Nice staff

They did not allow us to bring in our liquor, I understand that it is a dry state but we had applied for a permit but they still found a way to restrict us

The staff were truly welcoming and helpful for all our requests. The location is really convenient as is it within a minute of a shopping mall. The facilities are well designed with a luxurious ambiance.

The room 1518 is really beautiful but the only view from the bathroom window was on a structural void space with pigeons and there were also some maintenance crew during the day. Not the best.

Wonderful ! A big thank you to chef Siddiqui for his patience, his kindness, and his friendliness every morning. I really appreciate the way he welcomes us every day and his constant kindness. 🙏 Ribha s cute hand write note truly touched my heart. All the staff and the services are on the top level.

Room overall was comfortable, The best part was taste, quality, service and hospitality of master Chef Mr. Irfan at the collage, the breakfast restaurant.Though there was heavy rush, the staff provided the best service.

The matress was too hard, rarely I find so hard matress at hotels. Main door safety chain was missing. Room was not being locked from inside, although we never felt insecured, so didn't even seek change of room also.

Breakfast is getting minimalistic, service poor, no kitchen available, no cups for coffee refilled, early morning nothing for getting fresh eggs.

We had a very nice lunch with Chef Irfan Siddique and the entire Hyatt team. They hosted our family of 25 people and provided excellent service and delicious vegan food. Special thanks to Yuvraj Rajput as well.

Went to TG’s for my birthday. The non veg set course were amazing. The staff members like Sanga were exceptional in their service and accommodated to your requests. Chef Vinod also did a wonderful job with the food. Overall great experience!

We went to TG’s and the food was great, Kaushik and Vinods was a great host. We had the Mongolian Meal and Seven Course Meal and the taste was just awesome.

We had a wonderful stay and truly experienced the warmth of great Indian hospitality throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, the service felt personal, welcoming and genuine. A special mention to Rudra, who ensured that our check-in experience was smooth, efficient and completely hassle-free. His warm welcome and attention from the very beginning set the tone for an excellent stay. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally warm, courteous and professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. What stood out most was the personal and attentive service, which made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a lovely swimming pool, which the kids absolutely loved. The location is also extremely convenient, especially being so close to the mall, with shopping, dining and entertainment within easy reach. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered an excellent variety of dishes, with plenty of choices to suit everyone. The quality of the food, combined with the warm and attentive service, made breakfast an enjoyable experience each morning. Overall, we had a fantastic and memorable stay. The excellent facilities and convenient location were wonderful, but it was the genuine warmth, personalised service and exceptional Indian hospitality that really made the experience special. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel, particularly to families.

For senior citizens it’s sometime a folding light weight sitting arrangement for showers area if u provide it will comfortably enjoying showers without fear of falling

Aa always the food is up to the mark. Brought a friend with me, it was first time for her. And she loved it too. Mr Sayan Paul, he is a very polite guy. He served us really well. Looking forward to visit again.

I mostly stay at Hyatt Regency Asharam road, this time thought of trying to evaluate the if Hyatt Vastrapur. gives me better experience was disappointed. The one at Asharam road gives a better overall experience. Only good part was dining and the associated staff and its location

A special thanks to Chef Saroj for preparing such flavorful and perfectly cooked food—it truly exceeded our expectations. We would also like to thank Kaushik for his exceptional hospitality and attentive service. He made us feel welcome throughout the evening and ensured that every detail was taken care of.

Prime location, easy access to all, 1 minute wall to malls..all hotel staff were very helpful, friendly,welcoming and wonderful persons..great and best service from Mr AYAN of restaurant and Mr Aman (restaurant manager) for being very caring for all small details. Rooms were really clean, cleaners,waiters,reception all of them were very very helpful and respond quicky whenever needed.. hyaat was my best experience in india..will be back soon

This hotel is right in the middle of the city. Nice spacious rooms, well maintained Gym, Steam & Sauna. Their specialty restaurant TG's has amazing soups/starters/maincourse & deserts, a must try restaurant. If youre a non-vegetarian, the prawns tempura is a delight. The lounge on 17th floor overlooks the Vastrapur lake, beautiful view in monsoon. Special mentions - Rudra,Kelly,Vikas,Srijana,Chewang,Aryan,Nisha,Hemu,Aman & Chef's - Ankit,Dilip,Irfan

I would like to bring special attention to a young housekeeping staff member who earned my deep gratitude during our stay in Unit 1408. During a heavy rainstorm, my footwear became completely soaked and unusable. When she came by to service our room, I asked if she had any advice on how to dry them. She kindly took my shoes and returned them a few hours later, completely dry and ready to wear. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name and missed the chance to thank her in person with a gratuity before leaving. This was an extraordinary act of service that went well above and beyond expectations, and I hope management can identify her so she receives the recognition—and service certificate—she truly deserves.

Its been a great stay. The food here is outstanding. Especially the breakfast. Service is excellent. Nandan, Hemendra, Irfan, Aryan and others at the restaurant are a great team. Vishesh at the reception is just too polite and nice. My room had a great view of the lake and fountain. Loved the experience!

Happy with hospitality of Hyatt. Staff is very cooperative. Especially Mr.Aryan provide service and this previllage inspired to stay here next time in the same hotel. Only little issue is with the room size else remaining is wonderful

Firstly, had a great experience having a 9 course meal by chef Pavalaraj . An amazing curated menu , mix of sushi , chicken , lamb ( prepared just in front of you ) just amazing. The grill by chef Preeti was again amazing and lovely hospitality from Ms. Pouthoi ..Seriously recommend if you are around in Ahmedabad. Plz visit them if you are around. Cheers!

The food, atmosphere, and hospitality here are outstanding. A special thank you to Mr. Sanga, who took our order and ensured everything was prepared exactly to our liking.

Very conveniently located steps away from Alpha One Mall, and central to places of interest. Although hotel feels dated it’s clean. The argain oil bath products felt decadent (regret not buying). Breakfast was muslim friendly, had a very nice spread of local and international options. Overall, met expectations for a business travel.

All was well organised. Breakfast, executive lounge, food and hospitality all superb. Chef, room service, reception, laundry and more all were very cooperative and helpful.

Recently I visited to Hyatt Vastrapur, One of the best experience got in my life, really appreciate to Lucy & Aphira they both are very skilled, trained & well experts, they knows their work very well, I'll personally recommend & wolill give first preference to get the better experience for the Actual Spa, Thank you so much to both of you, & Hyatt team.

Spa here is great. Apphira is one of the best therapist i have ever encountered. She performed Reflexology with all the knowledge. She knows exactly what technique helps with what kind of ailment. Very good experience.

Amazing Experience, First time we visited, ambient & staff was really good. Very tasty food. Rani, Reshmi, Priyanaka and Kesar was humble, polite and helpful. Suggestions given to us was good.

it was my second visit to the Hyatt Ahmedabad hotel. service is great, rooms are very clean and providing everything I needed, expected and more. all restaurants having excellent food and in fair prices (compare to Israel). great location, right next door to the Nexus Mall. overall, highly recommended

If you need to unwind, book with Elen and Bukao (apologies for incorrect name spelling) immediately! We had a couple’s massage therapy session and it was spectacular. They have an amazing technique that strikes the perfect balance between deep relaxation and working out tight muscles. The whole experience was seamless, rejuvenating, and genuinely awesome. 10/10 recommendation!
