- Ankommen, der Ausblick, die Koi-Karpfen, ein sehr leckerer Welcome-Drink - Schöne „Villa“ mit eigenem Pool - Gepflegte Anlage - Toller Ausblick über Bali, bis runter zum Meer bei guter Aussicht

- Hotel bietet zwar Briefpapier und Kuverts im Zimmer an, meine Post wurde zum Versand jedoch nicht angenommen. Dies fand ich für ein Hotel der Kategorie befremdlich. - Speisen im Restaurant klingen fancy, sind es aber nicht (Blattgold auf der Orangencreme, die Creme selbst einfach nur süß.) - Die einfachsten Dinge klappen nicht: Earl Grey zum Frühstück kam weniger als lauwarm an den Tisch - Pizza wird mit sehr süßlicher Tomatensauce zubereitet. - Ansonsten gibt es viel Fleisch, aber keine Wow-Gerichte. Viel Trüffel-Öl hier und Trüffel-Öl da. Auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es keine Alternative zu dem Restaurant des Elevate Bali. - Personal ist höflich, zuvorkommend, gleichzeitig kommt das herzliche und authentische Gefühl, das man bei den Balinesen ansonsten oft hat, nicht rüber.

Quite luxury with beautiful views

The breakfast was amazing. The room was excellent with the swimming pool that Jacuzzi the bath the two showers.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but as it's up in the mountains, travelling by car does take a while - but worth it! The hotel is truly unique and the scenery is remarkable!!!!

- quand j’ai réservé sur booking, il était indiqué petit-déjeuner compris. Là bas, on nous dit que ce n’est pas compris pour les enfants, 10€/enfant pour manger 1 chocolat chaud et une tartine de beurre 🥴. Pas très honnête je trouve - bruyant la nuit : frigo de la chambre et eau qui coule de la piscine en permanence - propreté approximative : on a retrouvé une touffe de cheveux dans la salle de bain et ma petite fille dans la piscine - globalement, logement qui aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement, beaucoup de choses branlantes, usées ou cassées - literie très dure

Tout le personnel aimable, à l'écoute. Le cadre est beau, situé en hauteur surplombant la vallée. Mais attention, établissement isolé, rien a faire autour. Sauf se relaxer et profiter du silence, spa, piscine... Donc, il faudra prendre la navette / le chauffeur privé pour se déplacer aux points d'intérêt. Très bonne cuisine, je dirais même excellente.

Du point de vue général: rien a faire autour, assez isolé, donc faut faire recours à une navette / un chauffeur. Concernant notre villa, entretien médiocre du jacuzzi et de la piscine qui nécessitent un bon nettoyage. Isolation acoustique un peu déficitaire, le système de recirculation bruyant (jacuzzi et piscine) se fait entendre dans les chambres.

Utrolig lokalisation, smukt hotel og en helt fantastisk udsigt. Servicen var upåklagelig og personalet var fantastisk søde.

It would be much better if the water in the Jacuzzi were a little less hot, and the water in the pool a little warmer.

How can one feel when arriving in a paradise above the clouds. Elevate is a place where you will feel like queens and kings. It combines an exceptional location close to nature, tasteful and comfortable accommodation, delicious cuisine, pampering service and most importantly beautiful views. We spent only 21 hours there, but we enjoyed our stay including afternoon tea, massage, three-course dinner and floating breakfast right in the infinity pool at our villa. It was also amazing to observe the changeable weather in the mountains, which showed us fog, light rain, tropical showers and finally cloudless sun. We highly recommend Elevate Bali. 😍

The only negative aspect was that we couldn't stay longer. 😉

Upeat näkymät, hieno ja siisti huone. Hotellin alue oli kaunis ja hyvin hoidettu.

Ruoka oli kallista suhteessa Balin hintatasoon (mikä odotettavaa tasokkaassa hotellissa), mutta ruuan laatu oli keskinkertainen. Muut ruokapaikat oli matkan päässä, joten ulkona ruokailu vaati kyydit, eikä taksisovellukset tarjoa alueella juurikaan palvelua. Hyvä huomioida, että offseason vuoristossa voi tuulisena päivänä olla kylmä.

Kanske inte borde ta emot gäster under wet season då det ligger uppe i bergen och generellt är tio grader svalare. Personalen gick runt i täckjackor, det låg dimma över dalen den mesta tiden så man såg inte så mycket. Regnade ofta och var bara 18-20 grader vilket tydligen är normalt för årstiden. Maten var verkligen inte bra som flera här redan skrivit, var också överlägset dyrast (och sämst) av de hotellen vi bodde på.

AG showed such great attention to detail and hospitality that we were really impressed which really made the place feel like home. Putri, the receptionist, made us feel special with her personalized service. Dio, the restaurant staff, was incredibly friendly, with his genuine smile and caring attitude. Adi K & Adi S was top notch , of keeping the room clean and organized with turndown service was part of the amenities ☺️ All of these wonderful people made our vacation truly unforgettable.

I highly recommend Elevate Valley. This hotel is truly luxurious, and everything about it feels high-quality — from the service to the rooms themselves. The pool is beautiful, the food is excellent, and the staff are absolutely fantastic. The property is stunning and very well maintained. The staff were also incredibly helpful in arranging a transfer at a very reasonable price for my waterfall trip. The driver and guide were both wonderful, and the car was very comfortable, including my return to Ubud. My room was gorgeous and extremely relaxing. There are just a couple of things to keep in mind — not negatives, just helpful to know. Like other luxury hotels in Munduk, the pool is not heated. This area is much cooler than other parts of Bali, so if you don’t enjoy swimming in cold water, it may not be as pleasant, especially in the evenings. Heated pools would make the experience even better. Also, because this area is so lush and surrounded by nature, you will hear birds throughout the night. This isn’t the hotel’s fault at all — it’s simply part of being in such a beautiful natural environment. Since the hotel has such open and scenic views, the sound carries more. I personally had to wear earplugs to sleep comfortably. That said, I would absolutely stay here again. It’s a gorgeous property with exceptional service and a very peaceful, upscale atmosphere. If you’re looking for luxury in nature, this is a wonderful choice.

Just note that the resort sits far from other services or restaurants, so a driver is essential if you plan to explore. Ours was excellent — fluent in English, knowledgeable, and every bit as professional as the resort staff. Elevate Bali is more than a getaway; it’s an experience in calm, beauty, and first-class care high above the island crowds.

We stayed at elevate with our extended family at their beautiful villas for 3 days and I cannot recommend it enough. The views were nourishing for the eyes, the breakfast nourishing for the body and the silence provided the much needed reprieve from our busy lives. The property is built with love, it’s clear to see…..and the addition of coy fish at reception brings the guests good luck too I think. The rooms were clean and serviced beautifully everyday, and amenities were plenty, swim sauna, massage and high tea. Not a moment to get bored. Our family enjoys music and the local singers coming in for the evenings was the cherry on the elevate cake! Thanks to all the lovely staff and especially the warm welcome we had from Putri! I told you I will not forget your name! Thanks for the lovely memories! We will be back soon!

The view without any doubts is the strong point of the establishment, then the accomodation per day it's very comfy and offers everything, the pools and jacuzzi definitely do not disappoint and the food was excellent! Throughout 3 nights, and I never had once one single bad piece of food item and I never order the same thing twice! Everything was delicious!

I think a bit more care around the Villas could be improved, there was still some trash laying around in the lush vegetation and through the trees and also maybe something can be done a bit more to prevent insects from entering the Villas as well (also a bit more soundproofing also would be very good as the insects noise can be quite loud at night)

Myself & my husband decided to treat ourselves to a 4hr Spa package ‘The other side of paradise’ and it was just that. Absolutely relaxing & rejuvenating. Ariyani & Eni were so attentive & made our whole experience just beautiful. Great hotel, Amazing staff everywhere, so polite & can not do enough for you. Thank Elevate for an amazing experience ❤️

For those seeking complete relaxation, the spa experience The Other Side of Paradise is an absolute must. It’s a four-hour indulgence (around £150 per person) that leaves you refreshed, balanced, and renewed. Aryani and Eni were exceptional, creating an atmosphere that felt deeply personal, restorative, and genuine. The food itself was delicious, although it could feel a little repetitive at times, and the drinks selection was slightly limited for an establishment of Elevate’s standard. Still, Elevate Bali remains a stunning place. It’s the people like Made, Ketut, Aryani, Eni, and so many others who give it real soul. They turned a beautiful stay into an experience we’ll remember long after leaving Bali.

Really nice view of the mountains. Most of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Really large variety of food for breakfast. The rooms are spacious and give you quite some privacy, as you have a terrace for yourself.

Food could be better considering it is a five star hotel. For example, the croissants for breakfast were quite hard, so was the French toast. Furthermore, in order to get from the room to breakfast or to the spa, you are dependent on a caddy picking you up, as the path is quite steep. We also had one not so nice experience when asking for a taxi to go to Munduk, as the staff was very unfriendly and asked what we want to do there and why we want to go there.

Le prix des repas: prix européen avec la qualité indonésienne. Pour la chambre avec jacuzzi, celui-ci est trop bruyant la nuit.

Понравилось очень, особенно шикарные виды: природа, закат. Но… хотелось бы тишины и уединения, а вместо этого дикие крики гостей, шум с соседних вилл. Пожелание, как минимум, ограничить, возраст гостей + 13. Кухня тоже страдает , да и бар не отстает … Вообщем, полное отсутствие соотношения цены и качества.

Elevate Bali Resirt is true to its name , situated high in the mountains near Munduk in the north of Bali . Though quite a large resort , the individual villas are reasonably remote from each , and offer privacy . The ground/villa staff are always courteous and happy (if a little too ‘schooled’ for quests) in typical Balinese style , and this continues throughout the general resort . Breakfast is one of the highlights here , generous and generally good quality with good service , which is included in the room rate .

What could have been better? Location, although beautiful in many ways , is also in quite an isolated part of Bali , so getting out from the resort requires hiring a driver (resort provided, with the associated price premium) , and there are no walking trails around to explore further, Be aware of the conversion rate when booking any of the Spa services , the prices are ‘abbreviated’ and not always clear 😉 . These things aside , it can be a nice place just to take time out and reset for those with busy lives ; the only other comment is we requested a late checkout as we had an evening departing flight, however, even the the resort was certainly not fully occupied , our request could not be fulfilled.

Tout était parfait, le personnel était aux petits soins, le restaurant très bon à prix corrects. La chambre très propre et bonne literie. Le personnel vient vous chercher en buggy car pour vous amener au restaurant ou à la salle de sport. Tout est fait pour que le client se sente bien.

Il y a un service de bus qui vous emmène tous les jours à 12h à deux destinations (hidden hills et Lake, tour d’environ 1h) c’est noté que ceci est gratuit mais arrivé sur place il faut payer une entrée de 150’000 par personne et 30’000 pour le lac. Il aurait été bien d’informer sur les tarifs avant le départ (surtout qu’il faut payer en cash)

Die Villen sind schön, aber nicht perfekt, und man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick bis zum Meer. Es ist eine wirklich traumhafte Anlage.

Leider war die Lage doch recht abseits, so dass man für alle Aktivitäten ein gutes Stück fahren muss. Allerdings war das Essen - vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen - mit Abstand das schlechteste, das wir in Bali hatten. Da man kaum kurzfristig Alternativen hat (wegen der Lage) ist das mehr als schade und hatten wir von so einem Haus nicht erwartet.

Wow...wow...wow.... Speechless. After a 3 hour drive in darkness, visibilty was just about 2-3 meters because of the fog..it was all worth it. Best resort I had been in Bali. The villa was superb...service was outstanding!!! Breakfast was delicious and the view is breathtaking... must come back again.

Ho apprezzato moltissimo l’attenzione e la cura ai dettagli che questo hotel riserva ai suoi ospiti. Il ristorante dell’hotel ci ha conquistati, sia con la colazione ricca e varia che con la cena squisita. Il miglior piatto assaggiato è stato il risotto ai funghi, davvero eccellente e preparato con grande maestria. Lo staff si è dimostrato attento e premuroso in ogni momento, sapendo anche del mio compleanno imminente: il giorno prima della partenza ho trovato alla colazione una fetta di torta inaspettata, un gesto che mi ha fatto sentire davvero coccolato. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per chi cerca un’accoglienza attenta e calorosa.
