Nostos Beach

Family run accomodation at Kamari Beach with clean rooms. Daily beach towels are included, sunbeds can be rented at nearby restaurants. We just layed down on the san and had a wonderful stay.

Direkt in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen,, aber die Flugzeuge fliegen erst ab 8 Uhr und nur halbstündlich. Durch die Lage an der Strandpromenade ist es natürlich abends etwas lauter.

Közel van nagyon a part, éttermek boltok nagyon közel vannak. Fürdő tiszta volt jól felszerelt.

Soggiorno estremamente deludente. La camera economy assegnata era di dimensioni disumane: in due non si riusciva letteralmente a camminare. Il bagno era talmente piccolo che una persona alta non riesce nemmeno a sedersi correttamente, con le ginocchia che toccano la parete. Economy non dovrebbe significare “sgabuzzino”. Sottolineo che abbiamo visitato altri 4 hotel in Grecia e sono costati tutti meno, ed erano la perfezione. Quindi pagare questa cifra per uno sgabuzzino è imbarazzante. Assenza totale di luce naturale: non esiste una finestra apribile e si è costretti a tenere le luci accese tutto il giorno. L’unica finestra presente dà sul corridoio, quindi chiunque passi può vedere dentro. Nessun appoggio in tutta la stanza. L’unico tavolino è all’esterno, e siamo stati costretti a fare colazione ogni mattina mentre la signora delle pulizie sollevava polvere a pochi centimetri da noi. Il letto cigola ad ogni minimo movimento, rendendo impossibile dormire bene. Dal bagno arrivava costantemente una forte puzza di fogna. La TV non è una Smart TV, cosa davvero assurda nel 2026. La struttura non dispone più né di bar né di spiaggia privata come sembrava dalle informazioni online: tutto è chiuso e davanti c’è solo una spiaggia libera, peraltro molto brutta. Le foto pubblicate non rappresentano minimamente le reali condizioni dell’alloggio. Infine, non esiste un posto privato dove appendere i propri indumenti lavati, bisogna farlo in uno spazio comune tra una camera e l’altra, alla vista di tutti. Il lavandino del bagno è così piccolo che risulta difficile persino lavare un costume in ogni caso. ( anche lavarsi la faccia ).

Close to beach

It was advertised that free sunbeds on beach and this is not true.

LOcation excelent, Very close to the Airport. THe actual location of NOSYOS Hotel very exactly in fron of the beach, in the center of all activities over 20 bars and restourants various selection from original Greek to Chaines, Italian, Irish, Stake house and the list can go on and on and on. The day starts at 10.00 o'clock and goes on till very late night. The activities are excelent scuba diving, seado rentals and the most important activity that no one should miss if ever visiting ia Andreas Greek Dinner buffet all you can eat, none stop wine and beer including all soft drinkd and desert followed by Buzuki live music, entatainers and everyone joins in the dances.

THe hotel has a excelet pattion with bar, restaurant but not functioning which is a shame, I had to go to the next door bars and restourantrs to enjoy a drink or a meal. The worst is the WIFI very weak cutting out every few minutes not allowing a dicent conversation or work related activity to be performed.

I lettini sono in convenzione con una struttura a 5 minuti a piedi. Assenza di servizio bar e ristorazione. Reception aperta solo fino alle 17:00.

Pulizia e posizione ottime, cambio giornaliero della biancheria da bagno. Il personale davvero molto gentile e a disposizione. La stanza presenta tutto il necessario, peccato che non avevamo quella vista mare. Il bar non è attivo ma la zona ha tutti i servizi di cui si necessita a due passi.

La camera un po' piccola e nell' annuncio diceva "servizio spiaggia compreso", invece la spiaggia direttamente difronte è libera.

Co bych vyzdvihla, je určitě skvělé umístění hotelu přímo na pláži. Uprostřed promenády, okolo obchody, restaurace, supermarket. Nádherné východy slunce přímo před hotelem a hezký přístup do vody. Personál byl velmi milý. Pokoj v přízemí byl velmi základní a malý, ale čistý a ok. Postel byla pérová a nebyla na více nocí moc pohodlná, ale dalo se.

Po příjezdu bylo obrovským zklamáním, že se před hotelem již nenacházejí lehátka a slunečníky. V době, kdy jsem pobyt objednávala, byly inzerovány zdarma pro hosty v ceně ubytování a zobrazeny na fotkách. Byl to hlavní důvod, proč jsem si vybrala právě toto ubytování. Nebylo nám vysvětleno proč. První den jsme byli alternativně posláni do restaurace Vasilikos s tím, že si tam stačí dát jen něco malého, např. kafe a můžeme lehátka využívat jejich. Domnívali jsme se, že jde o nějakou náhradu, že tam např. mají domluveny pro hosty příznivější podmínky. Dali jsme na doporučení, ale tato restaurace se nám vůbec nelíbila. Nedostali jsme slibované podmínky, ale úplně stejné, jako měla kterákoli restaurace na Kamari pláži - museli jsme si dát oběd a pití. Čekali jsme na něj dlouho a navíc bylo bohužel průměrné. Bylo to nesmyslně daleko od hotelu Nostos, bez výhledu na skálu a s naprosto otřesným přístupem do moře - klouzavý kámen, přes který bylo velmi náročné se dostat do vody a nespadnout. Další dny jsme se na toto doporučení už radši vykašlali a vybrali si lehátka u restaurace Dolce hned vedle Nostos. Měli ale také povinnou konzumací 60€ pro 2 osoby na den, což naši dovolenou neplánovaně prodražilo.

Am ales acest hotel în primul rând datorită informației că ar avea plajă privată, iar acest aspect a fost unul dintre principalele motive pentru care am făcut rezervarea. Din păcate, la fața locului am fost dezamăgită să constat că hotelul nu are, de fapt, o plajă privată proprie, așa cum este prezentat în descriere. Pentru mine acest lucru a fost important, deoarece îmi doream să aleg un hotel unde să pot beneficia de plaja hotelului fără să fiu nevoită să caut alte opțiuni. În rest, experiența la hotel a fost [bună/plăcută], însă consider că informațiile despre facilitățile hotelului ar trebui prezentate mai exact și mai transparent, pentru ca oaspeții să poată lua o decizie corectă atunci când fac rezervarea. Sper ca această informație să fie clarificată în descriere, pentru a evita ca și alți oaspeți să aibă aceeași dezamăgire.

La posizione è centralissima, proprio sul lungomare di Kamari, facile da raggiungere dato la vicinanza con i parcheggi in zona sempre presenti. La stanza era pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi essenziali; lo staff sempre gentile e con il sorriso. Ovviamente essendo in una zona centrale si sente rumore dalle strutture e bar adiacenti, ma a noi non ha dato fastidio Torneremo!!

Ci è spiaciuto scoprire, una volta arrivati, che quest’anno non c’è più il servizio spiaggia e bar…peccato D’altro canto, proprio accanto sono presenti altre strutture e in tutta kamari più o meno i prezzi sono gli stessi Luce in bagno un po fioca

Vynikajúca lokalita hneď pri pláži, pár krokov od mora a hostiteľ Stamatis bol veľmi nápomocný, prebral s vami cely ostrov, čo kde pozrieť a poradil aj možnosti dopravy.

La struttura era molto accogliente, pulita e curata. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile e ogni giorno venivano effettuate le pulizie e cambiata la biancheria. Pensavo che la camera avesse il balcone, ma alla fine non è stato un problema. È stata davvero un’ottima esperienza e ci tornerei volentieri.

Non ho particolari aspetti negativi da segnalare, solo un piccolo consiglio: il letto cigolava parecchio e a volte risultava un po’ fastidioso. Per il resto è andato tutto molto bene.

The property is in an excellent location, just minutes from the beach. It offers the use of free sunbeds around a 5 minute walk away on the beach. The property was also immaculately clean & staff were very friendly.

We didn’t dislike anything about this property. Rooms were basic, but we knew that. It would’ve benefited us having suitcase stands rather than wardrobe space.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Nostos Beach Hotel in Kamari! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and comfortable. The service was absolutely perfect – the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. Everything was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. You can really see that the hotel cares about its guests and their experience. The location is also excellent, just steps away from the beautiful beach and the lovely promenade in Kamari. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. We highly recommend Nostos Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Santorini! ❤️🇬🇷

Sul lungomare di Kamari non lontana dagli altri paesi, comoda non bisogna salire scendere come oia imerovigli ecc è proprio sul mare.

Dalle foto il bagno della camera almeno la mia sembrava più grande invece era minuscolo considerando che sia io che la mia compagna non siamo dei giganti per fortuna ma veramente piccolo troppo.

We had three rooms, and two of them had bathrooms with such small showers that taking a shower was almost impossible. As a result, we all used the shower in the one room that had clearly been renovated, which we were very dissatisfied with. The staff was very friendly and always available. The rooms are cleaned regularly, which is a big plus, but the photos of the accommodation looked different from what we actually received.

De sfeer, de dagelijkse schoonmaak en de lokatie aan het strand. Heel fijn dat we elke dag een schone handdoek mee konden nemen naar het strand en van gratis ligbedden gebruik komen maken. Busstation redelijk dichtbij, als ook apotheek en goede supermarkt.

Ho soggiornato al Nostos Beach Hotel a Santorini e posso dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero meravigliosa. L’hotel è in una posizione perfetta: direttamente sul mare e nel cuore di Kamari, con ristoranti, negozi, bar e tutto ciò che serve a pochi passi. È il luogo ideale per godersi una vacanza rilassante senza dover prendere l’auto. Tutto lo staff è stato estremamente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile, facendomi sentire come a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale va a George, che è stato davvero eccezionale. Era sempre all’ingresso dell’hotel, pronto ad aiutarmi con il sorriso. Mi ha dato tanti consigli su dove andare, cosa visitare e come muovermi a Santorini, rendendo il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L’ultimo giorno abbiamo fatto una lunga chiacchierata. Anche se io parlo italiano e francese e lui non li conosceva, siamo riusciti a comunicare grazie a Google Traduttore. È stato un momento molto bello che porterò con me. Abbiamo anche scambiato i numeri di telefono e sono felice di aver conosciuto una persona così gentile, disponibile e di grande cuore. Consiglio vivamente il Nostos Beach Hotel a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Santorini. L’unico piccolo suggerimento che mi sento di dare riguarda la spiaggia. Sarebbe ancora più bello se l’hotel avesse un lido attrezzato con lettini e ombrelloni, oppure un servizio bar o ristorante direttamente sulla spiaggia. Lo spazio di fronte al mare è molto bello e potrebbe offrire un valore aggiunto agli ospiti. Detto questo, è solo un consiglio per migliorare ulteriormente una struttura che mi è piaciuta tantissimo. Il mio soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole e tornerei volentieri in questo hotel.

Vriendelijk ontvangen. Ook de grote van de kamers, badkamer en de kwaliteit van de bedden was prima. Verder is de ligging van deze accommodatie prima. Aan het strand..

Echter hebben wij deze accommodatie geboekt op basis van eerdere aanwezige faciliteiten ( die per 2026) ineens niet meer aangeboden werden. Hier staat niets over bij de boeking en dus bij aankomst zeer teleurgesteld over het feit dan er geen ontbijt geserveerd kan worden. Sterker nog, de hele bar / keuken is buiten gebruik. Terras was volledig weg, geen ligbedden, parasols op het strandje voor het hotel. Geen mogelijkheid om s"avonds wat te drinken bij het hotel. Niets van dat alles. Ja, dat kan allemaal bij de buren wordt er dan gezegd. Maar ik heb heel veel geld betaald voor faciliteiten die er niet zijn. En dus inderdaad na 1 nacht het hotel ( geen hotel, maar nu dus alleen een logeeraanbieder) en naar de buren verhuisd. Echt heel jammer, want het ziet er verder heel mooi uit en ook de locatie is top..

A wonderful stay at Nostos Beach Hotel in Kamari. The location is excellent, right on the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sea just a few steps from the room. The view from balcony was absolutely beautiful and made every day special. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bars within walking distance, so everything you need is right nearby. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and would happily return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront vacation in Santorini.

The restaurant in front is closed and so there are no sun beds either. Where one can read online that hotel guest get discount in the restaurant and can use the sun beds free of charge is the reality unfortunately (currently July 2026) different.

It is a nice hotel. We were four pwrsons so we had two rooms. I highly recomand you to choose the one with balcony, because the others are so small, and the bed is not so confortable. But in the room eith balcony everything is perfect

Am fost in urmă cu 4 ani si a fost totul ok,terasă funcțională, cu servirea mesei,băuturi, acum este fix opusul,fără restaurant,fără bar,fără șezlonguri, seara beznă totală ! Am avut cameră twin,la parter,cu var umflat pe pereți, o baie foarte mică, vopsită gri închis,pereți coscoviti, frigider ruginit in cameră,mânere uși corodate! Concluzia...nu recomandăm!

Bardzo udany pobyt! Obiekt jest bardzo czysty, a pokój był codziennie dokładnie sprzątany. Świetna lokalizacja – blisko morza, sklepów, restauracji i barów, dzięki czemu wszystko było na wyciągnięcie ręki. Personel bardzo miły, uprzejmy i pomocny. Czuliśmy się tutaj komfortowo i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy ponownie. Zdecydowanie polecam!

La pos la posizione dell'hotel è veramente perfetta si esce e ci si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia. Nel centro turistico di kamari.

Purtroppo all'arrivo in hotel abbiamo visto che non aveva i lettini da spiaggia e gli ombrelloni come invece è raffigurato nelle immagini e nelle fotografie. Infatti proprio davanti all'hotel c'è un vuoto sulla spiaggia, immagino dove una volta c'erano gli ombrelloni

A nice hotel, right on the beach. The staff is very friendly, and communication is excellent. The room is small, with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. It's clean. Very easy to find.

L’emplacement face a la mer, proche des différents commerces et restaurants.

Les photos sont trompeuses, sur l’annonce il est présenté des transats sur la plage, réservé à l’hôtel et un restaurant avec des jolie plat. En réalité il n’y a aucun transats et pas de restaurant non plus. Dans notre première chambre, le mobilier était dégradé (pommeau de douche cassé, porte qui ne ferme pas). Il manque aussi certains éléments comme les supports pour savon et brosse à dent ou gel douche. À noter que les portes laissent également passer la lumière. Lorsque nous avons indiqué à la réception notre mauvaise surprise concernant l’absence de restaurant et de transat, celle-ci nous a indiqué qu’elle était impacté par la guerre en Ukraine. Pourtant, cet hôtel pratique les mêmes tarifs que les autres établissements.

Great location, friendly staff, supercomfy rooms with the added touch of a drying rack outside the bedroom for us beachgoers! To add to it, the inner yard was beautiful and gave a riviera vibe. Highly recommend.

The beach chairs were not setup when we were there, we had to use beach chairs from the neighboring restaurants.

Surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops. The beach is across the road. We were allowed a 3pm checkout at no extra charge which was an added bonus.

The bar/restaurant was closed and the sun beds weren’t out, because apparently it’s too early in the season?? (We were here mid June). We were unaware of this prior to coming, we had to pay for sunbeds at the places next door or lie on the rocks. Our hotel was the only one on the strip of beach which did not have the restaurant open and sun beds out. Also there was no cold water, which made showering difficult/dangerous. The staff were not very helpful when we asked for assistance with the water!

Świetna lokalizacja, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, w pierwszej połowie czerwca nie działała część restauracyjna więc było dość cicho i spokojnie. Pokój czysty, zadbany. Miły właściciel. Widok z pokoju na górę i morze :)

Душ гель и шампунь, не доливали, или правильно сказать, то есть он закончился, и больше его не приносили, а у меня бронь была на пять дней, а душ гель и шампунь только на один раз.

Ubicacion excelente, justo al frente de la playa- Y el host nos recomendó con un restaurante de al lado para poder tener reposeras y sombrillas gratis en la playa. La habitacion es muy amplia y cumple con todos los requisitos basicos.

Amazing beach front, sea view, sound of waves, great location - easy to move around the island with public transport. A lot of restaurants nearby, shops, whatever you need. Very beautiful and clean inside, cleaning every day if you want to.

It was a bit loud in the night due to party places around, but around 2-3 am it was totally quiet with only sounds of waves from the sea. The beach is a bit rocky, make sure to bring special swimming shoes.
