Уютный семейный отель с очень приветливыми и гостеприимными хозяевами. Угур и Наталья делают все, чтобы вы чувствовали себя как дома. Можно общаться на русском и английском. Номера оформлены в средиземноморском стиле, хозяйка и сама рисует картины, которые украшают стены. Много всяких милых мелочей и украшений, уютных уголков для посиделок, хотя территория и небольшая. Завтрак и пятичасовой чай - выше всяких похвал, все домашнее - выпечка, джемы. Наталья давала много полезных советов куда съездить на пляж, что посмотреть в окрестностях, в какие рестораны сходить. Сам город просто очаровательный, напомнил прованские деревни. Пешеходный центр близко, буквально через дорогу - и тут уж на любой вкус и магазинчики, и арт галереи и бары и кафе с ресторанами. В 200 метрах от отеля маленький Migros Jet, аптека, магазин с овощами и фруктами. Очень хотим вернуться!

Great location and friendly staff. Close to Alacati town centre and next to public transportation to get to the beach and Cesme.

Локацията е отлична, буквално сте в центъра, на около 300 метра, а в същото време е тихо и спокойно. Домакините са изключително любезни и учтиви! Закуската е много добра! Много чисто навсякъде, стая, баня и тоалетна също! Горещо препоръчвам

Все отлично как всегда. 2 раз там проживаю с семьёй. Был там 3 года назад все прекрасно как прошлый раз. Отличные хозяева делают все чтоб гостям было комфортно.

Alaçatı merkeze yakın Uğur Bey ve eşi tarafından işletilen güzel butik bir otel. Konumu ve olanakları ile Alaçatı’ya yolu düşenlere öneririm. Hem otel sahipleri hem de çalışanlar saygılı ve yardımseverdi.

Nell’hotel si respira una atmosfera rilassata e piacevolissima, veramente super per chi viene da queste parti. Colazione (buonissima, prodotti locali variegati), posizione ottima per passeggiare per centro e come base per escursioni nella penisola, parcheggio sempre trovato davanti, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, piscina confortevole e ben servita.

Prezzo alto, per quanto in linea con prezzi stellari del paese e con il numero limitato delle stanze. Orario l per la colazione (apre alle ore 9), che limita un po’ l’organizzazione della mattinata;

Sublime petit hôtel très bien placé dans Alaçati, au calme tout en étant proche du joli petit centre. Petit déjeuner excellent, hôtel très bien décoré, chambre spacieuse et propre. Literie parfaite. L’hôte est très accueillant et d’excellents conseils. Et pour finir très belle piscine !! Je recommande fortement !

Hôtel extrêmement bien situé dans un quartier très calme et pourtant à quelques minutes à pied de l'animation. Chambres spacieuses, jardin très agréable, excellent petit-déjeuner et équipe charmante.

We wanted to stay in a quiet peaceful place with good location and we are so happy we choosen Fora Konak..Room was very clean with good design,bed was so comfortable.We had one of the best sleeps followed by amazing breakfast with pool and lovey green area view.Definitely recommend

They treat you like family! Breakfast excellent. Quiet, homey and serene. Perfect for a rest stop...Alacati is charming as is Cesme. Recommend! (many places I stayed traveling around Turkey were disappointing, but not Fora Konak).

Alaçatı merkezde heryere yürüyüş mesafesinde harika bi otel. Bu kadar merkezde olmasına rağmen sessiz olması da ayrıca iyi oldu. Çocuklu ve çocuksuz ailelerin tercih edebileceği bir oteldi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Hergün ayrı sürprizlerin olduğu kahvaltısı da mükemmeldi. Çok güzel bir aile işletmesi. Fiyatına göre hizmet harika. Fırsat buldukça gideceğiz. İşletme sahibi Uğur bey ve ailesine çok tşk ederiz

fantastic location, very friendly personal, fast actions, great breakfast. very nice swimming pool. walking disctance to the center of Alacati, Cesme is only 8 min drive. also very close to the nice beaches around. Hotel is also offering some food for lunch or dinner. very good quality, freshly prepared and tasting very good. I would go there again. Thanks to all personal and also the owner family Natalia and Ugur Kizmaz. :)

Manager - great guy, very polite, friendly and helpful..... Location - perfect. It is 3 min walk to everywhere Swimming pool: perfect. clean. good size. nice water.

We were located in the older block which was not very impressive but would not make a big problem. We had a bit of issue with power as for 24 hour AC was unavailable which was very bad situation and it was a bad experience but I suppose this was the city issue and the hotel could not do much. They tried to help us tho and again the manager did his best.

Highly recommend this hotel. So much communal space. The pool is big and so is the garden space. Staff are friendly and attentive. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close to transport and to the main hub of Alacati. Aircon in the rooms are great and so is the shower. We stayed in the standard room.

The owners and staff are very welcoming and kind. The place is clean and feels like a family home.

Too much smoking by guests in different parts of the garden -- it was hard to escape the smoke with our little children. It would be good if the owners can ensure that smoking only happens in designated areas.

Property was amazing and husband and wife combo were super helpful and accommodating! The property was a short walk from all the action in downtown Alacati. Breakfast and tea time were a nice touch as well. I would definitely stay at Fora Konak again and highly recommend it!

The hotel is excellent, quiet, comfortable and cozy! The staff is friendly and helpful, caring for the guests! Breakfast is delicious and variety, there are afternoon tea and café with cakes, whish is very kindly! I exactly recommend you "Fora Кonak"!

4 Arkadaş bu evde çok güzel bir hafta geçirdik. Konumu itibariyle merkeze çok yakın olmasından ve muazzam manzarayla beraber sakin bir mahallede olmasından çok memnun kaldık. Enver beye ilgisi ve yardımlarından dolayı ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Gelecek de, eğer tatil tercihim bodrum da bir evden yana olursa, mutlaka tekrar gelmek isterim.

Hotel is located in a nice area, around lots of restaurants and bars. Many things to do around. Very friendly staff, had the privilege to meet the owners very warm hearted people. I’m very picky with places to stay nevertheless i have to say i will be returning for sure.

The location is amazing, walking distance to the center and the Souk and 10min by car to the beach. Great staff, neat rooms, ugur was a great host. Amazing experience and i will for sure come back again and recommend it.

Sehr schönes Hotel in Familienführung. Sehr saubere Zimmer und angenehme Gäste. Die Betten waren leider sehr hart und das W-LAN nicht überall verfügbar. Alles in allem aber dennoch Top!

Everyone was very nice, room was clean, Ugur Bey even changed our booking and reduced the price with a short notice ! Delicious Turkish breakfast, clean pool. You cannot ask for a better location. It is right at the beginning of the carsi/center. It’s 2 minutes from the entrance of the center.

Wifi could be a little better/faster and the tv screen is very small.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und in 5 min.ist man in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und werden täglich gereinigt.Die gesamte Anlage ist super gepflegt. Für Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hat alle Wünsche erfüllt.

Hotel hem çarşıya hem minibüs ve otobüs duraklarına çok yakın. Gayet temiz bir hotel. Ücretsiz kahvaltısı çok güzel. Ayrıca 5 çayı ve kek ikramları var. Başta Uğur Bey olmak üzere tüm çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Tek eksik yanı hotelin, ses yalıtımı pek kuvvetli değil diğer odalardan su ve kapı açma sesleri gelebiliyor. Biz bu duruma pek takılmadık. Alaçatı’ya tekrar gittiğimizde yine tercih edeceğimiz bir hotel

Fora Konak çift olarak ya da arkadaşlarıyla tatil planlayan herkese kesinlikle önerebileceğim bir butik otel. Öncelikle konumu harika; alaçatı çarşısı ve değirmenlere kısa bir yürüme mesafesinde, aynı zamanda hengameden uzak huzurlu bir lokasyon. Araçsız gidenler için minibüs ve durakları da çok yakın. Odalar, kahvaltı alanı, havuz, lobi kısacası her taraf tertemiz. En güzel kısmı ise çalışanlar; herkes çok sıcakkanlı ve yardımsever, konaklamanızın en iyi şekilde geçmesi için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar, çevreyle ilgili harika tavsiyeler veriyorlar. Tatilimizi çok daha keyifli hale getirdiler.

Family run hotel. Great free traditional Turkish breakfast including. Amazing omelette. The place is great. Very close to town. Just across the street. Easy walking distance to everything. Very nice backyard with pool. The room was big and comfortable. You have to remember these are small family run boutique hotels. This isn’t to be compared to the four seasons. For what this is. I’m very happy. Clean comfortable. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is awesome. I highly recommend this place

Koyicine bu kadar yakin olmasina ragmen kalabaliktan uzak, sessiz sakin tertemiz bir otel. Calisanlar guleryuzlu, kahvalti cok guzel ve odalar konforlu. Ugur Bey’e tesekkur ederiz bize bu kadar kaliteli bir deneyim yasattigi icin.

Die unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen um das zentrum zu fuss zu erreichen (ca. 3-5 min.) Uğur bey war sehr hifreich und hat uns gute tipps gegeben.

Otel merkeze çok yakın, temiz ve kahvaltısı oldukça güzeldi. Çevresi sessiz ve huzurlu, otel sahipleri oldukça güler yüzlü ve misafirperverdi.

Dies war mein erster Aufenthalt in einem Boutique Hotel daher waren wir umso neugieriger was uns erwartet und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es war wirklich sehr sauber und die Räume sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns jeden Morgen aufs neue auf das Frühstück gefreut weil es wirklich sehr lecker war und die Besitzer und Ugur sind wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Wir haben auch viel Zeit am Pool verbracht weil wir die Ruhe dort so genossen haben. Ein kleines highlight war auch der Tee und der Kuchen jeden Nachmittag. Ich werde das nächste mal in Alaçatı auch mit Sicherheit dort verbringen weil es wirklich sehr schön war.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral gelegen, Strände sehr gut erreichbar.

We had a great stay at Fora Konak! It’s a small hotel right across the Main Street from the pedestrian area with restaraunts, art galleries, etc. We were greeted by the owners who are there most of the time and the staff was helpful and friendly. They have a great swimming pool and a delicious Turkish breakfast every morning, and the hosts were helpful with directions and planning. Every beach was within a 16 minute drive, and most of them even closer to 10 minutes. If you want to be within a few minutes of food and drink, and close to the beach, we would highly recommend Fora Konak.

Everything was good, and everybody is so kind. I am happy that I stayed there.

Meine Tochter und ich waren Anfang Mai für einige Tage im Fora Konak Hotel, welches zentral aber trotzdem ruhig liegt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Inhaber Uğur und Nataly waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit weshalb wir gerne wiederkommen werden!

Ugur and Natalie are fantastic hosts and the house is truly beautiful and cosy.

This hotel was fantastic . The owners do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The grounds , the room everything was clean and beautiful. Location is great to walk into town and to catch the bus to go to other areas. We would definitely go back!

Lovely stay in Fora Konak. A modern, but modestly sized, hotel, with a lovely pool in the back garden. Breakfast was very large and beautifully served. We were served an excellent tea and cakes on arrival. We would definitely go back. Tea / coffee making facilities in the room would have been good.

This is the cleanest property I've ever stayed in. There are 8 rooms, and absolutely all of them are large. You are across the street from the popular Alacati pedestrian area. The breakfast is unbeatable and absolutely everything except the fresh cheese is made by the owners. She also makes a hot plate every morning that is constantly changing so you never get bored. And can pretty much accommodate any food need including a fresh omelette for our children. They are very health conscious which made for a far superior breakfast experience. Upon leaving, I forgot an electronic at the hotel which they kindly offered to fedex me. Really unbelievable place (the husband is an engineer so I think he took great care in the design). Best place to stay.

In a very quiet area just 2 minutes walk from the city center, very nice boutique kind hotel with just a few rooms, beautifully groomed garden and pool, breakfast really good and healthy, staff and owners very pleasant.
