Juglans Suites

There was some problems but staff are keen to help and rectify. Location is good and pictures are accurate.

Property was modern but a little tired and needed a deep clean

Everything was great with this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the location was amazing, with easy access to the beach and large grocery stores. It also had a great pool and spacious rooms. I am super satisfied!

Everything was great, the room had everything for a comfortable stay.

Everything was grateful. Guys on reception were very helpful and polite, speaking English very well. A lot of thanks to Beste, she was the best hostess ever. Her colleagues were super as well.

Super appartement

Alles was top

Excellent

Rien

Clean and modern, close to beach front.

Distance from centre, although close to own set of good beach front promenade bars and restaurants

Very clean, modern and the pool

Having someone provide some kind of room service to clean every day would have been nice.

Modern, spacious comfy beds and private pool a bonus Very clean, helpful staff and main pool is spotless

Niets, alles was perfect. Ik kan niets negatief opnoemen.

-

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The staff is incredibly attentive and polite. Special thanks to Beste — she was amazing, so welcoming and helpful! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was good. Very good view to the swiming pool. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you, Juglans Suites! We will definitely come back!

The only tiny suggestion would be to add one small saucepan for cooking smaller portions, like morning porridge..

Everything

Tutto.

Nulla.

Location, cleanliness, staff, pool

Only a tiny criticism - bed could have been more comfortable but not a major issue and we still had a super time

Staff were lovely.

We had the suite with a pool. We were very close to the dual carriageway and the traffic noise was horrendous. If that wasn't enough the walls are really thin and we had a succession of party goers in the suite next door making a row until 03:30, so would we go back, absolutely not.

Superb property - Spottessly cleaned - fabulous pool and facilities!

Everything was wonderful Gardens Pools We had a 2 bedroom suite and I could honestly live there . It was great

We were unfortunate with the atoms and rain on and off for the first two weeks. So even though the pools weren’t ready, the weather wasn’t good any way

We liked everything. We came on 6th of April. Besty met us. She was very hospitable and friendly. She explained us everything and showed us the main points. Always when we asked her to find a taxi, she helped us. We liked other staff as well. Everyone was very friendly to us. In room we had everything: towels, tea, coffee. The rooms are clean and spacious. We were 3 people, we took 2 rooms apartment. Migros is very near to hotel and 5 mins walk to seaside. We liked to drink coffee in the morning with view to mountain and sea. But the main point of hotel is people (staff). They are very professions. We liked them and strongly recommend to visit this hotel.

We just enjoyed a beautiful winter stay at Juglans ... EVERYTHING was fabulous. Exceeded our expectations. The staff are so lovely, those we interacted with often could not be better, Beste and Mehmet on reception are first class, the cleaning ladies, aysam and icil are friendly and great at their job, Yunus, the maintenance guy - fabulous Our apartment was immaculate, everything we needed was catered for, cleaned every 3 days and they even supplied dishwasher and washing machine detergents. The lifts and communal areas are all clean and fresh. A modern and sleek building. Although it was winter time, the grounds look lovely and well kept, We loved everything about Juglans Suites and will definitely be back.

There is nothing to not like.

Besty the girl on reception was so friendly, polite and helpful. She always met me with a smile, as did all the reception staff. My stay was great. Would definitely return

Great apartment with everything you need. Very helpfull English speaking staff. Good location 5 minute walk to beach, and close to Migros supermarket and other various shops.

Goede Wifi verbinding. Het verblijf was super! Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

The apartment is clean and spotless. Lovely added touches of coffee and biscuits and the location of the property is excellent just a short walk to the beach and cafes.

Nothing love it ❤️

Great location, close to sea front, restaurants, and bus routes. Excellent friendly, politsle and welcoming staff. Spacious clean room with balcony and well equipped.

Nothing to dislike!

Clean and comfortable

Location

Sehr aufmerksames und nettes Personal.

Immaculate staff, location and facilities

I've nothing to complain about

Nice large and warm apartment, we had one with private pool. Note in December pools are not heated (which I knew in advance) and garden is in shadow but I used main pool which was sunny.. Cold water run in sinks, but it was same in other apartment we stayed in Turkey, but in shower there was hot water, a little slow to adjust. Bed comfy, everything super clean, when asked for warmer duvet was sorted right away. If anything I would recommend to add more hangers in the bathroom, bedside lamps, some more cutlery and juice glasses would be nice. Electricity went off few times, but it was in the whole area, and happened few days in dif place so winter must be some sort of issues in general in Turkey. The staff is at reception 24/7 and very helpful, responsive via whatsup. Parking can be full on street, but can find more arround the corner near Migros. Nice place close to beach-5 min walk. We spent new years eve in their restaurant by the beach JU and it was amazing! Highly recommend this place

The location is great close the beach, and the apartment was very clean. The staff was very kind

Leaving

Clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Location very good, a stroll to the beach :-)

Everything was perfect, bed could be a little more comfy and bigger.

Apartment was very clean - it's my favourite part. It is in a good condition considering the hotel was opened in 2022 (if I'm not mistaken). We asked for duvet and hotel staff provided it without any problem. The balcony is quite big with good table and chair on it. Macrocenter just 5 minutes walk and Migros is just 1 munite away - both of them are very good.

Not all the dishes were cleaned after previous guests. We had to unload the dishwasher upon arrival. To be honest it is always better when it's prepared for you to check-in.

Fantastic property to live. Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was amazing specially Matt, amazing guy. They provided us with a complimentary dinner cuz our rooms were a bit far, the dinner was also amazingg!! For sure i will stay again when i visit Fethiye next time

Nothing!!

The staff were amazing. They were always on hand to answer questions, in particular the lovely young lady who helped us sort out our taxis. They were able to accommodate us past our check out time as our flight was late, which was an absolute relief as we had young children with us. The accommodation was pretty new and very spacious. We enjoyed having our own private entrance with pool so we didn't use any of the other main hotel facilities. It's very close to the beach with a Migros right next door. We watched the sun set nearly every night.

The hotel is far from the central Fethiye location so you are reliant on taxis. Other than that, it has everything locally.

Balcony glass not clean. Had to ask for my room to be cleaned and clean towels after 6 days. Umbrellas broken by the pool. Staff are amazing most friendly and compliant, that’s why I will come back

Thank you was amazing stay ; we will be back that’s for sure

Everything. The place was very good starting from ladies at the reception desk till small facilities they provide. There is dishwasher, washing machine and they are providing cleaning products even. Good bathroom cosmetics. Very good promenade just 5 mins walk away. Clean and new beds lining.

Nothing. Probable location - 20 mins bus/car ride to the center if you need.

Good location next to Calis beach with supermarket nearby, very helpful staff

2025 ci ilin avqust ayinda Juqlans Suites Hoteldə qonaq olduq. Əslində narahat idik, 7 günlük tətilimizi bu oteldə keçirəcəkdik. İlk qarşılamanı çox bəyəndik. Otaqlar təmiz, səliqəli, Mətbəx isə mətbəx əşyaları, soyuducu, paltaryutan, qabyuyan ilə tam təmin olunmuşdu. Hər iki otaqda olan kondisionerlər çox gözəl işləyirdi. Təmizləyicilər, üzü gülər və mehriban idilər. Hətta otaqda çirkli qablar qaldıqda, onları belə yuyurdular. Juqlans bir ailə otelidir. Otelin sahibləri Cana hanim və yoldaşı bizə cox isti münasibət bəslədilər, ailə üzvləri kimi maraqlı söhbətlər etdik, birlikdə vaxt keçirdik. Otelin sahiblərinin bu qədər sadə, mehriban olmaları nə qədər gözəl bir şeydir. Allah ruzinizi bol etsin, gözəl insanlar. Hələ otelin adminstratoru Didem hanım, bufetci lidiya hanım, resepşnda gözəl, prenses Beste hanımımız və genc balamız Mert bizə o qeder gözəl münasibət bəslədilər, şirin söhbətlər etdilər ki, bu ancaq gözəl bir ailə tablosu idi. İndi də evimizdə onları xoş xatirələrlə xatirlayiriq. Hovuz çox təmiz, dənizə isə 5 dəqiqəlik məsafə vardı. Cana hanım, Didəm hanım, hər şey, hər şey üçün çooooxxx təşəkkür edirik, ailəmiz adından. Qismət olarsa, 2026 da görüşərik təkrar. Biz tətilimizi əla keçirdik, sizlərə də tövsiyə edirik🌹🌹🌹

Hər şey çox yüksək səviyyədə idi. Çünki bu otelin sahibləri çox gözəl urəyə sahib proffesional insanlardır. Hər şeyi olduğu kimi yazdım.

Otelde kaldığım süre boyunca gerçekten çok keyif aldım. Odalar tertemiz ve çok rahattı. Her şey düşünülmüştü.

Apartman was very nice, modern. They cleaned apartman only when you wanted and said it at reception. Pool amazing, even small one for kids. Bed is only 160 cm. Behind is supermarket, equipment in the kitchen is not the best one but we were able to cook. AC worked great.

Upon arrival one dishwasher tablet was provided and then you get one with houskeeping. As we didn't want it every day, we missed some washing liquid and kitchen towel for dishes. Sofa was very comfortable for daily use but very soft and uncomfortable for sleeping.

Excellent service from Mart when we arrived and Beste the next day. Very attentive at reception answered all our questions and very proffessional
