The lobby aesthetic, location was ideal, the transport arrangements.

Check-in process was slow, as only one member of staff on the desk at 1am, and there were a couple of other guests waiting online to check in too. When it was my turn, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. Where first impressions are so important, a simple friendly smile would have made all the difference. On another occasion, i struggled to get sufficient assistance from front desk staff on 2 separate occasions, and ended up giving up. The safe in the room wasn’t working, but to their credit, it was repaired quickly.

Room lacks basic amenities like paper and pen to write notes. Twin beds are not suitable for couples. Room view warranted curtains all the time.

My second time staying here. Check in was smooth and quick Food was above average (not the usual fantastic food associated with ITC) Clean, spacious room After my last times experience, I did not order any room service, so cannot comment on that.

I had made a booking for 4.30pm at the Saloon for a hair-cut. I was promptly at the Saloon at my designated time. It was a large room with a prominent Salon sign, and I walked in, and it was completely empty. I waited 10 min, no one showed up, and then looked for a hotel phone. Could not find one. So I called the front desk through my cell phone and made them aware. They connected me to the Salon, who lied to me that they were at the Salon. I hung up, and a woman walked to me from the Spa. Zero apologies, and she gaslights me saying that I was supposed to walk all the way to the Spa (in a completely different direction) and check for the Salon employees there!! I found this extremely odd.. and ridiculous. By then it was too late for me, and I left without getting my hair-cut. A very poor reflection of how the hotel is managed. My time was wasted. There are many such teething problems with this hotel, even the last time I visited.

Very well maintained and new property. The breakfast spread is very good. Rooms are very spacious and the location is very central.

My visit was truly memorable, made exceptional by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. A special mention to Moumita at the reception, whose warm greeting and seamless check-in set a wonderful tone right from the start. Pankaj at the bell desk was equally fantastic—attentive, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. Dining at Peshwari was the highlight of our experience, largely thanks to Anupam. His service was flawless—attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable with dish recommendations that made our meal extraordinary. Kudos to the entire team for delivering world-class hospitality. We look forward to returning soon.

ITC Narmada is a beautiful property with an excellent location, elegant rooms, and great facilities. The hotel certainly has the potential to offer a true five-star luxury experience. However, I was disappointed by the overall hospitality and dining experience. The staff would benefit from further training in customer service, attention to detail, and understanding guests’ needs. Many team members appeared uninterested in communicating with guests, and service lacked the warmth and professionalism expected from a luxury hotel. The dining experience was also below expectations. There were long waits for food during almost every meal, and the quality, presentation, and cleanliness of the food area did not reflect five-star standards. As someone who has travelled extensively and stayed at luxury hotels around the world, I found the food quality and hygiene disappointing. Another concern was the evening dining area at the foyer. It became extremely crowded and noisy with local visitors, making it difficult for in-house guests to enjoy a relaxing meal. I believe the hotel should consider reserving a dedicated dining section for staying guests to maintain the premium experience expected at a luxury property. I would also recommend that senior management conduct unannounced audits to experience the hotel as guests do. This would help identify issues with service consistency, food quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. Overall, I would recommend ITC Narmada as a place to stay because the property itself is excellent. However, I would not recommend it for its dining experience in its current state. With improved hospitality training, better attention to cleanliness, and enhanced food quality, the hotel could truly live up to the reputation of the ITC brand

La propreté, traces de café sur la moquette dans la chambre, poussière présente en grande quantité dans la chambre, ma femme qui est allergique a passé des nuits horribles, je suis déjà allé dans un autre hotel ITC (ITC Tavleen) et les deux n'ont rien à voir. Même les chauffeurs de taxi nous ont dit que énormément de gens se plaignaient de la propreté de l'hôtel. C'est beau de loin quand on s'attarde sur les détails tout est sale. Très dommage.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my wife when I had to attend for Buisness. Our stay was truly remarkable with exceptional service. The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and most importantly comfortable with a great sleep guaranteed. The food choice for breakfast and dinner is limitless and they even catered for a special request for my self. A special thanks to Chef Mitesh for accommodating this. Rovizono also made our stay special ensuring we were all well and catered for. The location of the hotel is very central and convenient for the city. The hotel is also very secure with brilliant and friendly door attendants. The management team were also very helpful in accommodating our needs and even gave us a memento gift on departure to truly remember the trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all.

Visited Adalaj Pavilion at ITC Narmada, Ahmedabad for an official lunch with my office team from InnKey, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers an elegant ambiance and a welcoming atmosphere, making it an excellent venue for both business and leisure dining. The lunch buffet featured a wide variety of dishes, along with live cooking counters that added to the overall dining experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. Every dish we tried was prepared with great attention to quality and taste. The dessert selection was equally impressive and provided a perfect ending to the meal. The service team was courteous, attentive, and quick to respond to all requests. Their professionalism and hospitality enhanced our experience significantly. Overall, it was a memorable visit, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending quality time together over a fantastic lunch. Great hotel and location with amazing choice of restaurants. Staff are very attentive. The atrium style layout of the hotel is very unique making the stay feel special. Close to shops as well.

For one of our lunches, food came out cold twice but this was resolved and the manager waived the bill.

Excellent Experience in ITC Narmada

This is by far the best hotel in Ahmedabad. The hotel is located near the business district of Vastrapur. The rooms are clean, spacious, well maintained and has everything you want. All amenities you expect from an ITC hotel are available. They breakfast buffet was good with a mix of local gujarati delicacies , continental and Indian spread. The service as usual was exceptional with warm and smiling staff.

The staff needs to be trained a lot more. Breakfast staff was great however all other areas need vast improvement. Some staff find it extremely difficult to communicate in English as well. Gym and wellness area is extremely poor

Prime location. Accessible to all major malls and attractions. Friendly staff. All Front office staff, particularly Priya was so supportive and made our purpose of stay (wedding anniversary celebration) memorable. We got a special gift arranged by this staff.

Everything was just Amazing

What I did not like was that the receptionist did not inform us during check-in about the chargeable items available in the room. Later, during departure, they told us that the items in the fridge and snack drawer were chargeable. It is completely fine if those items are chargeable, but guests should be informed about it in advance to avoid confusion.

I did not have time to experience the spa and pool, but the room was absolutely amazing. The ambiance was incredible as well. The breakfast was also very very good with a lot of choice.

I recently stayed at ITC Narmada through Club ITC, with the booking for 17 April. What I experienced during breakfast the next day was completely unacceptable. On 18 April at around 9:50 AM, I visited Adiraj Pavilion. After being seated, I found a dead mosquito on my plate. This is not a small mistake, this is a basic hygiene failure. (Check Photo and videos attached) The plate was replaced immediately when I pointed it out, but that is not the real concern. The real issue is how such a plate even reached a guest in the first place. There were small kids around. What if a child, an elderly person, or anyone who blindly trusts the ITC brand had used that plate without noticing? Who is responsible then? Because the guest would never even know what they were exposed to. This is not just negligence, this is a serious risk to people’s health and safety. For a hotel that positions itself as a premium luxury property, this level of carelessness is shocking. Something as basic as a clean plate cannot be compromised. This raises serious concerns about kitchen hygiene, supervision, and overall quality control. I am giving this stay 3 stars only because the REST of the experience was handled well. The check-in was smooth, they considered my request for early check-in and gave the room around 11:40 AM, and the staff overall was courteous.
