The air condition is needed these hot summers. It was almost unbearable in the 38 Celsius without AC. While the rooms are sound proof, and there are blackout curtains, we needed to keep windows open and it was too noisy to have a calm sleep. Pamplona is beautiful and this hotel deserves rooms with AC. It is more promising but without AC is just lowkey in the summer. Pretty much recommended in the 3 other seasons.
