Пляж через дорогу, еда нормальная. Хороший душ. Норм интернет.

Дали номер с ребёноком (4года),прямо у бара, где стучит музыка до 12+ часов. На просьбу поменять отказали, так и жили. Злой персонал. Номер мелкий - отбили все коленки. Очень жарко и душно, в других отелях такого не было в ту же погоду.

Det var virkelig et rædsomt hotel, og vi endte med og flytte efter to dage. Der var så beskidt, og billederne lever slet, slet ikke op til virkeligheden. Der var så mange fluer ved maden og hvor man spiste. Personalet var ikke spor imødekommende.

L’emplacement de cette établissement est un plus. Bien situé. Les employés de cette établissement surtout au niveau du restaurant sont remarquables et très très courtois.

La porte d’entrée de la chambre était cassée. S’ajoute à cela la porte du balcon également qui ne se fermait pas qui restait ouvert toute la nuit car le lock était complètement cassé. Les draps blancs était toujours taché, il y avait toujours des taches marronnes sur les draps blancs. Les murs n’étaient pas insonorisé. Le centre de massage c’était vraiment une arnaque vraiment trop déçu.

A minibar a szobában ( a kis hűtő a szobában üres volt amikir megerkeztunk.....és jól esett volna ha nem kell boltba menni üdítőert es vízért első nap... egy all inclusive szálláson.) 4-5. nap elteltével az étel unalmas kezdett lenni ezért felkerestunk helyi éttermeket amiket csak ajanlani tudok....mindenesetre köszönjük a fogadtatást a nyaralás nagyszerű volt....

Det ligger dejligt centralt til på by og shopping.

De åbner døren efter rengøring så der er koldt på værelset. Så man fik en forkølelse med hjem. Maden i buffen var aldrig rigtigt varm når den starter. Den blev også sat ind ca. 45 min før det starter.

Only the location of the hotel was good.

First, the reception staff's behavior is not good. Second, when we arrived at the hotel, I had reserved a large room and up stairs. Upon arrival, they did not give me a large room and not up stairs . He said that the hotel is full. I told him that this is not my problem, I had a prior reservation. He told me to go and complain on the booking website. Then he gave me a small room near the pool on the ground floor, the last room in the hotel, near the noise and hearing all the sounds. There are cockroaches in the hotel. After the reception, near the massage room and the barber, there is a bad smell of sewage.

I like the pool and the proximity to the beach

First they gave as a room way smaller than we booked. You could barely move at all. It was maximum 9 square meters. Then we got a larger room next to restaurant and hair dresser. The door didn’t go all the way which mean the sound from the restaurant was very loud. The size was good though but there were no view. The pictures on booking and the information about the rooms are very inaccurate.

Unsere zweite Aufenthalt nach 2 Jahren , möchte erstmal einen großen Respekt an Herrn Aziz und Herrn Ali an der Rezeption zukommen lassen.. während der Mahlzeit sind einige Gäste mit Bikini oder teils nassen Bikini zum Essenaufgetaucht.. management und Personal tat nichts dagegen wir fanden es abstößig. Zum menüausfall es gab immer wieder fast immer wieder die gleichen Menüs Händchen Reis und Kartoffeln Pommes und so weiter da würde ich gerne eine Veränderung unterbreiten... Unser Zimmer war okay bis aufs Bad bzw Dusche die war verstopft wenn man geduscht hat stand man unter Wasser wir haben das gemeldet es wurde sofort ans Telefon gegriffen und versprochen umgehen zu beseitigen aber nach 10 Tagen passierte nichts der gleichen.. 😞Personal Zimmer Personal sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend und machen ihren Arbeit entsprechend zufriedenstellen.

Honestly, we wanted to visit a massage and sauna, but we lost all desire when she looked for us several times a day as if she was really following us. the food is monotonous, alcohol except for vodka and gin tonic with beer is paid, although everything is included. Beer and even then they poured it every other time. Only if you leave a tip then they pour and the bartenders directly say order for a fee because we have no money in the cash register. Bed linen is hardly ever changed. In some rooms the air conditioning does not work. .the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. there was a room for 3 adults and 1 child, it is impossible to walk freely, let alone live for 2 weeks. The room is very small and the beds are pushed together as if for two.The only good thing is the location and the staff that works during the day. A man with long hair works the night shift and he ruined the entire vacation not only for us

On arrival at 9pm, I was met with a very hostile receptionist that started shouting at me as I only had a digital reservation. He asked for a printed voucher, which I did not have. Very abusive indeed. I had paid for all inclusive, but the restaurant had closed by 9pm and there was no offer of late soup or even a bit of fruit! My room smelt of bad fish, caused by water according to them, and most rooms apparently are the same. Lastly, they caught a poor cat, put it in a cage by the poolside and were going to leave it overnight without food or water. It was screaming and stressed so we, as guests set it free again. For doing that, I was intimidated and bullied by a youngish waiter (F). It was a truly horrible experience. I would not recommend this awful place to anyone fullstop. I took vids and photos of the distressed cat which I can provide. It might be cheap there but it is anything but cheerful.

The hotel was clean and the position was excellent, close to the beach. The food was okay but some of the choices at breakfast were strange.

Some nights there was a lot of shouting and swearing. long after the bar closed at 10pm. Our room had a really strong smell from the drains which I don't know if this was only our room or affected others.

Good location, nice beach accross the road. 2nd stay at this hotel. We managed to get a sea view front room view. Nice & clean throught. Bus stops outside for clepatra beach and town centre. Plenty of choices at the buffet. Beer wine & soft drinks pentiful all day.

The music was a bit loud around the pool.

The hotel's location in the city center and proximity to the sea are significant advantages. It's a truly high-quality hotel for its price. I had to wait a little at first, but it turned out to be a mesmerizing experience for me.

Hotel is located in centrum of Alanya. Accessible to everywhere by walking and just by the beach.

We are staying at this hotel for the 4th time. Great location, close to the downtown - 25 min walking, the beach is just across the road, clean pool, friendly stuff, good choice of fresh and tasty meals - never had any problems, local alcohol for free. Perfect value for money during a low season

Unfriendly staff, Same meals and deserts, miniature single use cups for drinks in the bar. Not enough space in the dinning area for all the guests. Short working hours for pool and the bar. A couple of cockroaches here and there.

Despite my Expedia confirmed reservation, I arrived at 01:00 and the hotel had no record of my reservation. They eventually found 1 room substantially inferior to what I paid for, with a window looking into another room, no water pressure in the washroom, and a broken door frame that made it impossible for me to lock the door. I was promised a new room the next day, however it was two more days before the better room appeared. Extra charges for using the safe in the room, no drinking glasses in the room for taking medication, etc., and one lie after another. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had and would advise others to stay away from this property. They have not refunded the difference in room rates for the two nights I was in the terrible room.

Complained about the food, saying that it wasn't right. After paying £150 upgrade. Reply was, well, i eat it. Me and my mum are currently ill with Salmonella. Me and my mum are disabled and they put us on the second floor. Lift kept breaking, so we were ever stuck downstairs or unable to go out of the room till fixed. Staff struggled to understand basic eanglish. Took 3 days to speak to the manager. Beds you could feel the springs.

It was the worst holiday of a life time , l have read some feedback before but thought perhaps people exaggerated , how wrong l was ! The place wasn’t clean , the staff didn’t care about hygiene, my son who is 14 and some other guests spend a day in hospital with food poisoning. The food was lower than average when it come to taste and variety . The drinks were served on plastic cups including in diner hall , if you ask a cocktail or any mix you have to describe to staff , half of the time they didn’t listen or used their hands when they were adding the ice cubes. I guess l have some expectations since the hotel was four star rated , l wonder how on earth they managed to get that title . I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed , never again .

The food had a huge variety, also delicious and the concept behind the all inclusive was well thought, but with some quality issues. (Speakers crackles, pool schedule was short) The shows were entertaining and enjoyable to see. The staff were kind and helpful every time. So kudos to all of them who work there! 🙏

When we arrived a disappointed guest arrived complaining about the room's door lock. When the receptionist took us to our room, which was kindly offered by the hotel (Thank you for the gesture!) with a view to the sea the door couldn't be opened because of the broken lock. (The receptionist tried his best to comfort us, but the manager gave us another room) So we got another room, but not as described in our booking, where it was explicitly mentioned that the view is facing towards the mountains and the pool, this was visible only from the room entrance, but not from the window. All respect to the local culture and beliefs but the door had no aspect of being soundproofed, so every morning at 04.50 we had a clear hearing from the nextdoor mosque where they daily do their praying. So we got up and barely could fall back to sleep. The toilet constantly had sewer smell so it was a challenging going in.

Kaldığım odanın banyo penceresi bozuktu , odaya ilk girdiğimde ağır bir koku vardı ilk gece balkon kapısı açık kalmak zorunda kaldı . Ve banyoda sanırım tuvaletten gelen keskin bir koku vardı ne kadar sifon çeksem de resmen banyoya işlemiş bir koku idi elimi lavaboda yıkarken bile durmak çok zordu .internet sadece lobide var , odalar için ekstra ücret ödenmesi gerekliymiş , her şey dahil bir otele internet için ödeme yapmak kadar saçma bir şey olmaması gerekiyor , tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel değil.

Very thin walls and narrow corridor, the block I was in looked like a prefabricated construction, I could hear neighbors when they used the bathroom, when they spoke, it felt like they were with me in the room, I could even hear someone snoring at night, the mosque speaker is somewhere above the hotel and it's too loud, not the hotel's fault but it will wake you up, the food is ok but I didn't like table set up.

The hotel overall is very comfortable and nice, great pool, lovely breakfasts, perfect location. But the team is lying about the Internet. there is NO and cannot be string Internet in the hotel. they sell the advanced version of the Internet but still and still they are lying. This is a very common thing in Alania and Antalya - there is NO internet in hotels. Please, be aware and just buy local package of mobile data in advance.

Die dusche war sehr schlecht. Kaum wasser und es wechselte immer auf heiss/kalt. Auch beim brünneli war der wasserstrahl dünn und spritzig
