Quiet location, comfy bed.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We found visible mold in the bathroom and stagnant, foul-smelling water in the washing machine, which created a strong odor in the apartment. We reported these concerns to the host, but instead of addressing them, we were accused of 'blackmail' after stating that we planned to contact Booking.com and leave an honest review. As a young female traveler, I did not feel comfortable with the way the manager was messaging me, making accusations and threatening "legal action" all while I was still staying in the unit overnight. We have photographs and screenshots documenting our experience. I hope the property addresses these cleanliness issues and that Booking.com addresses the management's communication issues for future guests.

In addition, the bathroom light was missing entirely, and the area where the light fixture should be showed visible burn marks or traces of previous damage. This further contributed to the impression that the apartment has not been properly maintained and may even present safety concerns. Another very concerning issue was the extreme humidity inside the apartment. When I woke up in the morning, even my clothing and personal belongings felt damp from being inside the room overnight. This level of moisture inside an accommodation is absolutely unacceptable and strongly reinforces my concerns regarding ventilation, mold, and the overall health conditions of the apartment.

The location by the beach was perfect. No car needed, just get a towel. The apartment was very clean and I felt very comfortable living there. Check in procedure is automated and quite easy. Bonus was the video instructions on how to use the apartment devices.

Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει καλύτερη συντήρηση και προσοχή στο πρόβλημα της υγρασίας, η οποία ήταν εμφανής σε σημεία των τοίχων (πάνω και πλαϊνός τοίχος από το κρεβάτι, ντουλάπι κάτω από νεροχύτη κουζίνας, μπάνιο, χώρος ντους). Ο εξωτερικός χώρος του καταλύματος θα μπορούσε να είναι περισσότερο φροντισμένος.

Гаряча вода є лише коли є сонце (нагрівається зверху від сонячних променів). Відповідно, у похмуру погоди води немає. Також у приміщенні дуже висока вологість, яку неможливо зняти навіть з осушувачем, який доступний у помешканні.

It had not been cleaned when we arrived

Very clean and super nice.

Situé à deux pas du bord de mer, grand studio très bien équipé. Hôte vraiment prévenante. Calme. Climatisé.

It was perfect. Sofia was very helpful. And there was no problem with a late check in. The aircondition worked really well and the fridge was cold. A really nice beach is 1 min walk from the apartment. We have stayed in the area before but this is by far the best apartment we have stayed at.

The property is fabulous, and in a great location. The host also went over and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

Equipped with coffee maker and washing machine witch was great!

The mattress was very soft for our liking.

The room had gnats and other insects. I was told all of the buildings there had the same problem. The air conditioning was barely working.
