El area de la alberca, esta en el piso del lobby es incomodo pasar entre toda la gente, e ido a otros hoteles donde esta area esta en otro piso diferente al.lobby por lo que es mas cómodo cruzar en huaraches y en short.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Top hotel for me when I'm in Monterrey. Very helpful staff that seem to love their jobs. Room was very clean. The breakfast is traditional Mexican food and absolutely delicious. The views of San Pedro from the lobby are beautiful. The best Hyatt I have ever stayed in and may be my very favorite hotel in the city.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Pleasantly stressed by how well equipped the room was, most of what was needed to cook and close by from place to get whatever you might need, albeit not walking… breakfast was quite good and overall conditions of the property were quite nice. There was one person who made the experience exceptional, her name is Nicte and she displayed exceptional customer focus, made me feel right at home, this should be the standard.
