Uras Beach Hotel

Hotel has own beach, amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel restaurant is very good. Beach staff controls chairs availability and services food and drinks on the beach.

Balcones are tiny, enough for 1 chair exactly. So if you planned to sit there and enjoy evenings- forget it. I was lucky to get room with a balcony exactly above the restaurant kitchen flue with all these "pleasures". Reception was very friendly and changed my previous room on this one, so I didnt ask to change the room again. And reception was very friendly and sent cleaning again after I have shown them pics of "cleaned room". Hotel, probably, does general cleaning during low season, but might want to do it more often.

Отличный персонал! Все дружелюбно, приятно. Отличные завтраки, отличный частный пляж для гостей отеля и положение в рамках города.

Очень старый ремонт в номере, плохого качества. Также уборка в номерах делается некачественно, выглядит плохо и грязно.

Frühstück sehr gut, aber Buffet würde die Wegwerfmentalität einschränken!

Eine Person bei der Rezeption bei Ankunft unfreundlich. Der Pool ist erst ab 10 Uhr vormittag bis 6 Uhr nachmittags nutzbar, das ist zu wenig! In der Dusche war der Ablauf kaputt, so dass der Geruch des Ablaufes durchkam und das Wasser rückstaute und wenn man nicht vorsichtig gewesen wäre, das Wasser bis in den Wohnraum gelaufen wäre. Man musste während des Duschens das Wasser stoppen! Das war jedoch dem Personal bekannt, man wurde nur verströstet.... Es ist sehr schade, ein Hotel in dieser Lage nicht auf dem modernsten und funktionalen Stand zu halten. Die Klimaanlage tropfte und das Wasser versickerte an der Wand.... Das Scart Kabel am TV war nicht richtig angeschlossen.... Optisch enttäuschend war der Eingang des Hotels, dieser wirkte kalt und schlampig, mit einigen Handgriffen und optischen Blickfängen könnte man das sehr leicht beheben.

Отдыхали с подругой, всё очень понравилось, очень дружелюбный персонал, прекрасные завтраки, до пляжа пару шагов. На пляже есть очень удобная услуга - можно заказывать еду из ресторана прям к лежакам, еще и скидка на заказ. Вечером на территории отеля открывается рыбный ресторан, где мы с удовольствием проводили почти каждый вечер. Рядом есть магазинчик со всем необходимым и куча кафешек вдоль побережья. Море чистое, мелкая галька. Номер уютный, чистый, уборка каждый день. Работники отеля и ресторана большие молодцы.

Единственный нюанс - фен в ванной расположен под раковиной стационарно, к тому же, пока один человек высушит волосы, фен уже перегреется и, если выключить его, ему потребуется какое-то время на отдых) Приходилось удерживая кнопку передавать включенный фен второму человеку и сушить волосы одним присестом)

The hotel was modest and the room very simple, the WiFi was poor but the breakfast is served in the best Turkish restaurant we have ever been. In fact the Zoi restaurant is so delicious with its very varied and fresh food including seafood that we took all our meals there. All things considered we feel the breakfast made up for the hotel room. Also, the location is great and the pool is clean. We also recommend the shuttle service from the airport as the driver has been very friendly and a good driver.

К сожалению, впечатление от отдыха было испорчено. Приехав в другую страну, хотелось расслабиться и насладиться отпуском, но из-за грязного номера настроение сразу испортилось. В комнате было грязно, унитаз был совсем не вымыт, поэтому даже не хотелось принимать душ и отдыхать. Очень жаль, ведь персонал здесь приветливый, а кухня действительно отличная. Надеюсь, администрация обратит внимание на качество уборки номеров.

Потрясающий завтрак: овощи, сыры, фрукты, десерты, омлет, зелень; много и вкусно. Вежливый, доброжелательный персонал. Первая линия.

В номере кондиционер направлен прям на кровать и плохо регулируется, было холодно. С открытым балконом - очень шумно. Номер не уютный: темный, сломанные ручки, размякший плинтус и пол у туалета. На пляже лежаки очень неудобные, без матрасов. У ресторанов/баров рядом намного удобнее.

Just the location

I rarely leave negative reviews, but given that I paid almost **€200 per night**, I feel it's important to share my experience. This was the hotel I was most looking forward to during my trip. I had heard great things about the breakfast, and I was excited to experience what I expected would be a high-quality stay. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment I checked in. When I entered my room, I noticed that the bed sheets were visibly dirty, with what looked like handprints and several red spots. For a hotel charging this price, this was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, neither the room phone nor the air conditioning was working, so I had to go down to reception in person. The manager was unavailable, and another staff member came to inspect the room. He acknowledged the dirty sheets but showed no apology or empathy. Instead, he simply stated that they would be changed. Whether this was due to a language barrier or poor customer service, it certainly did not feel like the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard. Two housekeeping staff then arrived with what appeared to be fresh sheets. However, upon closer inspection, those sheets were also dirty. It became apparent that this was not an isolated issue but a problem with the hotel's linen in general. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable staying in the room and requested a full refund. I later spoke to the manager by phone, hoping for an apology or some acknowledgement of the situation. Instead, the main concern seemed to be asking me to vacate the room before 5 p.m. so it could be cleaned and sold to the next guest. There was no genuine apology or acceptance of responsibility. Cleanliness is the absolute minimum expectation from any hotel, especially one charging premium rates. \

We had a fantastic stay at Uras Beach Hotel and would happily return. The location is absolutely perfect, with the beach literally on your doorstep. Being able to walk straight from the hotel onto the beach made our stay incredibly relaxing and convenient. The loungers were excellent and made spending long days by the sea even more enjoyable. The breakfast was next level – fresh, plentiful, and one of the highlights of our stay. Every morning was a treat. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. An amazing beachfront hotel with great service, fantastic facilities, and an unbeatable location. We'll definitely be back!

Die Lage war sehr schön und überall kann man mit Dolmuş erreichenund unten im Restaurant war Frühstück hervorragend. Personal im Restaurant und im Hotel waren hervorragend und freundlich. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Uns hat die lockere Atmosphäre, die direkte Nähe zum Strand, die ruhige Lage, das perfekte überaus üppige und leckere Frühstück sowie das sehr freundliche Personal gefallen. Auch der Fisch im hauseigenen Zoi Restaurant war sehr köstlich.

Gar nichts. Wir haben uns im Vorfeld gut informiert und haben ganz bewusst dieses Hotel ausgewählt. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

Nothing but to be honest we only stayed about an hour of the 6 days we were meant to stay! Checked straight out!

Location. Too far from town. Didn’t realise that although had good ratings on booking.com is actually a 2 star hotel and no lift. Grubby, out of date, unfriendly staff, view from my daughter’s room was over an abandoned lot littered with rubbish. Was no way we were staying there even for one night!

Die Lage, Personal und das Essen war top. Hotel wird sehr sauber gehalten.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt war das Geräusch des Kompressors vom benachbarten Hotel. Vor allem das Anlaufgeräusch war deutlich hörbar und hat uns gestört. Wir hoffen, dass hierfür eine Lösung gefunden wird.

The AC didn’t work and it very very warm. Additionally, the bathroom was very uncomfortable. You could see that the rooms needed some reparations. Okay.

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Ze waren zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. We hadden veel contact met Batuhan. Die ons altijd vriendelijk te woord stond. We zullen zeker weer komen.

Er was naast het hotel een bouwproject aan de gang. Soms hadden we last van het geluid. Het hield wel op na 17:00 uur.

This place is utterly beautifull. Staff is so friendly, I had a sea view room with Balcony and its was so beautifull to watch the sunset from my balcony. To be fair the Part sea view rooms looks greeat too. The breakfast is the ebst I have ever had any where, the bed is huge and so comfortable with huge pillows. The pool is beautifull. The room is a great size wioth good size bath room and double le shower enclosure. The private beach is just on other side of strip ( by the way no noise from near bar/ resutaurants etc, ist just gentle music,. not finishing late. So peacefull). I came away so happy and rested. I will be back for sure

Le petit déjeuner était plus que copieux, très garni servi avec vue sur la plage, le ménage est fait tous les jours et on nous laisse deux petites bouteilles. Le lit était très grand, le balcon donnait sur la mer. On avait des serviettes propres tous les jours et j’ai même l’impression que les draps étaient changé tous les jours aussi. Donc niveau hygiène impeccable !

Le personnel est très sympathique et très serviable. Le petit déjeuner était EXCELLENT avec vue sur la plage. La chambre était très bien avec tout ce qu’il faut. L’emplacement est parfait si vous souhaitez uniquement profiter de la plage et de la corniche et les restaurants à côté, cependant le centre de Fethiye est un peu plus loin mais ça nous a pas dérangé.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell, der Check-in lief reibungslos. Mein Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – ideal zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Lage ist perfekt: zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Dated facilities. Rooms need cosmetic repairs. Staff friendly but not very professional. Phones do not work in the rooms so we missed the taxi we ordered because no one informed us that it came.

The manager- Seref was very unpleasant / I did not receive my baggage after flight from us -I was asking for help and call to Dalaman airport - very upset as the 2 months beginning of trip - he told that this my problem - not a hotel problem . but Sanguel, Batuhan were nice . Web ? The Guy on Sunday Oct 5 - after 4 days of baggage lost - helped very efficient to make on line flame - baggage was delivered in the evening of this very day. Hotel in good location but roms small - beach sunbed was taking off at 6 pm - Restourant zu - fish - very good

Amazing experience at Uras. Room was small but well equipped, and cleaned everyday. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, unbelievable Turkish food fresh every morning, and more than enough for two people.

The hotel is located at the Calis beach, which is a great touristic spot. It features private beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas — a really nice hotel feature. You also can order food/drinks there from the local restaurant. The hotel itself is quite small, which is actually great since it creates relaxing atmosphere without tons of people fighting for a nice spot by the pool. The staff at the hotel is awesome, guys are really dedicated to provide the best experience they can for their guests. And yes, the breakfast here is truly exceptional.

We were quite disappointed by the schedule of the hotel swimming pool. It closes at 18:00 to provide the area for the local restaurant. That’s a bummer if you want to hang out by the pool at evening. Though as I said the breakfast is exceptional, I can easily see how some people might find it a bit boring after staying for a week or so, since the breakfast is always the same. Perhaps a little more variety is needed to make it absolutely perfect.
