Das Hotel war insgesamt gut. Allerdings hat mir nicht gefallen, dass mir ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit einer schrägen Decke zugeteilt wurde. Als ich um einen Zimmerwechsel gebeten habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass keine anderen Zimmer verfügbar seien. Ich hatte jedoch kein Zimmer mit Dachschräge gebucht. Durch die niedrige Decke konnte man sich leicht den Kopf stoßen. Mir fehlt ein Handtuch für den Strand.

Das Hotel war insgesamt nicht schlecht, allerdings ist die Lage überhaupt nicht touristisch. Es gibt nur wenige Geschäfte in der Umgebung. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Macrocenter, wo das Fleisch etwa 35 Euro pro Kilogramm kostet. Leider mussten wir das gekaufte Fleisch wegwerfen, da es verdorben war. Das Gleiche ist uns auch bei Migros passiert – auch dort war das Fleisch verdorben. Die Gegend ist meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht touristisch. In der Nähe gibt es keine Obstläden, Metzgereien oder Bäckereien. Wir haben bewusst **kein All-Inclusive** gebucht, da unser Kind das Essen im Hotel nicht isst. Um zum Meer zu gelangen, muss man eine Straße mit sehr starkem Verkehr überqueren, was besonders mit Kindern unangenehm und nicht ungefährlich ist. Ein weiterer großer Nachteil unseres Aufenthalts war die **fehlende Möglichkeit, am Meer zu liegen**. Es gibt einen großen Strand, an dem zwei Liegen 5 Euro kosten. Allerdings kann man dort nicht mit Karte bezahlen. Für Touristen ist es natürlich nicht immer verständlich, warum man türkisches Bargeld bereithalten muss. Ein anderer Strand kostet 20 Euro für zwei Liegen, was ich persönlich zu teuer finde. Der Strand ist sandig, aber das Gehen dort ist teilweise schmerzhaft, sodass man am besten spezielle Badeschuhe trägt. Das Meer ist sehr schön, allerdings hatten wir während der gesamten 14 Tage **starke Wellen**, sodass das Schwimmen nicht immer angenehm war.

Odanın içinde herşey vardı, ufak bir ev gibiydi bütün ihtiyaçlarımızı görüyordu. Her yer çok temizdi.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima, a soli 2 minuti a piedi da un grosso supermarket e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. L’appartamento è di dimensioni piuttosto buone, pulito e dispone di tutto il necessario nella zona cucina. Un grande plus la presenza della piscina.

Tutto ottimo. Forse l’unica pecca è il bagno non finestrato.

Mooi modern appartement, airco in alle vertrekken, goed balkon en mooi uitzicht op het zwembad. Vlakbij het strand. Mooi kleinschalig complex in rustige mooie buurt.

De dekens zijn wat dun als je de airco aan hebt. Maar heb extra dekens gevraagd en dat was geen probleem.

El apartamento, todo nuevo, es muy bonito y cómodo. My bien decorado. La ubicación es perfecta, tienes parking en la puerta, supermercado a 2 minutos y el paseo junto al mar, lleno de tiendas y restaurantes a 5 minutos. El personal muy atento. Sin duda alguna volvería. Nos ha gustado muchísimo.

Lovely quiet location, 10 minutes walk from Calis beachfront. Spacious apartment, huge lounge and decent sized bedrooms, plenty of storage, over door hanging space was very useful. Washing machine and large clothes airer, good size balcony, lovely clean pool, not many sunbeds but we only used pool end of day to cool off. Air conditioning in lounge and both bedrooms, very effective. Large fridge freezer, microwave and oven. Supermarket less than 5 minute walk away. Staff very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Overall we loved this apartment and will book again. Thank you Yasam Park for a lovely stay.

Bathroom a little small with snug corner shower cubicle. No toaster. No designated luggage storage room for early check in or late departures. Yasam kindly allowed us to store in Manager's office. Small changing room poolside could benefit from a shower for guests with late flight or departure, as check out is 1030am. Only little things, overall we were very impressed and will stay here again.

The place was very nice, great rooms, very nice pool and good location, only a few minutes walk to calis beach. There is also a supermarket nearby where you can pick up any essentials. Mostly though the staff were exceptional. I had an issue with my passport and could not fly back and they helped me out with finding me another room to stay in while I was waiting for emergency documents. Special thanks to Yiğit who went above and beyond for me every time I had interactions with him.

Очень хорошие и комфортные апартаменты для отдыха. Пляж находится совсем рядом, также поблизости есть хороший супермаркет, что очень удобно. Менеджеры и хозяева апартаментов были очень гостеприимны и внимательны - по приезду нам предоставили воду и всегда были готовы помочь по любым вопросам. В апартаментах было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: стиральная машина, газовая плита, вся необходимая посуда и бытовые принадлежности. Особенно понравилось, что в каждой комнате установлен хороший кондиционер, благодаря чему даже в жаркую погоду было очень комфортно. Также большим плюсом стал чистый и прохладный бассейн, где было приятно отдыхать после моря и прогулок. В целом остались очень хорошие впечатления от проживания, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова.

The apartments are really lovely. Ours was spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped - they had even left some dishwasher tablets for us to use. The swimming pool was a good size to swim in.

Our only minor criticism is that the shower could have been a bit more powerful.

Yeigid was very welcoming when we arrived. He waited for us to arrive from the airport even though we were late and im sure it was past his working hours. He showed us to our apartment and explained to us how everything worked. Any queries or questions we had during our stay Yeigid was there to answer and help. I would highly recommend these apartments for your stay. Very well furnished and comfortable, also has a washing machine and dishwasher.It was about a 2 minute walk to the supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the beach and promenade

Stray cats, these cats were everywhere not only at the apartments but also along the beach etc, . We personally are not cat lovers.

The bathroom has an unpleasant odor (sewer gas) that we learned to block with plastic shopping bags, but was still pronounced if not all of the drains were covered up.

Great location in a quiet area, just 5 minutes to the seafront. Our room was clean and tidy, equipped with all necessary facilities, as advertised. It was nice to relax by the swimming pool after a long day. Will definitely stay here again.

Review is based on winter stay. Good Location,5 mins walk to Calis beach, 2 mins walk to Macro centre supermarket, clean, fully equipped kitchen, friendly helpful staff, good wi-fi, comfy bed. Good facilities including dishwasher, washing machine, iron, balcony facing the pool. We changed the money at reception at better rate than outside.

Reception wasnt 24 hours (may be during winer season), shower was not great, no English channels on TV, 2nd room was small.

The place was large and overall well equipped. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had pretty much everything you could need for cooking. The place was clean, no strange odors in the bathroom. It was nice to have a large couch to relax on in the evenings. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked like a nice area. About a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk area, with close bus stop, grocery and restaurants. Staff was friendly and addressed any issues promptly.

The couch was pretty stained and the apartment as a whole could use a little maintenance. It's a pretty stark space, not any color or decoration, but that's fine for a rental. There was a small amount of salt in the cupboard, so a little more salt, some pepper and cooking oil would be greatly appreciated to take advantage of the kitchen. It was great having a washer. The patio is small, but we enjoyed having the outdoor space. Overall a very functional space and good value for the price.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Es gibt mehrere Discounter und Geschäfte, die fußläufig gut zu erreichen sind. Ebenso der Strand und die lange Strandpromenade. Uns hat es gefallen, so hat man täglich auch zweimal einen Spaziergang gemacht. Die Hotelzimmer, wir mussten 2x umziehen, von oben nach unten, sind alle gut ausgestattet und man kann sich eigentlich wohlfühlen. Wir haben das bekommen, was wir gebucht haben. Das Personal war stets zur Stelle, wenn es nötig war. Preis-Leistung war gut.

Da fällt mir nix ein. Wenn ich drei Sterne buche, kann ich nicht 5 Sterne erwarten.

Great location for everything

Unser Appartment war schön groß, sauber, und ruhig. Die Anlage mit dem Pool sieht sehr schön aus. Wir waren mit dem Auto da, deswegen hat uns die etwas Lage Abseits des Geschehens nicht gestört. Zum Strand ist es aber auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder dort hinfahren.

Der Pool war im Oktober zu kalt und wir hätten gerne einmal frische Handtücher bekommen. Hätten sie aber bestimmt bekommen, wenn wir danch gefragt hätten.

Lungt ställe, bra för barnfamiljer som lägger sig tidigt. Inget för dem som festar😅

The walls are too thin, you can hear the neighbours talking and even snoring. The cleaners are always letting ther doors slam from very early in the morning

Love everything!

The welcoming was very friendly. If you come by car there's a lot of sparking space available in front of the stay as in the street. The hotel is really quiet and spacious. The beds were really comfortable with cosy blankets. We really enjoyed the presence of the cats outside.

The door leading to the terrace wasn't closing fully so it would get chilly at night. The neighborhood is rather quiet.

the apartment had all that we needed and more. there was even a dishwasher. the staff were excellent and helped when one of the children was ill, providing duvets and fresh towels.

the large pool was cold. not much that anyone could do to change that really!

- Ужасная ванная комната, душ, который не держится (сломан), непромытая старая душевая кабина - скрипящие двери - убрано перед заселением было плохо: мусор на балконе, грязь на холодильнике, пыль на изголовье кровати - кондиционеры явно давно не чистились, при включении шел неприятный запах, пользоваться невозможно - в номере очень темно, по одной лампе на комнату, почитать книгу невозможно - постельное белье за 8 дней пребывания ни разу не поменяли - ни одна просьба персоналом была не выполнена: просили исправить вытяжку на кухне, смазать двери, чтоб не скрипели, включить подсветку вечером в бассейне, полотенца чистые дали только после очередного напоминания - трансфер обратно персонал не заказал, не смотря на обещание накануне, что машина подьедет во время Само место расположения апартаментов неудачное, на отшибе, пляж грязный

Замечательные апартаменты, все новое, очень чисто! Хороший бассейн! От моря идти примерно 8 минут, от автобусной остановки тоже близко! Рядом Мигрос, Macro! В центр Фетхие можно доехать на автобусе, остановка рядом! Есть стиральная машина и посудомойка, микроволновка, много посуды! Две спальни, и гостиная с большим диваном, балкон с сушкой

Nice clean hotel , close to beach, shops, tavernas. Extremely helpful and friendly management/ reception. Good value for money. Facilities all good - Aircon, kitchen appliances, bathroom. Nice pool - which was a little chilly getting in but fine as soon as I swam.

The only point I would make is that perhaps there should have been a clean/ refresh towels etc after a few days. We asked reception for this and they obliged virtually straight away

Serrure de la porte de la salle de bain. Réparée le lendemain.

We loved the swimming pool. It was a good size and my children enjoed it. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The host was very kind and very helpful.

Ich war mit meiner Tochter im Yasam Park Apart Hotel in Fethiye - Çalis Beach und wir sind absolut begeistert! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und wir haben uns sofort rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist modern, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet - man merkt, dass das Haus noch recht neu ist (seit 2021) und mit viel Liebe geführt wird. Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort, und die Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe - ideal, um bequem zu den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in und um Fethiye zu gelangen. Der beliebte Çalis Beach ist nur etwa 400 Meter entfernt - dort laden viele Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte zum Verweilen ein. Ein großes Dankeschön möchten wir dem gesamten Team aussprechen - die Mitarbeiter waren stets hilfsbereit, freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Burak, der sich wirklich hervorragend um alles gekümmert hat. Auch die Inhaber selbst waren jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr bemüht um das Wohl der Gäste. Einige Gäste waren schon zum dritten Mal da - und wir verstehen jetzt auch, warum! Auch wir haben bereits unseren Aufenthalt für nächstes Jahr geplant und freuen uns schon jetzt auf 2026! Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Everything was perfect

The apartment was modern and well equipped. The beach ,shops restautant are a 10 min walk away so no need for a car. The reception organised a couple of tours for us, which was great.

The surrounding area is a bit up and coming.

Well equipped with great aircon in the middle of summer. The pool was crystal clear and amazing after a day away.

It is a def family location, but at times, having 10 small kids in the pool and screaming turned us away to the appartement. No issues with the kids, but management could have come out now and then to hush everyone, ito mindfulness towards other guests.

Clean and well equipped apartment close to dolmuş and the Çalış beach which is really long and has a nice walk along it with restaurants, shops, bars etc. The hotel is in a very calm area and only five minutes from Macrocenter, a bit pricier supermarket. Migros is 10 minutes away and cheaper. You can go to Öludeniz with dolmuş from here if you switch at the otogar (bus station). Bring your own umbrella and blanket to save €€€. It will take around 45 minutes to an hour to go to Öludeniz. The staff is super nice and helpful. We took a daytime boat trip as well which I highly recommend.

Beds are a bit hard and sound proofing could be better. But not a big issue for us. A bigger sallad bowl would've been nice as well.
