J’ai particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons également eu la chance d’être logés à l’avant-dernier étage, avec une vue sur la mer tout bonnement splendide. Un vrai plaisir !

The hotel had great facilities, it was in a great location and the staff were very friendly 😀 I also loved the breakfast, there were so many options to choose from. Lovely hotel and staff, would definitely go back!

Chỗ nghỉ tiện nghi, sạch đẹp. Đồ ăn sáng buffet ngoài các món ăn tây, còn có các loại bánh rất VN: bánh xèo, bánh bọt lộc, bánh bèo....rất ngon. Đặc biệt nhân viên rất thân thiện và có tâm. Luôn hỏi han, quan tâm trải nghiệm của các khách tại ks. Chúng tôi ăn hải sản sống ở ngoài về bị đau bụng. Nhân viên nhà hàng phía sau vườn đã chu đáo hỏi thăm và mang trà gừng nóng + thuốc lên tân phòng cho chúng tôi mà ko lấy bất kỳ 1 số tiền nào. Điều đó thật sụ rất đáng trân trọng! Chúng tôi đã có 1 kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời ở đây! Cảm ơn các bạn!

The breakfast is outstanding. The hotel staff is happy to help with a warm attitude. This is one of my best experiences of staying in a holiday hotel.

The bathroom drain is slightly blocked. It's probably due to the sand the guests brought from the beach.

It was in a very good location. Staff were lovely and the pool area was awesome!

The breakfast was pretty much the same everyday but otherwise very good!

Cleanliness, Sauna and very comfortable room. Beautiful sunrise from the room. Huge buffet selection for breakfast, Great Pho. Fabulous big bed.

You cant walk directly across the road to the beach but there is a free shuttle to the beach. English is very limited with most staff. Pool can be very windy.

Sân đậu xe khá nhỏ, nếu gặp đông khách sẽ ko đủ chỗ đậu phải đậu bãi xe bên ngoài cách đó gần đó, hơi bất tiện

Nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình. Thủ tục nhận phòng nhanh chóng, mình có đăng ký 2 hạng phòng khác nhau, tới ngày mình nhận phòng thì bên khách sạn có ngỏ ý upgrade room lên cho gia đình mình mà không tính thêm phí, mình rất bất ngờ luôn. Cảm ơn khách sạn nhiều lắmmm. À ngoài ra khách sạn có phòng nghỉ lại cho tài xế nữa, phòng cũng rất sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Mình đã có trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời tại đây!!!!!!!

Khách sạn đẹp, có đến 22 tầng, nhìn cảnh biển từ trên cao thấy khá đẹp. Có đủ tiện ích: khu vui chơi cho bé, hồ bơi vô cực sạch sẽ. Ăn sáng buffet phong phú và ngon. Thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên khá thân thiện, đặc biệt bạn lễ tân dễ thương và gần gũi.

Chỗ để xe oto hơi chật nên số lượng có hạn, cần xem trước tình hình chỗ gửi xe thôi nè

Gia đình chị hài lòng với khách sạn Vipol . Đặt biệt cảm ơn khách sạn và em đã luôn chủ động nhắn tin qua WhatsApp để hỏi thăm và hỗ trợ rất chu đáo. Location and their staff really friendly

Nice room with decent size. Smalll gym but functional. Nice infinitt pool. My favourite is the garden which gives a resort feeling. Kids can do archery there. Location is great with short walk to beach. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Someone (Vy) even reached out and welcomed us before check in and again after checkout.

Breakfast is ok. International travellers were not told not to ride bikes without international licence

Where do I even start? The price is decent, the staff was amazing and speak many languages including English. The hotel offered free rides to the beach, if you don’t want to ride it’s like a 5-8 min walk from the hotel. The food is good, and there’s plenty of room to just hang out. I would come here again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the gym, I wish they had a plain squat rack and more free weights. I understand that they don’t for liability reasons, but it would’ve made my experience better.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful, and proactive in checking that everything was going well during our stay. The public beach was only about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel provided complimentary buggy transport to and from the beach. There were plenty of eateries, mini marts, and souvenir shops just outside the hotel. My kids really enjoyed the play area on the ground floor. Although it is not a beachfront property, it offers good value for money with convenient beach access.

The hotel is not directly on the beachfront.

Personnel agréable, proche de la plage , prix raisonnable

This accommodation far outweighed our expectations. Room was fabulous, extremely comfortable, bed and very clean. Staff were very attentive. Receptionist Vy was SO helpful booking our bus tickets - she even stayed on after her shift finished to ensure we got on ok. This is a quiet little part of Vietnam, great food and nice to stop and take it easy for a few days.

Hochhaus Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Infinity Pool. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, besonders im Frühstücksbereich. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks war genial, mit das Vielfältigste was ich je gesehen habe, auch für europäischen Geschmack ist ausreichend gesorgt.

L'accueil a l'hotel est parfait, le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et souriant, soucieux de votre bien-être. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres, le lit king size est super confort. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, la piscine très agréable.

Fancy hotel, very nice location, close to the center and convenient . They have rooftop pool with beach view. The beach is opposite to the hotel, can just walk to the beach very fast.

door stuff is good

The hotel had big spacious rooms and excellent facilities. The infinity pool was a highlight for our family. They also had a nice garden with some games and a small playground for kids. The breakfast buffet was amazing too.

Service was very good

Alle Mitarbeiter hier sind sehr sehr freundlich und super nett. Das Zimmer ist groß, schön und sauber.

Khuôn viên rộng rãi, thoáng 2 đứa nhỏ rất thích. Phòng sạch sẽ. Đồ ăn trưa và ăn sáng đều ngon. Có xe đưa ra biển, đón về.hồ bơi sạch đẹp. Gia đình mình có 2 con nhỏ và cả nhà đều thích ở đây.

位置不错，走几步就到海边了，早上可以在房间看日出。早餐非常丰富，餐厅的manager非常nice。6楼的酒吧和泳池也很好，不想晒太阳就在酒吧坐着吹吹风看看大海。

入住第一晚就发现沐浴露已经用完了，洗发水也不多。中间打扫了一次也没补上。
