المواقف حزات مانلاقي تخلص الحمامات قديمه وتحتاج تغير البلاط وفي ريحة قريب في الصاله والصاله صغيره والمطبخ

تعامل موظفي المكتب الامامي (الاستقبال) وخاصة موظف من الجنسية المصرية على ما اعتقد: لم يستطع توضيح تفاصيل الفاتورة بين السعر الاساسي والضرائب والرسوم عند الخروج واصراره على دفع قيمة سرير اضافي بطريقة غير احترافية (فجة) وعند طلب تحويل مبلغ 500 ريال سعودي الى 50 عماني رفض بطريقة مستفزة ( مع العلم ان بقالة صغيرة بجانب الفندق قام بتحويل المبلغ بسهوله) وخلال فترة اقامتي كان موظفي الاستقبال من الشباب العماني غاية في اللطف! من السلبيات ايضاً ارتفاع سعر الغرف لفندق بمستوى 4 نجوم مقارنة بفنادق خمس نجوم في نفس المنطقة.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The location is good. The hotel building has several cafes not necessarilyaffiliatedto the hotel, a decent courtyard with kids playground and tennis play and pool. Good underground parking . Many lifts.
The toilets are very outdated no matter how you clean them they still look unappealing. The sofas are heavily used that they are discolored. The hotel is not spending on refurbishment to look fresh which makes airbnb apartments more appealing than hotel serviced apartment. There is a menu for room service but excluding breakfast. The building upkeeping it self is not clear whether it belongs to the hotel or not bcuz its not clean outside the hotel corridors

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026المكان نظيف ومريح والتلفزيون في قنوات كثيره واشبك عاليوتيوب دايما السي الاخر دورات المياه اضائتها ممتازه ونظيفه المكان فيه كوايه لكوي الملابس وفيه بلكونه تطل على الحديقه الخارجيه والحديقه الخارجيه فيها مسبح والعاب اطفال وملعب تنس وطاولات لجلوس العائلات كانت بشكل يومي يجلسون فيه العوائل ،الفندق حواليه محلات وبقاله ومغسله ملابس قريبه منه ومجمعات تجاريه قريبه منه ومطاعم وداخل الفندق فيه مطاعم لها باب من الخارج ومن داخل الحديقه الداخليه للفندق وكافيهات ، الاطفال عندي كسرو قفل الحمايه للباب وكلمت الريسبشن وجو هم صلحوه ولاخذو مني اي شي ، ابلغت الريسبشن الشخص المصري ان التلفون متعطل فقال لي اغيرلك الغرفه وفعلا قام بتغيير الغرفه لي جزاه الله خير بغرفه افضل . كلمتهم يوم الاربعاء اني ابي اغسل الملابس خلصوها بنفس اليوم . المطعم اكله مناسب ومعقول . كانت اقامه رائعه
الشقه لايوجد فيه غساله ، يوم الجمعه المغسله التابعه للفندق مسكره !!! هذي مش وزاره تسكر يوم الجمعه هذا فندق خدمي يخدم ساكنين الفندق باي وقت يعني باي وقت اطلب المغسله ولا الهاوس كيبنغ ولا المطعم ماعجبني لما المغسله ( اللاندري ) يوم الجمعه بالكامل مسكره والملابس بقيت يوم وصخه وخصوصا ملابس الاطفال لازم يعدلون هذي الملاحظه ( المغسله ) !!! حصلت حجز الفندق في بوكينج ٢٣٠٠ ريالقطري ولما كلمت الفندق اني ابي احجز عن طريقهم الا كلمني شخص باكستاني يقول اليوم ٧٠ ريال عماني ومن بكره ١٥٠ ريال عماني يعني في خلال ٥ ايام تكون الفاتوره ٥٠٠٠ ريال قطري !!!!! فحجزت من البوكينج ٢٣٠٠ ريال قطري .

Reviewed May 30, 2026My family and I stayed in the Executive Suite at The Plaza Hotel & Resort and had a wonderful experience! The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, and very affordable. I was particularly impressed by the generous in-room amenities, which included everything from toothbrushes and loofahs to shaving kits. The location is excellent, with a great variety of nice restaurants and cafes right in the plaza. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast buffet had a solid selection. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Salalah!
Couldn't find a hairdryer, the kitchen hardly had any utensils and the parking entrance and exit is a tight squeeze for a large SUV

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Velké pokoje. Čistota. Velký výběr u snídaně. Do centra kousek. Dostupné parkování. Na pláž 10 minut hotelovým autobusem. Na pláži skvělé zázemí i osvěžující ovoce a voda. Skvělá obsluha.
Chybělo těsnění u zástěny u vany, v koupelně bylo tedy mokro. Občas zápach v koupelně. Chybí balkon :)

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026c'est un immense complexe hôtelier. Les chambres sont immenses, bien équipées et climatisées. Il y a une navette qui amène à la plage sur laquelle il y a des transats et des boissons avec serviettes. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, beaucoup de plats sucrés mais c'était le ramadan.
La piscine est immense mais plus fraîche que la mer.

A tisztaság teljesen rendben van, minden nap cserélték a törülközőket és az ágyneműt is, amit én környezetvédelmi szempontból már túlzásnak is tartok. Nagyon jó az elhelyezedése, a szálloda udvarában több étterem is van, és több bevasárlóközpont van a közelben. A reggeli általában minden nap ugyanaz, de sokféle és van lehetőség svédasztalos vacsorára is. Mi kétsze isr itt ettünk, nagyon finom volt. A szalloda nem közvetlen tengerpari, de minden nap háromszor van saját transzfer a beachre. Legközelebb ugyanitt szállnék meg.
Nem volt ilyen.

Eigentlich alles. Wie überall in den Hotels fehlen im Bad Haken, um Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Zimmer waren groß und die Betten bequem. Lage war auch gut, es gab einen Shuttel zum Strand (der aber nur bis 17 Uhr zurück fährt) und im Plaza des Hotels gabs viele Lokale wo man toll sitzen konnte.
Die Bäder sollten dringend saniert werden. Einiges war kaputt und rostig.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Although a 4 star hotel it does have all the facilities of a 5 star one. The staff were so wonderful. Yoshid at reception welcomed us with his big smile and was very helpful with every enquiry. Yaossin in the breakfast restaurant was very professional, generous and helpful. The hotel opens into a big garden at the back with seating and a play area for children which was really amazing. There were lots of shops along the building on the ground floor including restaurants. Opposite the hotel were lots of little shops and across the main roads there was the massive shop Belows which was very interesting. It was close to other malls too if you like walking or it's just 1.1 Omani Riyal by taxi which is easily available on the Otaxi App. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff who were absolutely wonderful.
There's no shelves in the shower to hold your soaps and shampoo. There was no soap dish at the sink to keep the soap. But they provided very nice toiletries stuff.

Second trip done in this hotel, my Friends, we are planning and organizing our 3rd trip to Oman. Not to mention we plan to stay in your accomodation again. We personally would like to thank to Ismail from the reception, Marwan the chief chef of omlette and pancakes, and Manager Shibu who were always kind, supportive and helpful.
