Enclave fantástico, vistas privilegiadas, tranquilidad y seguridad Antonis estuvo esperándonos hasta que llegamos ( tarde por retraso ) y nos explico todo lo que necesitábamos saber durante la estancia, asertivo , comunicativo y pendiente en todo momento, además nos dio su teléfono particular ante cualquier incidencia que pudiera surgir

Mi è piaciuto tutto. La posizione su una delle spiagge più belle dell'isola e sicuramene la migliore per il vento. L'arredamento della stanza, la vista mare, l'host eccezionale per la sua professionalità che è andato oltre le nostre aspettative dandoci l'opportunita di rimanere oltre l'orario di check out. Se ci fosse l'undicesima stella Seaside la meriterebbe.

Anthony was an absolutely great host. He offered us so much—information about the island, restaurant recommendations, and even rides to nearby beaches. He was one of the best hotel hosts we’ve ever had, and we’ll definitely visit again. The room was quite large, clean, cute decoration and comfortable. The hotel staff were also very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location is great. The villa is wide and has all essentials. Just a few minutes to a wonderful beach. There is daily room service. Antonis was very helpful and provided advice when our ferry was cancelled. We will certainly go back again.

The room was absolutely fantastic. Perfect location and a beautiful sandy beach right next door. Antonis is one of the kindest people I've ever met and really took such good care of us and helped us with everything.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt oberhalb des schönen Strandes. Das Studio ist nicht riesig, aber dafür gibt es eine private Terrasse mit Liegestühlen, Sitzbereichen und Jaccuzi. Täglich frische Handtücher und Reinigung ist selbstverständlich, war alles zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit. Gastgeber Antonis ist sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend und war bei allen Anfragen jederzeit zur Stelle. Hervorheben möchte ich, dass man morgens länger schlafen kann weil es auch bei offener Türe absolut ruhig ist. Tagsüber hört man Musik aus dem Beachclub unterhalb, was ich gerne mag.

Adonis the Owner is the definition of a true gentle man, he picked us up, took us for the bus each day. Definitely is a highly recommendation. Will surely visit him again.

Ein kleines, charmantes Hotel in perfekter Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Wunderschöner Meerblick von der Terrasse und eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 😊

Os quartos são limpos e aconchegantes e tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. A localização é ótima com uma vista incrível da praia. Mas o melhor de tudo são os funcionários que são super simpáticos e prestativos e fizeram da minha viagem uma experiência incrível!

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, helpt je met al je vragen en heeft het beste met je voor. Koelkast netjes voorgevuld tegen zeer schappelijke prijzen. En zeg nou zelf wat is er beter dan met een biertje in de avond zon vanuit de jacuzzi te genieten van het uitzicht.

Er is ruimte voor verbetering voor de douche.

We has an amazing stay and absolutely loved this place. The room was beautiful spotlarda and evet comfortable. The View was breathtaking and jacuzzi madde our stay more special.What truly made the difference was the exceptional hospitality.The owner was incredibly kind,attentive,and always willing to help. Turu wanted to make sure that we are comfortable. Even arrenged an extra room for us to check out late.Which we greatly appriciated. Thank you so much for everything. We will come back here again!

The view was beautiful, the villa lovely and clean and spacious. Close to beach. Hot tub was a bonus and watching the sunset from the hot tub was a view I'd never tire of. Antonis the host was lovely, very helpful and even gave us lifts in his car. Can't recommend this place enough.

Lots of steps and very hilly. Outside area had big drops so had to keep extra eyes on the children. Could do with more lighting outside.

Bonis Antonis was an absolute delight to deal with. He upgraded our room for free to celebrate our honeymoon. The room itself was exceptional. We loved the view, and obviously the hot tub was a favourite!

Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf eine Suit bekommen. Bonis Antonis war jederzeit extrem fürsorglich und nett zu uns! Er hat sich jederzeit sehr vorbildlich verhalten und hat kleinere Probleme (kurzer Ausfall der Klimaanlage) sofort behoben. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Appartment ist circa 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt! Top Lage! Supermärkte sind circa 5 Autominuten entfernt.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an ein paar Stellen Ausbesserungen gebrauchen.

La ubicación es simplemente espectacular, frente al mar y en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar. El estudio estaba muy limpio, cómodo y decorado con mucho gusto. Me sentí muy bien recibida; los anfitriones fueron amables y atentos en todo momento. Ver el atardecer desde la terraza fue uno de los mejores momentos del viaje.

Very nice place! Very friendly owner, the beach is 2 min by foot, Mykonos City is 20 min by bike, room was clean, nice view, hot top is amazing! The owner sent a postcard even for us! We will come back, good place!

Sono stato 5 volte a Mykonos ed è stata senza dubbio la struttura migliore . è stato tutto perfetto,Antonis è un super Propietario che nell’unico problema riscontrato ovvero una ruota bucata in 15 minuti ha fatto sistemare tutto è tutto è andato come se non fosse successo niente .La struttura è bellissima ed è su una delle spiaggia più belle di Mykonos(forse la più bella )Il prossimo anno al 100% tornerò da lui.!

When I first came to the property and saw the room, I am in awestruck with the amazing view it welcomed me. The view of the sea from the room is amazing, an absolute wonderful experience. Antonis is a good and great host. He made sure I had a comfortable and memorable stay. He was very kind to drop me off to the nearest bus station. I highly recommend this property. I would say I really had a good time in Mykonos, and until now i feel nostalgic.

Die Unterkunft liegt am Rande der Bucht von Livadi, der Sandstrand mit glasklarem Wasser nur wenige Meter entfernt. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist von Antonis liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. In der kleinen Küche haben wir mehrfach gekocht, selbst ein Backofen ist vorhanden. Jeden Tag wurden die Zimmer gereinigt. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Das Highlight ist jedoch die liebevolle und aufmerksame Betreuung von Antonis, der immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung steht. Wenn es möglich wäre, würden wir insgesamt 20 Punkte vergeben. Empfehlenswert scheint uns die Buchung eines Mietwagens oder Scooters zu sein, da die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants so deutlich besser erreichbar sind. Vielen Dank für alles. Es war uns eine große Freude und wir kommen gern wieder.

The place is fantastic, looks like 5 start private resort, really, and the hospitality of the owner and the warm he gives you is just fantastic - the treatment you receive is like 4seasons, honestly can say that. If you rent a car of quad, you reach city center in 15 minutes - and there is no city house or music after midnight, which is a very important factor on this island!

We loved everything ; the location, the room, the decoration , the views because is just a few steps from the beach. and as if all that were not enough, Antonio, the host was very kind with us, he explain important things for our stay in Mykonos, He gave us the best recommendations of places to visit and eat.

Antonis, el propietario, una joya humana que nos resolvió todas nuestras preguntas y dudas aún antes de pronunciarlo! Genial! La playa está delante de tus ojos, ya que los apartamentos están en primera linea de la playa, a unos 200 metros para caminar. Tiene una parte salvaje y otra bien cuidada (Lohan). En comparación con las demás playas que explorabamos todas era lo mejor para nosostros. Aunque estuvimos en Agosto nunca estaba demasiado ocupada, el agua diáfana y su estructura lo justo para hacer caminadas. Antonis nos gestionó nuestro coche de alquiler al menor precio posible. Lo trayeron al apartamento y lo pudimos dejar en el aeropuerto: perfecto! La taverna Fisherman en Ano Mera (a unos 2 kilometros) era una apuesta segura. Recomendamos Lakerda, una especie de bonito fresco aliñado o el mousse de favas: excelente! Preguntar por Konstantinos, el hijo de la pareja de propietarios que habla italiano y un poco de español.

Algo que no está en manos del propietario: había mucho viento que a veces resultó casí insoportable. Las tumbonas ofrecen algo de protección pero a lo largo dificil de verdad. También para hacer excursiones con barca. Los precios en general eran bastante altos (e.j. el famoso Principote 300.- € por un set de tumbonas). pero se podía encontrar siempre soluciones (al lado del Principote una playa salvaje prácticamente sin turistas).

Antonis is the best host ever. He helped us with everything: from booking a scooter to the food shopping on the first day. The place is just some stairs away from one of the best beaches in Myk!

TUTTO!!la posizione della camera con vasca idromassaggio affacciata sulla baia di Kalo Livadi, la camera ben arredata, il bagno con doccia grande, prodotti per poter far colazione nella zona living stupenda appena fuori dalla camera, attrezzata con tavolino, lettini, ombrellone e divanetto solo per noi. Infine, abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità della zona di sera che noi cercavamo, nonché la cortesia, l’accoglienza e disponibilità di Antonio, un super padrone di casa!

Наш відпочинок став по-справжньому незабутнім завдяки господарю Антоніасу. З першого дня він проявив щиру гостинність, був завжди усміхненим, уважним та готовим допомогти з будь-яким питанням. Він завжди був на зв’язку, підказував, що варто подивитися, а кілька разів навіть особисто відвозив нас до магазину. Його турбота й тепло створювали відчуття, ніби ми не в готелі, а в гостях у старого доброго друга. Наш номер був затишним, чистим і з неймовірним видом на море. Прокидатися під шум хвиль і снідати з таким краєвидом — це окреме задоволення, яке складно описати словами. Особливо запам’ятався приємний сюрприз — пляшка охолодженого шампанського, яку ми знайшли у номері вже після заселення. Цей несподіваний жест додав особливої атмосфери нашому вечору. Ми насолоджувалися келихом ігристого на балконі, милуючись морем і ще більше цінуючи гостинність Антоніаса. Щиро дякуємо за тепло, увагу та турботу. Завдяки вам цей відпочинок став не просто приємним, а по-справжньому особливим. І ми вже точно знаємо — хочемо повернутися ще!

Wir waren Anfang Juni da. Super Service vom kompletten Team. Immer ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Der private Whirlpool auf der Terrasse war super. Egal was wir wollten, Antonis war immer über WhatsApp erreichbar und hat alles möglich gemacht. Toller Urlaub, jederzeit wieder.

Vriendelijk ontvangen bij aankomst door de eigenaar. Hij gaf goede informatie over accommodatie en omgeving. Tot de strandlakens aan toe was alles aanwezig. Het strand ligt op 2 min lopen en was erg comfortabel. De bushalte ligt op 10 min lopen als de eigenaar je al niet bracht. Hij doet er alles om je een zo aangenaam mogelijk verblijf te bezorgen en is absoluut Top!

ANTONIS es el mejor anfitrion del mundo, y mejor persona, te explica, te ayuda y soluciona todas tus inquietudes, hace que tu estadia sea perfecta. El alojamiento es increible con hermosas vistas y lugares para descansar y relajarte, te dan ganas de quedarte a vivir. Sumado a esto la playa es hermosa, el agua es supercristalina especial para hacer snorkel ...

Antoni es súper amable. Un excelente anfitrión. Estuvo en cada detalle. Hizo de nuestra estadía unas vacaciones inolvidables. La habitación es hermosa, la vista es directa a la playa, a la que se puede acceder caminando con sólo bajar una escalera en 1 minuto. Todas las instalaciones son de primera calidad.

Nada malo. Es la segunda vez que voy y volveré sin dudas.

Anthony was an excellent host. My family was very comfortable. We are very grateful for his attention.

Its exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Note that there are a few steps you have to take to reach if you have booked one of the villas, but it is fairly closeby and not too much of a hassle. we did have a lot of luggage but the Antonis was kind enough to help. The location itself is at a not so crowded beach, so it was good to have a relaxed time and unwind in the jacuzzi/hot tub. the place is fantastic and the owner is very welcoming and makes you feel cared for. we booked for about 3 days and we had someone come in and clean as well.

The basement rooms were a little small, but we stayed out most of the time and spent time in the living room at outside only to go back to sleep in the night. so dint really bother us much. You have to plan to travel a little if you are staying here, convenience stores or the towncenter and other more party beaches are about 20 mins drive away. it is a beautiful drive though.

La atencio fue espectacular, y sabiendo de una sitiacionparticular con mi pareja, nos hicieron un upgrade inesperado y espectacular. al lado de la playa, que corta la musica 6 pm. impecables.

La vista è incredibile ed è mozzafiato, probabilmente solo per essa vale 10. La spiaggia Kalo Livadi ad un minuto a piedi perché praticamente è sotto casa, spiaggia consigliatissima per coppie e famiglie (qui non c’è la movida pazza scatenata di Mykonos) infatti la sera se ci si vuole rilassarsi sul terrazzo si può farlo (a patto che si resista al vento dell’isola, ma qui non c’entra nulla la casa). La casa viene pulita ogni giorno (non è obbligatorio quando affitti una casa sei tu che dovresti pulire..) e nessuno ti tocca niente. Soldi, orologi, telefono. Antonio, il proprietario è eccezionale e molto gentile. La casa è collegata benissimo con Ano Mera (dove si trovano super market e benzinaio) a soli 5 minuti, seguendo la statale è ben collegata con aereoporto 25 minuti e Mykonos Town circa 25 minuti.

Se volessimo ricercare una pecca: il terrazzo confina con i terrazzi degli altri monolocali e non c’è una reale divisione dei terrazzi, questo dettaglio potrebbe dar fastidio (a noi no)

La ubicación es óptima, con una vista inmejorable al mar. Muy buen balcón con reposteras y sauna frente a la costa. Muy espacioso y bien decorado. Lo mejor fue la recepción y atención de Antonis. Muy amable y servicial y dándonos un servicio excepcional.

Das Hotel war wirklich großartig. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen – alles war hochwertig, durchdacht und gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, groß, hell und schön eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Gastgeber: super nett, hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und präsent – einfach klasse. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, der Whirlpool ein echtes Highlight. Und die Aussicht: absolut traumhaft. In der Nähe liegt einer der schönsten Strände der ganzen Insel, wie ich finde. Insgesamt: ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Klare Empfehlung!

Es war die perfekte Unterkunft für uns! Der Besitzer Antonis hat sich beim checkin viel Zeit genommen und uns sehr hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir durften vollkommene Ruhe und Privatsphäre in einem der Houses mit heissem Jacuzzi und Blick auf das Meer genießen. Nur ein paar Minuten Fahrzeit entfernt liegt der noch sehr ursprüngliche Ort Ano Mera wo man zu vernünftigen Preisen traditionell essen kann. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

We had the best time! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with amazing views of the sea. It was peaceful, beautiful, and exactly what we needed. The villa was super comfortable and had everything we needed, but what made it extra special was how happy our dog was. She loved having space to roam and nap in the sun, and being so close to the water made it easy to go for long walks along the shore. Antonis was incredibly kind and helpful—from recommending local spots to personally helping us get groceries when we arrived. That kind of hospitality is rare and so appreciated. We’d definitely come back. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a laid-back, scenic escape—especially if you’re traveling with a pet.

Everything was absolutely perfect

Excellent place, beautiful and quiet with direct access to the beach with crystalline water. The owner Antonis was great, he was helpful beyond anyone could ask. The suite had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the hot tub.

Antonis our host was the most helpful, kind person. He gave us lifts to the local village and would pick us up when needed.Nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness was exceptional.

As the holiday season hadn't quite started there was no where locally open to eat as there will be in the summer season. As we wanted a chilled holiday ,it was not an issue as Antonis took us to the supermarket where we bought enough food. The cooking facilities at the apartment were enough to prepare meals. We were also able to order food to the apartment.

The kindness of the host let me and my friend really surprised and joyful. The apartment is really nice, well furnished inside and with a beautiful view complete with sun-beds and tables outside. I strongly suggest this host and his activity.
