La amabilidad del personal, el kit de bienvenida. Estaba muy limpio y equipado de todo (secador, plancha de pelo, tostador, cafetera, plancha de ropa, mesa de planchar...)

Pues que está un poco retirado y la combinación de autobuses no es muy buena. Coger taxi, nos costó porque estaban también muy solicitados. A lo mejor era sólo ese fin de semana porque era la feria.

De badkamer is wat aan de kleine kant, vooral in de douche heb je nauwelijks ruimte.

Lieliska vieta, viss bija ļoti tīrs. Viegla komunikācija ar saimnieku. Baseins lielisks, atpūtas zona uz jumta lieliska. Skaists saulriets. Mašīnu novietot stāvlaukumā bija ļoti ērti un bez maksas.

Bija nedaudz par šauru trīs pieaugušajiem, bet tā kā apartamentā tikai nakšņojām, tas bija paciešami.

The entire property, as well as the apartment itself, looks very good at first glance. The apartments are nicely and functionally furnished, and guests are provided with the most essential amenities, such as towels, dishwashing liquid, and toiletries (toothbrushes, etc.). There is also a large rooftop terrace with plenty of sun loungers, chairs, tables, and parasols. There is a swimming pool as well, although the water was very cold when we stayed there in mid-September. On level -1, there is a great recreational area with a gym, billiards, table tennis, darts, and other activities that make for a more enjoyable evening.

The property reserves the right to charge guests for any damage or other negative consequences resulting from their stay, which is understandable. A detailed set of house rules is available on-site, including information about the possibility of additional charges being made to the guest’s credit card. Unfortunately, the apartment is inspected after the stay without the guest being present. This made us somewhat concerned, as there were some visible signs of damage in our apartment that had clearly been left by previous guests, and we were worried that we might be charged for them. Cleanliness is also emphasized in the property’s rules, but in our opinion, not enough care had been taken to properly clean the apartment before our arrival. Another major downside was the leaking shower. No matter how carefully we tried to use it, the bathroom would always end up partially flooded. Unfortunately, there was no mop available for us to use. The apartment shows some signs of wear and tear when you look more closely, which is a little surprising given that the property is only three years old. It is also worth noting that the center of Ronda is about a 40-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. This is not really a downside, as it is clearly stated in the listing, but it is something worth keeping in mind when booking.

O staff, trocaram o apartamento, pois queixamo-nos, de não termos mesa para as refeições, como as fotos que aparecem no Booking. Tal foi efetuado logo que possível e com máxima diligência.

Aconselho a escolher os apartamentos com janelas para o exterior. Os apartamentos interiores são muito quentes e claustrofobicos

Um apartamento hotal bem localizado, muito organizado e bonito. Uma boa recepção assim que chegamos no apartamento. A parte da explanada com a piscina foi cereja no topo do bolo.. com uma linda vista para as montanhas e cidade de Ronda. Uma experiência única em família.

El apartamento está muy limpio, bien decorado y trasmite calma. Las instalaciones del -1 una sorpresa gym, zona recreativa muy chulas. Y la azotea con la piscina una pasada.! Todo genial

Que el desayuno eran 12e por persona. Demasiado caro. Y que si o si hay que desplazarse para ir a ronda centro. 5min en coche o menos. Merece la pena de todas las maneras

Todo muy extricto cámara x todo lado no se puede llevar bebida a la piscina no comida con la calor q hace no se puede abrir las ventana porque no ay reja sin ventilación en la sala de descanso igual un coubulo de cosa q la verdad ami me no me a parecido bien sobre todo el yacusi con la ilusión I a mi mujer la maquina es prendedor a de fruto seco y bebida vacía todo el tiempo q estuvimos no me a parecido nada bien no se para. Q tienen la terraza asta las 2 de la mañana si no se puede tomar nada para ver las estrella me quedo en mi casa a parte si quieren q te limpie la abitacion ay q pagarlo

Ładny, dobrze utrzymany obiekt, trochę na uboczu w stosunku do starego miasta ale ostatecznie nawet na piechotę można się dostać robiąc 20 min. spacer. Dla osób które nie przyjechały samochodem a nie lubią spacerów zaraz obok jest przystanek autobusowy - autobus kursuje co przeważnie co godzinę więc tragedii z dostaniem się do centrum nie ma. Sam apartament całkiem przyjemny - jest może miejscami trochę wyeksploatowany ale ogólnie widać że inwestor starał się bardzo żeby goście czuli się bardzo dobrze - jakieś dekoracje, dodatki, pakiet powitalny, itp. sprawiają że odbiór całości jest naprawdę bardzo pozytywny. Części wspólne czyste i zadbane a organizacja miejsca na dachu jest naprawdę super - jest i mały basen, leżaki, parasole, sofy - naprawdę wspaniale można odpocząć w ciągu dnia lub wieczorem. Szkoda tylko że jacuzzi było wyłączone z użytkowania - ale tez nie mam o to pretensji bo aktualnie nie było żadnej informacji że jest i działa :-) Obsługa jest bardzo pomocna i uprzejma - miałem trochę problemów z tym automatem dostępowym przy check-in ale szybko nam przemiła Pani pomogła :-) Na pewno wrócę w to miejsce jeśli jeszcze kiedyś będę w Ronda.

Jeśli chodzi o sam apartament to mam uwagę właściwie do dwóch kwestii - z tym że tylko jedną można skorygować - klimatyzacja w salonie od strony południowej zdecydowanie nie dawała rady schłodzić powierzchni - mimo zasłoniętych okien było dość gorąco. A co do drugiej rzeczy to kwestia kształtu apartamentu - mieliśmy apartament z tarasem - tyle tylko że nieszczęśliwie trafiliśmy na narożny - był trochę mało funkcjonalny i ciasnawy - na domiar złego określenie "taras" w stosunku do niego jest chyba jednak trochę nadużyciem :-) - inne od strony południowej wyglądały naprawdę ok - ale ten nasz to raczej taki mini balkonik z miejscem na suszarkę z ubraniami - był naprawdę malutki. Co do samej okolicy to do szczęścia przydałby się jakiś sklep spożywczy - niestety najbliższy jest oddalony o 1,5 km - ale na to obiekt już nie ma wpływu i trudno mieć o to pretensje - sama okolica za to całkiem schludna, spokojna i bezpieczna.

Free parking in front of the building, good appliances and toiletries. You have to do everything by car or you'll walk quite a bit to get to the important areas of the city.

My experience was neutral, but almost bad, for two reasons: Point 1 - The process to receive the keys is extremely slow! It's like a slow hotel check-in. You have to scan all the passports, enter all the data for all the guests, on a bad touchscreen and scanner... It took a long time, of course it annoyed me. If you are arriving late or going during the winter, be prepared for this. It took me about 5 to 7 minutes to register all the guests and access the building. Point 2 - This is a property that makes the "mistake" (in quotes because I don't know if they do it on purpose) of having two types of floor plans, without making this absolutely clear to those who book. In the search results, you will see photos that clearly give you the impression of booking a property with a partitioned floor plan, with a bedroom, open-concept living room, and private bathroom. In the description, they list "Apartment with Terrace" and "Apartment with Mountain View." If you look at the tags you'll see "Private Bathroom" in both floor plan models. Upon arrival, you might have the unpleasant experience of being placed in a unit where everyone sleeps in the same room, without any separating walls or doors, and without direct sunlight inside the apartment. It's like a bunker... a window facing the hallway with no sun and a skylight in the ceiling. also without direct sunlight. If you plan to bring your mother-in-law or children, you risk spending your entire stay sharing the same space with them all the time. Forget about sex, farts, couple alignments, drying clothes, or the balcony (as they suggest in the tags). I suggested to the manager that they do something about it, and they replied that they won't. So stay alert guests! I'm leaving my account here so that another potential guest, with the same expectations as mine, doesn't feel the same way I did.

Não há candeeiros de mesa de cabeceira nos quartos nem meia luz. Ou tem alta luminosidade ou às escuras. Também não há armários para pôr a roupa bem cabides.

Tuve que poner en una maquina todos los datos, y tardamos mas de media hora, porque el lector de DNI no funciona bien. El jacuzzi tenia todos los dias mucha suciedad. La habitación muy muy pequeña, las fotos parece mucho mas grande. Muy lejos de ronda para ir andando.

La struttura era pulita e con buoni servizi

L appartamento non aveva finestre (due finestre che davano su un corridoio interno chiuso) e sebbene vi fosse una cucina attrezzata l appartamento non disponeva di un tavolo cosa che ci ha obbligato a uscire a cena per due sere con un bimbo.

O alojamento tinha tudo o que era necessário, a cozinha está bem equipada. Tinha um kit de boas vindas para os primeiros dias. O espaço estava limpo. Tem estacionamento gratuito à entrada e um salão de jogos no piso inferior, perfeito para crianças. A piscina tem uma vista magnífica.

El sofá cama era un poco incómodo, el colchón muy fino. La cisterna por las mañanas no funcionaba el resto del día si funcionaba, tardaba mucho en cargar. No había fregona por si se caía algo para poder fregarlo.

Die Dachterasse und der Pool waren traumhaft. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war bequem. Der Balkon zwar zur Straße hin, aber super zum Wäschetrocknen. Der Empfang mit 1 Flasche Wein und Wasser sehr nett.

Das Appartement ist für 4 Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Die Schlafcouch total unbequem. Das Geschirr genau für 4 Personen abgezählt. Die Lage grundsätzlich nicht schlecht, aber viel zu weit weg von allem: keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Lebensmittel fußläufig erreichbar, die Altstadt auch weit weg und Fußweg hauptsächlich an der Straße.

Hemos disfrutado unos días estupendos en familia gracias a todas las instalaciones, desde la zona de piscina hasta la zona de juegos y gym, recomendamos 100%. Volveremos

The apartment is in a great location for exploring the region. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. Free parking is available right next to the building, which was very convenient. Communication with the property was excellent, and the staff were very responsive and helpful. The rooftop area with a swimming pool, terrace, and sun loungers was a great bonus. Everything was clean and well maintained, but I have two small suggestions that might help improve the experience for future guests. First, the pool rules were provided, but they did not mention pool floats. I think their use should be prohibited, as the pool is quite small and they take up a lot of space. I also noticed that some of the knives seem to be shedding small pieces from the blades, possibly because they are being washed in the dishwasher. I do not think this is the property’s fault, but perhaps a note asking guests to wash the knives by hand could help prevent this. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our time here.

Apartamento interior mucho calor y en el dormitorio hay una especie de ventana q cuando amanece es muy molesto por la luz. Por poner alguna pega. Es bonito y te tratan muy bien.

Un peu eloigne, pas de commences, restaurants aux alentours. Le jacuzzi n'etait pas tres propre. Devrait propose une machine pour les boissons chaudes dans les parties communes ou a la reception/entree.

Todo estaba perfecto: alojamiento muy cómodo con todo lo necesario, la piscina, la sala de juegos, el jacuzzi, los detalles de bienvenida, personal súper amable, buena comunicación. Repetiríamos sin duda.

The pool area is a good addition.

We have stayed at martalia apartahoteles for 3 nights while we have been travelling around Spain. When we arrived (3 adults) we were given an inside room, this is a room without a balcony or any natural light on the inside of the hotel. It has two windows which look on to the hallway/corridor which is used by other residents so the windows are closed shut all the time. I immediately asked reception if we could move rooms due to not having a balcony to dry washing, no natural light or any chairs to sit on. I was told none were available. The receptionist did get me a large airer to dry clothes within the apartment not ideal as you have a washing machine but find it hard to dry afterwards. The apartment was so small that the airer was a fire hazard near the entry door! The bathroom is nice and large however there is no extractor so all the steam goes in to the apartment. The shower head is low so you have to hold it to take a shower. The pull out bed was in the kitchen area. There was no room to cook anything and no table or chairs to sit at. The hotel wasn’t cheap to stay at. You have to pay for your own toilet roll once the initial two rolls have run out and you have to pay for maid service/change of towels if required. There is a vending machine in reception which isn’t replenished, this would be beneficial if u needed water etc as there isn’t a shop or bakery within walking distance nearby. Apparently you can’t eat or drink in the pool area (never heard of this before what about dehydration) but everyone did especially children! The pool area needs cleaning. It is a nice large area with chairs and sun loungers. The main staircases need cleaning as they are dirty and there are black hairs floating around all the time. Limited Parking is free outside the hotel or you can pay to park underground! The hotel is on the outskirts of Ronda, it is approx a 2 mile walk each way. Bus’s don’t appear consistent and taxi’s are like gold dust.

El apartamento tiene de todo. Súper limpio, la cama y almohada muy cómoda. Nos alojamos en el loft, creía que iba a ser pequeño pero tiene espacio suficiente para dos. Las vistas desde la terraza a la sierra son muy bonitas y el sitio es muy tranquilo. Está decorado con mucho gusto. Y tiene una zona de juegos abajo muy chula.

La piscina y jacuzzi no estaban muy limpios. El agua estaba turbia.

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel.( Wszelkie prośby i problemy rozwiązywane w bardzo szybkim czasie). Bardzo czysto w apartamencie, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia,nowoczesne wnętrze z wszelkimi udogodnieniami.Super lokalizacja blisko fajnych i ciekawych miejsc do zwiedzania

Basen mógłby być większy biorąc pod uwagę ilość osób które mogły z niego korzystać.Apartament troszkę mały jak na 4 osoby.( W mojej ocenie na 2 osoby idealny)..brak okien w apartamencie na zewnątrz wydawał się trochę dziwny i potęgował niewielki rozmiar apartamentu.

El apartamento estaba en buena ubicación, las habitaciones con todo lo básico cubierto, limpias y amplias. Las zonas comunes estaban muy bien cuidadas y con muchos detalles, la piscina está fenomenal para refrescarse durante el verano. La botella de vino cómo cortesía fue un detalle muy acertado.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist alles sehr sauber und riecht frisch. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge und hat einen schönen Pool und einen Jacuzi, wo man den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Vielen Dank für die Flasche Wein!

Que no hubiese agua en las duchas de la piscina y que el agua del jacuzzi estuviese muy sucia.

Jaukūs apartamentai, viskas yra, kas svarbiausia: plaukų džiovintuvas, lygintuvas, skalbimo mašina. Svarbu, kad šalia nemokamai galima laikyti automobilį. Ant stogo puiki terasa su baseinu, gultais. Taip pat numeris turi ir savo balkoną, kur galima leisti vakarus.

La ubicación es fantástica para ir andando al centro de Ronda en un paseo cómodo. Las instalaciones del complejo están muy bien y la cama era cómoda.

En la urbanización misma no hay prácticamente comercios ni servicios. Las almohadas nos parecieron demasiado finas. En cuanto al alojamiento, la habitación tiene un buen tamaño, pero para ser un apartamento con capacidad para 4 personas, el baño se queda demasiado pequeño.

Lovely comfortable apartment with excellent shared amenities. Great rooftop pool with other interior facilities like a gym and lounge with pool table. Five minutes drive into the centre of Ronda as walking distance is around 40-45 minutes. Easy parking at hotel and short drive to supermarkets. Good base for driving around the area and visiting the white villages.
