Première nuit avec mon fils de 2 mois à l’hôtel Radisson de Malo les bains. L’ensemble du personnel était très avenant. La jeune femme au bar m’a proposé un cocktail personnalisé selon mes envies. Room service du restaurant l’opale le soir délicieux de même pour le petit déjeuner du matin. Deux petits bémol, la carte du bar en scannant le qr code de ma chambre n’était pas à jour. Mon téléphone et la télécommande de la télévision fonctionnaient une fois sur deux. Mais ce sont des détails.

Accueil désagréable, hôtel « usine » sans aucune personnalisation. Seul le personnel du restaurant est agréable et souriant, ce qui compense la qualité des plats. Chambre propre et spacieuse avec une douche très agréable. Mais pas de mini-bar/frigo et pas d’eau. Mauvaise expérience

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht sauber, und trotz mehrfacher Hinweise wurde das Problem während meines gesamten Aufenthalts nicht behoben. Besonders enttäuschend war der unprofessionelle Umgang mit meiner Beschwerde – weder wurde eine Lösung gefunden, noch eine angemessene Entschädigung angeboten. Insgesamt ein unangenehmer Aufenthalt, der keinem gehobenen Hotelstandard entspricht.

Excellent accueil, les chambres standard sont très bien conçues avec un fauteuil et un canapé, salle de bain spacieuse et insonorisation excellente. Et toujours l'attrait du SPA.

Idéalement situé en bord de mer, il est proche du Kursaal pour profiter du carnaval.

Un séjour incroyable ! L’hôtel était d’une propreté impeccable, avec des chambres spacieuses et des lits extrêmement confortables. Le spa était tout simplement génial, un vrai moment de détente. L’endroit est superbe, et la vue depuis les chambres est à couper le souffle. Je recommande sans hésiter et reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Très bel hôtel. Personnel serviable et sympathique. Effectivement je rejoins un autre avis grande déception pour un hôtel Spa. Pas vraiment d accès Spa gratuit pour les clients excepté la piscine a des heures précises . Pas top pour le prix payé dans un Radisson. Douche éclabousse partout et poubelle SDB hs

This has been a great location stop on my journey from the UK to Sweden each year but it has been more and more disappointing. I wasn't able to speak to anyone that understood enough English, when I asked at reception about room service she kindly printed off a 24 hour menu (very limited) when I called to order at 6pm I was put on hold FOUR times, couldn't understand I wanted to order food and then was told I couldn't until 7pm. I then called back to try and speak to someone else and the only thing available was Risotto and I asked for one of the puddings too. What arrived was cold overcooked tasteless risotto and an entirely different pudding. It cost 19 euros for the risotto and around 8 euros on top for having room service. Travelling on my own with my dog I felt restricted to have to order food to my room, one of the receptionists during check in literally hid from my dog and squeaked with nerves. I understand people can be scared of dogs but how is acceptable to work somewhere where it is advertised as a dog friendly hotel. I felt uncomfortable immediately and thought that maybe it's not just my dog maybe because I am British, as the next guests got a really warm reception. The year before I believe my car tyre was slashed in their car park - the hotel checked the cctv and no evidence to say this happened on their watch so will never know. I had to pay 90 euro deposit during check in, not consistent as others checking in werent asked.

Accueil correcte à l,arrivée. Couloir très sale surtout devant notre chambre, restant de réveillon trop arrosé qui a fini sur la moquette, mais moquette non nettoyée correctement,voir photo jointe. Nous sommes resté trois jours ,et plus aucun bonjour le tant du séjour Pas de proposition d,accès au parking le temps de décharger les valises,parking payant,

The most outstanding attribute of this Radisson Blu was the excellent, customer-focused, friendly staff. From arrival through dinner, breakfast, and departure all staff were attentive and helpful. The room (#405) was spacious, comfortable, and excellently appointed.

Fantastic location, excellent staff, and great food

Très bel hôtel bien placé à Malo. Mais l'accès au Spa est payant durant la journée. Enfait, vous y avez accès de 7-10 et de 20-22h. Et tout ce qui est autre que la piscine ne fonctionne pas. Les horaires sont ceux ou personne n'y va puisque heure de manger. Ce qui est insensé pour un hotel de cette classe. Déçu sur ce point.

It’s a beautiful property right on the water. The pool is spectacular! All the staff were amazing except for a bartender one bartender who wasn’t as friendly or helpful as we would have expected. The only disappointing part was we had the most uncomfortable pillows that did not fit with such a wonderful hotel. But without a doubt, the most amazing hotel in Dunkirk.

The hotel was excellent for the price except for the hidden charges i.e deposit and sitting tax i was notinformed about. Was a shame the parking was awkward at the start as one member of staff didnt inform us about the shuttle car provided. The room was of very high standard although couldn't get the aircon on at night. Tv was saying we could connect phone unfortunately it didnt work and accessing the usb port was difficult may be it should be on a pull out bracket. Also the food was excellent although putting menu in english may have helped.

Loved the seaside location. Really loved everything about this property. Try to get one of the seaside rooms on the fourth floor with the high arched windows. Amazing views in the morning.

Hotel is nice enough. Fantastic location on the beach. Staff was attentive. One down side was the noise at 12:45 at night. Not sure if it was the bar or another guest however it was loud enough to wake me twice When mentioned in the morning the front desk was passive and said they would advise management.

Very happy with our stay. Large walk in showers with rainfall shower heads. Also the only washcloths I have seen in our entire European vacation. Large fluffy bath towels. Try to get a seaside room on the fourth floor with the large arched windows. Waking up to the broad view of beach, sea, and sky is amazing.

We had a beautiful room facing the beach. Gated parking, water, fruit and cookies at reception. Great coffee, breakfast and dinner! Staff were very helpful, except one woman in the dining room. Despite our car being hit while in the parking lot - I’d stay there again!

Séjour exceptionnel. J’ai passé une journée incroyable en couple, le service spa / piscine est dingue, les personnes sont calmes et agréables. Je recommande à 100%, fantastique nous reviendrons.

The staff went above and behind to help us settle. V polite. Location was right on the beach and plenty of eateries nearby if you wanted.

Très bel établissement situé au pied de la superbe plage de Malo les Bains. Terrasse extérieure avec animation musicale le soir. Nous avons été déçu par le restaurant Opale de l hôtel. La piscine est accessible gratuitement aux clients de l'hôtel à certaines heures seulement. Les autres équipements sont payants. Salle de sport petite.

Beaucoup d’attente à l’arrivée Piscine ouverte avec des horaires d’accès non indiqué sur votre site donc je n’ai pas pu profité de la piscine. Plus de place sur le parking de l’hôtel

I had been to Dunkirk before and I wanted a view no matter the weather and so I booked a room overseeing the beach for my 3-day vacation getaway with my son. It was not cheap but worth it to wake up to the view, sleep with the sound of the waves and beautiful sunsets. At the very start of the boardwalk, you will find plenty of restaurants. While the hotel had a restaurant, we did not try it or the amenities because the weather was beautiful and we wanted to spend time at the beach, the water was cool but not cold at 18C with plenty of people enjoying it. Our room was just above the boardwalk and there wasn’t much noise and stopped at a reasonable time. This is a great beach - very long and walkable even at a high tide. I would recommend this hotel and Malo les Bains beach.

Lovely sea side location with endless boardwalks in both directions. Staff all so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet great. Downstairs bar inviting. Zero complaints.

Très bon hôtel au bord de plage, très récent. Tout est bien décoré et bien pensé. Petit bémol pour la taille de la salle du petit déjeuner.

Lovely overnight stop on drive back to Scotland. Very relaxing even though the hotel was very busy. Didn’t have time to use the spa (& justify the charge) but did eat in the restaurant. Ltd choice for vegetarians & nothing for vegans but quality food & lovely staff. Car park was full but we had booked so they squeezed us in. Great access to the beach.

Hier stimmte alles, Empfang, Zimmer, Restaurant und Frühstück. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang, super freundliches Personal (im ganzen Haus) und super frische Küche - einfach genial - weiter so!!

Et dejligt og smukt hotel, beliggende helt ud til kysten. Super god service lige fra starten. Gode parkerigsforhold. Super godt internet.

This place was awesome .. Staff super attentave , our rooms were clean and the patio access from the room looking out to the port and water was also refreshing esp sitting outside with a cup of coffee. Breakfast was also excellent .

Good hotel on beach, unfortunately bad weather so couldn’t go on beach. No parking at hotel, had to pre book and wasn’t aware. Rudely ask to leave car park and find somewhere else to park on road.

Facilities are. new and modern. On the beach with a great view. Enjoyed the breakfast although choice not huge, but definitely good quality and nice service. Only spent a brief weekend. Pool part of the room from 7-10 and 20:00 - 22:00, otherwise you need to pay for Spa entrance. Dunkerque nice but shall not return - tick in the box.

Great location on beach with sea view and balcony from room. Room quiet and comfortable with nice bed and shower. Hotel let down by petty extra charges and unfriendly staff. An example were the car park charges of 15eur per day, and despite description saying "free parking with 676ft" receptionist not at all helpful in explaining where this was, said go and find somewhere yourself around the hotel.

May travel partner of 51 years and I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu in Dunkirk. We were just there for one night but it was the best hotel out of stays that also included Caen and Amsterdam. Great rooms and right on the beach. Walked down the beach concourse for dinner - sort of reminded us of Manhattan Beach, CA. We would definitely stay there again!

There's nothing to dislike about this hotel, even the standard rooms are a decent size and extremely well maintained (admittedly it is a new build). Very good value for money.

Nice modern hotel and the staff are fantastic and helpful.

lovlely possition. Room heating a challenge. Telephone light flashing all night. Mini bar small water 4 euros. Room snacks expensive. Terriace unfinished, tiles loose and need grouting. Prominard lights ruin view at dusk and forces curtains to be closed over night. Poor soundproofing,scraping chairs and dog barking all night from next room. This was an executive room. 160 euroes a night. patio door can be opened from outside with a basic allen key and access can be gained from the other terraces.

Nice new hotel on the beach. Easy parking (paid). Nice restaurant, helpful staff. Very nice spa that was available for guest use for free currently. Great view of the sea from my room.
