Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The location is superb, beach opposite, city centre, shops , bars, ice cream, restaurants, buses, taxis, there is a vibe and you can feel it. The hotel is old, all outdated, and the kitchen is a very basic mismatch so if you seek luxury - it is not but somehow it didn't bother me, as it is clean, specious, not even one bug or insect, lady cleans non stop. The pool is not too big but not as small as I thought it would be, you can do laps, the main pool is only deep, you can't stand, the other part is baby shallow. Never seen all beds taken or many ppl in it in mid July. The staff is not bothering you, not being friendly with you but politely smiling when you walk in. opposite hotels own beach club, you have to pay for bed 150 liras for the entire day, you can leave come back, great. It's free if you order food or drink there. The beach is a mix of pebble and sand, almost immediately deep. You can walk towards the lightning house for a few minutes either by sea or promenade and there is a shallow sea and only sand, perfect for kids, it is a public beach and you can rent a bed. The hotel has a washing machine located next to the lift. My apartment didn't have a drying rack, used a small wall mounted rack and chairs for drying- if you do your washing at midnight, it will be dry in the morning lol. Hotel is next to mosque - and yes, you can hear prayers and some street noise, but nothing is so annoying as this ugly next door AI hotel, with its daily shows, screams from 21-22.30, however if you take it as a part of experience, the noisy vibrant turkey at night, you can enjoy sitting on the balcony, it stops at 22.30 and is dead quiet - till next prayer lol. I am in my fifties and I liked it, if you seek a quiet, private stay, perhaps this hotel is not for you as balconies everywhere around you. Wi-fi worked all the time. For such a cheap hotel I expected not the best but it was actually really ok. Would I come back? yes
One thing which is not too great are sockets - only 2 in the living room, but again, you can live with it

I have to pay in Turkish Lira in the check-in time, they didn't charge my credit card that I gave when I booked the hotel via booking.com. they claim that's because they are not assigned with booking.com, I booked the hotel via booking.com??? That costs me extra 20 euro. The rooms are Not clean, also need maintenance, old smoking smells in the rooms and furnitures. The room should be smoking free room told the reception, they said can't do for that anything, I asked them air fresher spray, handed to me than I could stay in the room. Honestly you feel this hotel is abandoned from the management. They want to earn money but they don't want to spend any.

Отдельное спасибо хозяину за новую посуду и средство для мыться посуды на кухне - это очень важно для тех, кто готовит самостоятельно. Все отлично в этом месте: расположение, пляж, магазины рядом. Обязательно вернемся!
Будет отлично, если когда-нибудь напор в душе станет сильнее:-)

Lyhyt matka rantaan ja keskustaan. Hotelli ja ympäristö rauhallinen. Imalämpöpumppu huoneesta löytyy. Iso huone ja parveke.
Äänieristys erittäin heikko, kaikki äänet / melu jne. kuuluvat huoneeseen. Muuten hotelli hyvin rauhallinen. Keittiön varustus heikko, mutta kyllä sen kanssa viikon pärjäili. Kylpyhuoneen viemäri vetää huonosti, vesi jäi suihkukopin lattialle seisomaan. Henkilökunta hieman tylyn oloisia.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025Good location, friendly personal on the reception. I understand that this is not a luxury hotel, but given the current pricing landscape in Alanya, I expected to find a much nicer room for this price, rather than this one.
Overall, the room gives the impression of being very old and poorly maintained, with a sense of dampness and mustiness. This hotel is old, but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be maintained in proper technical condition and cleanliness. I believe that such accommodations are absolutely unacceptable for guests.

Здание старое. Окна старые и поэтому не защищают от шума с улицы. Прям щели в дверях балкона. Маленький старый лифт. Плохо был убран номер с самого заезда. И потом убирались один раз по нашей просьбе тоже очень плохо. Кондиционеры лучше не включать. Неприятный запах. Одна комната уютная с кроватями. А вторая очень убитая. Стены грязные. Кухня тоже грязная. Даже соль на полке рассыпана была.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025Очень удачное расположение отеля, море через дорогу. Все магазины рядом, в округе много небольших кафе, где обедают местные и нет больших толп туристов. Номера очень большие, есть даже с двумя балконами и красивым видом на горы и смотровую площадку. Мы попросили заменить сковородку, через час нам принесли новую, прямо из магазина. Отель не супер новый, но хозяева понемногу его реновируют, в этом году заменили входные двери. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый.

Huonokuntoinen, kulunut hotelli, ikkuna rikki, likainen huone. Siivous piti olla päivittäin, mutta 10 pv aikaan vain yksi siivous pyytämättä. Huoneeseen vaihdettiin ovi kesken loman, mutta jälkiä ei siivottu. Tuuletushormin verkossa oli iso reikä, joka korjattiin pyynnöstä. Liinavaatteet likaiseksi pinttyneitä. Astioita pieni sekalainen kokoelma esim yksi kahvi- ja yksi ruokalusikka. Naapurihotellin pihalla tosi kovaäänistä ohjelmaa lähes joka ilta.

Администратор решил возникшую проблему сразу, через неделю проживания в душе закапало с потолка, переселили в равноценный номер напротив, за что и спасибо.

The hotel is very “tired”. We found mould on the walls of our first room, and asked for another one. Room cleaning is seldom, se had to ask about everything in the reception.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2022Resepsiyondaki beyfendi çok ilgiliydi sağolsun 2 oda gösterdi hangisini beğenirseniz oraya geçebilirsiniz dedi. Güleryüzlü ve anlayışlı biriydi biraz geç yorum yaptım ama kusura bakmayın. Odaya gelecek olursak gayet temiz ferah çoğu mutfak aletleri vardı klima çok güzel soğuttu. Havuzunu kullanmadık ama tertemiz duruyordu. Kocaman bir balkonu vardı kahvaltımızı orada yaptık. Havlularımız çarşaflarımız eksiksizdi şampuan sabun vs. vardı. Maren city den geliyoruz denilince beachte ücretsiz şezlongta verildi. Otelin sahili çok temiz ince kumlu ve hemen derinleşmeyen yerdeydi. Bence gidip kalmalısınız. Çok fazla para vermeye gerek yok otele maren otel ihtiyaçlarınızı çoook fazlasıyla karşılayacaktır.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2022Im Großen und Ganzen war es gut. Hatten einen sauberen Pool. Klimaanlagen waren gut. Abends konnte man die Strandpromenade entlang spazieren gehen und dabei die Läden abknabbern :-) und es gibt diverse Restaurants für jeden Geschmack. Hotel liegt wirklich Zentral von Alanya.
