Friendly staff, nice location and amazing food.

サントリーニらしい建物でとても素敵でした！室内も清潔でオシャレで、写真とおりでした。部屋の目の前にプールがあり子ども達は大喜びでした！ オーナーもとても優しくて親切で、朝ごはんも沢山選べて、美味しいかった。 ファミリー連れも何組かいて、子どもがいても泊まりやすく、温かく迎えてくれるのでとても過ごしやすい宿でした！

It is a family run hotel and restuarant. From the moment we arrived we recieved excellent service. The hotel itself is very small but well kept and so pretty, 'mumma mia' comes to mind. We had bed and breakfast. Bed very comfy, lovely shower and breakfast we pre-ordered the night before, they just brought it us when we sat down. Breakfast was ok, but didnt order much so dont have much to go on.

Location. Liked Kamaria but the location of the hotel sadly was under the flight path of the planes landing at the airport so they fly really low over the beach and hotel! It doesnt cut the noise out when your in your room either. But the noise lasts for about 30 seconds, just as they pass over. Its a shame as it lets it down and therefore thats the only reason I would return again, which is a ahame as the owners are lovely.

Sehr schönes Hotel, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Manos und seine Familie ist in allen Punkten sehr bemüht, den Urlaub so schön als möglich zu machen.

Flughafen ist sehr nahe. War für unseren Aufenthalt aber nie ein Problem.

Posto fantastico, direttamente sul mare con ombrellone compreso nel prezzo del soggiorno.Struttura pulitissima e perfettamente inserita sul lungomare di kamari che è completamente pedonale, pieno di ristoranti e negozi ma fuori dal traffico dei veicoli quindi molto rilassante. Abbiamo sempre cenato nel ristorante della struttura perché è a nostro parere eccellente per qualità di cibo e stupendo per la posizione.La famiglia di Manos, il proprietario della struttura e tutto il suo staff sono stati accoglienti e speciali in tutto, parlano anche italiano e fa molto comodo, che dire ancora.. tutto positivo, credo proprio che in futuro torneremo!

Es sieht aus wie im Film Mamma Mia. Wirklich sehr hübsch und die Zimmer sind toll renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die ganze Familie ist super freundlich und das Essen sehr lecker und das Restaurant hat eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Man hat kostenlose Liegen und Schirme am Strand.

Leider war bei uns die Klospülung kaputt und lief Tag und Nacht durch. Man kann leider nur sehr schlecht ins Meer da es viel zu rutschig ist und man kaum rein und rauskommt.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione eccezionale, proprio sul lungomare di Kamari. La nostra camera era molto carina, pulita e funzionale, dotata di un grazioso balconcino. La famiglia che gestisce l'hotel è davvero gentilissima e sempre disponibile. La piscina è molto bella, ma se si preferisce la spiaggia l'hotel mette a disposizione dei suoi ospiti ombrellone e lettini. Assolutamente positiva anche l'esperienza nel loro ristorante.

Questo hotel a Kamari è gestito da una splendida famiglia, io e mia moglie abbiamo preso una camera vista mare ""pulitissima e stupenda"" per l'ultima tappa del nostro viaggio di nozze, al ristorante giù si mangia una favola, tutto lo staff e cordiale e attento al cliente, ti senti a casa. Di fronte ombrelloni e lettini gratuiti per chi soggiorna da loro. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura. Una vacanza stupenda posto magnifico.❤️

Äußerst zuvorkommend, freundlich, immer persönlich beim Namen angesprochen, immer erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist .Das Frühstück war immer komplett frisch und mehr sls ausreichend. Es gsb such immer eieder rinen zusätzlichen Gruß aus der Küche. Ev. Gemüse (Tomaten. Gurken, Oliven) zum Frühstück. Man kann hier hervorragend abschalten und die Seele baumeln lassen. Danke, danke, danke Manos und seiner Frau und den beiden Töchtern sowie seinem gesamten Team.

Seaside by Manos is a gorgeous gem of a hotel. The hotel is located on the beach front, with a family run bar and restaurant. The room was very clean, modern and the air conditioning was very good. The shower had superb pressure. Manos and his wife were at our full disposal for anything we needed. The food was incredible too the best souvlaki in Santorini ❤️

Schoon, mooi verblijf. Ligging heel gezellig aan de boulevard, waar je heerlijk kan eten. Hele vriendelijke mensen en perfect dat er zowel een zwembad is, als keuze om de zee in te gaan en te ontspannen op de bedjes die bij het verblijf horen. Elke dag geef je keuze op voor het ontbijt voor de dag erna.

Familienbetrieb gleich am Meer- also von daher eine perfekte Lage...(wenn einem nicht alle 5 Minuten ein Flugzeug über den Kopf donnern würde,weil es direkt an der Flughafeneinfahrtsschneise liegt..) Manos war sehr freundlichundman fühltesichwillkommen!.

Die Lage des Hauses ist direkt neben der Flughafenlandebahn,daher durch die alle 5 Minuten landenden Flieger etwas mühsam.... Das Frühstück das man immer am Tag davor ankreuzen muss,ist etwas einfallslos...und der Kaffee nicjt unbedingt zu empfehlen...der Strand ist schön,aber wir durften an den beiden Tagen,wo wir dort waren nicht ins Meer,weil es ein wenig windig war....sehr übervorsichtig...in anderen Ländern wird da nicht gleich die rote Fahne gezückt ...wozu fährt man ans Meer,wenn man dann nicht einmal bis zu den Knien hineingehen darf???? SCHADE....

Just one small suggestion for the owners: it would be great to provide a “Do Not Disturb” / “Please Clean My Room” door sign. Many guests like to sleep in and fully relax during their vacation, and sometimes daily housekeeping isn’t necessary. A simple door hanger would allow guests to choose whether they would like their room serviced that day.

Location che lascia una sensazione di famiglia. Staff impeccabile. Il ristorante ha un menù semplice ma buonissimo i piatti sono fantastici. Piscina interna un plus visto che da una certa privacy e momenti di relax.

We loved the place, right on the beach. Manos, his wife and all the staff were outstanding, we thank them greatly. We really enjoyed everything, the area is quiet, plenty of restaurant to chose from. The hotel was very clean, towels and bedsheets were changed daily, AC. Sunbeds free of charge on our dedicated area on the beach, easy access to order while sunbathing. Superb views of the sunrise from our room!!! Definitely we will return!

We felt like at home from the moment we arrived. The owners are incredibly kind, warm, and always available to help with anything you might need. Their hospitality and dedication to their guests truly make this hotel special. The same applies to the entire staff—whether at the hotel, on the beach, or in the restaurant. A tulaj nagyon kedves volt, mindenben segített amiben csak tudott. Az ételek nagyon finomak voltak és a reggeli is bőséges volt. A hely meseszép, pár lépésre van a part ahol saját napozóágy tartozik a szálláshoz. Csak ajánlani tudom, ha egy gyönyörű nyaralásra akarnak menni!!

Desde el primer momento, los dueños nos trataron con una amabilidad y calidez que se sienten poco a menudo, siempre pendientes de cada detalle. El hotel en sí es precioso, con una decoración cuidada que invita a relajarse. Tienen tumbonas justo en la playa. El desayuno es frente al mar y cada día puedes elegir en una carta entre una selección de platos diferentes. Además, el último día que nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde nos permitieron quedar en las tumbonas de la playa y/o en la piscina y darnos una ducha antes de irnos. En definitiva, un sitio que combina belleza, atención personalizada y pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia. Sin duda, volveremos.

It was a the wonderful stay! We had an amazing time, and everything was perfect. The room was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the entire accommodation, including the room and pool, was very clean. The location is fantastic, right by the beautiful beach of Kamari, which is a lovely place to stay. The free sunbeds on the beach were a great bonus as well. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated that Manos took our early departure into account and kindly prepared a breakfast package for us the evening before, since we couldn’t enjoy breakfast on our last day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything!

Comfortable apartment, although not big it was clean, modernised and with a very comfy bed and balcony. The apartments are directly opposite the sea. We with lovely owners who are willing to help you with everything. We loved the food and ate all 3 nights with Manos (very unlikely us, but if you have a sea view, lovely staff and great food, why would you go elsewhere?)

Perfect location in the slightly quieter end of Kamari, right on the beach and plenty of choice of places eat. Staff and owners ready to help with anything and very friendly.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Manos and his wife are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is right on the beach strip, and the room was so lovely and comfy over looking the pool, with a very authentic Greek vibe! The restaurant food was great as was the free breakfast. Will definitely return!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen haben mir die ruhige Lage, der schöne Poolbereich und die typisch griechische Architektur. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Außerdem war die Unterkunft ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Santorini zu erkunden.

The hotel and room were very clean. There were beds at the beach, which was a pleasant surprise for us. And the owner and his wife were exceptional! The hotel lays a few 100 meters in front of the airport runway, so landing planes are really close to the hotel, which causes some noise. But in the end, it didn’t really bother us.

I LOVED EVERYTHING!! Especially Manos & Chrisana! Beautiful couple who own and run the accomodation. They were so welcoming and bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. Freshly renovated room, beautifully appointed, fantastic location on the beach with complimentary beach chairs. Highly recommend for your summer holiday. We hope to return one day.

Omistajat erittäin kihteliaita ja avuliaita, aamupalalla hyvä valikoima. Sijainti aivan rannan tuntumassa, hotellilla omat rantatuolit ja -pyyhkeet. Hiljaiset huoneet ja toimiva ilmastointi.

Uima-allas on melko pieni eikä lämmitetty, joten keväällä vielä melko raikasta, samoin kuin merivesi.

Manos and his wife are the perfect hosts, super friendly, they go above and beyond. Our room was super clean, with a wonderful waterfall shower. Breakfast was lovely, ordered the night before, and bought to your table, a wonderful view towards the beach. Complimentary sunbeds for guests, and the beach is literally just across the path. The restaurant on site serves the most delicious homemade food, and looks lovely at night, lit up by fairy lights. We stayed for 4 nights, before moving to Oia, but we really didn’t want to leave.

Estuve con mi pareja y nos encantó la estadía. Todo estuvo fantástico, en especial los anfitriones Manos y Crissana, nos atendieron divinamente, estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras necesidades, los desayunos de película, la comida deliciosa, recomiendo el estofado de ternera imperdible; en la noche un ambiente muy romántico. Conclusión volveremos muy pronto. Un abrazo a los anfitriones🤗

Das Hotel war super! Alle Mitarbeiter waren total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man hat im Hotel ein familiäres Gefühl bekommen und sich sehr gut gefühlt. Auch die Lage und Ausstattung war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ficar no Seaside by Manos foi um dos motivos pelos quais gostamos tanto de nossa estado em Santorini. O quarto era espaçoso e confortável, o serviço simpático e o café da manhã, que podíamos escolher, era delicioso. Além disso Kamari é uma ótima opção para quem viaja em família e quer ficar longe do agito e da confusão em Oiá e Fira. E experimente almoçar ou jantar no restaurante do hotel, é delicioso!

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Manos et sa femme, deux personnes adorables et aux petits soins. Bien situé dans le but de visiter l’île, l’hôtel est plein de charme, et ressemble à un petit village grec miniature. Nous recommandons leurs spécialités grecques, délicieuses et bon marché :) merci encore nous l’avons déjà recommandé à nos proches !

We liked Manos as he is such a great host! Location is at the sea and really nice.

The restaurant (which hosts breakfast, as well as all other dining options) is located nicely with sea view. Breakfast is delivered after selection from a leaflet with a range of different options (no buffet). It’s tasty and gives a good variety of choices. The room was spotlessly tidy and spacious.

Our room was referred to as “Deluxe Double Room” but to me this terminology seems a bit inflated. There was a balcony and the room was clean but that was about it. It was located right next to the restaurant and a small staff room holding cleaning items - so until later at night it was quite noisy. The balcony had a view onto a small passageway and the hotel adjacent to that. It claimed “side sea view”…but honestly, you had to try really hard to see the sea. When using the shower, the whole bathroom becomes flooded. The beach is ok, going into the water is somewhat tricky with very slippery stones at the start.

Fabulous accommodation with the beach across the rad with FREE sunbeds. Generous breakfast, great family run business and Manos and his family were lovely. Definitely recommend.

Location was perfect, a stones throw from the beach. Manos and his family were very friendly & attentive. They arranged Airport pickup & drop off, Taxis , Car Hire and gave us lots of Tourist information about things to do on the Island. Breakfast was extremely fresh & delicious with an excellent choice including fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs ,bacon and delicious bread. Lovely pool area which was very clean & well maintained. Excellent location near to shops , bars & restaurants. We had a Sea View Double room with a large balcony with Sunbeds & a Table & Chairs and Washing line. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. There was aircon , a fridge & a free safe in the room. The bathroom was refurbished with lovely tiles and walk in shower. The room was serviced everyday and our bed was made with fresh linen everyday and fresh towels. There was a laundry service which we used. Dropped off at 10am and returned at 4pm , excellent service and very reasonable. Free sunbeds on the beach opposite the hotel and we ordered lunch and drinks which were served to us at our sunbeds. The food was delicious with an excellent choice . Our favourites were the Fresh Mango Smoothies, Tzatziki with Pita, Greek Salads and Chicken Goujons. Thank you to Manos and his family and staff for a wonderful stay. A fantastic hotel and very well run. We will be back and will highly recommend to anyone. 😀

Prakticky všechno, poloha hotelu přímo na hlavní promenádě, vybavení, výborná restaurace s výhledem na moře, ale především osobní přístup majitelů a personálu k hostům. Cítili jsme se tu jako doma.

We had a room with sea view. The view is the only thing valuable. The cleaning staff is attentive and they make a very good job.

The bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen in an hotel during my entire life. The shower is made with a plastic curtain. The water pressure and temperature always change during your shower. Towels are extremely old, scratchy, almost unusable. The breakfast is repetitive, always the same, poor in choices and quality, no espresso, cappuccino or whatsoever. Common swimmimg pool is really really small. The cost of the room was preatty high and above the average in Kamari. Absolutely no value for the money you pay.

Struttura eccellente situata nel centro di Kamari. La struttura è ottima in quanto dotata di: un ristorante buonissimo ed economico e dello stabilimento gratuito per chi alloggia nella struttura. Ottima anche la piscina. Le camere vengono pulite ogni giorno e sono splendenti. Lo staff è incredibile, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Torneremo sicuramente!!
