Alles sehr schön, sauber und modern. Gute Lage, ich komme bestimmt wieder, wenn ich wieder nach Athen muss.

The property was impeccably clean. There was a lot of attention to detail. The host had a fully equipped emergency kit, umbrella and towels for the beach and a bottle of lovely Greek white wine. There was a second set of keys which enable us to leave one in the lock box in case of an emergency. The Kitchen was fully equipped. The property is within walking distance of Kavouri beach. We were really happy with the property and would thoroughly recommend it!

The property warmed up quite fast once the AC was off.

Property was perfect, had everything you could need, was very clean and fresh. Georgia was exceptional, clear concise communication and the extra touches were much appreciated. Beach was a 3 min walk to crystal blue water and nice and quiet.

Only downside was the unreliable public transport.

We loved this apartment - the location was great, it was quite spacious, clean, and quiet. The provided amenities (washing machine, hair dryer, and high quality bath products) were an added bonus. Street parking was very easy and safe for our rental car. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We would stay here again anytime!

The apartment is very spacious for a single traveler. The bed is large and comfortable, there is a nice balcony, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment (coffee maker, microwave, large refrigerator, etc. They even offered a complimentary bottle of wine and some small chocolates. The apartment was very clean, and the location is great, close to the beach.

The only difficulty was that the keys did not work the first time, and I thought I somehow got the wrong keys. Calling the host, she told me that I have to flip the keys over to work! And so they did. That was bizarre, but it finally worked out fine once I knew it.

It was a wonderful experience all in all. There was a welcome treat upon arrival: a bottle of wine and some sweets. Chocolates on the coffee table, water in the fridge. I found me a soft warm fleece blanket for in the evenings, ...

The pigeons visiting the balcony was a pity. They are not clean animals. Despite there being some spikes here and there for their discomfort, it was not enough to keep them away and there was a couple of them all the time.

Great location! 45 mins from central Athens and 10 mins drive to Glyfada. Beach is one block away. Very spacious apartment with large balcony. Clean and very comfortable and lovely touch with a bottle of wine some water and biscuits!

Gyönyörű és tágas apartman, minden volt amire szükségünk volt. Közel van a buszmegálló illetve a tengerpart is, az épület és a környék is biztonságos volt. Határozottan ajánlom, ha legközelebb Vouliagmeni lesz az úticél, újra ide jönnék!

Very close to hotel hosting conference I was attending and considerably cheaper. Very comfortable. Perfect really.

Very well appointed apartment. Immaculately clean. Good communication with the owner. A nice touch was the bottle of red wine waiting for us on arrival. Great value for money.

Beautiful clean apartment 100 m away from the sea in an area full of beachfront restaurants. The apartment has also got a spacious balcony and A/C inside.

Just 2 observations: need to add black out curtains in the kitchen as the doors let the light go through and would be great if there was also tea together with the coffee capsules.

A very nice and spacious flat in chic Kavouri. The sea is a stone throw away. An extremely friendly host. Check in and check out perfectly organised. I loved my stay. Thank you very very much!

If you are looking to get out of the city into nature and quiet, but still wanting to be close to activities, this place is perfect! Conveniently located off a main road and walking distance to several restaurants, but still quiet enough to enjoy the sounds of the birds and the waves. Easy walk to the seafront, where there is a lovely path that ends in a beach. The apartment itself is fully equipped and very clean, with a nice garden-view balcony.

No complaints! I would stay at this location again. There isn't much sun on the balcony, so in March it was a bit chilly to sit there. The apartment is small--not for more than 2 people--but the space is utilized very well.

The most I like was an assistant, who was always easy connected, I received very prompt replies on my questions, even in the evening. Thank you very much for your support!

The place is divine, clean and the location is perfect. Few steps away from the beach and restaurants.

Fairly quiet location for that part of Athens. High standards and practical. No writing desk, but power outlet at balcony where it was nice to sit with a laptop and work. Relatively easy access with bus X96. Nice free beaches just minutes away. Good restaurants available.

Sun & Sea Suite is a fantastic place to stay. Apartment is in a nice, clean building with beautiful garden, and it is just a minute walking distance from the beach. Apartment is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all amenities you may need during your stay and even above my expectations including fruits, coffee, snacks, and complimentary bottle of wine. All you may wish for your comfortable stay is there. The host was fantastic, very kind and attentive. It was a pleasure staying at Sun & Sea Suit and I highly recommend it.
