Absolutely loved my stay at Mileo !! Everything was perfect and incredible welcoming! I felt so comfortable and relaxed that I decided to stay longer and changed my trip ! I think that says it all !!

Excellent experience at Mileo! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The place is beautifully designed, stylish, and has a wonderful atmosphere. What impressed us the most was the level of care and attention. Before we even had the chance to think about what we might need or want, they already had it prepared for us. It’s the kind of service that anticipates your needs without ever feeling forced or rehearsed. You can tell that they don’t simply do their job because they have to ,they genuinely care, and you can feel it in the way they treat their guests. That sincerity makes all the difference. A truly memorable experience and a place we would happily return to. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Mykonos! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

10/10 – An exceptional stay! Everything about Mileo was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, stylish and incredibly well maintained, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive and professional, always making us feel welcome and well looked after. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the overall level of service was exactly what you would expect from a true 5-star hotel. We loved every moment of our stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

If you want to stay there DO NOT book through booking otherwise you will receive a different treatment. The crew of the hotel clearly needs more experience, the facilities are nice but needs to be better for the price we paid, you’ll find better places with much lower cost in this and other beaches.

Amazing hotel

Posizione panoramica, camera bellissima con piscina privata e vista spettacolare, personale molto cortese e disponibile, ci hanno aiutato anche a prenotare ristoranti e beach cosa non semplice nella settimana di ferragosto, siamo ritornati anche quest’anno dopo esserci già stati lo scorso anno !

I always love staying at Mileo, the hotel is great and the team really do everything to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Simone and his team go above and beyond to look after you and help book everything you may need on the island. Very kind and thoughtful people. This was my 4th or 5th time staying at Mileo and I will be back next year. Highly, highly recommend.

Mileo Mykonos – eleganza e tranquillità a Kalo Livadi Mileo Mykonos è una struttura situata a Kalo Livadi, su una delle spiagge più belle dell’isola e, secondo me, nella zona più tranquilla e piacevole di Mykonos. Una delle cose che ho apprezzato maggiormente è l’architettura: l’hotel è perfettamente integrato nella collina e tra le rocce, senza risultare pacchiano o eccessivo come purtroppo accade in altre strutture dell’isola. Le camere sono bellissime, spaziose e realizzate con materiali di ottimo gusto e qualità. Pulizia impeccabile e personale estremamente disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Per raggiungere la spiaggia, quando si desidera, è disponibile anche il servizio con golf cart. La colazione è ricca e di ottima qualità, con tante specialità dall’impronta greca ma anche proposte più internazionali. La maggior parte delle suite dispone di piscina privata, molto riservata e davvero comoda. Consiglio in particolare le suite con piscina privata, le categorie superiori oppure le suite ad angolo. Unica piccola pecca: l’acqua della piscina è trattata con cloro, cosa che personalmente avrei preferito evitare. La struttura si sviluppa sulla collina, ma grazie a scale e ascensori gli spostamenti sono comunque molto comodi. Presente anche un centro benessere e una palestra ben attrezzata. Un resort che consiglio assolutamente a chi cerca tranquillità, eleganza e qualità a Mykonos senza eccessi. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

We stayed at Mileo during our honeymoon, everything was just perfect!

The accommodation was perfect. It was very well maintained, and the staff were excellent. We would especially like to highlight Simone, who supported us throughout our stay, including helping to organize transfers and arranging breakfast boxes whenever needed. The service at this hotel is outstanding, and I am considering returning in the future because everything was excellent. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Unsafe experience and tourist extortion tainted the whole experience.

I had a lovely stay at this property up until the final day, but a severe incident regarding guest safety and management's response has completely ruined the experience. The hotel front desk booked an ATV excursion for me with a local vendor (Ventouris). During the excursion, a minor incident occurred. The rental company cornered me, aggressively intimidated me with threats of local police, and forced me under severe duress to sign a billing waiver before letting me leave. To make matters worse, I obtained photographic proof that the vendor was executing a double-billing scam, charging both myself and another driver the full amount for a single damaged headlight. When I returned to the hotel shaken up and sought help from the hotel manager—with whom I had built a warm rapport and good banter during my stay—I was met with shocking dismissal. Instead of protecting a guest, the manager defended the corrupt vendor. He minimized my distress, stating that because "no one put a gun to my head," I wasn't forced to sign anything. He then blindly accepted a fabricated story from the tour guide painting me as an aggressor during a verbal dispute initiated by another passenger who was upset about the delay caused by the incident. The property also went as far as marking my reservation as a “No Show” after I made a formal complaint to Booking.com in effort to keep me from submitting my review. Mind you, I was still actively at the property when they marked me a “No Show.” It is deeply disheartening that a luxury property would funnel its guests to predatory businesses and then gaslight a solo female traveler in crisis rather than ensuring her safety. The property itself is fine, but if you value your safety and expect hotel management to have your back when things go wrong, do not stay here.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The private beaches are located nearby, although they require an additional fee. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious interiors that are beautifully designed and impeccably maintained by people who clearly care about every detail. Heaven. Our family absolutely loved our time at Mileo. Everything was a 10/10 from the lovely staff and personalised service to the tranquil location, beautiful design and top facilities. This place was a diamond find. Would 100% recommend and have no doubt we will return for another fabulous stay.

If there is one thing that sometimes affected the atmosphere, it was not related to the hotel or its staff, but rather to some guests. At times we encountered noisy behavior or a lack of consideration for others. Of course, everyone comes to enjoy themselves, and if some people feel good by showing off or seeking attention, that is understandable — yet it is worth mentioning for those who value a quieter environment.

The staff is absolutely amazing! Beyond friendly, warm, polite and helpful. The hotel is what it is due to the people who work there. From the Italian gentleman at the Reception to the wonderful guy that coordinated the bar, these interactions made our stay great although Mykonos is definitely not an island for families.

Praticamente quasi tutto perfetto! Bellissima struttura, nuovissima. Personale super gentile (menzione speciale per Mr “Tre”), colazione super con vista sul mare.

La palestra è un po’ piccolina e la posizione è un po’ scomoda per andare a Mykonos Town ma ha il vantaggio di essere in una zona super tranquilla.

The bar / restaurant had a great view of the bay we were close to. Rooms were fabulous as was the terrace and private pool with a view of the sea. Very private. The interiors and design was perfect. The staff were all so friendly and super helpful . They decorated my daughter’s room for her 21st with balloons and gave her a cake and fizz. Nothing was too much trouble . Can walk to the beach easily which had 2 beach clubs but plenty of space along the beach in between. Not too touristy . Nice beach bar called Logan’s. It all worked perfectly . The hotel had buggies that could take you to the beach if you didn’t want to walk.

Nothing! Helipad above the hotel where helicopters flew over a few times a day but it didn’t bother us .

We travel a lot and have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world – but Milayou Hotel in Kalo Livadi is by far the best hotel we’ve ever experienced. This is a new, exclusive boutique hotel, designed to perfection, with every detail executed beautifully, elegantly, and thoughtfully. The hotel is spotlessly clean and sparkling, maintained to the highest standards, and everything about the experience feels luxurious, refined, and personal. The toiletries are exclusive, the towels are thick and high-quality, and all materials – from the shower products to the ingredients in the food – are carefully selected and of outstanding quality. The pools are excellent, especially the heated pool with a jacuzzi – the perfect place to relax at the end of the day with breathtaking views. The service is exceptional – every member of the staff makes you feel like you’re the only guest in the hotel, with personal care, pampering, and constant warm smiles. When we arrived, we mentioned that our daughter was celebrating her 12th birthday – and we were amazed to find that the staff had already decorated her room beautifully on the first day, and then on her actual birthday they surprised her again with a cake, balloons, and more decorations – all complimentary. It was a truly touching and thoughtful gesture that showed just how much attention they pay to every small detail. The chef prepared a special pasta dish just for us, and the reception staff packed an early breakfast for our departure. We would like to sincerely thank the amazing team: Katerina, Simone, Galini, Theodosis, Manos, and Pavlos – each of you made this vacation unforgettable. The hotel is perched above the beautiful Kalo Livadi beach, with stunning views, and offers a shuttle to the beach until 6 PM – though it’s also an easy walk. Although there are restaurants nearby, the food at the hotel was so delicious that we had no desire to eat anywhere else.

Everything was perfect. Just be aware that there are no shops or stores within walking distance, and it takes about 20 minutes by car to get to downtown Mykonos. But the hotel can arrange taxis or can take you to the beach with their golf car where there are two restaurants/ beach bars. Still, if you're looking for a peaceful and beautifully run place to relax, this is a fantastic choice!
