Reviewed Sep 4, 2026El personal super amable. Es una maravilla llegar y ser recibido por Claudia, que te informamos de todo lo que necesites. El hotel es lindisimo con ese patio arbolado y tranquilo. Las habitaciones super limpias. Un lugar perfecto para sentirse bien y como en casa. Además, tengo que decir, que extraviamos el pasaporte y nos ayudaron muchísimo. Respondieron enseguida y con toda la ayuda posible. Unos cielos.

The rooms needed cabinets and drawers, there was only a small one next to the bed were pj,s only fitted. Drawers needed!!

Deben dar mantenimiento a la regadera, tardó en salir agua caliente, se observa que no barren del diario y un día sólo hicieron una cama y la otra no.... Un estacionamiento para 5 o 7 autos a lo más.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026The location was great! Within walking distance to the city center. The staff, especially a young woman was very helpful and we were able to comunicate well. The courtyard was a lovely green spot to sit in.
The bathroom was clean. However in need of maintenance, the walls especially new fresh paint The closet could have used more hangers. For a short stay it, was ok as far as living out of our suitcases. For 2 women more closet hangers would have made it a little nicer.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026J’ai tout aimé, super accueil, la réservation pour la visite des essentiels à Oaxaca avec un guide extra et le chauffeur aussi, J’ai seulement dormi une nuit et je pouvais laisser mon bagage en sécurité à l'hôtel pendant la journée de la visite et quand je suis rentrée le gardien a pris le temps de m'aider à réserver mon bus pour partir dans la soirée, il m’a appelé un taxi, bref vraiment au top tout le personnel que j'ai rencontré ! Ma chambre était très spacieuse et le litconfortable, la salle de bain aussi Et le hall d'entrée trop classe ! Bravo et merci pour tout !

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Ein sehr schönes Hotel, etwas abseits der Altstadt von Oaxaca. Das Personal super freundlich, die Zimmer groß und komfortabel. Die ganze Anlage hat etwas Intimes und ist daher besonders für die geeignet, die kleine Hotels mögen.
Da alle Zimmer auf den Innenhof schauen, ist es etwas hellhörig.

La chambre était un peu petite pour 4 personnes et c'était un peu humide. Il faut dire qu'on était présent durant des journées très froides pour Oaxaca.

Hay agua fresca disponible todos los días. Gustavo y Fernanda son los mejores. Muy amables. Nos sentimos muy bienvenidos desde el principio. Todos los días una sonrisa amable y una conversación agradable. Sin duda volveré a reservar aquí mi próxima noche en la ciudad de Oaxaca.
Hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025El hotel está a unos quince minutos del centro, pero se llega andando fácilmente. La habitación es grande y las camas super cómodas. Tiene parking y es muy tranquilo. Quiero agradecer a Gustavo que fue un encanto recomendándonos sitios para comer y para visitar y que estaba pendiente siempre de nosotros, y que gracias a su gestión pudimos pasar las cuatro noches en Oaxaca ya que me estaba siendo muy difícil encontrar alojamiento para esas fechas. Sin duda repetiría en este hotel si vuelvo.

Reviewed Oct 31, 2025The facility is modern and clean. The room is comfortable and has good lighting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The small lobby is attractive and has a few comfortable chairs, and bottled water where you can refill your own bottles and good information for tourists.
There’s a smell of sewer gas in the bathroom. The restaurant food was so so and the coffee there was not good at all. The table service was slow and they disappeared for long periods. My room faced the busy road, so there was a lot of noise starting very early in the morning that came through the closed window. Use earplugs when you sleep.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025The receptionist Gustavo is the heart of that hotel. He’s polite and very friendly. He gave us awesome tips about restaurants and places to visit in town. Loved the parking facilities.
Don’t expect to have a quiet night if you stay here. The walls are paper thin and the neighbourhood is very loud. I mean it. The hotel is located on a busy road. Even if you have a room at the back, you’ll hear everything!
