- Mình đi từ mùng 4 đến mùng 7 Tết, rất ưng cái bụng vì nơi này gần y như hình quảng cáo. - Phòng ốc bình thường, thoải mái vừa đủ thôi, nhưng khuôn viên bên ngoài rất xinh, rất sạch. - Thời điểm mình đi có free teabreak mỗi ngày, trà và bánh tuy không quá đặc sắc nhưng ngồi thưởng thức view biển thì nó cũng tuyệt đấy 😋 - Pandora Resort này và Pandora Retreat là một, cách nhau chừng 200m, luôn có xe điện chở sang, tuy nhiên, bãi biển để tắm ở Retreat nên ai có nhu cầu bước chân ra là ngay biển luôn thì nên book bên đó. Cá nhân mình thì thích bên Resort này hơn vì nó có vibe chill hơn, và dù sao khoảng cách cũng rất gần. - Cuối cùng là nhân viên rất dễ thương và tận tình, tất cả các bộ phận luôn. Gia đình mình cần hỗ trợ xe riêng liền trong buổi sáng để đi Kê Gà, dù dịp Tết bận rộn nhưng vẫn được lễ tân giúp đỡ nhiệt tình. Chốt hạ là sẽ quay lại khi có dịp.

Mycket prisvärt rent och fräscht hotell. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Hotellet är ganska litet så det blir personligare än stora komplex. Vi fick rum vid hotelldelen som ligger vid stranden. God frukost, vi uppskattade speciellt den hemgjorda yoghurten och frukten.

Allt var bra. Det enda som vi saknade var ost till frukosten, men förstår att det inte är så vanligt i Asien.

Провела в этом отеле новогоднюю неделю. Сначала поселили в номер на первом этаже. Сидишь в стеклянных стенах, как в аквариуме, а если задернуть занавески, то как в шкатулке. Поменяла номер на повыше, с балконом, - оказалась идеальная опция. В окнах - пальмы-джунгли, красота. Отель - некрупный; бассейн умиляет, как листик петрушки в борще. Ну, допустим, изящно:) В целом, четверка стоих своих денег, очень приятно провела время. Потом, правда, переехала в их второй отель, который на море. Там еще кулуарней, плюс волны в стерео. Персонал - чудесный, ресепшн - пять баллов, помогали, откликались, все помнят. Оба отеля хороши для тех, кто не любит толпу и не обременен детьми.

Очень уютный , очень зеленый отель. Расположение отличное (да через дорогу от моря), но все близко и пляж тоже. Завтрак супер . Это точно лучший отель в котором мы останавливались в муйне.

Отель хороший, очень отзывчивый персонал. Завтраки вкусные. Тихо и спокойно. Очень удобные матрасы, хороший бассейн, красивая территория!

Сначала заселили в бунгало с шумными соседями и рядом с дорогой, было шумно. Пожаловался на ресепшен и нас пересилили в похожее бунгало, но тихое. Спасибо! В обоих бунгалах в номерах были маленькие муровьи, в т.ч. на кроватях. Взрослым они особо ни по чем, но вот ребенка сильно покусали. В целом, это исправляется легко, просто мы не сразу их заметили.

Nhân viên bảo vệ rất nhiệt tình. Chef Phong cũng rất nhiệt tình.

Too far to walk every where

Great place a little bit away from the road, so you won’t be bothered by city noise. The hotel territory is very green and well maintained. There’s a shuttle to the pool area near the beach, which isn’t far from the hotel. Breakfast is great too. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

Alles heel goed verlopen!

Интересный, необычный, зеленый отель. Все необходимое есть. Приятные номера. Хороший басейн. Персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый.

Плохой интернет, VoWiFi звонки работают отвратительно. Звонить приходится с других мест, где нет таких проблем с интернетом. Но для отдыха, просмотра сайтов, интернета достаточно.

Everything was fine

Ухоженный небольшой отель, с собственным бассейном. Очень красивая территория. Уборка каждый день. Кафе, магазинчики, кофейни - все это есть рядом. До пляжа минут 5, но у ближайшего выхода какие-то стоки в море, так что нужно будет пройти подальше. Минут 15 до хорошего места, я думаю. У ближайшего выхода к морю есть отличная серф школа. По запросу делают завтраки в ланчбокс, если вы уезжаете на экскурсию или у вас ранний выезд. В целом отелем я довольна, за исключением пары моментов.

Не разрешили в день заезда оплатить номер частично. Мы приехали поздно, в районе 22 часов, у нас было 2 номера, и не было с собой так много денег местных. Попросили оплатить частично (у нас была половина стоимости 18млн донгов), разрешили сделать это, только забрав мой паспорт!!! В итоге, путем долгих переговоров паспорт в итоге мы забрали, написали расписку. Я такое встретила впервые за все время своих путешествий, не понимаю, чего отель боится? Что я уеду на следующий день от них, заплатив за неделю проживания?)) Второй момент - завтраки. Мы попали на все типы завтраков за время нашего пребывания в отеле - по меню, в другом отеле и в этом отеле на месте. Питаться по меню и ездить в отель на берегу было не слишком удобно, но потом, когда заехало побольше гостей, завтраки стали накрывать в нашем отеле и было в принципе хорошо.

Hotel was in a quiet location set well back from the main road. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed/bedding. The staff, particularly Cam (reception) and Khoa (manager) could not have been more helpful.

My suite with balcony did not have any seats inside, only outside. Would have been nice to have a small table and chairs inside. Could also have done with more storage (wardrobe or drawers) in the bedroom. These were minor issues that were passed on to the manager.

Lovely size room, the pool was a decent size.

The staff barely spoke a word of English, the hotel is located up a long drive with grotty looking houses lining it and local dogs barking through the night, the pool overlooks the resort car park and that’s the sum total of the view. Not amazing value for money.

Breakfast selection was oriented towards locals more, it seems - a lot of vietnamiese meals and a few 'continental/western' options. Coffee way too strong for our taste

Just needed a little bit of a fix up and staff needed to be on cleaninging tables a little faster. Food was left over night and day by the pool

It’s rather new and nice horticulture

Soundproofing was really bad, I can hear footsteps above me. Housekeeping was really noisy. Lotsa renovation ongoing. More staff especially reception should speak better English

Beautiful resort and attentive staff. The manager organized transportation from the airport, and they upgraded our room. Breakfast is good and diverse. They offer a small menu with freshly cooked food like omelette, pho soup, or similar every morning.

We had a great time here! The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms are super clean, comfortable and bright. Also the whole property included the pool was really clean. They have a lot beautiful details so there is beauty in every corner. The breakfast was good, nothing special but definitely enough.

Brand new, comfortable rooms , good location , good restaurant . Really helpful staff! As everything is new they still searching bit for best service but will come. Special thanks to Cầm - receptionist, Vinh - security, Truyền - room service & the young guy who brought us to the beach. They’re super supportive and sweet 👍🏻👍🏻

Just no close access to the beach but shuttle that brings you to public beach
