplex unweit des Zentrums ist in ruhiger Umgebung gelegen und viel attraktiver als die mittelklassigen Stadthotels auf vergleichbarem Preisniveau. Sehr schöne Zimmer, tolles Frühstück und bequeme Betten. Mit dem Mietwagen ca. 10 Minuten zum Flughafen.

Spending a day skiing in Erciyes (25min drive) This hotel is amazing , pictures do not do it justice. We have been lucky enough to travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels , this boutique hotel is one of the best we have stayed in Great service , rooms are unique yet fully kitted out , ours had a jacuzzi. Breakfast was also great. Would not hesitate to recommend. Loved it 10/10

We had only one option for a meal, and although the meal was good, it was quite expensive. But it balanced out with the reasonable room rate and was an excellent stay

Odamızın büyüklüğü iyiydi rahat hareket edecek alam çoktu .banyosu temizdi ve koydukları banyo setleri çok yeterliydi .bizi rahatsız eden tek şey yatağın saga sola dönerken gıcırdaması .sanırım demirden oldugu için .Birde odada sigara içildiği için perdelere yataga sigara çok sinmişti .Bunun dışında personel güler yüzlüydü.Pazartesi ve salı günleri dısında canlı müzik oldgunu söylediler ve odamız hemen dibindeydi denk gelseydik gürültüden rahatsız olabilirsiniz.günlere dikkat ederek oda seçimi yapın .Herkese iyi tatiller

Otel hem iç dizayn ile, hem de lokasyon anlamında çok iyi bir konumda. Şehir merkezinde olması her yere kolay ulaşılabilir noktada yer alması özellikle kayak yapmak isteyenler için ideal ve çok hesaplı. Diğer taraftan otelin konforu, fantastik ve nostaljik ikilisinin buluştuğu odalar ise görülmeye değer!! Kah tarihi bir konak havasını solur iken, kah modern ve konforun tadını çıkarıyorsunuz. Otelin restorant bölümü ise daha da büyüleyici sanki bir ressamın sergisi içinde otelden ayrık kendine münhasır bir atmosfer içinde dönemler arası geçişi hissederek kahvaltı yapmak ve otelin adı ile örtüşen havayı solumak ve hissetmekte çok keyifli idi. Kahvaltı açık büfe olmasına gerek yok! Çünkü hem çeşit anlamında, hem lezzet kalite anlamında, hem de sunum anlamında çok başarılı. 15 dakika önce bilgi vermeniz bekleme süresinide minimize edecektir. Building, room, staff and food

I reserved room with hammam, but hamam is not working

We really liked the treatment of those who served us

I loved the kindness of all staff

That music would not be so loud

One little mirror in the whole suite! Loud music, flashing lights tilill midnight. Gourmet food,attentive staff, armchair cushions gliding out. Need more table space for suitcases. Very clean room with high ceiling.

Love to see old buildings being repurposed. Would have liked to known more about the buildings.. maybe information in a folder in the room.

Structure de petite taille (mais grand standing), située dans un petit noyau historique, ottoman, en cours de réhabilitation. Environnement particulièrement beau. Je conseille les chambres premium. Très soignées, très confortables, salles de bain splendides. Des petits détails à revoir, mais l’ensemble est satisfaisant. En Turquie, réservation faite, il vaut mieux contacter les structures pour demander si un mariage ou une fête doit avoir lieu, pour éviter d’être dérangé. Lieu unique à Kayseri, très proche du centre à pied, vivement recommandé (ne pas confondre avec une structure adjacente).

A beautiful new hotel - well located for the historical parts of the city, beautifully restored, with friendly staff and a good restaurant.
