The staff is wonderfull. They made it possible to have breakfast earlier then the formal breakfast time. But also assisted with other question. Lovely courtyard. Stylefull.

Wij zijn persoonlijk bijzonder goed geholpen door de heer Ahmet, die zeer attent en behulpzaam was. Een fijne plek waar gastvrijheid nog echt centraal staat. Zeker een aanrader

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Rien , il manque peut être le petit déjeuner. On peut louer une chambre avec ou sans petit déjeuner. Si cela n’était pas un choix à faire mais une formule inclus comme dans d’autre hôtels. Le gérant est souvent assis devant l’hôtel, c’est la 1ere fois que je vois sa, c’est quelque peu gênant.

Vanaf de ontvangst tot aan ons vertrek hebben wij een geweldige ervaring gehad bij Four Mansions Hotel. We werden warm ontvangen en het hele team was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een speciale dank aan Çağkan en meneer Ümit. Dankzij hun inzet hebben wij een fantastische tour door Cappadocië gehad. Ook regelden zij een taxi om 06.30 uur naar de busterminal en zorgden zelfs voor een ontbijtpakket. Ook Ayşegül, Büşra en de jongeman bij het ontbijtbuffet stonden altijd met een glimlach voor ons klaar en vroegen steeds of we iets nodig hadden. Ik kan dit hotel van harte aanbevelen en kom hier zeker terug als ik weer in Kayseri ben!

Das Hotel ist in einem alten „Armenischen Herrenhaus“ und ist einfach traumhaft schön. Dieses Ambiente im Zimmer lässt einen in diese Zeit zurückkehren. Sehr schönes Hotel, überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Ich war noch nie in einem Hotel wo das Personal so Aufmerksam und Respektvoll war! Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach 1A. Es stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück besteht aus einem kleinen aber feinem Buffet mit verschiedenen Speisen. Es ist auch abwechslungsreich und nicht jeden Tag dasselbe Essen.

La habitación era moderna y bastante grande, el personal fue muy amable y nos prestó una bascula para pesar el equipaje y un abrebotellas. En la recepción hay pastas y agua fresca para los huéspedes. Está bien ubicado rodeado de restaurantes y una pastelería con unos productos riquísimos. El parking es fácil en una zona lateral del hotel. Para entrar con coche tienes que llamar por teléfono y que te abran la barrera exterior en una zona que en estos momentos parece estar de obras pero sin más problema que ése. El aeropuerto está a unos 15'.

A pesar de haber concertado con ellos la hora para la entrega de un desayuno en cajas para llevar, debido a que nuestro vuelo salía temprano, a la mañana siguiente estuvimos llamando varias veces y en recepción no hubo nadie ni para hacer el check out ni para darnos las cajas de desayuno, algo que nos causó bastante perjuicio ya que de haberlo sabido habríamos comprado algo la tarde anterior para poder desayunar y no tener que coger el vuelo sin hacerlo. Empezamos a llenar eljacuzzi y se empezó a inundar el suelo del baño con lo que tuvimos que cerrar los grifos y recoger con toallas el agua que salía por debajo del jacuzzi.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit ansprechender und gepflegter Anlage. Die Mitarbeiter waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und besonders kinderfreundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und bieten viel Platz, was vor allem für Familien angenehm ist. Positiv hervorzuheben sind auch die zahlreichen Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel.

Leider gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben. Die Zimmer sind insgesamt recht dunkel und verfügen über zu wenig Beleuchtung. Außerdem fehlt ein Ganzkörperspiegel, was insbesondere bei längeren Aufenthalten unpraktisch ist. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine große Stufe, die die Nutzung unnötig erschwert und ein potenzielles Stolperrisiko darstellt. Zudem sind die Fenster nicht ausreichend schallisoliert. Dadurch war die Musik der nebenan stattfindenden Konzerte deutlich im Zimmer zu hören, was insbesondere am Abend störend war. Mit einigen Verbesserungen in diesen Bereichen könnte der Komfort für die Gäste deutlich erhöht werden.

Emplacement dans le vieux Kayseri. L'hôtel a beaucoup de cachet, les chambres sont décorées avec goût et sont très grandes. La cuisine était ouverte le soir uniquement pour nous, excellent service et très bons plats. Comme nous n'avions pas le temps pour le petit-déjeûner, nous avons reçu un lunch box le matin au départ. C'est très appréciable.

Everything about this property is worth talking about. We could not fault the property, the rooms nor the staff. In the three weeks we have been in Turkey, this had THE most comfortable bed, so had a great sleep. It was very obvious making guests comfortable was top priority for staff as they all went out of their way, at every encounter. We would definitely rebook should we return to Kayseri.

Charmant hôtel dans une ancienne maison traditionnelle entièrement restaurée, situé dans un quartier historique en cours de réaménagement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Mais c'est surtout l'accueil très chaleureux et souriant de tout le personnel qui nous a marqué, leur disponibilité, avec une mention spéciale par sa gentillesse pour la dame qui nous accueillis, , à qui je n'ai pas osé demander son prénom mais que vous reconnaîtrez forcément lorsque vous y sejournerez. Ahmet également lors de l'excellent petit déjeuner est aux petits soins pour ses invités. C'est sûr, nous retourneront à Kayseri rien que pour cet hôtel et l'accueil de son adorable équipe. Merci à vous tous.

Leuke locatie om Kayseri te bekijken, erg mooi hotel. Ontbijt was ook erg goed.

Helaas waren er wat gebreken in de badkamer, bad en douche.

Beautiful buildings. We had a 'superior suite' which was huge and gorgeous! Front desk staff very nice and helpful. We had an early morning flight so we did not get to eat breakfast there but they made us a lunch box to take with us.

Bel hôtel récemment rénové. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et confortable. Personnel très attentionné.

Nouveau quartier en construction, notre taxi a eu du mal à trouver l'endort. Quartier avec des restaurants/bars, peut être bruyant la nuit. Petit déjeuner qui ne commence qu'à 8h, même si l'équipe nous a gentiment préparé une lunch box.

Unglaublich schönes Hotel, alles hat gepasst. Die Mitarbeiter von Rezeption bis zum Servicebereich sehr nett. Private Parkplätze sind kostenlos vorhanden. Frühstück regional, traditionelle und sehr lecker. Wir hoffen, dass wir uns irgendwann wieder sehen.

Particular mención merece la chica que nos recibió el miércoles 25 en la tarde; ella fue muy atenta y amable. Por otra parte, la ubicación del hotel es excelente si se pretende visitar el centro histórico de la ciudad

Kayseri ziyaretimizde Four Mansions Otel’de konakladık ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Otelin atmosferi, temizliği ve konforu beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Özellikle ilgisi, güler yüzü ve profesyonelliği için Selcan Hanım’a; her konuda yardımcı ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı için de Çağkan Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Kendimizi gerçekten özel ve değerli hissettik.

Front desk staff are very kind and breakfast was delicious.

While the rooms are non-smoking, the property is not smoke-free. Cigarette smoke is apparent in the rooms in the evening, which is unpleasant.

Location was very central to wherever we needed to go. The breakfast was very nice. The room was lovely. The staff were very helpful. The only downside was that there was lots and I mean lots of stairs. We had to go down and up stairs to get to our room which i suppose was good exercise but quite hard in 34 degrees heat, not suitable for wheelchair users.

Climbing all those stairs which was a bit of a challenge in the heat.

En plus de localisation idéale, du charme de l'architecture du lieu et des chambres, le personnel a été d'un professionnalisme remarquable : Ils ont répondu à toutes nos sollicitations avec des réponses concrètes et des solutions satisfaisantes, le tout avec le sourire. Par ailleurs, étant des adeptes du kahvalti turc, je recommande fortement leur petit-déjeuner qui était excellent ! Encore merci pour l'expérience !

Die Umgebung ist leider etwas befremdlich, man kann nicht glauben, dass dort ein Hotel ist. Für Gäste, die kein türkisch verstehen, könnten die Umgebung auch verängstigend sein.

The location is good. Walking distance to the city, museum and bazaar. The staff were super super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and delicous. It was a memorable experience. Really recommend this hotel and will definitly comeback again for next ski holiday.

La struttura è splendida. In ogni suo aspetto. Purtroppo siamo stati solo una notte e al mattino presto abbiamo dovuto lasciare hotel per prendere aereo. È proprio in questa mattina, la neve! Ma niente panico, un collaboratore ci ha aiutati con la macchina e ce l’ha pulita completamente. È un hotel che ti fa sentire coccolato. All’interno c’è anche un ristorante in cui si può mangiare cucina turca. Noi ne abbiamo approfittato. Ottimo!

La posizione è un po’ ostica. Non dista dal centro moltissimo, ma si trova in una zona che attualmente è in risistemazione.

I like everything about this hotel. From the moment they picked me and my family up from the airport, even after our flight was delayed by three hours, we reach Keysari past midnight, the experience has been wonderful. The rooms are really good, the overall look and feel of the hotel is impressive, and the breakfast was excellent, especially the authentic local dishes. But what truly makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. My special thanks to Çağkan and Duygu for their exceptional customer service. They made our stay memorable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I like the cleanliness of the room, decors, the neighboring building were in the same style and reminded me of Kaleichi area in Antalya. It was warm and comfortable in the room, I had complimentary upgrade and and my other special request was accepted as well. I had help with luggage. The building seems new or at least recently renovated. Taxi to airport 400 turkish liras or bus №100 is 30 turkish liras. I would come back to this hotel in the future

Everything about this hotel is flawless, the staff, styling, decor, comfort, location, parking, everything is immaculate. We were welcomed as guests upon arrival, and treated as guests until we left. The staff were professional, wonderful and attentive to every nèed. The hotel occupies a group of beautifully restored and renovated historical buildings - it has been done with exceptional style and attention to detail. The room was spacious and well appointed, everything worked and it was cozy and comfortable. The location is an easy flat walk to everything in the middle of the older part of Kayseri and we could easily see everything we wanted to visit. We were so impressed by this hotel, they have achieved what dozens of other hotels have failed to do across Türkiye in presenting a superb quality character stay exactly as offered, with every detail perfectly resolved. To add value, the breakfast was excellent, the quality ingredients another reflection of the flawless attention to detail. We will saty here again when we return to this lovely and relaxed city.

Nice hotel. In quiet location (except for the music at a restaurant/club next door, which the reception warned us about at check in--it was not that bad actually, because we go to bed late). Room was average size, bed comfortable. Had to leave early, so staff fixed us a breakfast to go.

Juste petit info , rien avoir avec l hotel. Je suis allé pour un décès j ai acheté des fleurs chez le fleuriste qui se trouve juste la à côté n y aller pas il m'a fait payer pour qq, fleurs 440 er honteux de profitez des gens qui ne parle pas la langue .

Le personnel a été trés accueillant et a réglé pour nous le transfert à l'aéroport. La chambre était trés grande, bien équipée et le lit confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est génial !

Pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer, il faut veiller à avoir une chambre accessible, si possible au rez-de-chausée car les marches de l'escalier sont trés hautes.
