Lots of nice extra touches, water, beers, cakes! Very attentive and easy check in. Spacious and excellent location.

We were on ground floor so balcony, but that could have been my fault by just assuming there would be.

Great location in the heart of Estepona old town. Beautifully appointed apartment on the next street. Separate from main building which had a lovely courtyard. We had a small balcony overlooking a lovely little communal flower garden. The place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully provided free drinks and snacks. A really nice touch! Very friendly owner with great communication to make sure we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back!

The property was in a gorgeous courtyard setting with pretty flowers paintings and artefacts. It was exceptionally beautiful and one of the best places I gave stayed in Spain! It was central to wonderful restaurants and within easy walking distance e to the beach and shops.

Fabulous location in the heart of the old town and a few minutes walk to the beach and bars/ restaurants. Despite being in the town it was extremely quiet in the property and we weren’t disturbed by the outside noise. The staff were lovely- extremely helpful and responsive- and nothing was too much trouble. We also appreciated the small touches like wine and beer and essential foods in the fridge on arrival!

There is limited outdoor space but because we were so near the beach and town this wasn’t really a problem.

C'è tanta attenzione verso l'ospite, dal cibo trovato in casa, all'acqua in frigo, al messaggio su WhatsApp per sapere se tutto fosse ok. La posizione ottima, in una zona silenziosa ma a due passi dal centro e dal mare. Il parcheggio pubblico a pagamento in centro comodo da raggiungere a piedi (ci sono alcune strade in salita quindi attenzione se avete valigie pesanti). Il verde nel patio apprezzatissimo e le istruzioni self check in ottime!

Appartamento super a piano terra con patio e lavanderia in comune. Pulizia impeccabile e attenzione al cliente davvero favolosa. Al nostro arrivo in cucina c’erano bevande e snack offerti gratuitamente. Bagno e doccia molto spaziosi. La posizione nel centro storico è spettacolare e anche con l’auto ce la siamo sempre cavata utilizzando il parcheggio nella vicina piazza, peraltro molto economico o lasciando l’auto nelle vie appena fuori il centro pedonale. Negozi e ristoranti dappertutto. Estepona è favolosa e curatissima. Ci è piaciuta moltissimo.

Durante il nostro soggiorno purtroppo abbiamo avuto mancanza di corrente elettrica a causa di un guasto, ma siamo stati adeguatamente risarciti dalla proprietaria Federica che si è dimostrata molto comprensiva e ha capito il disagio subito chiamandoci personalmente. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il suo gesto.

Een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Het appartement was uitermate schoon en er was overal aan gedacht. Veel leuke kleine details. Onverwachte presentjes bij aankomst en verblijf, en de beheerders staan altijd klaar om te helpen als je iets nodig hebt. De locatie is super: centraal in het oude centrum, op nog geen 5 min van het strand. Kortom: alles was helemaal top. Een absolute aanrader!

Handdoeken en beddengoed krijg je voor je gehele verblijf, maar er is een wasmachine en droger beschikbaar

the location is beautiful the area is very clean, the village is beautiful like a fairy tail! and the staff are kind and attentive and speak good English we had no difficulty communicating. close to the beach and there are so many restaurants. we experienced watching dolphins🐬 in a catamaran, Sol Jetski🚤 and eating at different restaurants like chiringquito🐟 very close to Casa Del Patio-Botique.. and thank you also for the give away ref magnet I am very happy because ref magnets are one of my collection..and as a birthday gift for my friend. very happy and an unforgettable experience.. thank you Casa Del Patio - Boutique highly recommended.

A gorgeous apartment in the middle of old town Estepona. Everything we needed (and more) for a really good stay. Check in was super efficient and easy. The owners had left such thoughtful additions of food and drink and small gifts. We really were blown away. We will certainly book again when we come back to Estepona. Thank you so much!

En general está todo bien. El apartamento 8 tiene dos tramos de escaleras y al ser interior hay poca luz natural.

We had a great stay at Casa del Patio. The apartment was really comfortable and had a lovely atmosphere, especially the patio area. The hosts were welcoming and thoughtful, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was in a great location for walking around and discovering the local cafés, restaurants, and streets nearby. Everything was clean and well looked after, and it was a very relaxing place to come back to after a day out exploring.

We didn’t really have anything to complain about during our stay. Everything was as expected, and we found the apartment comfortable, clean, and well located. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time.

The apartment is beautiful, very elegant, and spotlessly clean. The location is ideal: right in the city center, on a gorgeous flower-filled street, and just a few steps from the beach. The air conditioning works perfectly, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the balcony is charming. A huge thank you to the owner, Sofia, for her warm welcome and for the lovely treats left in the fridge upon our arrival. We would return without hesitation!

The apartment was spacious and very clean. The outside space was very beautiful and there was access to a washing machine and laundry area which was great. The snacks and treats which were left were very lovely and went over and above what is normally provided. It’s was wonderful.

La ubicación es perfecta, sitio céntrico en pleno casco viejo y a la vez muy tranquilo. Instalaciones muy cuidadas, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.

Estadia fantástica! A localização é perfeita, mesmo no centro histórico e com a grande vantagem de podermos ir a pé até à praia, além de ter muitos restaurantes excelentes nas redondezas. O check-in foi super fácil e rápido. O quarto surpreendeu pela decoração de muito bom gosto, a cama era muito confortável e o ar condicionado funcionou na perfeição, garantindo um ótimo descanso.

Não existe estacionamento nas proximidades. Nós conseguimos sempre arranjar lugares de estacionamento gratuitos na rua, mas ficavam um pouco afastados e exigiam uma caminhada a pé, o que pode ser um problema real para quem viaja com malas pesadas ou tem mobilidade reduzida.

El estudio nº 4 NO se encuentra en la Casa del Patio, ni tampoco en la calle San José. Me parece publicidad engañosa que indiquen con letra pequeña y de manera confusa que "el acceso" está en calle San Miguel; y NO es que el acceso esté en calle San Miguel, sino que el estudio está ubicado en calle San Miguel. Al final resulta que te hospedas en un sitio distinto al que crees haber reservado. Por añadido, el estudio está en un bajo con lo que hay que tener siempre la habitación a oscuras, con las cortinas cerradas, para que la gente al pasar no te vea directamente en la cama, en el aseo... las "vistas" de este estudio, desde luego no so las que venden en las imagenes del anuncio. Y la respuesta que a todo esto te da el anfitrión me parece de lo más absurdo...

The Location was absolutely beautiful. Its very clean. The Self Checkin was super smooth and Cristina and Sofia were super nice and always reachable when needed. They even thought about my birthday and gave me a little present what warmed my heart

Non so da dove iniziare per descrivere quanto sia bello e impeccabilmente pulito questo appartamento. Posso dire con certezza che occupa il primo posto tra tutti quelli in cui ho soggiornato in Andalusia. È estremamente accogliente: appena entrati, io e mio marito siamo rimasti colpiti dalla pulizia e dalla grande cura dedicata ai dettagli dell’arredamento. Il condizionatore era perfettamente funzionante e posizionato in modo ottimale. Il bagno è molto spazioso e la doccia davvero comoda. Pur trattandosi di un monolocale, la zona notte è separata dalla cucina da una mezza parete che crea una piacevole divisione degli spazi, facendola sembrare quasi una stanza indipendente e molto ampia. Letto comodissimo e grande. La cucina era di una pulizia impressionante. Inoltre, l’ingresso dell’appartamento è protetto da due portoni, una soluzione che garantisce tranquillità e permette di non sentire il passaggio delle persone che accedono agli altri piani dello stabile. La posizione è eccellente: nel cuore del centro storico e a pochi passi dal lungomare, consentendo di raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni e i servizi. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio gratuito in strada a circa 400 metri dall’alloggio; con un po’ di pazienza e attendendo qualche minuto, è possibile trovare posto. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei senza alcuna esitazione. Oltretutto Eatepona ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative e lo considero tra i Paesi più belli e caratteristici dell'Andalusia

The location was very good in the old town. The area was pedestrianised and full of beautiful flowers, trees and plants. There was a car park very nearby where we left the car while we were there. We had a lovely outside terrace overlooking the quiet street below.

Wir hatten die Wohnung Nr. 8 im 2. Stock! Erreichbar über eine Treppe in einen wunderschönen Innenhof! Bett war sehr gut - etwas härter - aber sehr gut! Küche gut sortiert. Sehr gepflegt alles. Strand in 5-7 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Vermieter sehr freundlich.

La ubicación fantástica, cerca de todo pero en una calle peatonal muy tranquila, pero hay un parking cerca. El estudio amplio con todo lo necesario.

L'appartamento era molto carino e curato, attrezzato con tutto quello che serve e molto pulito. La posizione ottima a 2 min dalla zona pedonale. Il letto e i cuscini molto comodi. Estepona davvero curata e piena di fiori come anche il cortile interno degli appartamenti.

The ladies that managed the place Sofia and Cristina were really lovely. They were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The apartments are lovely and in a beautiful building adorned with flowers. Everything worked well and the location was amazing. 7 minute walk to the beach and five minute walk into the old town. We loved our time in Estepona. It was enjoyable and relaxing. Thanks Sofia and Cristina.

I loved the fact that a studio apartment could have everything you needed and so stylishly presented. The staff, especially Sofia, couldn't do enough for you, with a lovely welcome pack of food and drinks and any questions or information needed answered straight away. We even managed to sit out for breakfast and evenings on the little balcony that overlooked the pretty street and square.

The studios were beautiful, unique, clean and quiet. The prettiest hidden away stay with everything you could ask for with charming décor, great showers and the most wonderful service. Cristina was so gorgeous and helpful, even sorting a taxi for us last minute. Thank you for making our short stay so mémorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Estepona’nın merkezinde, çok tatlı bir avlusu var, çok sempatik bir tesis, insana huzur veriyor. Tuvalette bide olması (hatta Türkler için söyle söyleyeyim o bide değil bildiğimiz taharet musluğu ilk kez gördüm yurt dışında büyük konfor), yastıklar, yatak konforlu, klima iyi çalışıyor, ikram olarak su, biraz, meyve suyu, yoğurt koymaları çok nazikçe ve hatta bir magnet bırakmışlardı bayıldım güzel bir anı.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful town filled with flowers! The location was super close to the beach and also shopping and restaurants. We just loved our stay and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. All the little treats they left us were so appreciated also. Highly recommend this lovely place!

Can’t think of a thing

I would describe this apartment and the care of the staff as exceptional. In particular, Christina was such a welcoming and efficient support. We really enjoyed the generous gifts of food and wine on arrival. It was a fantastic location, near the beach and amazing restaurants - yet tucked into the beflowered older part of the town, that was peaceful and picturesque!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this apartment service or location.

I loved the location. Very chilled atmosphere, everything within easy walking distance and such gorgeous surroundings. The apartment is modern, spacious and very clean. I thought the snacks and drinks that were provided complimentary were a nice touch. I loved the special touch of finding little animals painted on the walls here and there and made it into a game to spot each one, super cute! It feels like the hosts have thought of everything you would need for a pleasant and comfortable stay and they were responsive to messages before and during the trip. I had some trouble opening the door when I arrived and I messaged the host who was very helpful and ensured I could access the property even though it was late. 100% would recommend and I would love to come again and stay in future. Apartments 4 and 6 are not in the main courtyard but are on the next street over but we had access to the main Casa Del Patio courtyard for laundry access if we needed it, also it's just such a beautiful space to sit with a coffee and some fruit and enjoy being there. Very picturesque and relaxing atmosphere. The host even remembered my birthday and came to give me a complimentary bottle of wine which was very touching. I loved my stay at Casa Del Patio in Estepona and I wish I am hoping to go back again one day.
