This is a great spot for an active traveler looking to spend most of their time outdoors. That being said, the accommodations are not bad. The room did include a microwave, kettle and fridge. This was very convenient for keeping food and drink purchased while out.

Likes: Breakfast variety: Eggs made to order with a daily special (e.g., chicken burritos, bacon), plus cornflakes and fruit. Friendly cook: Pleasant and approachable kitchen staff. Location: Within walking distance of downtown, ideal for exploring Punda and Otrobanda.

Dislikes: Delayed breakfast service: On one day, breakfast started 30 minutes later than the scheduled 7:30 AM. Dated facilities: The hotel and rooms feel old and worn. Inconvenient electrical outlets: Primarily European-style 220V outlets, which may not suit all travelers. Pillow condition: Pillows were old and stained under otherwise clean white pillowcases.

Let me say again i love staying ay your hotel but the standard has dropped for the last two times i came to your hotel with the breakfast and this year it has gotten worst pls try to make some improvements.

El desayuno estuvo rico, las habitaciones son cómodas, amplias y silenciosas. La ubicación del hotel no puede ser mejor.

My reservation was at a set price, and at the property they informed me that they couldn’t check me in unless I paid over significantly more, saying that it “wasn’t a good price” that I reserved it for. Since it was too late to get a reservation at another place, I had to just pay. Not sure how this happened or if they were telling the truth but. Scam.

The location is very central, with everything within walking distance— restaurants,shops, a casino, clubs, and supermarkets. I loved the spaciousness, the price, and the excellent breakfast service. This was my second time staying here, and what brought me back was the charming rooftop restaurant serving delicious Indian cuisine. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool, and the place had everything I needed for a short stay.

The property is close to the road, so you may hear some noise from cars and motorcycles. From the moment you book, it’s clear that this is not a 5-star hotel, so the furniture may be worn or outdated and not perfectly spotless. A few things were broken, and the kitchen didn’t have all the utensils I needed.

Dat er kapotte dingen waren, dingen die al kapot waren en niet gerepareerd werden. Sommige dingen in de badkamer werden niet meer vervangen.

Alles is kapot en zeer smerig. Een uitgeleefde bende is het. De keuken waar het ontbijt geserveerd wordt is te vies om aan te zien, laat staan om uit te eten. Het wordt hoog tijd dat dit Hotel gecontroleerd wordt door de autoriteiten.

Acomodações bem antigas, móveis antigos , frigobar não funcionava direito, cupim, ralo do banheiro não escoava a água e várias infiltrações enfim não foi tão confortável como esperava.

Las almohadas son un desastre, sucias y destrozadas, parte del personal no atiende bien a los huéspedes, falta más amabilidad para la atención. Tienen escalas y no hay acceso para movilidad reducida. Vidrio quebrado de la ducha, al solicitar café a un encargado de recepción fue poco amable en explicar. Regular experiencia.

La habitación es grande y cómoda, tiene cocina incluida, el Personal que atiende es agradable, la comida rica y la ubicación excelente, muy central.

El baño está en mal estado, tiene un vidrio quebrado en la parte de la ducha y no tiene puerta para ducharse por lo que se moja el piso afuera y es resbaladizo, el lavamanos se está cayendo 🥺. Las almohadas están desgastadas y se sale la espuma...realmente le falta mantenimiento urgente.

La limpieza es deficiente.. no cambian las sábanas. La limpieza muy mala y las instalaciones antiguas, oxidadas, hongos, llaves en mal estado, microondas oxidado por dentro refrigerado en mal estado.

A localização é excelente ! A hospedagem é satisfatória ! Fiquei num quarto bem amplo com duas camas , banheiro grande também . Os funcionários principalmente as meninas são muito gentis e atenciosas ! A funcionária que trabalha no café da manhã uma querida! Bem simpática , ágil, fazia os lanches com carinho e tudo bem gostoso , café da manhã é bem básico mas tinha tudo que eu preciso : omelete , café e frutas .

Achei que falta manutenção nas instalações. Os armários no banheiro estavam caindo as portas, o box só tem um lado do vidro o que molha bastante o banheiro quando liga o chuveiro . A limpeza é boa mas precisa melhorar , em uma das vezes que deixei a chave pra limpar quando voltei percebi que só tinha arrumado as camas e tirado os lixos , o chão do banheiro estava como antes sujo, com restos de areia do dia anterior . A pequena cozinha tem pouquíssimos itens, quando cheguei nem colher tinha , os pratos e vasilhas que tinham não cabiam no microondas , tive que esquentar a comida numa embalagem que eu tinha comigo .

Es muy necesario que cambien las almohadas estan demasiado desgastadas y sucias.

El desayuno es agradable, las personas muy amables y desde la terraza se puede apreciar la ciudad, bastante tranquilo.

Sólo hasta la llegada recibí información sobre un cobro adicional, lo cual fue molesto porque realice la reserva con bastante tiempo de antelación para que esto se hubiese informado y así tener alternativa de hacer el cambio de reserva, pues la calidad / precio no fue lo esperado y desajustó el presupuesto del viaje.

Los primeros días la señora que atendía el desayuno fue muy amable, consulto y atendió los gustos de lo que ofrecían. La habitación amplia.

Pedí pagar el hotel antes de salir de mi país y no fue posible y eso me redujo el cupo de la tarjeta de crédito y me vi algo corta para disfrutar de otras excursiones. Promocionaron un tipo de habitación y esa escogí, pero al llegar no fue la que me entregaron y me toco aceptarla, porque ya la había pagado. La ducha no tenía puerta, las ventanas de la habitación no abrían, la cama aunque grande fue incomoda y no me permitió dormir bien. El trato de la recepción era seca y solo lo hizo agradable una chica que cubría un turno.

They lied to their guess they say they have a shuttle waiting for you at the airport and they don’t have it. I went and talk to the manager and he looked the other way that’s a rip off they should not lie to their guess they don’t have shadow and they say they have it. I should get my money back it cost me $ $80 and Taxi back-and-forth to the airport they rip me off

Se salia el agua del baño, y el baño tambien lo tuvieron que arreglar.

La ubicación del hotel al lado del village kura Hulanda. Te permite salir a cenar y caminar por el village, muy lindo , con diversidad de restaurantes y galerías de arte y de allí enseguida caminando llegas al puente Emma, rif Fort, punda, es decir muchos lugares muy lindos donde poder cenar, dado que llegábamos de la playa a la puesta del sol. Por otro lado, la amplitud de la habitación y del baño. El desayuno aunque es continental, todos los días te agregaban algo diferente.

Tienes que dejar la llave para que te aseen la habitación y si quieres que te cambien sábanas o toallas, tienes que avisar, cosa que no sabíamos.

The location was great and near to restaurants and within walking distance of Punda. The hotel needs to be updated. Rooms were not in the best condition. Staff was friendly though.

Curaçao é um lugar que encanta. Belas praias, um povo simpático e acolhedor, com a cultura sendo valorizada em cada canto da cidade. As principais localidades da capital Willemstad, que são Otrobanda e Punda parecem seguras para os turistas a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite. O hotel que ocupamos oferece uma ótima localização em Otrobanda, com proximidade ao centro e junto da rodoviária local, o que ajudou no deslocamento através do serviço público de ônibus, inclusive uma linha de ônibus que nos conduziu até o aeroporto de Hiato em 30 minutos pelo valor de 2 florins. No hotel percebemos a cordialidade dos servidores, principalmente da responsável pela cozinha no café da manhã (Sra Maria), eficiente, sempre sorridente e muito simpática; a área reservada para este serviço, de café da manhã, era bem agradável, ao ar livre e demasiado limpa. O quarto ofertado era muito bom, com boas camas e espaço arejado com a possibilidade de guardar as malas e mochilas sem atropelos, a disponibilidade de frigobar e microondas facilitou para a confecção de pequenos lanches. Gostamos muito e recomendamos. Valeu muito o custo benefício.
