Nous avons aimé la chambre et sa grande terrasse. Belle déco épurée et environnement calme. La piscine est très agréable. L’équipe est présente et propose son aide pour les activités extérieures.

Durant notre séjour il y a eu des coupures d’électricité : pas de boissons chaudes ni d’œufs au petit déjeuner. Ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais dans cette gamme , il pourrait y avoir un plan B au gaz…

Review We had a lovely stay at Nysis Koufonisia. The room was beautiful, with incredible views, and the whole place felt very relaxing. The staff were a real highlight — so friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. I believe one of the team was called Irina, who was particularly lovely and made us feel very welcome. Beautiful room, amazing views and wonderful people. We’d definitely recommend Nysis and would happily stay again.

The best hotel ever, the staff was so helpful and professional. The breakfast was very good delivered to your room or by the pool side. It was very relaxing, quiet and very close to town and beach. If we ever visit koufonisi again I'll be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Nysis Koufonisia. The property has a beautiful modern Cycladic design, and our room was spacious, stylish and clean. Irini and Maria were super welcoming and incredibly attentive. From sharing a thoughtfully curated list of recommendations to helping us arrange dinner reservations and book a sailing tour, they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off from the port was another thoughtful and very convenient touch. The location is also perfect: peaceful, yet only a 5-minute walk from the centre and around 15 minutes from the beach. Beautiful surroundings, genuine hospitality and exceptional service - we would happily stay here again!

We had an amazing stay - the property was beautiful with a beautiful view and amazing colours during the sunset. The room and common areas were all gorgeous. Everyone also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - gave us recommendation and even arranged the boat tour we ended up going on. Would definitely recommend.

Struttura nuova, rilassante, poco fuori dal paese, con piccola piscina attorniata da belle piante. Camera accogliente e pulita. Personale gentile. Comodo transfer al porto.

COLAZIONE! Non all’altezza della struttura e del prezzo pagato. Servita in camera, per noi terrazzo in pieno sole, quindi già molto caldo alle 9, da scegliere su app il giorno prima entro le 16. Scelta cibi limitata e servita in quantità minime (frutta fresca per 2 una pesca e una susina, pane bianco una fetta, yogurt due cucchiaiate ….). Niente spremuta fresca ma succo confezionato (un bicchiere), torta salata decongelata … DOCCIA! In camera ns (7) piatto doccia si riempiva subito di acqua ed essendo semi walk-in allagava bagno anche con doccia velocissima. Problema segnalato ma non risolto.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή από κάθε άποψη! Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο και πολύ ήσυχο, ιδανικό για πραγματική ξεκούραση. Η καθαριότητα ήταν άψογη σε όλους τους χώρους και η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού πραγματικά υποδειγματική, πάντα με ευγένεια και διάθεση να βοηθήσουν. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ πλούσιο, ποιοτικό και με εξαιρετικές επιλογές. Συνολικά, η φιλοξενία ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας και έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο όμορφη. Απόλυτα δικαιολογημένο 10/10. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Φυσικά η εξαιρετική διαμονή ολοκληρώνεται με την ΑΨΟΓΗ εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού! Μαρία και Ειρήνη σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα.. εύχομαι σύντομα να ξαναβρεθούμε στο χώρο σας!

Exceptional stay in a truly serene and relaxing setting characterised by a modern minimalistic Cycladic aesthetic. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained with sea views while the pool area was perfect for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings. Everything was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, making us feel completely at home. What makes this place truly special is its unique atmosphere. Time seems to slow down there, creating a sense of calm that is hard to find elsewhere. A wonderful place with a special charm, and one that we would gladly return to. Highly recommended!

Η διαμονή μας στο Nysis ήταν πραγματικά ονειρεμένη! Το ξενοδοχείο μοντέρνο, προσεγμένο, πεντακάθαρο...το δωμάτιο μας φανταστικό, ευρύχωρο με μπαλκόνι θέα στην πισίνα και ηλιοβασίλεμα..οι ιδιοκτήτες και το προσωπικό απλά καταπληκτικοί, προσιτοί και πάντα με το χαμόγελο.. πραγματικά αξίζει..μην το σκέφτεστε καν... εμείς σίγουρα θα τους ξανά επισκεφτούμε!

Avevamo la stanza al primo piano con vista mare, ampia terrazza. Bella la piscina ma poco praticabile causa vento.transfer gratuito da e per il porto ma sono 3 minuti contati. Vicino al centro a pochi minuti a piedi e a 15/20 minuti a piedi dalle prime spiagge.

Stanza scarna con l’essenziale, letto comodo, lenzuola pulite. La pulizia non ottimale. Sul piano del Bagno c’erano peli e a terra c’erano elastici di quelli che servono per l’ortodonzia. La porta del bagno piena di impronte di mani. Colazione la vera delusione. Non credete alle foto di piatti di colazione magnifici… vi chiedono il giorno prima cosa volete tramite app, c’è pochissima scelta e davvero imbarazzante. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente scarso

Every little detail had been thought of, 10/10 and the best place we’ve ever stayed at on the Greek Islands. Maria & Irini are the most beautiful hosts and nothing is ever too much. We loved everything!

This is the loveliest hotel in Koufonissi. It is the ideal location to the port and easy to the beaches. It is very quiet area where you can truly relax away from the busier spaces. It is has the most beautiful views of the ocean and Keros. It is the highest quality hotel which top end bedding and towels. And the breakhast is so increible and delievered by such a lovely staff. They care for all your needs. the entire vibe is serene and you can truly relac here.

Really lovely hotel - spacious room and balcony, everything was elevated and top tier. Even down to beautiful smelling room. Great breakfast options. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Really lovely spot if staying on this island - would highly recommend!

Beautiful property with lovely pool area and landscaping. Close to Chora and lots of lovely coastal walks. Large room with a massive terrace and sea views. Minimalist become have liked more storage though so kept most of our clothes in a suitcase on the sofa. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

The breakfast. You had to order on an app and it was limited. Fruit( which I like a lot of for breakfast) was one single apricot or peach which was often unripe. lots of incorrect or missing items arrived. They had no herbal tea and the quantities of orange juice was tiny for 2. Nysis was the most expensive place we stayed in our 3 weeks stay in Mykonos, Naxos, Iraklia and koufonisia and by far the worst breakfast in quality and quantity.

I would have been nice to take a morning swim at the pool but it was not allowed until 10.30.

This is a wonderful and very stylish hotel on an enchanting island blessed with crystal-clear waters and sandy beaches. Our room had a large balcony from which we enjoyed lovely views of the pool, the village and the sea. The entire property is spotlessly clean, very well maintained and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. The delicious breakfast had to be ordered the day before. There was a wide selection to choose from, including plenty of options for vegetarians and we could decide whether to enjoy it on our balcony or by the pool. What made this place truly special, however, was the natural warmth and hospitality of Panagiotis, Irini & the entire team. Not only were they incredibly welcoming to their guests but their genuine appreciation for one another was equally apparent. It was plain to see that they loved their work and truly cared about their guests. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Our west-facing balcony became quite hot in the evening. Perhaps it would be possible to install an awning or at least provide a sunshade?

Our stay was amazing. The staff and miss Maria the owner we t above and beyond to make our stay as amazing as possible. They exceeded our expectations and anticipated our needs before we even asked them. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Nysis. The rooms were well appointed, quiet and spotlessly clean. The gardens and pool area were lovely - perfect for a bit of sunbathing, reading or just sitting with a cold glass of wine. The location is convenient for both the beaches and restaurants and the port, from which the boat taxi can take you to the beaches further around the island. But what really elevates this hotel is the people. All of the staff were super friendly and Panos (the owner) and Maria could not do enough to help. The complementary transfer from the port to the hotel was also most welcome. If we ever return to Koufonisia, I know where will be staying.

We had a wonderful stay at Nysis. Maria went above and beyond for us with restaurant recommendations and knowledge of the island. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Our ferry out of the island was canceled and Maria was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend Nysis!

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and location were great. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Accommodation was clean quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to some incredible beaches and plenty of amazing restaurants and Bars. Everything you needed was here or close by. Loved it!

One very small issue no tea making facilities in the room, only coffee. If you don’t drink tea this won’t be an issue and they serve tea with breakfast or from the pool bar if you need it. Everything else was excellent!

Nous avons trouvé cet endroit au dernier moment et ce fut une très agréable surprise. La taille de la chambre et les équipements sont parfaits, mention spéciale au ventilateur qui est beau et très efficace. Le lit était génial, très grand et moelleux à souhait. La piscine est idéale : ni trop petite, ni trop grande, et elle est calme. Maria nous a pris en charge avec professionnalisme et gentillesse. Un exemple d’attention qui fait la différence : je consomme beaucoup de café, et le premier jour j’avais 4 capsules Nespresso, le deuxième jour il y en avait 9, sans que je n’aie rien demandé. Un séjour super !

Everything was perfect. Beautiful setting with views over Koufonisi. Lovely gardens and pool area with bar serving reasonably priced drinks. We had a lovely bottle of rose for only €12! Well-appointed room with A/C, fan, really comfy super king bed, large twin shower, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine with pods provided and replenished daily. Great attention to detail from Maria and her team - very friendly and helpful. Wonderful daily breakfast included in price of room - made to order and delivered to our room at the requested time or could be served in the pool / bar area if preferred. Really appreciated the free lift from/to the port on arrival/departure. Easy walk into the town 5-10 mins. Lots of good places to eat and shop. Great beaches and beautiful coastline. We will be back.

I liked absolutely everything! Very big room with comfortable bed, pillows and nice terrace. The swimming pool and external area are fantastic, everywhere is very quiet and relaxing. The staff is extremely nice, Maria is the point of reference and she’s the nicest lady.

This place is absolutely MAGICAL!!! The staff is sooo nice and helpful, they are always available to help you with anything you need: booking a boat tour, recommendations for restaurants, taking you to the port! Anything. The location is amazing, everything is taking so good care of. The decoration is beautiful and the service fantastic. Really the BEST place in Koufunisi.

1st floor signature suite was wonderful and had a lovely view from the terrace. Breakfast was one of the highlights - delicious tasting and a great selection. You place your order the day before via a QR code, and it's brought directly to your room at the requested time. The best point about this hotel though is Maria. She's super friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Such an asset to the hotel! We're already planning our next trip ☺️

The breakfast was disappointing and basic, and you had to order it the day before.

Of the islands we visited in Greece, I would return to Koufonisia. It is peaceful and calm compared to the hustle and bustle of the popular islands. Our host picked us up from the ferry dock, he had an app that tracked the ferry so even though our boat was late, he was right on time to get us. The owner was on sight helping manage the property which has been in his family for a long time. The hotel is new however, with all the modern comforts. It was like a paradise walking into the main area with the pool. Our host was so gracious and helped us arrange for laundry service. Breakfast was a highlight and a joy. The night before they provide a sheet with all kinds of options for you to select from. We didn't realize it would be so much food so we ordered a little too much the first morning. But the options were great! Omelet, bacon, yogurt, honey, croissant, chocolate croissant, dessert of the day, fruit, bread, marmalade, coffee, milk, juice, and cheeses. They buy it fresh every morning. It was generous and delicious. You can choose to dine in the room or by the pool. We choose the pool because it was so peaceful. In the evening the host offered us a free glass of local honey raki to drink and enjoy the sunset. It was the best raki we had on the trip and we went to find it at the grocery store later. it's our favorite souvenir to share with friends back home. The property manager helped us make reservations at a local fish restaurant, which was worthwhile. It's obvious a lot of thought and care went into making the experience of the hotel comfortable and charming. I would like to visit again just for the hotel experience. On check out, they held our luggage so we could explore the town while waiting for our ferry in the afternoon. We hung out by the pool for a few hours as well, even though we had checked out, they made us feel welcome by providing pool towels so we could sit with our feet in the pool.

Breakfast was delicious and had the choice of being served in our room or having it at the Bar area that overlooked the beautiful island view.

No comments here as everything was wonderful.

By far the best places in Koufonisia! Panayiotis and Maria made us feel very welcome and went out if their way to meet our every request. It’s a great place for family holidays as well as group of friends.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely incredible, they will go above and beyond to make sure you have an unforgettable stay. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful oasis to retreat and relax by the pool
