the quality of the rooms is lower than expected at this price point

The location is excellent. Breakfast is just standard. Was able to check in early after an overnight flight so that was much appreciated.

For the cost, the room is tight.

Full service hotel with breakfast only but nice bar and friendly staff. Rooms were clean updated and had air conditioning and comfortable beds. Great stay!

The hotel was a good base for our trip and comfortable. Staff were friendly . Walking to the bars and shops was easy from here .

Its not really a complaint , but more seating for breakfast would help as had to sit on a low sofa for breakfast. Only negative

It was an excellent hotel. It is very close to shopping streets and many tourists destinations. Staff were extremely helpful, nice, professional beyond any standards

Seul bémol pour la tv qui peut servir lorsqu’il pleut. La qualité des chaînes dispos en français est casi nulle

Location was central to everything we wanted to do. Right across the river from Temple Bar, shopping, restaurants, pubs The bed was big and comfy and close to most attractions.

la camera e il bagno sono molto piccoli, troppo per il prezzo che ho pagato (230 euro a notte SENZA colazione). capisco i prezzi alti della città ma mi aspettavo per lo meno di trovare una camera spaziosa.

We stayed 2 different nights. The first night our flight was at 7:10am. We needed to leave the hotel by 4:30am to catch our flight from Dublin to Edinburgh. The front desk didn’t tell us that the parking garage they recommended didn’t open until 7:30 am. We had yo scramble and call the parking garage owner to send someone to open up the garage. We had to pay him $40 euros cash in order to open the garage so we could get our car. It made our nice relaxing stay into a stressful time. We stayed another night and enjoyed the hotel and the location. So close to temple bar area. It’s right at the trolley as well.

Front desk needs to mention timing of parking garage they recommend Arnotts Garage. Rooms very small but comfortable

Very basic for price we paid

Absolutely perfect location. We could walk everywhere and there were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast in the mornings was fabulous.

We didn’t like how there were drug addicts right outside the hotel.

The real benefit of this Motel is its very competitive pricing and its location beside the Luas Line. The Staff whom I met at reception were very professional and friendly which set the tone for my positive experience.

No proper chair in room to relax. Rooms while comfortable are quiet compact.

Sehr schickes modernes Hotel mit super Lage. 5 Minuten von Temple Bar entfernt, perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Die Bar hatte die Hälfte der Getränke vo der Karte nicht.

The room was very small but met our needs for the one night. The bathroom was very nice with a great shower, hot water, big towels. The staff was very nice and kind.

Very clean and central location

The staff were outstanding, and we had such a lovely experience, Megan was so wonderful, she helped us out several times Elisha was so lovely as well , considering she has only been there a short time , all the staff and house keeping team are so very sweet to us both . So in conclusion I recommend that anyone who wants an unforgettable experience in Dublin book a room at this hotel , you will find your self treated as family . Thank you

Excelente localização. Conhecemos Dublin a pé e a hospitalidade de todos os funcionários foi uma ótima surpresa. Superou nossas expectativas.

Wenn man das Vergnügen, Guinness und Co. sucht, ist dieses Hotel das perfekte Basislager. Frühstück ist umfangreich, für jeden Geschmack was dabei.

... nun ja, das Zimmer könnte nicht kleiner sein. Aber das zeichnet diese Hotelkette aus und fließt natürlich in den Preis ein ...

Noisy location, had to keep windows closed, and then room was hot. At $300 US per night breakfast should be included - other nearby hotels at the same price point include hot breakfast

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfy and large bed. Lovely shower.

There was no complimentary shampoo/conditioner. One of the bedside plugs didn’t work. Shower caps would be a nice add in.

Room was just a bit small but we made do.

The location was perfect, just across the bridge from Temple Bar but far enough away from the crowds and late-night activity. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. A great base for exploring Dublin.

The elevators could get very crowded in the morning, sometimes resulting in a long wait. We tried using the stairs instead, but they weren't as intuitive or easy to navigate as we had hoped.

Location and reception 24hours

We were one night delayed but we notified reception about it. They informed us that this is no problem but they could not refund thw lost night which is fare enough as it was last minute even if the circumstances were unprecedented and out of our control. However, the next day when we arrived at the front desk it took them 2minutes to find our booking and finally they accommodated us in a different room. The bathroom sink was leaking and our door room was very old and making a squeaky sound. There waa also no cover for our pass key as it was broken. The second night we left the windows open instead of using the air con. There was fire somewhere and the smoke was coming into the room. The smell was terrible.
