Otelin konumu, alanı, gün içinde vakit geçirme olanakları çok güzel. Umut Bey ve otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve nazikler. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.

The hotel room was disgusting it was infested with ants and the electric was cut off so many time in one day and the next morning there was no electric or water and I couldn’t have a shower or flush the toilet.

Lokasyon olarak sessiz ve sakinliği güzel.. Çocuklu aile ve balayı çiftleri için güzel tercih olur. Bar ve restoranı güzel.. Fiyatlar makul.. Çevre temizligi iyi, oda temizliginde biraz daha özen gösterilirse müthiş olur. Odaya girmeden yerlerin tekrar viladayla temizlenmesini istedim, anında temizlendi. İşletmeye ve personeline teşekkür ederiz. Seneye tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Genel olarak dogası havuzu ve personel hizmeti iyi idi. Yemek ve kahfaltı secenegi standar idi. Akşam yemekleri makul fiyat ama yemek lezzeti yokdu mecburren ikinci günü dışarıdan yedik Temizlik standart odalar kücük ve hertarafı bakımsız ve kirli durumda yataklar kokuyor banyo duşakabini cok kücük temizlik ve yemek harici genel olarak iyi dogası ve tabiatı güzel

Lovely pool area in beautiful place .Very friendly staff and the owners, who spoke fluent English were extremely friendly and helpful.

Overall it was a great experience in quiet atmosphere. Hotel has very friendly staff, well organized with a huge dining space made in Turkish style. Separated houses available for accommodation or could be picked up just suits. Reception is available 24/7. All around of hotel are mountains with hiking option for travelers. Visit to Oludeniz is recommended for many kind of adventures as well. Regards from the U.S. traveler.

Odada, yatak-yastık üzerinde aşırı derecede karınca vardı ve rahatsız ediciydi. Saç kurutma makinesi çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltı zayıf, bardaklar lekeli.

Harika bir dogada huzurlu ve sakin tatil oldu bizim icin,otel gayet guzel,temiz,sakin.calisanlar guleryuzlu,yardimci,hassas ve nezaketli.kopegi olanlar ,aileler ve sakinlik arayanlar icin kesinlikle tercih sebebi. Fotograflarda gorundugu gibi. Siddetle tavsiye ederim.

Kayaköyün merkezinde bulunan bir otel. Konumu ve otelin alanı çok güzel ama işletme berbat. Bu kadar olanaklı bir otelin bu denli kötü işletilmesi bizi üzdü. Kahvaltı vasat. Kocaman bir salonda küçücük bir alanda kahvaltı servisi var. Odalar konusunda, banyo oldukça kötüydü. Banyo yüz havlusundan saç çıktı. Gerçekten zorunluluktan geçirilmiş bir konaklamaydı. Umarım işletme sahipleri bu noktalara dikkat eder.

We booked the hotel by reading the reviews but it was a very bad experience. The location and facilities of the hotel were very good but the management was very bad. Breakfast is quite poor. The reception does not help you with your luggage and there is no lift in the hotel. Room cleaning is bad. Hair came out of the towel. I hope the hotel owners will fix them.

The inn is beautifully designed, combining modern comforts with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The location is perfect—close enough to the heart of Fethiye to quickly explore, yet tucked away in a peaceful setting that allowed us to unwind and relax. Our room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered stunning views we enjoyed each morning.

Nice pool and it’s relatively in the nature, there is nice views on mountains as well, and the lavender is the best

Very small room with bad smell in the property, it’s no comfort for a getaway spot as doesn’t have good restaurant, bed was small and bathroom is so simple as well, it’s more of motel than a hotel, as there is absolutely no room service except housekeeping

CONS: Extremely dirty conditions (mold, dirty bedsheets, dirty sink, toilet, bathtub, floors, etc.) The service was extremely poor, we waited over an hour just to be served breakfast, and on top of that the food was extremely bland and cold. There is really bad light fixtures in the room, you need to turn on the flashlight on your phone to use the bathroom even if the light is turned on because they really did not want to spend money on the electricity bill. There was hair and stains all over the bedroom. The staff are not cooperative, and cut you off before you can finish your sentence. The wifi is extremely bad The pictures are very deceiving. I tried to stay in the room for as little as possible because of how disgusting it felt to be in there. I would not recommend unless you’re someone who doesn’t mind having the previous guests’ poop stains in the toilet. Pros: Very large property and large rooms. The area around the property is very safe and is quite beautiful. Air conditioning is good.

Ben bu otelden hiç memnun kalmadım uygun fiyatlı diye tercih etmiştik ama aynı fiyata çok daha konforlu ve temiz yerler bulabilirmişiz kesnlikle pişmanım tekrar asla gitmem. Öncelikle bina koridorlar toz içindeydi gerçekten zor nefes aldım. Odanın içi de temizlik açısından çok kötü durumdaydı. Ayrıca odalarda konfor adına hiçbir şey beklemeyin yataklar aşırı rahatsız, odalara günlük temizlik yapılmıyor, günlük su bile bırakılmıyor. Hatta ben bir gün vücudumda garip ısırıklarla uyandım gelip yatağa bakacaklarını söylediler onun için bile odaya gelen olmamış bırakın günlük temizliği. Gerçekten peşin ödeme şartı olmasaydı hayatta ikinci gün kalacağım bir otel değildi bence farklı alternatifleri değerlendirin

Otelin konumu, atmosferi güzel, yeşil, vadide ama çok temel hizmete yönelik kaslar otelde zayıf. Başka konular da var geliştirilmesi için yazmak isterdim ama yer yok. Hizmet: Kahvaltı serpme kahvaltı şeklinde servis ediliyor ama çok geç geldi. 8 gibi gidince kahvaltı daha erken geldi ama tatildeyiz biraz uyuyalım, 9:30 gibi gidince 40 dakika bekledik. Kalabalık değildi sadece 3 masa servis bekliyordu. Neden geç getirildiğini anlamadım. Biz şöyle bir sistem yaptık; ben erken gidip kahvaltıyı söylüyordum ve eşim kahvaltıya sonradan geliyordu. Bunu yapmak zorunda kalmak garip. Bence ya sistemsel bir hata var ya da eleman eksikliği var. Serpme kahvaltı bence israfı da arttırıyor, açık büfe olsa bu iki sıkıntı ortadan kalkar. Oda: Biz iki kişilik dağ manzaralı standart odada kaldık. Bence oda çok küçüktü, eşyalarımızın üzerinden atlıyorduk. Balkon var ama çamaşır teli olmaması büyük sıkıntı, denize gidiyoruz, terliyoruz eşyaları odada bir yerlere koyuyoruz. İnsanlar da havluları korkuluklara asıyorlardı. Oda küçük ama dışarıda restoran ve havuz dışında oturacak yer olsa güzel olurdu. Oda 3. Kattaydı. Ve asansör yoktu. Olmayabilir belirtilmeli ve en azından yardım teklif edilebilirdi. 2 koca bavulu taşıdım. Yine taşırdım ama teklif edilmeli. Klima konumu yatağın karşısındaydı. Direkt olarak hava yüzüme vuruyordu. Belirttim. Ve duruma karşı hiçbir pratik çözüm sunulmadı. Başka oda bakalım size dönelim dendi ama dönülmedi. Yatağı odada tek başıma kenara çektim.

Personal sehr verbesserungswürdig. Beim Check in war unser Zimmer nicht gut gereinigt, Haare vom vorherigen Gast waren im Badezimmer zu finden. Essensbestellung dauert ewigkeiten.

We booked a really cheap hotel in Marmaris, but when we arrived, we decided not to stay! After a lot of research, we found the Ensoinn. What an oasis! Lovely calm, relaxing location. Breakfast included and more than adequate. The menu for lunch and dinner was lovely with plenty of choice and catered for my gluten free needs. We’d like to return, but I can’t find a website! I can only find it through the booking brokers but I’d rather all my money went to the hotel, not split with an agent! Hotel, please respond with an email address!

The pool is amazing and clean. The breakfast is delicious and a lot to choose from. The balcony was big and nice to sit there. Free parking

Our room was pretty small, with our two big backpacks and two little ones. I think they have bigger ones.

Lovely hotel to relax and just chill by the amazing pool. Not far from the charming village of Kayakoy which is easily walkable. There was a slight problem at check in as room was not ready due to cleaner shortages however this was remedied by a free beer!! We stayed in an attic room for £50 a night, they are adequate and what you would expect for that money - dont expect exquisite splendour here and you will not be disappointed. Hotel restaurant was good and very reasonable, breakfast was ok, typical Turkish dishes which felt like they were all pre prepared but quality good and big portion sizes. Would we go back? yes we would if we were passing its great for a chill and not do much of anything apart from lie by the pool and eat. Whilst the hotel was fully booked when we went there it never felt overly busy anywhere either in the pool or restaurant

I liked the pool and the restaurant staff.

There was no Wi-Fi, we complained and got moved our room and still there was no Wi-Fi when we moved. Toilet was leaking so when you flushed it, anything from the toilet would spill out to the whole bathroom. Room service didn’t come to clean so we didn’t have toilet paper, clean towels, toiletries. This was brought up to the reception many times and nothing was done about it. Me and my husband had to ask the cleaning staff ourselves to clean and then it was done one day during our 7 day stay. Reception was unhelpful whenever asked for anything. Hotel staff did not do anything to help or improve on any of the issues pointed out.

The hotel is located in the tranquil part of the village. I really enjoyed with this silence especially in the night. Swimming pool and the sitting area around the pool are quite nice. But the best part of the facility is the restaurant serving delicious food which is surrounded by an another pool. Staff in the restaurant is friendly and service is fast. In general I like the facility.

I booked two rooms; one with double bed and another one with two single beds. However, when we arrived, we realized that both rooms had one double bed each. We asked to change one of the room with two single beds but it eas not available although the option has been provided me while I was booking. The staff in reception was not experienced, the manager I talked over the phone promised me to solve the problem. Although the solution offered was not ideal (they put a portable bed in one of the room), we accepted since we were tired and it was quite late to find another place. I asked several times to meet the manager in person but he preferred to communicate via phone. I believe that we were just worthless customer for them staying in an economic room with discount (I got a discount due to being a genious member of booking.com) In fact, my intention to meet the manager in person was to thank them for their effort to solve the problem even if it was not an ideal solution but also to advice them to check the information in booking.com about their hotel and review the notification system between booking.com and the hotel. If there were no option in booking.com for a double room with two single beds for the dates we stayed, this hotel wouldn’t have been even an option for us. Customer relationship is one of the most essential part of managing such places, I hope they will improve themselves on that. Rooms: I don’t know how the condition of other rooms or bungalows are but economic rooms need a good maintenance, especially in the bathrooms.

Expensive restaurant, very limited options for vegetarian food

Best welcome. Check-in was fast and friendly. Staff were very helpful and informative. Breakfast was good The young gentleman at the bar was a very fun person to deal with. When we asked for off the menu cocktails, he said let's try them together. :) The only issue that I had with my stay was the size of the shower. I'm a middle size male and I could not turn in the shower without hitting the door or walls. Other than that everything was fantastic.

We enjoyed a lot during our holiday. Rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly. The food was quite delicious. I strongly suggest spending time at this beautiful resort in Kayaköy. Thanks for the great experience.

It was nestled in a town surrounded by mountains/hills. The view was calming. The pools were well kept, clean, and refreshing from the heat of the day. The rooms were comfortable but could have more seating as opposed to sitting on your bed, but every room had a balcony which was nice. I would recommend this property but you will need to have a car as it is a 15 min. drive to Oludeniz or Fethiye. Their are restaurants and little market stores within walking distance.

The nature is perfect, rooms are clean and the meals are very delicious. We were all together with our friends and families, also my baby was with us, and we were vey happy. Pool is nice to swim, Kayaköy is also another place to visit near the hotel. You should see this historical and natural village too.

We spent couple of nights here with my family. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The grounds were clean and sanitary. Environment was stunning. Food was great as well. As for the room, it was super pleasant and comfortable. It was the perfect place for a family trip.

In an amazing nature. an environment, atmosphere :) it must have been heaven when I first went :) each room is carefully prepared, woodwork and design are wonderful. The bar and the dining area feel like they are on the island, right in the middle of the infinity pool.. the foods is great. The interior design and location of the bugolow houses are great.. can recommend everyone to live in this place.. Very close to Fethiye, Kayaköy and Ölüdeniz, participate in all kinds of activities. .. ı can recommend Ensoinn Hotel :)
