Sehr gepflegtes Hotel in einer ruhigen, aber dennoch sehr zentralen Lage. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, Erholen und Abschalten. Sehr familiär mit außerordentlich netten und guten Personal und Inhaber.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal und Manager. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit selbstgemachten Aufstrichen. Klasse, statt Masse. Hier wird SERViCE noch großgeschrieben. Kein Billigbuffet mit Fertigware vom Supermakt.Tolles Ambiente. Tolle zentrale Lage mit kurzem Fußweg in die Altstadt.

Leider empfanden wir das Zimmer etwas hellhörig und die Zimmertüren schließen etwas laut, wenn die Gäste nicht vorsichtig schließen.

Het hotel was perfect en we hebben er echt genoten van. Het was schoon, mooi gebouw, goed zwembad en de medewerkers waren enorm aardig. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en we zullen snel weer terugkomen volgend jaar. We willen de eigenaar Mustafa bedanken voor alles en de tips die je ons gaf. Ook vanuit mijn vader (ook Mustafa :-)) moet ik je bedanken voor alle fijne gesprekken.

This is a family run business, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location to the city center and the mini bus stop for Ilica Beach and Cesme are a short walk away. Everything is kept very clean.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Mitarbeiten mega nett. Es wurde immer geschaut, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Zudem sehr herzlicher Empfang.

Das einzige wonach geguckt werden sollte ist der Föhn, er hat komische Geräusche gemacht und nach Rauch gestunken. Sonst alles top!!

O hotel é pequeno,  bem localizado , fica a 10 minutos caminhando do ponto central , onde tem as lojas e restaurantes de Alaçati . O quarto que eu fiquei era  pequeno mas com tudo o que é necessário e muito limpo. Destaque para o atendimento e gentileza da equipe principalmente para o proprietário Mustafa . O café da manhã é delicioso

We had a great stay at Muse Alaçatı. My friend and I stayed in one of the suites for 5 nights and everything was very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious every morning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially with recommendations, beach clubs and arranging transportation. What stood out most was the hospitality. One night, late at night, I needed medical attention and the owner immediately arranged transportation to the hospital, made sure we had someone with us to help translate, and stayed in contact until we were safely back. He continued checking on me afterwards as well, which we really appreciated. We felt very safe and well taken care of throughout our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, nothing. We had a great experience from beginning to end.

Alaçatı merkeze yürüme mesafesinde, konumu gerçekten çok avantajlı. Odamız tertemizdi ve her detay özenle düşünülmüştü. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Kahvaltı ise hem çeşitlilik hem de lezzet açısından harikaydı. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz, Alaçatı’ya geldiğimizde kesinlikle tekrar konaklamayı düşünüyoruz. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz! Hollandadan selamlar!

It's a very cosy hotel that feels like staying in a family home. We loved everything about it. The room was excellent and super clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the owner, Mustafa, was very helpful and gave us many great recommendations. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the city centre. You can also park your car for free on the street right next to the hotel. We loved everything about this hotel and would love to come back again one day.

J’ai passé une excellente semaine dans cet hôtel et je ne peux que le recommander. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 6 ou 7 minutes à pied du centre-ville, tout en étant situé dans un quartier calme et sécurisé, ce qui est très appréciable. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. Ils prennent le temps de donner de bons conseils sur la ville et les activités à faire, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Petit point qui peut rassurer les futurs voyageurs : ne vous fiez pas aux images visibles sur certains plans ou sites internet. Elles ne sont pas à jour et montrent encore des travaux qui n’existent plus aujourd’hui. L’hôtel est propre, confortable et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait et y retournerions sans hésiter. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr stilvoll, äußerst gepflegt und makellos sauber. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, komfortabel und werden mit viel Liebe zum Detail sauber gehalten. Besonders in Erinnerung geblieben ist uns, wie wir nach einem langen Ausflug zurückkamen und unser Zimmer nicht nur perfekt gereinigt, sondern auch liebevoll vorbereitet war – mit frischen Handtüchern und einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit, die uns wirklich überrascht hat. Auch der Poolbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein und ist jederzeit in einem erstklassigen Zustand. An einem Nachmittag haben wir dort mehrere Stunden verbracht und wurden sogar spontan mit gekühlten Getränken versorgt – ein Service, der wirklich heraussticht. Das Hotel ist sowohl für Einzelreisende als auch für Paare oder Gruppen bestens geeignet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist zudem die sehr gute Lage – die Innenstadt von Alaçatı ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein echtes Highlight – frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit hochwertigen regionalen Produkten. Hier startet man perfekt in den Tag. Hervorheben möchte ich die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft. Hotelbesitzer Mustafa Bey und sein gesamtes Team, insbesondere Metin, Metehan und alle anderen Mitarbeiter, waren jederzeit herzlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und äußerst zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt sind die erstklassigen Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Attraktionen, Veranstaltungen und Events in und rund um Alaçatı. Das Team ist hervorragend vernetzt und gibt wertvolle Tipps, die den Urlaub noch schöner machen. Vielen Dank an Mustafa Bey und das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Sollten wir wieder nach Alaçatı reisen, wird unsere Wahl ohne zu zögern erneut auf das MUSE Alaçatı fallen.

Alles war super. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und wurden vom Personal sehr gut versorgt und unterstützt bei jeder Kleinigkeit. Alle waren super freundlich und haben ihr bestes gegeben, um alles so gut wie möglich für uns zu machen. Würde ich immer wieder weiterempfehlen. Frühstück war auch perfekt, von allem was dabei🙏🏽

Es war alles mehr wie perfekt gibt nichts negatives

Nous avons séjourner au Muse Alaçatı en couple, nous avons était séduits ! Le centre ville a 5min à pied en empruntant un petit passage plein d’olivier est vraiment le gros + de cette établissement. De meme le personnel est incroyable, Mustafa, le gérant, et Metin, employé, sont vraiment présent tout au long du séjour pour nous assurer un voyage parfait. Mustafa a su compléter grandement notre séjour grace a ses recommandations exceptionnelles et ses connaissances. Nous avons été surclassé, la chambre était tres sympa, ambiance bohème. Tres propre. La piscine n’étant pas trop grande se réchauffe bien avec le soleil! Et je fini sur le gros gros + , le petit dejeuner, excellent. Nous recommanderons cette hotel à nos proches.

The hotel looks very nice and cosy. It is in a similar style as the houses in Alacati. The pool is nice and has a good seating arrangement. The location is good and it is easily possible to walk to the center of Alicati. There is plenty of free parking available. The neighbourhood is quiet and we slept like babies. Upon arrival we were told not all rooms were booked so we received a free upgrade. The hotel is already reasonably priced compared to many other hotels in alacati but the free upgrade made the value extremely worth it. The room we actually booked was also good value and nice. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We received tea/coffee when we came back in the evening after dinner. The owner/manager speaks good English and is very helpful. The breakfast was among the nicest and most extensive we received during our visit in Turkiye. We highly enjoyed sitting at the terrace (in the sun or not) and enjoying it.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und unglaublich freundlich. Wir wurden bereits an der Tür herzlich empfangen und alles wurde schnell und unkompliziert erledigt. Die Lage ist top – man ist in wenigen Gehminuten in der Stadt und hat vor Ort die Möglichkeit, das Auto zu parkieren. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich mit Pişi, Börek, Spiegelei und allem, was man sich wünschen kann. Auch an einem regnerischen Morgen war das Personal stets bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The owners behavior & treatment - cold, rude, made us feel uncomfortable, very badly portraying Turkish hospitality Pool - super small and tight area, not enough sun-bed, struggling to find a space to enjoy the pool and sun, super slow musics which makes the day more depressing

We visited Muse Alaçatı in August, hoping for a relaxing day, but unfortunately, we couldn’t fully enjoy our time there. Despite arriving with expectations of comfort and service, there were no available sunbeds, which was very frustrating. There is 17 rooms but only 10 sunbed around the pool. For a place that presents itself as high-end, not being able to accommodate guests properly is disappointing. We left feeling let down, and sadly, this experience did not live up to the hype. I’d recommend checking ahead or considering other options if you're looking for a stress-free visit.

Horrible hospitality. Had much higher expectations from the hotel based on the photos and reviews, but was deeply disappointed. There was a list of “not allowed” things that made us uncomfortable and ruined the quality of our trip. We did not feel welcome by the owners of the hotel, and their treatment was quite unpleasant. The rooms and the hotel’s decor are nice, but that’s about it. Wouldn’t recommend Muse if you’re coming with a group of friends to have fun.

Es hat jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück gegeben, dies wurde einem einfach gebracht. Auf Wunsch etwas anderes zu bekommen reagierte das Personal eher unflexibel. Man musste immer um alles bitten. (Badetücher für den Pool, Frühstück,…)

We just spent three nights at the Muse Alaçatı Hotel. The hotel is really nice and the service is too. The room was very clean. We were close to the center of Alacati (10 minutes walking). The pool is beautiful! As the entire hotel, tastefully decorated. We were sad to leave! Many thanks again for the warm welcome.

Staying at Muse Alaçatı was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel is absolutely fenomenal - beautifully designed, cozy, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every little detail has been thoughtfully curated to make you feel at home. But what truly sets this place apart is Mustafa and his amazing team. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed not like hotel guests, but like we were visiting old friends. Whatever we needed, Mustafa was already one step ahead with suggestions and solutions. His warmth and hospitality made all the difference. The location is also perfect just a 5-minute walk from the charming old town of Alaçatı, but tucked away enough to offer peace, quiet, and pure relaxation. The pool area is a dream, and we often found ourselves unwinding there after exploring the town. If you’re looking for a place that combines style, comfort, and heart look no further. I can't recommend Muse Alaçatı enough. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Los propietarios y su personal a cargo son muy atentos y serviciales, llegamos antes del checking y en cuanto estuvo lista la habitación nos enviaron mensaje para poder ocuparla. El desayuno es delicioso y basto. La pasamos muy bien. Excelente espacio de descanso junto a la alberca. Lugar muy recomendable para pasar unos dias en Alaçiati.

Un très bon séjour dans cet hotel découvert sur internet, le personnel a toujours été à l'écoute et serviable. De plus, l'hotel est très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuse, pour ma part j'étais dans une chambre avec accès direct à la piscine. Je vous recommande fortement cette hotel. Enfin, j'aimerai remercier le gérant pour son service irréprochable et toujours à l'écoute pour mes demandes. Merci pour tout.

The Muse Alacati’s staff, especially Mustafa bey was very friendly, gave us plenty of advice to organise our trip in Alacati, Cesme and Izmir. The room, pool and overall place was vert tidy and pleasing.

Muse Alaçatı’da geçirdiğimiz 5 günlük konaklama gerçekten harikaydı! Otele adım attığımız andan itibaren, sıcak ve samimi bir atmosferle karşılandık. Çevredeki sakinlik ve sessizlik tüm yorgunluğumuzu aldı. Odanın ve işletmenin dekorasyonu çok şıktı, ama asıl güzel olan şey, burada kendimizi evimizde/yazlığımızda gibi hissetmemizdi. Alaçatı’nın tamamen gelir odaklı işletmecilerinin yanında misafir odaklı bir işletme bulmuş olmak çok güzel. Bahçede vakit geçirmeyi çok sevdik; tamamen taze ve sağlıklı bir kahvaltıdan sonra bir kahve içmek için mükemmel bir alan. Havuz başında geçirdiğimiz saatler ise bize gerçek bir tatil keyfi sundu. Personel gerçekten çok ilgili ve cana yakındı, ihtiyaçlarımızla ilgilendiler ve her şeyin yolunda gitmesini sağladılar. Alaçatı bölgesinde karşılaştığım güven veren ve samimi tek işletme diyebilirim. Alaçatı’nın merkezine olan yakınlığı da büyük avantaj oldu; birçok yere 5-10 dakikalık mesafede. Her şey çok rahat ve eğlenceliydi, kendimizi çok iyi hissettik. Muse Alaçatı, rahatlamak ve keyifli bir tatil yapmak isteyenler için harika bir seçim. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer! Ankara'dan selamlar :) tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.

We had the best stay here and didn’t want to leave! The accommodation is well appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout. They have a communal pool and lounge area which is an excellent way to spend a day in the sunshine. They have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide selection of Turkish breakfast mezes. They also have a food and drink menu available throughout the day. The hotel is in a quiet residential area, only a very short stroll into the town where there’s a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants. It’s also only a short walk to the main road where you can pick up taxis or catch the minibuses to the beaches and surrounding areas. We had a hire car and there was plenty of parking by the hotel. The staff at Muse are brilliant, really friendly and kind and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. We had such a relaxing stay, thank you!

Das Hotepersonal als auch die Inhaber, waren sehr freundlich und familiär, was dazu geführt hat das wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Interior ist im wunderschönen Boheme Stil und die Sauberkeit war ebenso sehr zufriedenstellend. Das morgendliche Frühstück haben wir sehr genossen, alles sehr frisch und delikat. Ganz allgemein gesagt, können wir das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns hoffentlich bald wieder im Muse hausieren zu können❤️

The moment we booked, hotel contacted us to make sure we have transport or parking if we are coming by car. Once we reached to hotel we were welcomed warmly and checked in quickly. Mr. Mustafa( owner) taking care of more or less everything from guest satisfaction to cleanliness of facilities. Rooms are great, breakfast is exceptional. If you are planning to visit Alacati consider this hotel as one of the best location. It's silent and cozy near hotel with beautiful pool side, city center is 300 meters away and most of the famous beach clubs are 10-15 mins drive from Hotel. It was great.

The owners and caretakers were very welcoming - they treated us like family. Daily breakfast was the traditional Turkish breakfast, which practically means a feast. The location was also very convenient, a walking distance to the restaurants and the public beach (Ilica) was a 10 minute drive.

Amazing little find, went to visit alcati and stumbled across this beautiful place-we had the two rooms by the pool, sat there during the day chatting and walked down the road to the village in the evenings. It is a family run hotel and they are fabulous people, they will do anything for you and breakfast is wonderful, home made marmalades by his mother were gorgeous, love a Turkish breakfast and this did not disappoint, anything you need just ask. The rooms are very clean and just fabulous, we will be back next time
