موقعه الإستراتيجي ، حيث يقع في منتصف مركز المدينة ، مما يتيح لك سهولة الحركة في التنقل إلى الوجهة السياحية التي تحتاج لها ، وكذلك حسن الإستقبال وسرعة الإنجاز وكان طاقم العمل بشوشآ ومتميزآ في عمله ، ومهتم بالنظافة وتوفير الراحة لنزلاء الفندق ، ومن ناحية السعر هو مناسب و غير مبالغ فيه ،وكذلك المواقف محيطه بالفندق ومتوفره سواء بالمظلات أو بدونها

الازعاج الصباحي،صار لي 3 ايام اخلص شغلي فجر على اساس انام الصباح وازعاج غير طبيعي بسبب خدمات الغرف، وهم ينظفو الغرف او اش يعملوا -الله واعلم -اسمع يسحبو كراسي واصوات دقات عالية ووو. مزززززززعج

The door and sound proof is very weak there, I advise them to find a solution for the door sound proof so that will make the room a bit quieter rather than the current situation.

Reception, they were good , but the Luggage service wasn’t not to the spec , they have a room to improve We called the reception and waited for trolley more than 30 minutes almost, and then decided I take the luggage myself

Overall, my stay was good, and everything was going well until the last day. Unfortunately, one experience significantly affected my overall impression of the hotel. Two days before check-out, I gave the hotel a piece of clothing to be cleaned. I was told that it would be ready the following day. When I asked about it the next day, I was surprised to learn that the clothing had been sent to another hotel for cleaning. I explained that I needed it before check-out because I had a flight to catch, and I was assured that it would be brought back in time. However, while I was preparing to check out the following day, I asked about my clothing again and was told that it was still at the other hotel. I was very surprised and disappointed, especially since I had specifically informed them that I needed it before leaving. I also found this particularly frustrating because the hotel charges significantly more for laundry services than regular laundry stores. I was then told that there was an issue with the car and that I would need to wait. Since I had a flight to catch, I explained that I could not wait. They eventually offered to send the clothing to my address, but I declined because, given the inconvenience and failure to provide the service as promised, I expected some form of compensation or at least a more appropriate solution. Everything else about my stay was good, but unfortunately, this experience on my last day left me very disappointed and affected my overall experience at the hotel.

كان مافيه عزل بالغرفه لي جنبنا صياح وزعاج حت مانمنا تقول في مكان عام مافيه اي عزل بين الغرفتين وحطين باب مسكر مابين الغرفتين

It was one of the worst stays in my life. I was trying to fall asleep, but someone from the upper floor was moving furniture! It continued till 3 am or even later. I was trying to sleep with earplugs, but It didn’t help me at all. In the morning I asked the receptionist what was going on in the night, and she told me “Oh, it is shisha restaurant on the 9th floor”. So, they knew about the noise and still gave me this room.

The hotel was very neat & clean. Rooms were of good size. Staff was very sweet and always ready to help. The food was awesome...I will 100% recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Salalah

التنظيف سئ والعاملين في التنظيف مزعجين عدم وجود عازل للصوت الإزعاج في كل أرجاء الفندق عدم إتخاذ إجراء في شكوى قدمتها الشراشف والفوط قديمة

the rooms and hotel are very clean and the staff are friendly and extremely responsive. Whenever we requested anything it was provided immediately without any waiting.

the main issue we experienced was the noise insulation. We could hear almost everything from the hallway, including people talking, walking, and closing doors. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to sleep.Improving the soundproofing would make the stay much more comfortable.

I reach at 4:00 they let me wait 30 min then they give me room not ready again went to reception they give me another room then the card is not working so total wasted time 1 hour for nothing also the price in session is very high

I received a free upgrade to a lovely suite. When my tour company failed to show up, one of the employees found someone to give me a tour.

لاتوجد مواقف سيارات ارضيه لاتوجد مواقف سيارات كافيه الاثاث جدا جدا عادي ازعاج ازعاج الابواب الخاصه بالغرف عند اغلاقها تسبب صوت عالي تسمعها من غرفتك عمال النظافه يتكلمون في الممرات ويسببون ازعاج من اول الصباح ماتقدر تنام موظفة الاستقبال ايضا مزعجه تم اخبارها وتاكيد تسجيل الخروج المتأخر قرابة ساعه 2 ، ويوم الشيك اوت كانت تتصل من قبل الساعه 12 ظهرا ، وتعيد سؤالها متى حاب تسوي شيك اوت !!! وقعدتي من نومتي! السعر في شهر اغسطس مبالغ فيه جدا

We had almost every night bad smell coming from the toilet which was annoying plus the food smell also

لا يوجد اطلالات ، لا تتوفر ابسط الخدمات مثل مناديل في دورات المياة على المغسله او سليبر ( شبشب ) ، الموظفين غير متعاونين واسلوبهم بارد ومقتضب ، طلبت غسيل وتأخر في التسليم الى يومين

1. نظافة الفندق 2. الفطور يتوافق مع ما ابحث عنه كل صباح ( خضروات بسيطه وفواكه مشكله) 3. شباب وشابات ذا تعامل راقي

الاسعار العاليه وربما يعود ذلك لذروة السياحه لحاف الطاولات في القسم الثاني من المطعم الموافق متوفره ولكن ليست كافيه للنزلاء في وقت الذروه

خدمه بطييه لكن بسبب الزحمه لكن ما يأثر على مستوى الفندق

لازال الفندق جديد، مرافق نظيفة، الغرفة واسعه، طاقم متعاون، قريب من الخدمات، مواقف السيارات متوفرة بكثرة، المسبح ممتاز، الفندق خيار جيد في صلاله
