The prívate jacuzzi was amazing!

For the price the lodge was very good, The check-in was done online but it was fast and efficient. The bathroom is small and no bath tub but I was there for just one night so it didn’t bother me. The room was clean, I really enjoyed the hammock in the balcony in the afternoon and the pool. The bed was comfortable and the sheets super clean. I’ll definitely will go back.

Viento Beach Lodge It’s perfect if you’re just looking to disconnect and relax. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was peaceful. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and having parking inside the complex is a big plus. This was my second time staying there, and I would definitely come back again.

Over all not a good experience,since we got there,it was difficult for us the ckeck in because we are not that good in technology,we were in secon d floor no elevator,our tv never function,no local channels they said were only apps.hardly no hot water,the noise was really bad,there was loud music in the surroundings,the noise from the next door felt like it was in our room.the room had no micro no iron no blower and the construction of the place is horrible it looks unfinished,no tiles,no rugs on the floor,the only good thing was the persons that we talked at the phone,they tried to help but was'nt possible.

Cozy and quiet with an extremely friendly staff. I have stayed here twice and I love it.

I like the parking, pool, jacuzi and room. I didnt like the shower didnt have hot water.

It’s a nice little hotel near Dorado beach. It’s walkable to some bars if you’re a mobile person, like 10-15 minutes. Check in requires a few too many brain cells for my taste with scanning the app. The instructions in the listing are not clear. Nice room, clean, air conditioned, with generator power.

What, like most, was the modern facility was a concrete minimalist.

The staff was awesome

Very clean, cute little place at the end of a cul-de-sac that backs up to a forested area. Easy to follow check in instructions, super friendly and helpful staff. Nice sized room, everything in good working order. Again, super clean. Great value, definitely a great visit.

The staff is sweet, competent and super helpful,and the property is clean, beautiful, and a five minute walk to the beach. Nice pool and Jacuzzi options.My only reservation is that you are charged for the coffee pods. I get that the minibar items should be extra, but in room coffee in the morning should definitely be on the house. Apart from this minor point, a lovely stay!

Small simple property on a dead end street, very convenient near pretty much everything, shopping, food and beach, has a pool and jacuzzi. Very clean and staff friendly

Virtual Front Desk control of 3 facilites? Must be kidding. On arrival at 8PM, no Access Control Pedestal for the provided code, told by someone on the phone "you must be at the rear gate" despite not being a "rear gate" at THAT property. 20 minutes driving around searching for a "front gate" to ending at the "rear gate", told I had to get out of my car and walk towards the gate to find a "small" keypad on the wall, unmarked and unlit, lacking any kind of protective from possible rain. At the parking, voila!!!, no one at front desk. Once again, on the phone, asked the registration email form; instructed to walk toward my room to open it with another keypad. Upon returning the next day, "phoned" again to retrieve the access code for my "room" being asked on which hotel/lodge/MOTEL I was staying so, there was more than one being managed by SIRI/ALEXA or whatever was at the other end. WOW, StarTrek experience!!! Ended up walking away the next morning without meeting a living soul other that the girls in charge of maintenance. NASTY unfinished floors and walls, unpainted, full of plaster patches, unable to tell if clean or not due to raw masonry. Open shower with no hot water running to bathroom and room floors. Access and safety: Was I given the SAME access code used by the previous guest? Street gate's don't change!! so, anyone can return. Guess it, NO guards! An expensive nasty cheap 8-hour-fun road motel without a cold beer/soda or snack, or else, found for $50 elsewhere.

Very clean. Friendly staff that are attentive. They had my room ready 5 hrs ahead of schedule. Great pool area. I would highly recommend.

Everything was Fantastic

From second floor - Saw things in hot tubs that I did not want to see and should not have been seen by my kids. Terribly loud. Could hear everything other patrons were doing. Cool place and Great location but the noise from other guests is too much.

Everything about this place is beautiful

There are no people working at this hotel. The check-in process is done entirely by phone, necessitating separate security codes for the gate, the building, and the room itself. That fact should be made more plain. Also, the hotel and Expedia should provide the traveler with a chance to provide the second credit card number in advance (see below). Also contributing to the negative check-in experience was the fact that we were asked to submit a second, separate, credit card for incidentals. This was in spite of the fact that we had already prepaid for the room via Expedia. They explained that they needed access to a separate number so that they would not have to go through Expedia to be compensated for the incidentals. I found this to be outrageous, especially considering that I am a frequent hotel user and this is the first time I had been asked for this information when booking through Expedia. Had I not indicated a nonrefundable booking, I would have simply canceled at that point and driven to another hotel. The general condition of the property was OK. Lots of concrete, and very little color. It wouldn’t kill the owners to splash a bit of color in the common areas —that would lend itself to a more welcoming and warm feel. The bed was comfortable and I would say that overall, the room experience was average to decent. But the check-in experience was so negative that I doubt I will ever return.

We stayed just one night. Checked in at 9p after an evening flight, and the staff was very helpful and nice about checking me in over the phone; she gave me all the information I needed. Location is great and easy to find. There are several restaurants you can walk to from the hotel, and the beach is walking distance, too. The secure parking gate helped me feel safe about leaving several, big and heavy suitcases in the car overnight, so we didn’t have to haul them upstairs. The room and bed is comfortable, lots of hot water for the shower. Minimum noise at night.

Very cool place to stay

The room was cozy, smelled great and it was very clean. They took advantage of the cement finishes making the deco modern. I had access to a private yard with a huge tree and a hammock. The night sounds from the forest next to the property were incredible. The heated pool with jets helped me relax so much after driving around the island all day long. I will definitely return.

We felt the security measures were a bit much. No instructions on the hot tub (not hot) to know how to use, but the controls were automatic. No signage in English for me to understand. Cold water in shower. The staff was nice .

There was no Hot Water , bed had yellowing sheet ! Air condition was off and room was hot and bad smell fridge was not connected so we can’t use it at the moment . A leave the stay tried to get a refund at least part of the amount and the just said there are policy . We didn’t have help with better conditions, didn’t give option just to leave and lost the money ! Bad costumer service the worst .

We chose this property for it's location and a very reasonable price. It was late in the day and we just needed a shower and bed. The property was quite secure. Since there is no desk staff, they buzz you in, you scan a QR code and fill out forms. Because we had booked through Expedia, we had to give credit card info over the phone for incidentals, which I never like to do. Then once they received our info, they provided the codes to front gate and 3 different doors. They did not tell us to hot the checkmark after code, so we tried to get in for several minutes before a guest helped us. Perhaps that information could be given in a text so that it is clear exactly what it is. Our biggest complaint was that there was no hot water. Upon calling we were told to let it run ... for up to 10 minutes!!!! Also that it is solar powered water heater, so since it had been cloudy, we may not get truly hot water. We did eventually get warm water, but whatever eco-friendly box is checked by using solar power is negated by flushing 10 minutes of water down the shower drain! A maintenance person came by in the morning (about 12 - 13 hrs later) to see if we got hot water. The room was generally clean. The floors are concrete and for some reason felt a bit sticky, but seemed to be clean.

Our stay was great very safe and the staffs was nice and helpful if u needed help they was there to answer any questions u might have. One staff definitely stand out her name is Xiomara house keeper she's so sweet and she help me and my husband on Sunday she went above and beyond thank u will stay with them again and Maria from the call center was understanding.

My experience with the team! Gabriel, Chris and Milagros made sure I was accomodated with assurance knowing I would land at 2am. Milagros stayed up until I made it in the room and had everything I needed. While on property Leslie was excellent. Answered all my questions and provided me with everything I needed. Really enjoyed my stay!

Everything was good but not having a staff to solve any issues for 24hours was horrible.

No staff at the hotel. Just a closed gate. You have to call and then fill out a form to get the codes to get in. The room was okay. Nice bed.

My wife and I’ve been staying here since they open the quality respect and hospitality from the staff is nothing but excellent. They treat us like family. We are already thinking about booking a full week. Next time we come to Puerto Rico, we stayed in three different hotels this time and the professionalism and courtesy was outstanding.

No hot water; they tell you to let it run. Still after 10 min it was only cool. the oversized shower head soaks the whole floor and toilet while walking. We had a pool of water in the bathroom running out the door a bit. Beyond terrible. We left early. Pool looked nice though and close go the beach. Its one step better than sleeping outside. Ac was very poor. Concrete finish had obvious mold underneath. Lookijg at other reviews apparently they are all the same. Staff is no help. No soundproofing; you can hear everything anyone outside says.
