The 2nd elevator was out of service for the entire time I was there which made it annoying only having the one elevator servicing the entire hotel.

So clean, beautiful and well considered. Amazing location. Made me feel really special.

La piscina chiude alle 18:00 che in estate è veramente presto. Poi “piscina”… direi più grossa vasca da bagno. Il roof top è la parte meno curata.

The location was fantastic and the hotel made a great first impression. We were offered a glass of Prosecco on arrival, which was such a lovely touch. The rooftop bar and pool were also a real highlight and came in very handy during the day, especially when it was so hot. The foyer and courtyard were beautiful too and made a lovely spot to sit and enjoy a coffee. Overall, the hotel had a wonderful atmosphere and plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy. Staff were super accommodating.

The only negative was that one of the elevators wasn’t working during our stay, which was quite frustrating at times, as it meant having to wait longer for the remaining elevator.

The staff was exceptional, incredibly attentive and flexible. They were also very kind. The rooms were quiet and spacious and I could even choose a different or better pillow to suit my needs.

The gym is a bit small and not very well equipped, especially when it comes to leg-focused machines. On the plus side, the large window brings in plenty of natural light. The rooftop pool is also quite small, and there are only three sunbeds available.

For the price i expected a bit more. Breakfast was ok no more than that, rooftop pool is small, one elevator was out of service and the other one was slow.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful variety to suit all tastes. The atmosphere was also very pleasant.

The room lighting was quite inconvenient. It was too dim for applying makeup, and the controls were complicated, making it difficult to find a suitable setting. A simpler and brighter lighting system would be much better. Overall, however, the room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We had an unpleasant experience at the restaurant on the first day that ruined our mood. We waited approximately 45 minutes for our dinner to be served, even though there were no other guests dining at the time. The long and unexplained delay was very disappointing and negatively affected our overall experience. However the staff was kind and gave us also 1 more hour as late checkout that we appreciated.

I had an issue with air con in one of our rooms resetting to fan overnight but we didn’t mention it to the front desk which was our fault. The second room was perfect.

Fantastic hotel. The best reception team-everyone so polite,kind and positive.Welcoming you from first step like your best friend,who really missed you . The breakfast was delicious with very pleasant atmosphere! The roof pool and bar are also great!

Excellent hotel. Room was not huge but well appointed and comfortable. Perfect location for getting to sights and transit. Breakfast and rooftop were very nice.

Чудові сніданки.Також є басейн на криші готелі,який зачиняється о 20:00 і продовжує працювати руф-топ бар.Хочу відмітити,що обслуговування гостей на вищому рівні.Є також послуга валет паркінг.

Staff are very lovely, beds are comfy, the pool bar is really cool including their welcoming staff!

It’s a nice place and I guess on paper it ticks the boxes for a 5 star but it absolutely does not feel like one. The rooms and the bathrooms are tiny and come across more like a business hotel. The lobby, elevator area and breakfast restaurant feel like a convention center.

Their service really made a difference. The location couldn’t be better—it’s right in the heart of Thessaloniki and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants and shopping. The hotel is ultra-modern, spotless and has fantastic facilities. The gym is well equipped, the rooftop bar is a great place to unwind, and the coffee and food were excellent. If you’re looking for a stylish hotel with exceptional service and an unbeatable location, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at MonAsty again. Highly recommended.

Die gesamte Ausstattung war ästhetisch und stilvoll , fast wie in einem kleinen Kunstmuseum. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass der historische Einfluss des Klosters im gesamten Haus spürbar war und für uns eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre geschaffen hat. Ausserdem möchten wir hervorheben, dass das Personal aussergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, einfach grossartig!

We stayed at the MonAsty for five nights, and really enjoyed our visit. The hotel is very well located in the centre of Thessaloniki, very handy for shops, restaurants, and sight-seeing. Our room was very comfortable, with a huge bed, high quality bedding and towels, lovely toiletries, and a coffee pod machine. The reception staff were friendly, attentive and helpful, the breakfasts were very enjoyable, and the gym was terrific. If you’re looking for a stylish hotel in the centre of town, we would definitely recommend MonAsty.

One of the most excellent stays we have had We were upgraded to a suite with a gorgeous balcony and a jacuzzi! They offered us a meal because there was a rooftop party! The service was fantastic The food was fab! The rooms were super clean! The housekeeping was fab! The location is fab! This is a non brainer in terms of stay

Trwający obok hotelu remont ( i glosnie prace juz od 8am) - uwaga point ! Nie ma to znaczenia w weekend - ale juz od rana w poniedzialek - trwające głosne prace nie pomagają w porannym relaksie.

Location. (We didn't buy breakfast because we were going to wake up late.)

We parked our car on the sidewalk in front of the hotel (due to unavoidable circumstances), but there was no signage or information in front of the hotel except for a sign on the first floor, and no staff to help. After waiting in the car for a while (to make sure of the hotel's address), we got out, waited a bit, then unloaded our suitcases, looked around for someone, but there was no one. We asked a waiter at the nearby cafe for directions to the hotel and were able to go to the reception with our suitcases. So, it took 4-5 minutes from arriving at the hotel to entering. Even though the car blocked the sidewalk in front of the hotel, no one helped us. After check-in, a hotel employee took us to the elevator. (Those with phobias shouldn't use it as the elevator vibrates.) The employee explained how technologically advanced the hotel was!! For example, the elevator works with a room card, you can open the door with the card, the room has a bathroom and a bed, the floor is carpeted, and there are bathrobes and towels for us in the room !! (Actually, the introduction was 8-10 minutes long, I summarized it.) But the most important "technological" item was the electric curtain. I guess they don't realize that even 3-star hotels offer similar comfort. And by the way, the hotel's fitness center is open 24 hours; the staff member told me three times )) Wouldn't it be better if, instead of investing so much in technology, they hired a staff member at the entrance? That way, guests could find the hotel and safely drop off their luggage. This is my fourth trip to Thessaloniki, and this is the worst hotel I've ever seen
