Comfortable, quiet, and clean; the rooms are well-equipped, and the area has good connections to the city center and the airport. It’s everything I look for.

Muy cómodo, tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia de algunos días. Una cocina que permite prepararte desayunos y algunas comidas. Barrio agradable y tranquilo. Café y agua disponible todo el día. Gimnasio y metegol que no utilizamos pero está bueno. Si vas en auto tiene parking privado, aunque un poco caro. Hay lugares cercanos para comer.

Aunque la zona es agradable es un poco alejado del centro. Hay transporte público aunque se puede ir caminando y paseando por la zona. El transporte público nos resultó caro.

Tesisin ulaşmı çok kolaydı. Havaalanından terminal 1 den s-bahna inip( bilet makinesinde türkçe opsiyonu mevcut) , Lübecker Straße durağında iniyoruz.5-10 dakikalık bir yürüme mesafesi mevcut. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili ve güleryüzlü, odadaki eşyalar çok yeni ve çok zevkli. Son derece temiz bir odada konakladık.

Oda beklediğimden küçüktü ama keyifli bir konaklama oldu.

الغرفة لايوجد فيها تكييف فقط نظام تهوية ، ولاحظت وجود الكثير من البعوض مما افسد علي اقامتي ولم استطع النوم براحة ، تعرضنا لقرص البعوض بشكل كبير الغرفة نفسها مافيها شاي وقهوة لكن اذا بغيت لازم آخذ كوب من غرفتي و انزل تحت عشان اشرب

The view from my window - it is of an abandoned old buildings, looks very gloomy and unkept.

Location was good, close to metro and main city area. Rooms were clean, very good kitchen area. Breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel with a cosy atmosphere, feels like at home. There is a large common area for relaxing, coffee etc... Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a self-service laundry. The staff is nice and helpful.

Amazing location, huge rooms for the price. Perfect sound isolation. There are subway stations for lines U1 and U3 within 10 minutes of walking.

The AC turning on and off is a bit loud. The fridge didn't work at first but it was fixed in 5 minutes when I mentioned it at the reception

We were at Eurofurence30 and it was an absolutely amazing stay for the price. We had all the appliance we could ask for (even though I wish we had more like a scale for food, a wooden spoon or other kitchen appliance). Overall the best experience for a smaller budget whilst also keeping the comfort of having your own little studio. You can also ask the reception for some other things to use temporerally (vacuum, mops, iron & table, cooking machines,...)

Shortish walk in a leafy avenue then next to a lake to get to the old town. Apart Hotel is set back from the road. Room was spacious enough. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Small shelves/fridges of food & drinks on sale in reception

Lovely room in a great location.

The thermostat was set to 24° and couldn't be altered. It was too hot and uncomfortable at night.

Beautiful location close to the lake our apartment was very comfortable, check in was easy and breakfasts were well organised, with a great choice of food.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous passons par cet hôtel. L'ambiance y est familiale, les chambres sont très pratiques, les lits confortables et l'hôtel est assez tranquille. On y est proche du métro, ce qui est très pratique pour rejoindre le centre-ville. La table de ping-pong et le baby foot sont un vrai plus pour les enfants!

Le studio pour 2 personnes était très confortable et bien équipé. La salle commune est très pratique pour descendre manger le soir. Nous n'avions pas pris le petit-déjeuner inclus. Un supermarché se trouve à proximité ainsi que la station de métro qui permet d'atteindre le centre-ville rapidement. Le quartier était très calme. Je recommande ce logement pour profiter de la ville tout en se reposant :)

Ideal para estancias breves con familia esta muy bien ubicado apenas a 200 m de una parada de metro que te conecta con todo Hamburgo y a dos paradas de la estación central del tren. Super limpio silencioso el personal amabilísimo y con un montón de cosas gratis puesto que al ser un apartahotel con cocina suelen necesitarse cosas que luego sobran de modo que ellos te proporcionan de manera gratis la sal el azúcar el aceite el vinagre y el ketchup y también en la recepción tienen té y zumos y fruta gratis. Las instalaciones comunes del apartahotel están genial el ambiente entre los huéspedes es muy bueno y te permiten dejar el equipaje si quieres darte una vuelta antes después del cheking. La estancia del apartahotel no es demasiado grande pero para un par de días o tres es suficiente te dan toallas extras si quieres almohadas y tiene bastante homenaje para cocinar cubiertos platos vasos tazas sartenes ollas microondas y luego en la zona común pueded coger prestado gratuitamente tostadores planchas, ollas Express, etcétera Estuvimos en verano hacía mucho calor y el aire acondicionado funcionaba estupendamente vigilamos que también la calefacción y el seca toallas.

Por decir algo y porque soy muy especialito el colchón de la cama de matrimonio para mi gusto era muy blando y en mi opinión al baño le faltaban más colgadores para toallas o estanterías para su uso para cuatro personas.

El personal es muy simpático y servicial. Sobretodo los que están trabajando en el comedor durante los desayunos.

No recuerdo nada que no me gustase o que me hubiera hecho estar disconforme.

It is a perfect place for 1 night, we did not spend more in the city. The location is good, the breakfast is perfect. The staff is kind and helpful.

There are only limited parking places, for us was not available we parked in the street. Thanks God, there was free space available close to the hotel.

Für unseren Kurztrip war das Zimmer ideal. Die kleine Küchenzeile machte uns das Selbstversorgen möglich. Zur U- und S-Bahn war es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Wir konnten problemlos eher einchecken.

A hotelben nagyon barátságos, segítőkész személyzet fogadott minket. A kávé- és a teafogyasztás ingyenes volt végig az ott tartózkodásunk ideje alatt,a fitneszterem is egész nap gratis használható volt. A szoba teljes mértékben felszerelt volt és tiszta,rendezett. Egy komplett apartman volt,tökéletesen megfelelő méretben,kényelemben két személy részére. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, ár-érték arányban is jó választás volt. A közelben több élelmiszerbolt is van. A belváros a szállástól könnyen,gyorsan elérhető volt tömegközlekedéssel,az U1 és az U3 metró Lübeckerstrasse állomása nagyon közel volt a hotelhez.

Great service, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy, safe parking in a parking garage, actually they offer a lot more than we expected from an aparthotel - 24h reception, amazing breakfast, coffee, tea, water available 24h free of charge in the lobby, kids pay area, stuffed with games and toys, library where guests can borrow all kinds of household items for their rooms, there also is a well equipped gym. Our room was clean, had a little kitchenette and modern furniture, room and bathroom were a little bit on the smaller side but absolutely okay for 3, for a few days. Our room didn't have a/c, however, there was an effective ventilation system that worked great at 30°C !! From the hotel's location to the beautiful Alster lake recreational area it is less than a 15 minute walk.

Die Nähe zur Aussenalster ist schön. Dadurch, dass das Hotel quasi im Hinterhof liegt, ist es sehr ruhig, wir konnten sogar mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Gratis Wasser und Kaffee sind sehr praktisch.

Gute Lage, das Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht. Die Ausstattung wirkt modern und die Gemeinschaftsräume waren ein netter Zusatz. Im Foyer gab es Wasser mit Früchten.

Die Küchenutensilien waren fast alle dreckig, fettige Pfannen, verklebtes Geschirr und schlierige Gläser. Das sollte zwischen einzelnen Aufenthalten gereinigt werden. Die Unterkunft ist eher klein und gerade beim Kochen und Essen muss man schauen, wo für was Platz ist.

Soba je bila ugodna, čista, opremljena, klima podešena na dobru temperaturu. Sve je bilo super! Hotel je na izvrsnoj lokaciji, pješke se može do centra, a u blizini su i dvije stanice U-Bahna i ostalih sadržaja.

Værelset var lidt småt til 4 personer, havde man kun været 2 havde det været perfekt.

Der an sich tolle Kinderbereich neben dem Frühstücksraum bräuchte eine kleine Investition (Blätter zum Malen, Bücher für grössere Kinder).

Die Unterkunft ist absolut hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet alles an Geschirr was man braucht. Und was nicht auf dem Zimmer ist kann man sich leihen, wie zum Beispiel einen Toaster. Es gibt 24/7 guten Kaffee. Man kann sich auch Wasser aufsprudeln. Es gibt viele Spiele zu leihen. Außerdem kann man Kickern und Tischtennis spielen. Ich war bereits in einigen Hotels aber derartigen Service sieht man sehr sehr selten in dieser preiskategorie.

Hotel wybrany ze względu na chorobę córki (celiakia) - zaważył dostęp do kuchni. Nie korzystałam ze śniadania. Hotel w bliskiej odległości od metra. Blisko do jeziora i do ścieżki biegowej dokoła jeziora. Kawa i herbata dostępna w automacie całą dobę (bezpłatnie) - akurat nie korzystałam bo miałam ze sobą. Ok 700 m od hotelu sklep REWE bardzo bardzo dobrze wyposażony. "Aneks" kuchenny wyposażony w nową gąbkę, ścierkę, płyn do mycia naczyń i zmywarkę.

Z uwagi na pobyt 3 osób korzystaliśmy z dostawki - która była centralnie przy drzwiach toalety. Czyli śpi się pod drzwiami toalety. Bardzo, bardzo to niekomfortowe wręcz ... nie do przyjęcia. Ze zmywarki nie korzystałam ale po wejściu do pokoju zmywarka pracowała. Poszliśmy na spacer i po 2-3 godzinach jak wróciliśmy nadal pracowała. Chyba była niesprawna.

Wirklich sehr nettes Personal, das Zimmer war auch super für uns und unsere zwei Hunde. Direkt in der Nähe ist außerdem die U-Bahn, sodass man sehr schnell in der Stadt ist. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Bardzo pomocna i życzliwa obsługa. Pokój wygodny, z aneksem kuchennym, wyposażony w podstawowe naczynia i garnki. Ładnie i przytulnie zorganizowana część wspólna. Czyste korytarze. Możliwość skorzystania z darmowej kawy, herbaty, wody przez cały czas trwania pobytu.

The location of the hotel is great: a few hundred meters from the metro stop which is 2 stops away from the central train station. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast had a great selection. I enjoyed that on the weekend, the breakfast was available until 11am. My room was spacious and comfortable. The free wifi had a good speed.

While I was generally happy with the hotel, I would have two comments / suggestions. It would be useful to have a bedside lamp which could be used if only a small amount of light is required. In my room the only choices were either to keep the ceiling light on or switch the one in the hall / bathroom on. While the free wifi was fast, it required no password, and so was less safe than a password protected one. Luckily I had my VPN, so felt safe, but it could be useful to look into updating the wifi to password protected?

Teuer für eine Einzelperson

Das Hotel ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß von Hamburg Hbf erreichbar, und der Weg ist sehr einfach. es gibt aber auch 2 U-Bahnstationen in fast unmittelbarer Nähe. Der HH-Verkehrsverein macht es einem Besucher einfach, mit preiswerten Tageskarten o.ä., sich mit ÖPNV in der Stadt zu bewegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel bietet diverse kleine schöne Gastfreundlichkeiten wie Zitronenwasser und geschnittenes Obst zur Selbstbedienung in der Lobby, auch Kaffee und Tee zur Selbstbedienung im Speiseraum (Frühstücksraum). Der Fitnessraum ist klein aber sehr angenehm und ständig geöffnet. Das Zimmer war groß genug und bequem. Zurückgesetzt von der Straße, sehr ruhig.

Kleiner Nachteil: In der Nähe gibt es keine gute Esslokale, nur Fast-food. Man muss abends also planen (insbesondere bei schlechtem Wetter!). Tagsüber sind ein paar Cafés und Bäckereien geöffnet.

Die Benützung der Treppe ist umständlich, man geht davon aus dass jeder den Aufzug benützt.

The room was large enough and it had a fully equipped kitchen. The highlight of the hotel was that in the lobby there is a shared space from where you could borrow anything that you might need from a mixer, coffee dripper, all sizes of pans and pots, to even a hair straightener or curling iron. Another great add-on was the free filtered or sparkling water and coffee, tea or hot chocolate. The breakfast selection was quite diverse and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Just off the main road so quiet, complimentary water coffee tea gym and games. The hotel was clean and the room was well appointed too.

The fridge was a bit noisy

Very clean and comfortable aparthotel in an excellent location, with the Lübecker Straße metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Hamburg. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Everything was well maintained and the overall experience was excellent. The only downside was the relatively high price of the breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and wel decorated. Tge staff was kind and the location was very practical.

The breakfast was very expensive (cost more for one person and 1 morning than all our groceries for the whole stay). The pillows are very thin.
