A localização era ótima e perto de muitos restaurantes e ao centrinho de punda. Uma caminhada tranquila e segura. O quarto, embora pequeno, era confortável. Tinha boa cama e bons travesseiros, estava tudo limpo. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Tinha cafeteira e um frigobar rosa lindo! A decoração bem fofa. O banheiro era amplo, chuveiro bom, bem iluminado e com tomadas. Tem uma varanda que não é privativa, mas tem uma vista linda do mar. O pessoal da recepção de ambos os estabelecimentos é extremamente gentil e solícitos. Eles não ficou 24 h na recepção, mas atendem rápido ao whatsapp. Fui muito bem atendida quando precisei. Se precisarem de bebidas ou snacks, podemos fazer pelo link enviado e realmente é bem prático. A região é bem segura e tem ótimas opções de restaurantes.

O endereço do hotel não é no "principal". O taxi me deixou e tive que ir andando com malas pesadas para o outro hotel que era com a vista para o mar. Tive o maior problema com um transfer de um passeio por causa dessa confusão de endereços. O mar em si é apenas para ver e para ter boas noites de sono com o som das ondas. Não recomendo que ninguém entre, pois é extremamente violento e não tem como nadar. Então é um hotel apenas com vista e não tem um mar próprio para banho. Como fiquei no quarto no andar superior, são escadas e ainda bem que o moço me ajudou a subir com a mala de 23kg. Recomendo prestar atenção nisso quando forem reservar. Nao tem espelho no quarto, só no banheiro e ele ficava bem alto. Não dava para ver o corpo todo.

I liked the location, the room, the staff was very nice. They answered the messages very quickly. I stated a preference for a quiet room but there was a problem with the AC in that room and they needed to change me to the only available room that was not quiet at all. But, good think, they were able to let me stay for late-check out at no cost.

The room next to the Bar is not recommended if you want a quiet room.

Everything was great! The staff were extremely accommodating and super nice. The location is perfect and we loved watching the sunset on the private beach. Great value for money, would definitely return.

Lack of shower curtains/a door meant the bathroom got super wet and took a long time to dry since there are no windows in the room we booked. Would also note the room we got had no door on the bathroom so keep that in mind if youre sharing with someone youre not super close with

Tenía un olor a humedad y era incómodo para dormir y la ubicación no era tan favorable ya que era muy lejana y silenciosa del centro.

Leuke, hippe accomodaties, gelegen in de buurt Pietermaai in leuke, gezellige straat met veel restaurantjes. Privestrand op 5 min loopafstand. Loopafstand naar de veerboot naar de wijk Otrobanda. Kamer mooi schoon, personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Soms tot ‘s avonds laat livemuziek in de straat, maar kan het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen. Oordopjes op de kamer voor diegenen die er last van hebben

No tenía vista a nada, todo el tiempo con luz artificial. El aseo no era bien realizado. Ruidosa. Se escuchaba todo lo que sucedía en el segundo piso, pisadas, portazos, arrastre de muebles, entre otros ruidos. Nadie me entrego información turística o importante de mi alrededor, todo lo fui averiguando sola.

A "praia" do hotel, o acesso aos dois quartos (2.2 e 2.3) do 1º andar é inacreditável, um potencial enorme para acidentes, principalmente quando tínhamos no nosso grupo 3 pessoas com mais de 70 anos. Muito mau mesmo. Duas baratas no quarto do 1º andar e a justificação que com o calor é mesmo assim. Não é. A política de cobrarem 10$/hora/quarto para early check-in e late check-out é muito má. Se o quarto não está vendido a ninguém a seguir, e se estamos a falar de mais 1 ou 2 horas, o serviço ao cliente do hotel devia levar a melhor.

Ubicación top, a una cuadra de la calle de los bares, pero con tranquilidad absoluta. El hotel tiene una pequeña playa privada que me pareció cómoda. Personal muy amable y servicial. En el lobby hay una nevera con bebidas y algunos snacks que es una opción práctica para no tener que salir del hotel a ciertas horas.

Me quedé en la habitación superior, en el ático. Había olores desagradables en la habitación en ciertos momentos del día, como si vinieran de las habitaciones inferiores. Lo que me pareció realmente inexplicable es que la ducha no tenga ninguna división. Ni una cortina, ni mucho menos una puerta, nada. Está al lado de la cama y es completamente abierta. Se puede prestar para situaciones extremadamente incómodas si no hay absoluta confianza entre los que se hospeden en la habitación.

Wynwood@ sea heeft een fantastische ligging! Direct aan zee, midden in het centrum van Pietermaai met een eigen stadsstrandje en een heerlijk balkon. In de buurt zijn volop leuke restaurants, beachclubs en andere boetiekjes. Je loopt zo het centrum van Punda in, met de lokale markt en Plasa Bieu. Door de ligging direct aan zee toch rustig, geen geluidsoverlast en een heerlijk verkoelende wind. Bounty strand Avila (day pass verkrijgbaar) is op 10 min lopen. Het karakteristieke pand ademt Curacao uit, zeer sfeervol met knipoog opgeknapt. De suite “op zolder” -kamer 6.6- was lekker ruim, heeft uitzicht op zowel de stad als de zee. Enorm vriendelijk personeel, goed bereikbaar via whatsapp, ze denken met je mee. Bedankt voor het heerlijke verblijf!

Als je voor high end perfecte afwerking gaat moet je bij een duurder hotel in de buurt zijn, daar betaal je dan ook voor. Krakende oude vloeren, scheef plintje heeft voor mij juist de charme.

A localização de fato é boa, pois está próximo do centro (no entanto, com exposição importante a ruído de obra e bares/restaurantes).

Viajamos com frequência e utilizamos sempre o Booking, essa estadia foi a pior experiência que já tivemos com uma acomodação e a única vez que precisamos mudar de hotel. O nome do hotel deveria ser Wynwood Hostel, não encontramos o motivo para o nome Boutique. Para estadias curtas, o local pode até não expor todos os problemas, mas para estadias de mais de 2 dias não recomendo nem para o meu inimigo. Vamos lá, infestação de formigas, barata no quarto, chuveiro sem divisória fazendo do banheiro uma piscina, barulho de obra durante a partir das 7am e de bares durante a noite (o hotel de praxe fornece tampões de ouvido, o que já é por si só estranho), informações não condizentes na definição do Booking (não possui estacionamento no hotel e não é beira-mar). Após queixas sem resolução, recebemos uma mensagem do gerente Remco nos obrigando a fazer o check out imediato de forma retaliatória à nossa queixa, ainda com 3 noites faltantes para o fim da estadia (total de 7 diárias), o que fizemos de prontidão pois não queríamos mais também seguir naquele local. O mesmo gerente se recusou por 1 hora a fazer o cancelamento ou modificação da reserva pela plataforma do Booking, dizendo que deveríamos confiar na palavra dele de que seria resolvido no dia seguinte a questão do reembolso dos últimos 3 dias, pois ele não queria resolver nada naquele horário (eram 19h / 7pm). Como se não pudesse piorar, o gerente Remco foi extremamente grosseiro e sarcástico durante toda a tratativa e ainda fez o cancelamento alegando que a nossa forma de pagamento pelo cartão era inválida - o que não seria passível de reembolso. Inclusive, o reembolso só foi realizado no final do dia seguinte após nosso contato telefônico com o Booking comprovando o pagamento e a estadia. De fato uma experiência catastrófica e humilhante, ainda mais em um hotel que não é barato. Trabalhar com o público exige saber receber críticas, que foram todas feitas de forma cordial à equipe da recepção.

Ontzettend vriendelijke service, ze hielpen ons met alle vragen en verzoeken. De locatie is perfect en de accomodatie is heel fleurig met al die kleuren, we hebben ook genoten van het uitzicht op zee vanuit onze kamer.

Het formaat van de kamer en dat er geen deur in de doucheruimte met wc zit.

Het fijne bed en de locatie.

De douche was in de morgen lauw. Niet fijn. Op de vloer staken spijkers uit naast het bed en de douche. Helaas geen plankje of nachtkastje naast het bed voor bril en boek.

De ligging was top en de medewerkers waren erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kamer was erg schoon en netjes.

Deze plek is niet geschikt om echt rust te ervaren, maar wel voor een gezellige omgeving. Ik heb zelf geen moeite met wat muziek of geluiden tot ongeveer 00.00 uur.

We hadden een mooie, grote en schone kamer aan het zwembad. De locatie was perfect, met goede restaurants in de straat. Het was erg fijn om gebruik te kunnen maken van het privé strand. De voorzieningen waren in orde en de service was prima! De communicatie met de gastvrouwen verliep erg soepel.

We hadden wat last van het geluid, maar dat wisten we van tevoren. Met oordopjes was dat prima verholpen.

No TV or hairdryer dryer. The location is near a group of outdoor restaurants that play music every night. Not good if you like to go to bed prior to 12 midnight. The rooms do not look like what you see on line.

The property had a great central location, a friendly and helpful staff, very good amenities in the room and had access to a small private beach.

The QR code system to gain access to the rooms could take a while especially if there was glare on the panel.

Wynwood Curaçao definitely grew on me. The communication was outstanding both before and during my stay—anything I needed was just a WhatsApp message away. The staff were consistently cheerful and genuinely helpful. I loved having beach access (with a couple of small caveats), and the room had several great touches: a very comfortable bed, excellent AC, bedside sockets, streaming TV, plenty of hangers, a great coffee machine with pods, and complimentary drinks in the fridge. The hotel is located in a street full of dining/drinks options - on Thursday the bar next door has a salsa night

The room didn’t match the images online and wasn’t the “garden view” I expected. It was quite dark because of the shuttered windows. The stairs up to the room were genuinely dangerous—steep and awkward—and I needed help with my suitcase. The bathroom was extremely small, to the point where I had to dry off outside of it. The overall finish of the room could use attention, as there were cracks, holes, and rough paintwork. The concrete sink was shallow and made odd gurgling noises. Street noise was noticeable—earplugs were provided—which also made the balcony less usable due to being overlooked. The beach itself was lovely, but it’s a five-minute walk away and feels very exposed; some plants or screens could add welcome privacy.

Die Lage ist perfekt im Pietermaai-Distrikt mit seinen Restaurants und Bars. Downtown ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Busterminal Punda ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und die Busse verkehren recht zuverlässig. Auch Supermarkt, Bäckerei etc befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das van Gogh Café, lecker für Frühstück und Mittagessen, liegt ebenfalls sehr nah. Das Superior-Zimmer war geräumig, auch das Bad war groß. Internet hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Espresso-Maschine war ein nettes Plus.

Die Rezeption ist überwiegend von holländischen Studentinnen besetzt, die ihr Auslandssemester hier leisten. Entsprechend unterschiedlich ist die Professionalität von sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bis desinteressiert. Zimmerreinigung und Maintenance sind echte Minuspunkte. In 10 Tagen wurde nicht ein Mal ordentlich gereinigt, Bettwäschewechsel gab es an Tag 6 nach Reklamation. Der Abfluss am Waschbecken war von Anfang an verstopft. Dies wurde, trotz mehrmaligem Hinweis, nicht behoben. Die Toilettenbürste klebte in der Halterung und war deshalb nicht zu benutzen, auch das wurde nicht geändert. Eine Lampe war defekt. Der Pool ist ca 2,50x2,50 m klein. Der private Beach im Schwesterhotel Wynwood by the Sea ist schön gestaltet und eignet sich für ein Sonnenbad. Es führen zwar Stufen zum Meer hinunter, das hier jedoch so rauh ist, dass Schwimmen nicht möglich ist. Daher haben viele andere Hotels in der Nachbarschaft und zB auch Mambo Beach vorgelagerte Felsabgrenzungen.

A very good value with an amazing location. The bed was comfy and the shower is unique. All of our request were delivered with a smile. Thank you Gwyn and Jorinde. We had a wonderful time.

L'excellent accueil. La sécurisation du site. Le modernisme et la propreté de la chambre et surtout la localisation de l'hôtel. Le patio et sa petite piscine.

Il n'est pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres tout en fermant les persiennes (histoire de laisser passer l'air frais du soir). Sachant qu'il pouvait y avoir du passage (couloir d'accès et patio jouxtant la chambre) et étant au rez-de-chaussée, nous avons donc été contraint d'être dans la pénombre. Par ailleurs, le lit était trop en hauteur.

In the heart of Pietermaai district, our balcony had the perfect view on Mundo Bizzarro (pub) that had live music 3 days a week! The location is perfect if you want to feel the local party vibe, and is in very good walking distance to further bars and restaurants and Queen Emma Bridge in Willemstad. The staff is super attentive and friendly, we also enjoyed the seamless communication via WhatsApp. The rooms are very cute and stylish! It also comes with cutlery, some dishes (plates, cups etc.) and a fridge so that you can grab some groceries and enjoy breakfast (on your balcony).

The street, even though it seems like a non-traffic-zone, does have a lot of traffic, especially in the evening when people like to show off their engines. So expect some traffic related noise.

Het was een hele fijne kamer, er zat geen raam in de kamer maar je kon wel naar buiten waar een algemeen balkon was. . Gratis badlakens om naar het strand te gaan, erg fijn. Het bed lag goed. Fijne locatie aan zee, alleen was de zee te wild om te zwemmen. Het was een mooie wandeling naar de brug en centrum.

Alleen rook je de afvoer na het douchen.

Great backyard with chairs , a small Beach and a Great view of the sunset. Nice location. Close to a lot of great bars and restaurants. We stayed at the loacation called by the sea. Painted in bright pink 💕 loved it . It is a bit dated and in need of some paint a few places but has a caribean charm. The Only bad thing is the cleaning of the room. Could have been better and every weekday .

A localização é sensacional, é super pertinho para se ir a pé do centrinho e Queen Emma Bridge e na rua do hotel tem vários restaurantes o que deixa o clima bem boêmio e descontraído a noite. É possível estacionar na frente do hotel ou rua lateral é super tranquilo. E o suporte 3 atendimento da recepção também é super cuidadosa e cordial. Eu ameiiii... Ah a Kimmie é maravilhosa e super atenciosa.

Não teve nada que não tenha gostado, já fui sabendo que era um hotel de porte menor e mais simples, mas ainda assim me surpreendeu positivamente.

La ubicación muy privilegiada, cerca de sitios de interés, tiendas y supermercados. El apartamento es cómodo y está bien dotado; si necesitas cosas adicionales como secador de pelo, plancha, almohadas… las puedes solicitar sin costo adicional. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos, en especial Jorinde. Nosotros alquilamos un carro con una empresa que ella nos recomendó y fue una buena experiencia, así pudimos ir a conocer las playas de mambo, Kenepa y Klein que son espectaculares. En la misma calle del hotel hay variedad de restaurantes y bares; pensamos que nos iba a incomodar un poco el ruido, pero no fue así, dormimos muy bien. Para nosotros la ubicación fue lo mejor!. Recomendación de turista: en los supermercados si compran bebidas como agua o cervezas, no escojan las refrigeradas porque cuestan más, escojan las de afuera y las refrigeran en el hotel.

Sehr schöne, farbenfrohe und geräumige Unterkunft. Auf der kreativen Terasse befindet sich ein kleiner Pool zur Erfrischung. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man wird mit zwei Willkommensbecher und einer netten Karte empfangen. Super Lage, direkt im Zentrum. Abends kann es durch die Bars etwas laut werden. Oropax gibt es zur Begrüßung. Küche könnte mit mehr Utensilien ausgestattet werden. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jedem empfehlen.

Außer mehr Utensilien für die Küche wäre nichts auszusetzen.

The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully minimalistic in design. Everything feels intentional—simple, stylish, and relaxing without being overdone. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making it an easy place to recharge after long days exploring the island. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is the service. The staff is exceptional. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, responsive, and genuinely accommodating. Their level of customer service was over the top in the best way—warm, attentive, and always eager to help with recommendations, directions, or anything we needed. It felt personal and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is also outstanding. From the hotel we were able to easily walk through both Otrobanda and Punda, experiencing the vibrant culture, colorful architecture, restaurants, and waterfront atmosphere of Willemstad right outside the door. It made exploring the city effortless and fun. Using Wynwood as our base, we explored all over the island and had an unforgettable trip—swimming with turtles, spotting pink flamingos in the marshes, tasting every flavor of Curaçao liqueur at the distillery, climbing through caves, visiting Watamula Hole, snorkeling in Tugboat Bay, and spending time at the stunning beaches of Westpunt. We even spent a day sailing to Klein Curaçao, which was spectacular. Coming back each evening to the calm, welcoming environment of Wynwood was the perfect balance to our adventure-filled days. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with great style, exceptional service, and a prime walkable location in Willemstad, Wynwood Boutique Hotel is an excellent choice. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely return.

The location is perfect. 6 min walk to Punda town center, and many restaurants and bars on the same street. The old market is 5 min walk, so you can eat like a local and participate Thursday evening happy hour and musics like a local. The hotel staff mainly are interns from Holland. Gwyn is very friendly and responsible. The internal door lock was broken in my room. I talked to Gwyn and she called maintenance right away and fixed it in one hour.

The room does not have windows. The building materials do not isolate the noise.

A escada de acesso ao quarto é pequena e estreita, incompatível para dois hóspedes idosos. O banheiro é mal cheiroso, não tem pia própria, a água quente faltou por três dias. Encontramos também três baratas. A única pia serve também à mini cozinha. Há pratos e talheres, mas não há como preparar um café da manhã. Não há como apoiar um copo de água que seja ao lado da cama, tampouco um local para estender roupa de banho molhada, considerando ser uma cidade praiana. A limpeza deixa a desejar e chegamos a encontrar um chumaço de cabelo de outra pessoa no quarto, que obviamente não havia sido bem limpo.

De ligging is super. Ligt bij alle bekende restaurantjes en op loop afstand van de pondjesbrug. Hotel ligt aan de zee. Kamer 6.5 grenst aan het dakterrasje. Omdat daar praktisch niemand zit, kun jij er gezellig chillen met een uitkijk over de zee. Kamer is voorzien van een koffiemachine en koelkast.

Als je een fancy hotel zoekt, is deze niet wat je wil. Dit is gewoon een prima boutique hotel op een geweldige locatie. De prijs is helemaal in verhouding voor wat je ervoor terugkrijgt.

Super leuk ingericht boutique hotel in een levendige wijk. Veel leuke barretjes en restaurantjes in de buurt. Personeel is heel behulpzaam en bereikbaar via Whatsapp. Als je voor je rust komt moet je hier niet zijn. Voor mij was het ideaal gezien er salsa & bachata is bij Mundo Bizarro ernaast, daarnaast ook in het weekend live muziek verderop in de straat!

Poucas comodidades disponibilizadas no quarto e pequena estrutura de lazer. Os quartos do hotel estão divididas em duas propriedades distintas (próximas), uma de frente para a uma pequena praia e outra em rua com muitos bares noturnos o que pode causar algum incomodo na hora de dormir.

Next to a very loud Salsa bar. Nights with live music you will not be able to sleep at all before 1 a.m. Our room also had very little light (almost no window except for the bathroom)

Cute boutique hotel in a great location surrounded by trendy restaurants, bar and cafes, and a short walk to the city centre/ Queen Emma Bridge area. Very friendly and helpful staff and the room is quite comfortable. There was loud music a few nights from the restaurant right next to my room, but I couldn’t hear a thing once I kept my bathroom door closed.

There was no natural light in my room, but I knew that going in and it’s fine if you’re not spending a lot of time in the room.

Great location! This is a hidden gem - not super fancy but very clean and the ladies working there were the best. Bed was so comfortable - there is some noise due to the location but that did not bother us. You can walk to everything from here and there are some fantastic restaurants (we followed the recommendations of our hosts).

I had a great time at this establishment. The staff Kimmie and Gwyn were very helpful. They responded quickly and checked in to ensure that all was well. Great service.

Cute and comfortable boutique hotel in a great location a short walk to nightlife and the harbour area. The staff (Kimmoe, Gwynn, Isa and Jorinde) were all very friendly and helpful, and communicated frequently to ensure everything was going well and to offer any assistance with tours, car rentals etc. The QR code entry system was quite easy to use, and their web app came in quite handy for information about the hotel services and Curaçao in general.

La ubicación. Muy céntrica y de fácil acceso. La regadera, es maravillosa.

No queda frente a la playa. Se deben caminar 3 cuadras, además no es una playa como tal. Es arena con acceso a un pedacito de mar
