The Wi-Fi was very weak. The lift was out of order for periods during each day and being on the top floor with arthritic knees was no fun. Our room had water damage and staining on the ceiling above the bed, which spoiled the room.

Mia Casa Hotel è un hotel situato sulla spiaggia di Çaliş, con una bellissima piscina. Noi avevamo la macchina per poter girare meglio la zona e visitare anche Fethiye centro. L'hotel presenta anche un buon ristorante fronte spiaggia. La camera aveva un balconcino vista piscina, leggermente piccola (soprattutto il bagno) ma dotata di tutti i comfort descritti. Colazione a buffet con più cibo salato che dolce ma nel complesso molto buona.

Der Jakuzzi Filter war mit Haaren etc verschmutzt. Er wurde am nächsten Tag gereinigt aber kein frisches Wasser. Nachtwäsche lag in der Ecke auf dem Fußboden, die vorher auf dem Bett lag. Viele Ameisen auch im Zimmer. Balkon wurde tagelang nicht gereinigt.

L’hôtel propose également une remise de 15 % au restaurant de l’établissement, qui s’est révélé tout à fait satisfaisant. Compte tenu de l’offre relativement limitée et peu intéressante aux abords immédiats de l’hôtel, le restaurant de l’établissement constitue à mon sens une option préférable à plusieurs des alternatives environnantes. Le personnel du bar mérite également d’être mentionné : il s’est montré particulièrement aimable, disponible et serviable tout au long du séjour.

L’hôtel est situé à Çalış Beach, relativement à l’écart du centre de Fethiye. Il faut avoir à l’esprit que Fethiye est une ville assez étendue sur le plan géographique : pour rejoindre le centre-ville, il est généralement nécessaire de prendre un taxi ou un dolmuş. Pour se rendre ensuite à Ölüdeniz ou à Kayaköy, il faut prévoir une correspondance avec un second dolmuş, ce qui rend les déplacements assez peu pratiques, notamment lorsque l’on souhaite multiplier les excursions. L’environnement immédiat de l’hôtel est par ailleurs extrêmement touristique et, corrélativement, assez onéreux. En termes de rapport qualité-prix, le quartier ne me paraît donc pas particulièrement intéressant : on paie largement la dimension touristique de l’emplacement sans bénéficier pour autant d’un accès particulièrement aisé aux principaux points d’intérêt de la région. Concernant l’hôtel lui-même, les chambres sont plutôt bien équipées et disposent de balcons agréables, avec une belle vue sur la mer. En revanche, l’état général du mobilier laisse davantage à désirer : la présence de nombreuses taches et certaines marques d’usure donnent une impression de manque d’entretien qui contraste avec les qualités intrinsèques de l’établissement.

Расположение отеля самое классное Чалыш прекрасное место ! Оно у меня будет в памяти очень долго ! Бассейн в отеле хоть и не очень ухоженный но хорошо что он есть ! Мы отдыхали там и купались и просто валялись на шезлонгах было очень приятно !

Не скажу что прямо не понравилось но полы в комнатах нуждаются в замене так же система канализации в ванной протекает со всех сторон, подсознательно смирились что это трехзвездочный отель но опять же чистоту никто не отменял ! Конечно же за благодарность можно попросить горничную все поправить и почистить 3 звезды заслуженно

No tienen Transfer. Tenían mal apuntadas las noches que hacía. Lo intenté solucionar al día siguiente me dijeron que misma habitación y precio y no había problema. El día antes de irme me llaman a la habitación, me la cambian y me hacen pagar 100€ más. No limpiaban las habitaciones o si lo hacían era por tramos. Portazos constantes en horas de descanso. El peor hotel de toda mi vida sin ninguna duda.

The property was very nice. The location was perfect, everything was near : beach, restaurants, pharmacy, shops, etc The staff was very nice at the hotel and at the restaurant. There is no dedicated parking spot but there's a long street where you can park.

The only thing that we didn't like was the fact that curtains did not cover the whole window so the light at 6h30 wakes you up.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und man hat das Frühstück direkt mit Blick auf das Meer genießen können.

Die Zimmer waren bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt gewesen. Erst nach Aufforderung wurde die Reinigung durchgeführt. Aus dem Abfluss im Bad kam ein übler Geruch. Die Zimmertüren und die Wände sind sehr dünn. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG. Man hat alles gehört.

The hotel is nice, but in my opinion it is more suitable for a stay of 3–4 days. For a longer stay, like ours, almost two weeks, I am not sure I would recommend it. The reception and restaurant staff are excellent, and I have only good things to say about them. They were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The best thing about the hotel is definitely its location, as it is right by the beach. The rooms are not very large, but that was not a problem for us because, as is usually the case on holiday, we mainly used the room for sleeping. The towels were changed regularly and the rubbish was collected every day. The pool was fine and was cleaned every morning. The toilets by the pool were spotless. Special praise to the young man who was taking care of the garden and the pool area — he did an excellent job keeping everything clean.

Breakfast is served individually at the table rather than as a buffet. Unfortunately, it was exactly the same every day. For a 2–3 day stay, this would probably be perfectly fine, as there is a little bit of everything. However, having exactly the same breakfast every day for two weeks is simply too much. There is parking available, but it is public parking. In the evenings, it was sometimes difficult to find a space, as there were only around 4–5 parking spaces directly next to the hotel. The biggest disappointment for me was the room cleaning. We were told that the rooms are cleaned every third day, but unfortunately we did not really notice this during our stay. Our room was cleaned only twice during almost two weeks, and only after we raised the issue with reception. We were not asking for anything special — we simply wanted the floor to be cleaned regularly. Overall, Mia Casa has a great location, wonderful staff and a pleasant pool area. I think it can be a good choice for a shorter stay, but for a longer holiday, the limited breakfast variety and the room-cleaning service should be improved.

the pain in the room was peeling, there was a prominent damp smell and the shower broke. We had a the double pool-view room. However, our friends had the sea-view double which was very nice and didn’t have any issues, so those rooms were definitely better.

Location was excellent , walking distance to shops / bars , restaurants. Gorgeous beach view. Good breakfast and lunch! Would recommend trying out the restaurant. Staff were friendly especially at reception who kindly kept our bags safe and let us use the pool after check out while we waited for our flight . Would stay again

My favorite part was waking up to the sound of the sea from the balcony every morning. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The only thing I would suggest is updating the rooms a little to match the modern restaurant and bar area. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with great value for the price. Special thanks to Ms. Hande for her kindness and hospitality!

This hotel is extremely overpriced, everything is very old, in the bathroom outlet didn’t work, in the bedroom they had outlet only for one bed, for another one nothing. We stayed there 3 nights, first night I didn’t want cleaning as we just arrived, second day I requested cleaning but they just changed towels without any cleaning, only 3rd night they did proper cleaning. Breakfast was not good, they were bringing breakfast to your table, no open buffet, therefore there were a lot of unnecessary stuff on the table and we didn’t eat even 20% of it. They could ask my preference regarding egg as what they brought was overcooked blue colour boiled egg. They invested a lot to a restaurant in front of it but nothing for the hotel. Pool had limited chairs so we never been there as it was always full.

The hotel is beautiful. We booked a room with a sea view and it was stunning. A lovely little balcony to sit and watch the world go by. The bed was the MOST COMFORTABLE bed we've ever had. Ever! The staff are wonderful and Sadike was a great help with adding a last minute extra room for us before our late flight. The breakfast staff are so attentive and provide excellent service. I'm also very grateful for the lady who made sure our room was serviced and a huge thank you to her for finding my earrings I forgot to pack. The hotel is near the end of the strip and even though the music was playing they finished at a really decent hour. The heart shaped pool is a beautiful place at night as well as daytime. I can safely say I would 100% stay here again

Перша незручність, це коли заїжджаєш у номер, нема куди поставити валізу. Готель не був готовий до заселення гостей. Номер брудний, не відремонтований. Ванна кімната без витяжки, тому дуже багато плісняви. Відсутність будь-якої звукоізоляції. Навіть враховуючи сніданок, місцерозташування та вид з балкону, номер не вартий своєї вартості та рейтингу в цьому 2026 році.

Where do I start so if you’re looking for a place that you call it vacation and you wanna enjoy your time off you want to avoid this place take my word or pay it and experience it. For me personally they didn’t have pool available. Their listing showed they have swimming pool just the overall condition of the room was really poor. We booked because my little one wanted to go to the pool and so we booked it for two nights we stayed there for a night. I asked the manager for a refund she tried, but the owner I guess was really not willing to give up a little bit of money to cancel our one night stay that I had for the next night so I checked out early and I booked another hotel. TV didnt work and privacy due to short curtains, people walking on the street can see you, in your room. Ps: checks pics to get an idea of partial sea view room from balcony and inside. Small rooms as well.

We spent 6 excellent nights at Mia Casa when we came to Çalis for my sister's wedding. The hotel was undergoing extensive pre-season renovations, but the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely and helpful and worked hard to ensure that guests weren't inconvenienced by the building work going on. The breakfasts were very good, and the views from the seaview rooms are glorious. The hotel is very well located right on the beach and provides very good value for money. Once the renovations are complete (they will be finished very soon), the hotel will be stunning.

We stayed for a week in April. The hotel staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed really comfortable. The shower was really nice too. The location was perfect right on the beach and close to restaurants also nvery close to the Main Street with bars and shops. Overall we had a very nice comfortable stay. The breakfast was also very nice. Would definitely stay again.

We needed a decent hotel by the beach, just for the scenery and easy access to the restaurants along the beach. Breakfast was excellent. The room is good for sleeping and taking a hot shower. We booked the standard room, which was small. There wasn't much space around the double bed. Luckily we only had small cabin bags. Anything bigger or more would have been extremely tight.

Another great stay at Mia Casa (we’ve been here several times now). The location on Calis beach is perfect (close to plenty of restaurants and bars plus several mini supermarkets) and just a quick bus journey or lovely coastal walk to Fethiye town. The rooms are compact but clean and comfortable and all have balconies. The buffet breakfast has plenty of options and is always very tasty, with beautiful views of the coastline and sea. The staff are all friendly as well as being very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Right in front of the beach, breakfast outside next to the beach and was nice

Breakfast was very good (especially if to take into consideration that it was winter period and the hotel didn't have many guests). We got a seaview room on an upper floor, as we wished, from our balcony the view was super. Sadike was a super hostess, every day she visited all the guests during the breakfast and asked if she could anything for us. Hotel's location was super - a few metres from the beach, and no very quiet, no annoying noises. If you get to know the domuses and water taxi (during summer) movements, it is very easy to visit also the centre of Fethiye. The pool is opened year round.

Calis beach is our favourite winter/spring destination in Turkey (after Antalya) and Mia Casa is our favourite place to stay here. The location it's perfect, just a few metres from the sea and positioned towards the southern end of the promenade so it's a bit quieter in the evenings. It seems like every evening there is a spectacular sunset here! (Tip: head south to the end of the promenade in the mornings for nice sunrises also). The staff are all wonderful, always cheerful and ready to help with anything. The rooms are bright and clean with a balcony and I think all of them have at least a partial view of the sea. There is an attached restaurant which is where the buffet breakfast is served. This is a typical Turkish / Mediterranean style (ie. very tasty!) with a good mix of dishes. Eating this in the sun looking out at the amazing views is a highlight for us. There's a covered/indoor part as well though, in case it's cold or raining. I'm glad to say that the coffee here is very good as well. Other bits: there is a nice looking pool (we've not used it though as prefer sea swimming), the WiFi is decent (about 15-20 Mbps for us), there is mini supermarket nearby and there are taxi, bus and water taxi stops about a 100m away. I don't know about peak tourist times, but during October/November and February/March the hotel cost is very reasonable - particularly considering how good the place is. Overall - highly recommended.

The staff were amazing. The beds were clean and comfortable. The shower was powerful and mostly hot. But OMG the view from our balcony was amazing and so worth the upgrade to full sea view.

We had a few maintenance issues but these were quickly resolved and forgiven due to the magnificent vista, did I mention that view 🥰

Rooms were very small. Arrived in poor weather, which is not the fault of the staff, but meant the lift wasn’t working and no staff to help us take our 20 kilo case up 4 flights of stairs.

Die Bereitschaft und Fürsorge des Personals. Wir waren sehr zufrieden in jeder Hinsicht. Die Sauberkeit und das Essen waren Top und die Live Musik am Abend war sehr angenehm. Ein sehr großes Dankeschön an die Frau Sadike, die sich um unsere Familie gekümmert hat.
