L’appartamento al primo piano è veramente poco gradevole, terrazza e finestre vista muro della casa di fronte. Nessuna dotazione di cucina, piatte posate e pentole ridotte all’osso. Disponibilità della reception sufficiente ma nessuno sforzo di accoglienza cordiale

Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet (nicht ausreichend für 4 Personen) Der Hahn weckt dich schon um 4 Uhr morgens auf Sehr viele, sehr kleine Ameisen überall in der Wohnung Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Zahnbürsten oder ähnliches am Waschbecken

I proprietari abbastanza inesistenti. Non hanno risposto ad una nostra richiesta di informazioni su un giro in barca. Non li abbiamo mai visti nè abbiamo avuto istruzioni sul check in o check out. Per fortuna, per caso abbiamo incontrato una persona del condominio che li ha chiamati e ci hanno detto come entrare.

La salle de bains pourrait être rafraîchie et il y a une odeur d égout Le chant du coq très matinal et qui dure dans le temps Le système électrique avec une carte comme dans un hôtel n'est pas pratique car lorsqu on laisse la carte la lumière du séjour reste allumée, ce qui est désagréable pour la personne qui y dort Le réfrigérateur et le lave linge s éteignent également Donc soit on garde la lumière soit on enlève la carte pour éteindre la lumière mais plus de réfrigérateur

There was no hot water or WiFi , the host did not answer when I asked about the water and WiFi not working and he didn’t respond until I called the next morning. For awareness there are roosters very close by that crow beginning at 3:30 in the morning.

Reviewed May 7, 2026I believe the only thing that we liked about the apartment was the size of the apartment and the double bed was comfortable.
The staff was super unfriendly and wanted to charge us double at first. The worst was that we didn't had warm water. The wifi was also not great (working but we got kicked out quite often and the quality was bad) and we had to ask for extra linen etc. as there weren't sufficient available. The location is also not great, but it was hard to communicate to get a taxi for us to go to the city center and bus station.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Очень сильно понравилась чистота,идеальная, все соответствует описанию и фото. Все есть для проживания: кухонная утварь ,чистое постельное белье,площадь как заявлена в описании .Спасибо владельцу данных апартоментов за такую чистоту и ухоженность 😘
Демре- это тихий уголок Турции с пустыми пляжами. Мы отсюда ездили гулять во все направления и нас это устроило, так как цена апртов очень привлекает.Единственный минус, это мечеть через дорогу, которая будит в 5:00 утра, но это совсем не критично, уют этих апартаментов все перекрывает. Рядом в 5 мин на машине находится город Мира.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Inainte de a spune bune si mai putin bune, as spune ca daca as mai merge la Demre, tot acolo as dori sa locuiesc. Un living de 20 mp, cu bucatarie deschisa, un dormitor comod de 14 mp si un balcon senzational de vreo 15 mp cu masa si patru scaune. Nu e tocmai comod sa urci fara lift patru etaje, dar acolo e liniste, iar serile si dimineatele sunt deosebit de placute. Aer conditionat in fiecare camera. Baia ar mai avea nevoie de cate ceva (polite, suport prosoape, etc). Nu e in zona turistica, dar asta vine cu avantajul unui pret mai mic si al linistii. Sub balcon este o mare de sere, iar in departare o geana de mare. Noi l-am folosit ca baza de plecare in excursiile cu masina prin Antalia dar si cu zile placute de plaja, in special in Demre cu minunata plaja Sumulklu, lunga, lata, nisipoasa, nepopulata si neamenajata. O nota excelenta si pentru administratorul hotelului, deosebit de amabil si indatoritor, chiar daca l-am vazut rar :) .

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025Po roce jsme se na toto ubytování znovu vrátili. Na ubytování je super naprosto vše. Personál ochotný, poloha skvělá. Velmi čistý apartmán, prostorný, skvělá a tichá klimatizace. Pokud něco potřebujete, stačí zavolat a hned vyřešeno. Nakonec jsme zůstali i déle, než bylo původně v plánu. Pokud cestujete delší dobu jako my, rozhodně oceníte pračku. I prací prášek je k dispozici. Velká terasa se sušákem také nechybí.

Не было свободных мест, чтобы продлить проживание) Интернет не везде работал, до спальни сигнал слабо доходил. Нет магазинов и ресторанов поблизости.

La cobertura wifi no arriba bé a totes les habitacions. No hi ha ascensor. El cant del gall et desperta a les 4:30 de la matinada i després segueix el cor de gallines.

Occorre migliorare la comunicazione, rispondendo ai messaggi in maniera più celere e dando indicazioni più precise per il self check-in, dal momento che, contrariamente a quanto scritto, la struttura non dispone di una reception 24 h.

We booked for 4 people but the apartment was ready for just 3. Host very unfriendly. He did not help us. Pictures are not accurate. The building is not new as the pictures shown and it is located in a very dirty and dark area. Check on Google Maps previously.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2023On est arrivés vers 14h30 mais Personne à l'accueil ,, après plusieurs tentatives d'appel téléphoniques il finit par me rappeler vers 17h00 , il charge son frère de me donner la clef puis il disparaît ,personnel absent , les clients gère seul leurs problèmes , Wi-Fi médiocre 2 jours de coupure , douche manque d'entretiens et de réparation . Télécommande de clim h.s et clim bruyante .... Sino on a apprécié la grandeur de l'appart et la propreté .

Reviewed Mar 19, 2023Large apartment with a washing machine and reverse-cycle air conditioner in both the bedroom and lounge room.
The host was not very accommodating. Despite advising when we would be arriving, no one was at the property, nor any lights on and it was difficult to find. The host didn’t help us with our luggage and there are two flights of stairs to get up. In addition, there were some weird rules such as forbidding particular foods and no shoes allowed to be stored inside. The furniture wasn’t very comfortable and there are roosters next door crowing at the early hours of the morning.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2022Very spacious 1 bedroom penthouse 402, consisting of one large living room with open space kitchen and one big bedroom, a huge terrace with an amazing city view, clean and fresh towels, bedsheets and trash bags/bins, everything is new in the apartment, since the building itself is brand new, lovely and comfortable furniture (bed, couch, dining table, chairs), each room is equipped with AC, that kept us cool during the hot and humid weather, we also used the washing machine and we had a dedicated Wi-Fi network on our floor, with excellent signal strength and a D/U speed of Mbps D 46.5/ U 47.5. A 4-story building, 2 apartments per floor, sharing one wall (where the living room and bathroom are) no elevator, but we enjoyed taking the stairs every day, we took it as a bonus for doing exercise. No proper parking, but we managed to park our car safely and for free in front of the entrance and we were happy about it. The closest beaches and landmarks were 5 min away by car. Communication with the owner Mikail was excellent, he was very prompt and effective in any given situation, before and during our stay. The owner even helped us with information about the best places to visit and eat at within/around the area. Mikail welcomed us at 2 am late at night and made us feel comfortable during our stay. We had a 1-week stay at Bilginer Apart. Thank you Mikail.
Despite the fact that we rented out a last floor apartment, bearing in mind that we won't be bothered by lower floor(s) neighbors, we were actually wrong, because the quality of the building is not top-notch, there is no soundproofing and acoustic treatment implemented to the walls/ceilings/floors and so we could hear how children were running and jumping inside the apartments 2 floors down and also how people in the entire building slammed doors. At some point we could hear neighbors speaking loud downstairs or when they entered an online meeting. That was quite annoying. The first few days were perfect and quiet, but after more clients checked in, then we realized the low quality of the construction. If the building quality would improve and the walls and ceilings/floors would be soundproofed, then we would definitely come back for an extended stay at Mikail's building.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2022Spacious, clean and reasonably well equipped. Slightly on the outskirts of Demre, so there is a bit of driving/walking to the sea, shops and restaurants. On the other hand there is no traffic and you can enjoy a quiet evening on the terrace.
