A veces era dificil ingresar la contraseña en las chapas electrónicas.

Me encantó la decoración de los apartamentos principalmente la del apartamento c202, además tener la piscina tan cerca fue lo mejor, la congierge Jennifer fue un amor de persona siempre estaba pendiente para ayudarme en todo ella y su compañera yadel son las mejores, Sin dudas volveré y me quedaré por más días Dios mediante.

Fue un poco difícil utilizar la lavadora y la estufa.

Todo mal. No es como las fotos. No tienes acceso a la playa de manera gratuita, esta muy lejos y gastos en transporte. Peor lo peor fue que no tenía estufa, estaba dañada, prometieron cambiar de habitación y nunca llegó. Al día siguiente llegaron con una estufa a instalar en la tarde cuando ya había perdido un día y medio de instancia. No cumplieron con nada, el servicio de ellos es pésimo

Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante en este hotel. Después de un vuelo de 16 horas. La limpieza fue un problema grave durante toda la única noche que estuve y me cobraron las 3 noches de estancia. Los baños estaban llenos de pelos, lo que demuestra una falta total de higiene. Además, los utensilios de la cocina estaban sucios, algo completamente inaceptable en un alojamiento. Para empeorar la situación, las paredes del baño tenían manchas de color rojo que generaban mucha desconfianza, ya que no quedaba claro si se trataba de suciedad o sangre. Malas almohadas blandas. Lo más frustrante fue la falta de respuesta por parte del personal. Ante nuestras quejas, simplemente hicieron caso omiso, lo más justo es que hubieran ACEPTADO la solicitud del cambio de fechas porque no fue una queja si no muchas. He realizado muchas reservas en distintos alojamientos y esta es, sin duda, la primera vez que tengo una experiencia tan negativa, tan PESIMO. Es Un ENGAÑO las fotos. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Que eran CONSCIENTES de que podían haber cancelado las dos noches siguientes, que solo estaba exigiendo porque no me sentía segura en este edificio he hicieron caso omiso. NO LO RECOMIENDO. PÉSIMO…. Muy malo

- Le Golf à côté qui fait que l’entretien et les tondeuses commencent à 7h30 jusqu’à 11 heures : pas possible de rester en terrasse le matin - le côté bunker : 30 minutes pour rentrer dans complexe le premier jour - l’appartement est sombre du fait des vitres très teintées : du coup il faut mettre la lumière parfois même en plein jour - impossible de résider ici, sans véhicule

I had already paid for the reservation in advance. We arrived around 22:00 at the gate where we were stopped and asked where we had our reservation. The security guards at the gate had no information about our booking. The only thing I received on WhatsApp was a QR code, and that was it. They should have also sent us the code to enter the apartment. We spent three hours trying to figure out how to access the apartment. Eventually, we were told that they didn’t know how to let us into the apartment and that we would have to sleep in the car. We slept in the car outside the building until 9:00 in the morning because no one answered the phone numbers we were calling. We tried calling several numbers, but there was no response at all. In the morning at 9:00 they finally sent me a code, but it was wrong. They then sent another one, which was finally the correct code. I really do not understand how no one answered any of the phone numbers we called. We had to sleep outside in the car like dogs. The next day we also had no electricity, and again on the last day. I asked them to refund the money for the first night, but I received no response from them. If I ever come here again, I will never stay here again. Also, in the apartment there was no dishwashing sponge or basic cleaning items, which are small things but very important.

The apartment was clean, it is a huge property. We loved the layout. The response from whoever was in correspondence to us on booking.com was quick. Code to get in so no keys necessary, no check in necessary which is great. There is everything you need, fridge, microwave, stove, waffle maker, washer.

Concierge WhatsApp was very slow to responses. I still was not able to use the safe as no one came, there was another maintenance request and no one came.

The room could have been clean before my arrival should of had clean towels in the room along with to paper could of had my refund after moving from the property after not been saloon the property after the 2 day of my stay

My stay at Xeliter Cana Rock Punta Cana was exceptional, with a clean and comfortable environment and a lovely pool. Ranses Arriaga, my host, delivered outstanding service, warmly welcoming me to the DR and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. He checked in daily and provided links for food services, always being readily available. I highly recommend Ranses for his exceptional hosting skills. Kareem and family.

The attention from and availability of the staff to answer questions or deal with the smallest issue, was unparalleled. Ranses in particular was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with a pleasant garden view.

The apartment was truly great, very well equipped with everything you might need: plates, beach towels, air conditioning… it had it all! The only downside was that during my stay, garden maintenance caused grass debris to fall into the pool, which wasn’t cleaned afterwards. Nevertheless, my stay with Xeliter was perfect. I always felt safe, even while traveling alone. The Xeliter team, and especially Joan, played a key role in my experience: always available, he gave me valuable advice and excellent local recommendations. Also, if you want to go directly to the apartment, I highly recommend taking an Uber! Thanks to him, my stay was even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

Do not book this place. Xeliter Cana Rock in Punta Cana was advertised as a luxury condo, but it was a total disappointment. When we arrived, the electricity was off, no one was there to greet us, and we had to figure out the circuit breaker ourselves. There was no Wi-Fi until hours later. We were promised beach access, but didn’t get the passes until the day before checkout—and weren’t told the beach closed at 6pm. We got there at 5:30 and were denied entry. The penthouse suite was dirty, with animal feces on the balcony, dirty laundry in the bathroom and washer, no bottled water (despite undrinkable tap water), and no dish soap. The hot tub didn’t heat up, and the showers had no hot water. They told us this was “normal” yet it could be fixed but never sent anyone to fix it. The pool connected to our suite was dirty, yellow and under construction, so we had to walk across the complex to use another one. On top of all that, they charged us an extra 20 dollars day for electricity—never disclosed until after we booked. Their 70 dollar shuttle was also a scam, since Uber was only 35 dollars. No front desk, no accountability, no compensation. This place is cheap for a reason, and the management doesn’t care about guest experience. Save your money and stay at an actual resort. This was false advertising and a complete scam.

No good, bad experience

El servicio es muy bueno. La calidad de la estadía pésima. El jacuzzi no tiene agua caliente. Nos cambiaron de villa porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la primera villa. El jacuzzi no funcionó en ambas villas. La piscina se despinta y sales lleno de pintura. La compañía que administra es muy servicial e intentan que todo esté puntual, la calidad de la villa, malísima.

Foi incrível, muito cordial e prestativos, tudo enviado via e-mail ou chat, automatizado, gostaria de ter ficado mais.

Está ubicado en un lugar estratégico y se puede utilizar el restaurante y la discoteca del Hard Rock hotel, también hay un restaurante bueno y bonito dentro del complejo. Lo que deben mejorar es la recogida de desechos porque no había una señal para saber donde se depositan.

At the time of the check-in, we realize that it was not a hotel It was a litlle confused and inconvinient, but the person at the condominium lobby was so friendly and guided us through the stay.

Well I’m general it was ok, but very important points for travellers on vacation were missing. 1. They charge the rate per day without electricity and then charge extra for it. A hotel does it better. 2. They want you to collect the garbage and to bring it to manage to the outside of the building. You go to rest not to work. 3. Beach is ok to walk to for someone with full access to walk 20-30 minutes, but not to everyone. They offer an overpriced ride to take you to the beach. 4. There are not nearby attractions nor restaurants nor facilities to grant access to Uber eats drivers to deliver anything to you, so that forces you to go out at night and or have a rental car. 5. In conclusion, they have a business to make money, there is not interest in making any travellers experience memorable for good reasons. I won’t go back nor that I will recommend to anyone I know. They have good potential, I hope they use it soon.

Great property! I didnt like they charge you $20 per day upon arrival which i didn't know until i got there. Plus, i receive a text yesterday from someone there asking me what happen to one of the knives there and why they found it broken. They asked me to pay to replace which I thought was odd!!

Solo una de 3 televisores funcionaban y la host no dio la asistencia oportuna para solucionar. Adicionalmente nos cobraron 40 USD por consumo eléctrico. Lo veo abusivo.

Has everything you need

Do not rent from these folks. Key lock wasn't working properly, hot tub empty and not usable. No interest in any sort of customer service. Absolutely my worst ever rental experience, on any platform. Expedia should remove them

Please bring toothpaste and soap. They don’t clean the property unless you leave. You have go pay $20 a day for light and $30 for cleaning which is when u leaving. Limited amount of tissue. No extra garbage bin

Our power went completely out on the 3rd of 4 nights there. We had to move all of our things to another suite. After we switched suites we had no internet. We were not compensated for the inconvenience.

Me and my family stay here for one night it was very good

The apartment I stayed in was beautiful and clean. I loved the pools in their design, length and the nature around. Mr Luis, the concierge, made my stay pleasant also. He was always available and helped resolve any issue/concern speedily. Simply a pleasure and I will return any time I get the chance. The residence is a little isolated so I would recommend renting a car to get around easily.

I loved the property. Nice views, peaceful, and relaxing. The property manager Jhonny Luis hospitality made the stay even more as he was able to assist me with any questions regarding anything I wanted to do. Jhonny service was over the top and definitely 5 stars.

Only thing I didn’t like was the security. They kept giving me a hard time coming and going from the property. I feel like spent to much time dealing with them just get my family on the property because they everyone arrived to property at different times. But again that’s why Jhonny was the best because he handle them Everytime.

Man må betale 20$ ekstra for strøm pr natt. Varmtvann var det ikke, fikk ikke noen av tv til og virke ( kjøpte nye batteri) Du må også ha whats Up for og sjekke inn og sende passinformasjon ! Kjempeservice der di henter deg på flyplass,veldig behjelpelig folk.

VERY QUIET AND CLEAN PLACE--SAFE LOCATION AND BEAUTIFUL POOL FACILITY. OUR APARTMENT WAS ROOMY AND A NICE BALCONY WITH HOT-TUB---JHONNY WAS ALSO HELPFUL IN PROVIDING INFORMATION ABOUT THE FACILITY AND LOCAL TOURIST INFORMATION. BEACHES ARE DRIVING DISTANCE.

This was my first time visiting Punta Cana & first time staying here. They made sure to keep me update to date on my stay & was there to help immediately for any services that were need to accommodate my stay. The property has a great security team so that you can enjoy your stay with no worries. My rental had a amazon view & access to two large pools & one with a swim up bar. I'll definitely stay there again.

Jhonny and Luis were very helpfull they made sure our stay was confortable and made sure we were well atienden.

The apartment is a little small, but nice. Make sure you take personal care items like soap, shampoo conditioner toothpaste etc. The pool is large and nice. The beach is far for a walking distance and transportation is very limited if you don’t have a vehicle. You have to call and uber for everything. The place is in development and the main road don’t have any sidewalks so is a little dangerous to walk with children out side the apartment complex.

The unit and property were nice but I prefer a more convenient location closer to restaurants and shopping. A car is a necessity.

Property was clean, staff were very supportive. Melody, Katherine and Johnny were awesome.

Everything was perfect !!! Katherine was so nice and helpful since the entry to area was not so nicely, guard at the hotel entry should be respectful and clients oriented, my suggestion is to have a scan system to confirm the reservation so it will be faster and accurate. Among this the service of the property excellent, recomendation . For dinning near by etc. Katherine is a five start

I loved this property. It was a little hard to communicate because I do not speak Spanish but we figured it out. Overall very beautiful place to stay🙂

Muy buen lugar, lo rente rapido por una situacion que tuve que quedarme en la zona, la comunicacion fue muy buena y nos recibieron aun con el corto aviso. No vi unos cargos adicionales que tienen de US 50, lo cual al sumarlo a la renta me hizo ver la renta muy elevada comparada con otras opciones en la zona, pero el apartamento esta muy bonito y en un area premium.

Jhonny has the best service. The appartment doesn’t has a good airconditioner,

no breakfast was provided, quiet, beautiful place, and the pools were tranquil. The food sold at the pool restaurant was exceptional, everyone loved everything tried albeit it being a bit expensive with small portion especially the French fries. I would eat there again even with the prices.

The Host could have been a bit responsive, the water from the showers and faucets was brown, not sure if from dust or rust. The sheets were stained, as well as the pillows and pillow-cases. Wish there is an onsite store for quick supplies like milk, bottled water etc

We were staying at the Hard Rock for a work trip and wanted to fly in a day early and stay an extra day close by. Xeliter Cana Rock was very close! 5 minute drive. The staff was kind and super accommodating! The only drawbacks I’d say is we had hoped there was a restaurant on the property, but there was a mini grocery store, and we couldn’t get the TV to play anything. The pools were nice and we had a nice relaxing time. Thank you Cana Rock!

It's a great place. Property is new. Some areas are under construction, and it affects the cleanness around.

We went with two other couples but were in a building a mile apart. Sheets were dirty, shower was cold. Unless you were staying in the Hard Rock Hotel you have to shuttle to find anything to eat orcdrink and the shuttle only runs 10 to 5...nit recommended at all!

The property around was very nice , the apartment was terrible . Upon arrival there was no lights or air conditioner , couldn’t even see the numbers on the door to open the door . Upon entrance there was many flies inside , and the bathrooms were very dirty . They was also no running water . I wish there was a place to upload pics . Please don’t rent here . Took many hours even for a response from the administration. But to charge my card they knocked on the door in less then 5 minutes . Horrible.

Such a beautiful property. The infinity pool is amazing and gorgeous! Definitely and great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The concierge Yadel is such a sweet and helpful person. She was extremely nice and went above and beyond! I would definitely return!!

the property is very good, clean and well though! I can suggest to add local TV to rooms’ TV (there are 3 TV but only one with local TV) and laundry soap into the cleaning supplies but for the rest very well equipped and confortable.

Location, location and location. it’s very isolate the Cana Star more than cana Rock and like that was not bad enough there is no access to get in and out walking or any easy manner. make sure you have food before getting there specially if you have no car. To be fair if you have a car location would not be an issue.
