Reviewed Jun 18, 2026דירה נקיה יפה ומרווחת. חדר שינה עם מיטות נוחות. סלון גדול. מיקום מצויין קרוב לsevenska massen וגם לרחוב הראשי שמוביל למרכז העיר. ניתן להשאיר מזוודות בקומה -1 של הבניין. (יש קוד בכניסה לבניין ויש הרבה שטח אחסון)
מכונת כביסה וייבוש משותפת לכלל הדיירים. וגם שואב אבק. מקרר ומקפיא יחסית קטן. הדירה לא הייתה מצויידת בחומרי ניקוי ונדרשנו לבקש. וכן אין מטאטא. המקלחת נוזלת ואף אין מגב. עובדים לא יודעים אנגלית. עובד נכנס לחדר בלי לדפוק והעיר את הבת שלי. באופן כללי התקשורת עם האירוח לא הייתה מאד טובה. ולקח להם זמן להגיב.

No towels and no response from owner/manager despite repeated requests through booking.com app, text messages and phonecall so had to shower first 24 hours with a bathmat and tea towel!. Then responded and said they had been “left on the bed”. They weren’t. Cleaners left them on day 2. Door has a keypad. On the first night we were locked in the room and couldn’t get out for ten minutes. Thought we were going to miss our restaurant reservation!. Then final night we couldn’t get in the room as key pad didn’t work so clearly a problem with the door. Again no response. Eventually realised that the door was unlocked and had been all day so our stuff wasn’t safe. Decided to stay in on the last night as couldn’t risk it. So lovely room but really poor customer service so as long as nothing goes wrong it’s fine. Otherwise it’s a real pain.

The hotel is right next to the Art Museum and within walking distance from bus and tram, or a short walk to the center. Check-in info is received on time and clear instructions are given to enter.
The keypads are a bit finicky and door handles need unblocking each time. From a safety perspective it’s s good.

Slå-ud sengene er ikke så gode - madrassen er tynd og det bliver hurtigt et hårdt underlag.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Really nice apartment in a fantastic location; very quiet, walkable to everywhere you might want to go and near the lovely HAGA district. Not sure it's actually a penthouse, but perfectly fine, plenty of space and good value in Gothenburg. Very friendly and efficient staff, who were incredibly helpful. Would recommend.
Only a very minor thing, but the Netflix didn't work on the TV.

The only improvement would be better curtains. The curtains let the light in and I prefer blackout blinds/curtains.

Rengøring var flere steder ikke helt i top. Sengetøjet på en af sengene var nusset og der var hår i sengen. Der manglede opvaskemiddel og et viskestykke til aftørring.

It was considered a deluxe quadruple apartment but my two kids were sleeping in the lounge room. If they were adults, it would be worrisome. Also, the weight limit for the bunk was 100kg. My 14yr old son is just under that, it may have been a problem if we took two adults with us instead of our kids

Room was not as big as it it looked in pictures. Large furniture making the room cramped. We were stuck out in the cold as it said thee was reception and never sent a door code. We the couldn't contact the staff.

Reviewed Nov 23, 2025Super gelegen. Sehr gut ausgestattet: Induktionsherd, Töpfe, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine…. Geschirrtuch, Schwamm, Spülmittel. Bequemes Bett und seeehr ruhig in der obersten Etage. Sofa und abgegrenztes Schlafzimmer. Dunkle Vorhänge.
Manchmal hätte ich es gerne etwas wärmer gehabt… lag vielleicht am Wintereinbruch. Der Küchentisch ist leider zum Schreiben weniger geeignet.

Att köket är kasst utrustat. Jag menar inte att det måste bara speciellt men kökshandduk, hushållspapper, diskmedel (var ej påfyllt), två skålar att lägga upp maten i och äggkoppar till slla.

Literie très confortable bien que lits jumeaux. Salle d’eau spacieuse avec sèche serviettes et eau bien chaude ! Le logement a une situation géographique exceptionnelle à côté de la statue Poseidon, en haut des champs Élysée de Göteborg ! Vous pouvez facilement contacter les propriétaires pour toute demande.
Il manque une raclette pour la douche italienne car l’eau s’étend sur le sol
