Room could have had more lighting for packing/unpacking

The location was really convenient. It is very walkable, close to the train and many tour stops and attractions. The vibe in the hotel was very peaceful, with lots of places to have a quiet drink or read a book. Having a cafe and restaurant in the hotel was a great addition. Access was secure with key card required for entering the elevator and exiting the lobby.

Saturday night was surprisingly loud which made it hard to sleep, but we did not have this experience any of the other days.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Location was great. Friendly staff. Clean room.

The location is ideal, next to the famous Ha'Penny bridge and close to all the popular sights of Dublin. It is easy to find restaurants, pubs, etc nearby. It is also a stylish but very comfortable and well-appointed hotel, with great common areas to sit, have a coffee or drink, and rooms that provide everything I needed (extra points for nice bathroom amenities and large shower). The staff were helpful and welcoming as well.

Location, location, location! Right next to Ha'penny bridge, on the other side of the river from Temple Bar, meaning it was quiet enough to rest and get a good nights sleep but it was also a walking distance to the most important places, including Trinity College and Temple Bar. Staff was great and very helpful. The room was spacious, the kitchenette well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We especially asked for a quiet room and we got it. Bathroom was nice and clean. Gym was small but cozy and had enough equipment.

When we got to the room the trash bon was full of waste after the previous guests but this has been fixed immediately after we reported it. There was also a loooooot of dust bunnies under the bed, might be good to vacuum there - but we only noticed because we needed to pick somehithing up that we dropped under the bed. Other than that there is really nothing to complain about.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage um Dublin, speziell das Temple Bar Viertel, zu erkunden.

Im Badezimmer gibt es leider keine Steckdosen und das Licht im Zimmer sowohl wie im Bad ist etwas zu dämmrig. Ich fand es etwas befremdlich dass morgens gegen 5:30 der Innenhof mit Musik beschallt wurde. Unsere Zimmer hatten Fenster zum Hof und waren recht warm, trotz Klimaanlage. Es war früh morgens entsprechend laut.

Good location and easy walking to Temple Bar and Trinity College. Nice coffee shop with pastries if you didn’t purchase the breakfast. The buffet did look nice though.

Posizione davvero splendida. La struttura è bella e le parti comuni molto gradevoli e accoglienti. Personale cortese. Check-in e check-out molto semplici. Wi-fi ottimo. Non abbiamo mai usufruito della colazione, ma presenza del bar è un valore aggiunto.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite familiare. Il letto era affossato, nonostante la presenza di un topper. La pulizia settimanale prevista non è stata effettuata: l'incaricata ha bussato un pomeriggio mentre riposavamo e poi non è più ripassata. L'illuminazione della stanza, già abbastanza buia di suo, non era sufficiente, anche quella del bagno rendeva difficile radersi o truccarsi. La dotazione della cucina era insufficiente: ad esempio c'era un solo bicchiere da acqua e un solo cucchiaino.

An excellent location just across the canal from the Temple Bar area. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The most amazing central location to explore Dublin on foot. Room was perfect for a couple! Nice clean bathroom with roomy shower. Couch/kitchen were nice and roomy.

The A/C didn’t work all that well… certainly didn’t get down to the temperature we had set it for. The lack of parking was a little annoying. We parked in the garage that was just a 3 minute walk away but ended up paying 70 euros for 3 nights of parking. Feel like they could have offered a discounted hotel rate.

We really liked the location of the hotel. Just had to cross a short walking bridge to get to the Temple Bar area. The cafe and red were very nice. The reception staff were super friendly. The large rooms had washer and dryer which were a bonus and the room was super spacious.

Did not like the fact that we did not get our room cleaned on a daily basis. Did not see that when booking. Were we there for 4 nights and room was never cleaned or sheet and towels changed.

It's a pleasant boutique hotel in an excellent location.

I don’t usually leave hotel reviews, but enough went wrong this time that I wanted to leave a written record. We were given a Studio room that was otherwise fine, but instead of a proper window it had a narrow pane of opaque glass that couldn’t even be opened. I had chosen the hotel and room partly based on the photos on the website, several of which showed proper windows. I felt the room did not match what I had booked and paid for – especially considering the price – so I raised the issue at reception. The receptionist handled my complaint professionally and offered to find us another room with a proper window. Soon we had new keys and moved rooms. At 7 a.m. the next morning, I woke up to beeping, banging and construction machinery outside our window and couldn’t get back to sleep. The neighbouring building was undergoing major renovation work. At breakfast, I asked a member of staff whether guests complained about the construction noise. He said they sometimes did, but that they generally tried not to put guests on that side of the hotel. Apparently, we were an exception. I understand that the hotel cannot control construction work next door, and we had asked to change rooms. BUT when offering us the new room, the receptionist did not say a word about the expected construction noise, although she knew about it. Had she warned me, I could have stayed in the original room. Its window was tiny and unusable, but at least I would have slept. So our final hotel of a week-long trip to Ireland certainly left us with a memory and a story to tell our friends. Fortunately, we also stayed in some lovely places where we slept very well indeed.

We had two rooms on different floors and you Key Card just allows one to go to the floor your actual room is in so it's very tricky to meet up in one or the other room

El personal ha sido muy amable y profesional. La ubicación es perfecta. Ni muy cerca del centro ni demasiado lejos. Las instalaciones de la habitación eran muy correctas. Nevera grande, horno y microondas en un mismo aparato, lavavajillas, tostadora de pan, vitro, plancha de ropa y tabla, secador y utensilios de cocina.

El colchón era cómodo pero se hundía mucho. Además, la cama está muy encajada en su espacio y apenas hay sitio en uno de los lados para entrar y salir de ella. El sofá invitaba a levantarse rápidamente. El televisor se quedaba flasheado cada dos por tres sin motivo aparente. El aire acondicionado justito, pero bueno, estábamos en Dublín y no hizo casi calor. Pero con 18 grados de frío y a la máxima potencia, pijama corto o ni eso.

Breakfast was lovely but expensive- we ate elsewhere other than first morning.

We had two rooms- the twin room for my sons was brilliant, light and airy with a view over the river. My double room was much smaller which wasn’t necessarily a problem but the only window was completely frosted over, so no ability to see outside at all. I would not have booked the room had I been made aware. It’s one thing not having a good view but literally not being able to see outside is a significant factor.

Musty smell in room. Bed and sofa bed were ok, not brilliant €50 deposit taken from card on arrival, a little expensive. Would have preferred to provide card details instead.

Location was good, right beside Ha’penny bridge across the river from Temple Bar. The bed was comfy and the fridge in the room is a good size. The cafe downstairs did a very nice coffee and pastries in the morning.

Pricey for one night. The water pressure on the shower wasn’t great and the shower door slammed every time you closed it. The room was a little nosey hearing the lift every time it was used and hearing voices in the corridor.

Washer/dryer in room in the city center. Once we got situated in rooms with functioning AC it was nice.

Had to switch rooms for no AC. You need key card when leave room to get into reception area

La camera era x due ed infatti c erano solo due tazze, due piatti, due piattini, un po' misurati

Les appartements sont grands et bien équipés. La déco est plutôt moderne et soignée. Localisation hyper centre. Petite salle de sport sympa. Restaurant et bar sur place. Personnel disponible et à l'écoute.

pas de machine à café disponible pour faire son café le matin ! Dommage !

Fenster nur mit Ausblick auf eine Mauer. Klimaanlage/Umluftanlage war trotz Ausschaltens sehr laut auch in der Nacht (evtl. Hausanlage).

the room felt too dark for us and a little challenging working out the lights. The bar overcharged us for the wine that was on special, was a bit of an hassle getting money back standing at bar for 20 min.

The Irish receptionist at the time I checked in was quite rude. She was very dismissive and I hope will not interact with her again. Also, the room is quite warm for my liking. The AC isn't working well.

Central localization, friendly staff

Location was amazing, in the heart of Dublin walking distance to everything. The Staff were super friendly and helpful. Property is gorgeous.

The bed was a little worn, and was two twins pushed together with queen sheets. Not a queen bed like advertised. The washing machine was great but no dryer, had to hang dry for two days.

The location is incredibly convenient for tourists, which was a big plus. The breakfast and public areas are also quite stylish.

Extremely noisy on Friday night. Loud talking, music and deep bass blared until 3 a.m. I could not get to sleep even with earbuds and window closed. The studio hotel room is also quite dark even with all available lights turned on, so it is not very pleasant for spending time inside the hotel room. That said, the location is central, and there are plenty of things to do around the city.

Die Matratze in unsere Zimmer war leider sehr durchgedrückt. Für zwei Person waren sehr sparsam mit Besteck im Küche.

I highly recommend the Zanzibar Locke for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service. The location was convenient, my little apartment was comfortable and well maintained, and everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would be happy to stay here again.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

It was almost perfect. Clean, comfortable, great value for money. Kitchen and seating area very handy. Lovely shower gel, shampoo etc. in the bathroom. Great location in Dublin for to visit so many areas. I would book this property again.

Unfortunately they had no meals suitable for vegans, and few for vegetarians. We would have loved to have breakfast there, and relax in Zanzibar for dinner and a drink, but we had to go elsewhere to find food. We would have to bring our own food in future.

Great location, within walking distance of everything. The cafe was reasonably priced, actually less expensive than other places on the street. The river view was amazing. We arrived an hour early and our rooms were ready and we were allowed to check in. That was really nice!

No on-site parking. The parking lot was just around the corner, about 5 minutes away, though.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, gegenüber Temple Bar. Von unserem geräumigen Studio sahen wir die Liffey und das geschäftige Treiben. Das Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen. Uns störte das nicht, da das Zimmer eine Klimaanlage und eine Lüftung (stellten diese über Sicherung ab) hat.

Das Frühstück war mässig (vertrocknete Würstchen, Auswahl). Für ein nächstes Mal würde ich darauf verzichten.

Excellent location Really nice room and we requested a fold out bed as we had mistakenly booked double instead of a twin and the staff were very accommodating with this. We had pastries and coffee for breakfast which were lovely. The whole stay was comfortable and staff very friendly. I would stay here again.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss innerhalb 30 min erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und gross, wobei die Küche gut ausgestattet war. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nachts konnten wir die Partygesellschaften in den Strassen hören sowie die Müllabfuhr. Ferner war unser Zimmer gegenüber einer Baustelle und den Baustellenstaub konnten wir durch die Lüftung in unserem Zimmer riechen. Das Sofa im Zimmer hat etwas gerochen.

Cleaning service only after a Week. I do not need someone to make the bed every day. But every two days would have been nice to empty the bins, replace toilet paper and quickly vacuum the floor.
