Läge och bekvämlighet

Gute ruhige Lage; gut und ansprechend ausgestattet; man kann in die Stadt laufen; bequemer ist der Bus praktisch vor der Haustür. Das Nahverkehrssystem in Schweden ist für Ausländer allerdings recht speziell. Man kann keine Tickets mit Bargeld oder an Automaten kaufen, auch nicht im Bus. Nicht jede VISA Kreditkarte funktioniert im ÖPNV (Postbank: nein, AWAcard: ja) - auch gilt das Prinzip eine Person - eine Karte (schwierig für Familien mit Kindern). Ohne neueres Smartphone ist man aufgeschmissen (für ältere Telefone sind die Frequenzen abgeschaltet, dann nützt auch die ÖPNV-App nichts, da man in der App nicht zahlen kann). Machen Sie sich vorher kundig und bringen Sie Equipment und eine Sammlung and Kredit- und Debitkarten mit, das bzw. die Schwedenkompatibel ist! Karten, die weltweit funktionieren, funktionieren im ÖPNV in Schweden nicht zuverlässig. Viel Glück beim Experimentieren!

Quiet area Big apartment Nice furniture

I called them to understand if there were parking spots in the area, they just said "I don't know", they were not willing to help much. Some problems with the electricity/lights. There was a nice washing machine and kitchen,but no laundry detergent or basic cooking products (we had to buy everything and leave it there because we couldn't bring them on the plane), usually you can find those in holiday apartments. But overall,no big or relevant issues

Die Lage war für uns sehr angenehm. Nicht mitten im Trubel der Innenstadt, aber mit dem Bus oder einem etwas längerem Spaziergang (~ 30 Minuten gut zu erreichen). Wir haben die 3-Tageskarte für den ÖPNV gekauft und waren damit ausreichend mobil. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants und einen Supermarkt in Laufnähe. Die Größe der Zimmer ist auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Bis auf das Bad, dass ist sehr klein. Die Küche war ganz gut ausgestattet. Uns hat gefallen, dass die Küche ein separater Raum mit Esstisch war. Die Wohnung war sauber und insgesamt haben wir uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt.

In den Schlafzimmern war der WLAN-Empfang nicht gut. Die Betten waren recht durchgelegen. Es gibt durch die zu schmalen Vorhänge keine richtige Verdunklung in den Schlafzimmern. In der Küche fehlte ein vernünftiges Brotmesser und ein gutes Brett. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Es war bei uns weitestgehend ruhig, aber da die Wohnung recht hellhörig ist, muss man Glück mit den Nachbarn haben. An einem Abend hatte jemand sehr laut Musik an.

Väldigt bra läge, enkelt och smidigt!

Sängarna var lite väl mjuka. Tyvär så fungerade inte dörrkoden när vi kom och skulle in i våran lägenhet, men det gick enkelt att lösa via telefon.

Das Apartment ist groß mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einer Wohn-/Essküche. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, besitzt einen Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle und einen großen Kühlschrank. Aufzug ist vorhanden. Mit dem Bus ist man im Rund 15 Min in der Stadt. Ein Parkplatz im Hof ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Das Bad ist sehr klein und gleicht eher einer kleinen kühlen Waschkammer. Der Staubsauger in der Abstellkammer stinkt bei Benutzung.

Excellent location for the city. Nice and spacious and well equipped. Easy to access and find and great communication from the host.

The curtains in the main bedroom don't meet so leave a big gap. WiFi is patchy. We found some noise travelled between apartments, unfortunately for us we had a very heavy footed person/child above who spent the evenings running laps which was not relaxing to listen to.

Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen groß genug, wobei das Bad im Verhältnis zu klein ist. Geschirr ist sehr ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage ist super und Restaurants und Bushaltestellen vor der Tür.

In der ersten Nacht hatten wir leider eine Party oben drüber, die zum Glück um 1h beendet wurde (da kann allerdings der Vermieter nichts für). Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Uns kam die Wohnung etwas abgewohnt und nicht sehr sauber vor (Fenster, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach ziemlich dreckig).

Camas muy cómodas, cocina bien equipada, salón muy amplio. Bien ubicado. Parking práctico justo en la entrada del edificio. La lavadora fue ideal para lavar la ropa cada día, y se secaba por la noche fácilmente.

El wifi funcionaba un poco mal,.pero no es nada importante para lo bien que estuvimos allí.

The living room rug was not clean and there is no hose keeping. The guest has to take the garbage outside.

Mooi appartement met goede faciliteiten en voldoende plek om te parkeren. Daarnaast is het centrum prima te voet te bereiken.

Als ik dan écht een tegenvaller moeten noemen: de plint onder de keuken zat scheef. 😉

Die Wohnung war für eine Ferienwohnung wirklich sehr geräumig und groß. Es gab viel Platz in Schränken zum verstauen. Man kann gegen Aufpreis im Hinterhof parken und hat das Auto im Blick. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war sehr gut. Bei Fragen würde sofort geantwortet.

Unsere Ferienwohnung (es gibt mehrere im Haus) war sehr ordentlich - aber nicht so stylisch und schön wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Lage ist okay. Aber um wirklich in die Innenstadt zu spazieren, braucht es 25 Minuten.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Nähe des Liseberg-Parks, von hier fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Im Haus gibt es einen kleinen Lift. Die Option der Parkplatz-Buchung im Innenhof hat super funktioniert, allerdings waren die Parkplätze für große PKW etwas eng bemessen, Ladestationen sind vorhanden. Wohnung echt super, alles sauber und alles vorhanden.

The beds were comfy and the bus stopped right outside. It is in a safe quiet area.

I had a few issues that I raised but the staff were unable to rectify them. One should have been very straightforward: we were only provided with one bowl and requested more. There were quite a few lamps without bulbs. But my main issue was the curtains in one of the bedrooms. They only reached across half of the windows. The windows did also have internal blinds but these still let quite a lot of light through. The staff did however help when the dishwasher wasn’t working and he explained how to get it going.

Het appartement was groot en netjes, 2 slaapkamers, een woonkamer en een goed uitgeruste keuken (zout, peper en dergelijke zelf meenemen). Het centrum is te voet (25min) of met de bus (15min) prima te bereiken, parkeerplaats dien je van tevoren (tegen betaling) te reserveren en bevindt zich aan de achterkant van het gebouw. Er is een lift, dus de bagage hoef je niet mee de trap op te slepen. Een supermarkt bevindt zich op ongeveer 800m.

The location is great and convenient to the bus stop. We would walk down into town and bus back up. It’s a nice apartment with great airflow making it comfortable on warm days and we could easily block the afternoon sun with the drapery panels. Water pressure in the shower was great, it’s very quiet. The bed was comfortable for sleeping and the couch and TV were good for relaxing.

The WiFi rarely worked in the bedroom. It did work in the living room, though it would drop occasionally. There are 3 different routers to use and the one with no password simply wouldn’t connect to our iPads and Apple phones. The staff were helping providing alternative routers. But still, we never had a usable connection in the bedroom.

Lovely apartment and met all our needs as a family with two bedrooms, living space and eat in kitchen. EV parking available for extra charge. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has all amenities. Washing machine was a great bonus. Liseberg was a 20 min walk away and main city around 20-25 min walk. Bus stop down the street and easy to navigate using the Västtrafik to go app. Don’t be worried about the distance from the centre as public transport is excellent. Would have no hesitation staying again and would recommend.

Ruhige Lage, Fußläufig zum Zentrum. Viel Platz in den Innenräumen, auch Dank klappbaren Hochbett. Unkomplizierte Zugang.

Parkeren was krap aan, geen airco en weinig licht binnen.

Spacious apartment, comfortable bed. Having washing facilities was helpful and clothing dried reasonably quickly on drying racks.

It would have been nice to have a few essentials supplied for the kitchen, e.g. cooking oil, salt, pepper.

Rymlig lägenhet med de bekvämligheter man behöver. Bra läge med allmänna kommunikationer precis utanför lägenheten, bara 3-5 minuter med buss ner till avenyn. Smidigt att ha kontakt med boendet, svarade väldigt snabbt på meddelanden.

All with entrance codes. No need to cary and manage keys for 4 perosns. Beds and living was very good. Clean and lovely place.

I summer when its very hot and sunny day, the rooms get warm, but street is quiet and in evening can easy ventilate the rooms.

Problemer med innsjekk- fikk ikke kode. Bookingen lå ikke inne - måtte flere henvendelser tiø fot å få aavklart.

Tv var katastrof. Wifi måste man logga in på ofta. Sänglampor urdåliga.

L'appartement était spacieux et était confortable. Il était très propre et très bien équipé. L'emplacement est très pratique.

Det var arbeid i bakgården, så det var bråk fra kl 07. Lørdag og søndag var det kirkeklokker.

Très bel appartement , spacieux , confortable et très propre. Cuisine très bien équipée.Egalement bien situé bus 60 à 1 mn de l' immeuble desservant le centre de Goteborg. Supermarché à 600 m.

Manque de clim ou tout du moins des ventilateurs. C'est bien la première fois en 20 ans de voyages qu'on risque une amende de 290 sek si on ne se débarrasse pas de la poubelle, pas très agréable comme dernier message.

Möglichkeit, die Räume abzudunkeln fehlt. Betten zu weich. Informationsdossier zu Umgebung wäre hilfreich.

Wir waren fünf Nächte in Göteborg. Unser Apartment 103 war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz mit angemietet was sinnvoll ist, da Parken schwierig ist in der Stadt. Ein paar Schritte entfernt ist due Bushaltestelle der Linie 60. Mit einem Mehrtagesticket ideal. In wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine sind auch vorhanden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Grand appartement. Proximité de restaurants et supermarché.

Un peu loin du centre mais bus fréquents à proximité. Arrêt difficile à trouver à la sortie de la gare.

Tuz obok jest przystanek autobusowy do centrum. Czysto, kuchnia dobrze wyposarzona, wielka lodówka. Duza przestrzen. Lazieka ok, choc troszkę malutka - ale nic nie brakuje, czysta, zadbana. Cena do jakosci jak na Szwecje jest na prawdę ok. Jest winda. Jest ciekawa hydrauliczna mini instalacja w korytarzu przy wejsciu.

Rozkladane lozka sa srednio wygodnego - szkoda ze nie ma normalnego 2 osobowego. Spanie na kanapie tez srednio sie sprawdza. Brakuje szafy w duzym pokoju, zeby druga Para mogla sie rozlozyc. Samemu trzeba na koniwc powynosic wszystkie śmieci bo inaczje bedzie kara - daje jako informacje.

Tilava ja hyvin varusteltu asunto, joka on kävelymatkan päässä monista nähtävyyksistä. Parkkimahdollisuus rakennuksen sisäpihalla lisähintaan.

Kuuma asunto helteen aikana, onneksi sai läpivedon avaamalla ikkunat. Lastenvaunujen kanssa matkustavalle tai liikuntarajoitteiselle huomioitavaa, että rappukäytävään on noustava lyhyet raput, joissa ei ole ramppia. Lisäksi hissi on pieni.

It was a good price and spacious for what we needed. It’s about 25-30 min walk from the centre harbour area which we didn’t mind for the price. Very clean and felt a safe / quiet area, secure apartment. We could leave our luggage in the secure luggage room which was handy.

There’s only one mirror which is in the bathroom. Girl groups would need more 🙂 Everything else was fine.

Esperienza eccellente! L'appartamento era perfetto sotto ogni aspetto: pulitissimo, arredato con gusto, spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Super consigliato!!!

Die Lage ist gut und im Großen und Ganzen war es ok. Im letzten Jahr war es eindeutig besser.

Einige Glühlampen funktionierten nicht, zweifache Anfragen nach nicht funktionierendem WLAN wurden überhaupt nicht beantwortet. Im Gegensatz zu der baugleichen Wohnung, die wir im letzten Jahr hatten, war diese Wohnung in etwas schlechterem Zustand. Jalousien funktionierten nicht richtig, Fenstern fehlten Öffnungsbeschränkungen usw.

As per described. It is a great apartment with two big separate bedrooms and lots of storage. The kitchen is well equipped. The shower was good, quick hot water. There is a washing machine which we didn’t use. Restaurants nearby and a bus stop very close to the front door. There was a lift to go up (4th floor), but a few steps to get to the lift.

V comfy beds, light, spacious rooms

The location is excellent, three is a bus stop near by, and this line goes downtown. Also, there is a super market, you need around 10 minutes to reach it on food. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It is a nice, safe neighborhood.

The biggest issue was that there was only one toilet, which was combined with the bathroom. Since this is a two-bedroom apartment and there are two storage rooms, one of them could easily be converted into a separate toilet. There were also no blankets suitable for warmer weather, so we had to use the heavy winter ones. However, the most disappointing aspect was that the staff expected guests to wash the dishes and dispose of all the garbage themselves, otherwise a fine would be imposed. Perhaps next time we should also be expected to change the bed sheets ourselves.

Przestronny, czysty apartament. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka. Spokojna okolica, odległość od centrum 20 minut piechotą, blisko komunikacji miejskiej. Bezkontaktowe zakwaterowanie.

W apartamencie z dwoma sypialniami, w salonie brak jest okien.

Lovely apartment and great location.

The blinds didn’t keep out much light. The curtains don’t fit the window which makes things worse. This was a shame as everything else was excellent. One odd instruction was about having to empty the bins or face a fine. Considering the reasonable but not cheap rent, it did seem a bit harsh.

Keuken Afzuigkap deed het niet, 3 lampen ( in keuken en twee slaapkamers) aan het flikkeren hele tijd .. net disco lamp. Helaas geen snijplank en geen kleine aardappelen/ fruit mesjes . Al doorgegeven betreft de verlichting & afzuigkap , iemand geweest maar helaas niet gerepareerd.. hopelijk wel voor de volgende gasten .

The internet connection was slow & sometimes non existent.

Rustig gelegen, zeer net en voldoende keukengerief. Zeer ruim appartement.

Het enige minpuntje was dat de gordijnen niet echt verduisteren.
