Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Επειδη ειναι ακριβως πανω απο εστιατοριο κ αλλα μαγαζια αν μενετε στο δωματιο μπροστα απτο δρομο (νουμερο 1) και λογικα και τα αλλα 2-3 που ειναι εκει διπλα, θα εχετε θορυβο κατα την υψηλη σεζον. Τα δωματια επισης χρειαζονται επειγοντως μια καλη ανακαινιση σε μπανιο, διακοσμηση, επιπλα, στρωματα

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Nice, simple clean room at a reasonable price. Nothing fancy, but a very good place to spend the night if that is what you’re looking for. Good AC, good WiFi, pick-up from the port (although it’s a 5 min walk, everything clean, fridge.
The shower has no glass or curtain, which make the bathroom essentially a wet room. Not actually an issue, but you must be mindful showering otherwise the bathroom floor will be wet. It will dry quickly anyway.

En face d’un restaurant diffusant de la musique forte tous les soirs jusqu’à minuit. Absence de fenêtre pouvant s’ouvrir. La terrasse indiquée se résumant à une coursive le long des chambres.

There is nothing to complain, we were in the centre but never felt loud noise coming from the nearby restaurants or road.

Das Zimmer war spartanisch und ungemütlich eingerichtet und extrem klein. Kein Balkon oder Wasserkocher etc. Leider waren die Räume genauso wie die Taverne ungastlich.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Πεντακάθαρο, μόλις άνοιξα την πόρτα μοσχομύριζε το δωμάτιο, νεράκια στο ψυγείο, πολύ κεντρικό, ήρθαν μας παρέλαβαν από το λιμάνι, ευγενέστατοι φιλόξενοι όλοι. Πρέπει να δοκιμάσετε και το φαγητό στο κατάλυμα! Αξίζει!

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026My experience was terrible! To begin with, they didn't pick me up from the port with the shuttle van as promised (the driver left without me). I ended up waiting for more than 20 minutes in the heat and had to carry my heavy luggage up the steep hill to the accommodation. On top of that, they made no effort whatsoever to make up for the mistake or compensate me for the inconvenience. I wasn't welcomed by any host, and no one even told me where the reception was or explained the hotel's facilities. To make matters worse, I found a cockroach in my room. Out of the three islands I visited in Greece (Naxos, Paros and Koufonisi), this was by far the most expensive accommodation I paid for, and it was NOT worth it. You can find much better places closer to the port and/or the beaches. I do not recommend this hotel.

Nous étions dans une petite chambre avec un vasistas de 50centimetres sur 40 centimètres en hauteur pour ouverture donnant sur les toits, il ne faut pas être claustrophobe sans vue mer pourtant indiqué, la vue mer était dans le couloir accédant à notre chambre, pour voir la mer il faut laisser la porte d’entrée ouverte et être dans le couloir commun, avec une terrasse commune pour 121, 50 euros ce n’est pas justifié c’est une arnaque, au dessus d’un restaurant avec des odeurs de cuisine je ne recommande pas, même le drap était pour un lit d’une personne alors que nous avions un lit double

Malgrado fosse una piccola camera senza possibilità di cucinarsi qualcosa, c’era una bellissima terrazza comune con vista mare dove consumare colazione o pasti. Camera molto equipaggiata con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo: per es trovare ganci appendiabiti a parete non e’ da tutti i posti, fili e pinze per stendere e persino una cassaforte, aria condizionata ben funzionante. Antonis gentilissimo ci e’ venuto a prendere al porto. Ci siamo trovati bene anche alla taverna Melissa, cucina casalinga e sconto incluso…tutto molto comodo e vicino.
Dimensioni del bagno, tenda doccia e mancanza di un supporto per il doccino.

Dusche sehr eng, der Duschvorhang klebte an einem. Der Spiegel im bad hing sehr tief. Das Bett war für mich persönlich zu unbequem.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025The location is perfect! The island isn’t very big, but the hotel is close to the supermarket, the beach, and several restaurants. It also offers a discount at the restaurant that belongs to the hotel, which is great! They even provided transportation from the ferry to the hotel, even though the distance is short, it’s a really nice touch.
I liked everything! It would have been nice if they also offered transportation back to the ferry (haha), but it’s really no big deal, it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the port anyway.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025La struttura ci è piaciuta moltissimo. Le camere sono di nuova ristrutturazione, spaziose e sempre pulite, con servizio di pulizia giornaliero. Il personale che si occupa dei servizi igienici è molto cordiale e professionale. La biancheria è molto soffice e sempre pulita. I letti e i cuscini sono spaziosi e comodi. Ci sono tutti gli arredi che servono per una vacanza anche lunga. Gli arredi sono nuovi. I bagni sono spaziosi e hanno tutto il necessario. L’acqua è calda anche nell’ora di punta. Tutto è studiato per il comfort e per non avere bagagli in mezzo durante il soggiorno. Le camere hanno una bella vista sul tramonto e ci sono finestre anche in bagno. Le terrazze sono condivise e sempre pulite, alcune con tavoli, sedie e parasole. La vista sui panorami di Koufonissi è splendida. La posizione è comoda perché è in pieno centro in un posto tranquillo. E in ogni modo gli infissi sono di legno massello e i muri divisori sono pieni pertanto da dentro la stanza a fuori non si sentono mai rumori nè provenienti dalle altre camere, nè provenienti dal paese. Le finestre sono nuove, doppie e anti rumore. I proprietari delle stanze sono gli stessi proprietari del ristorante omonimo che è il migliore di Koufonissi. Prezzi onestissimi e pietanze locali sempre fresche, di ottima qualità e cucinate molto bene. Tra i migliori che abbiamo mai provato in tutta Grecia. Naturalmente non manca il grande calore umano che caratterizza le vacanze in Grecia

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025The owner of the hotel called Antonios picked us up from the Port and took us back to the Port upon check out. Antonios is a lovely guy juggling the business and restaurant attached to the Apartments. The hotel is located in the centre of Town surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarket, shops and very close to the beach. Location was 10/10.
The hotel is very dated including the room we had. The bathroom was so small including the shower. We had one leg in the shower and one leg out. It was a challenge to have a shower and the bathroom mat and another towel we placed on the ground was drenched in so much water.

Η ντουζιέρα ήταν πάρα πολύ στενή, η κουρτίνα δεν έφτανε να καλύψει γύρω γύρω, αλλά και να κάλυπτε ακούμπαγε πάνω σου λόγω μεγέθους της ντουζιερας. Στα καταλύματα είναι πολύ σημαντικό να είναι το μπάνιο σωστό.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025This room was good value for money. We were met at the port and transferred by a van with a bunch of other people. It wasn't that far to walk (600 metres) but on a hot day, the transfer was appreciated. The host greeted us and provided some tips about the room and the island. The location was central with restaurants, shops, cafes, bakeries etc nearby. The main beach - Ammos - near the port was a short walk away and other swimming beaches were also walkable. If you choose to eat at Melissa Chora you are given a 10% discount which was appreciated. The room is fit for purpose and matches the price point. We had two single beds in an open room. If you want more privacy, you should explore other options.
The mattress was a little firm for my liking so took some getting used to.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία, είναι στο κέντρο με πρόσβαση παντού. Λίγο μικρό δωμάτιο ωστόσο εξοπλισμένο με τα απαραίτητα. Θα ήταν ωραίο να έχει επιλογή πρωινού με την αντίστοιχη χρέωση. Τα κρεβάτια θέλουν καλύτερα στρώματα.
Μικρό δωμάτιο και η κουρτίνα στο μπάνιο, θα βόλευε μία καμπίνα στο ντους.
