Everything! the unit is spacious and very comfy with a jacuzzi included, the view is beautiful with direct access to the lagoon the beach is a short walk away, the staff is very friendly and helpful

No room service, there were insects and gecko in the bed room , no tea or coffee in the room , there weren't toilet papers , overall the team wasnot helpful and didnot serve us by anymeans we did everything even the basket noone come to clean it

My stay was a complete disappointment. The room was not ready on time and was filthy upon check-in. The service was terrible, and the hygiene level was zero. The towels were stained and dirty. There were also flies and spiders in the room. I checked out the next morning because the hotel did not live up to its five-star rating. The photos online are very misleading.

Very bad hotel, with no service at all, unqualified reception, rooms without enough towels, and a poor breakfast without even basic cutlery. It doesn’t deserve more than two stars and is completely run-down.

Staff are very polite.

Actually booking.com cheated me claiming that this is a five star hotel. It is not a five star hotel it is a not rated small motel, no restaurant, no lobby, No facilities, no Gym, etc. Dirty beach, dirty smells, broken toilets, uncomfortable beds, very poor and inadequate breakfast. I was a victim of booking.com and I decided not to rely on it again.

الدخول للشاطئ العام كانت سلسه وسهله منطقة هادية ومناسبه للتأمل جلسات خارجه مهيئه للدخول

عدم وجود مواصلات كافيه االإزعاج من مسؤولين البوابه عند الدخول والخروج من بوابة مارينا لطلبهم معلومات غير واضحه في كل مره كانت زيارتنا متعبه عند دخولنا وخرجنا لهذا السبب

الموقع ممتاز والخدمات جيدة و المطعم جيد جدًا وأسعاره معقوله أكثر شيء رائع ان الحجز يشمل الحق في الدخول الى شاطئ La femme الرائع وهو قريب جدًا من الفندق كانت رحله رائعة وجيدة مع بناتي ويكفي الشعور بالأمان والراحة والهدوء و استعداد الجميع لتقديم الخدمة والمساعدة

للأسف شبكة الانترنت ضعيفة جدًا رغم محاولة الموظفين حل هذه المشكلة ولكنها بقيت ضعيفة

لا يوجد ادارة محترفة للمكان - لا يوجد اهتمام بالصيانة - الحمامات سيئة والشاور لحجم طفل صغير - لا يوجد مطعم والافطار بالغرف وكل ٣ افراد لهم وجبات بطبق واحد !!!!!! - الاستاف متعاون لكن يحتاج تدريب وتأهيل الادارة مقصرة للغاية في حق المكان

Showers not working.water very slow in peak hours, tv not working, filthy furniture, place need complete repair and upgrade surprised the manger a at the check out , agreed with me based on this they charge 5 stars price which hardly I give them 2 stars place very bad experience for the $600 a night

• The location was convenient and included access to the Golden Palace Hotel’s beach. • The room was spacious and offered a pleasant lake view.

• The hotel operated under a different name than listed on Booking.com (Blue Ocean vs. Golden Ocean Marina), which caused confusion at check-in. • The room was poorly maintained and had an insect problem. • Furniture was outdated. • The bathroom needed urgent repairs, particularly a non-draining sink. • Air conditioning units were old and noisy, reducing comfort. • Wi-Fi was unreliable and too slow to be usable. • Breakfast was served in-room instead of an open buffet and was of low quality. • The stay felt overpriced given the overall experience. • Checkout was uncomfortable, with staff inspecting the room in a way that seemed aimed at finding extra charges.

Nichts. Null Sauberkeit, sehr billige altmodischen Möbel, schlechtes Essen, ich habe Durchfall gehabt.

Unhegenische 1 Stern motel

- Breakfast is from 9 - 12 ( in-room not open buffet ) , which is much better than the usual 7-10 in all other hotels - Suite is large enough for a medium family stay.

- Breakfast and bed only , no option for H.B or open buffet. - Accessing the lake directly from the room is little bit risky especially with children. - The lake is rocky you need to wear something otherwise your feet will get hurt , the main beach on the other direction is fine . - No activities

Suites are spacious but needs more of maintenance Hotel has limited varieties Water/beach area in front of the suite is a plus but rocky at beginning and needs more attention

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the beach. The property was clean and comfortable with breathtaking views. The staff were attentive and exceeded our expectations. They offered their help when needed and ensured we were comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was great, with a lot of options to pick from. Overall, a great stay and we will be back!

The WiFi wasn’t stable at times but this wasn’t too much of an issue

واتساب و تليفون محدش بيرد و اضطريت احجز بفرق 3000 جنيه اونلاين و هو اصلا سعره العادي غالي جدا. بحر و بسين في مكان آخر قذر جدا مقعدتش في 5 دقايق. مياه سخنه السخان بايظ و اتصلح الساعه 10 بلبل بعد اصلا ما اخدنا دش بمياه بارده، جاكوزي قديم جدا و قذر و متهالك ولا استخدمناه، ستاف غير محترف في اي شئ. سراير فرديه صغيره جدا متكفيش طفل صغير، شاور ضيق جدا، سعر مبالغ في جدا علي الخدمة المقدمه. اللي يدفع المبلغ ده المفروض قدامه يلاقي خدمه و إمكانيات اعلي من كده بكتير لا يرقي حتي الي مستوي 3 نجوم.

لايوجد فرشاة اسنان لايوجد أحذية حمام وتم الطلب اعطونا 3 ونحن خمسة يلزم نظافة الجناح اكثر السعر كبير جدا يسمح بدخول الساعه 3 عصرا والخروج 12 ظهرا المطعم الساعه 9 صباحا فطور متواضع الشاطى يفتح الساعه 9 ارضيات الجناح بلاط قابل للانزلاق بسبب المسبح يوجد تهالك في الاثاث و في بانيوا الحمام واعمدة البناء تحت الجناح والجدران من الخارج لايوجد مراوح شفط للحمامات

Cleaning and hygiene is sooo bad and lazy and dirty cleaning they are acting that they clean🤮 Breakfast is hopeless very bad taste and every day same menu It is good for 1 night stay only to enjoy the view although mosquto and flies will bother you in the balcony

الموقع جميل 🤩 وفيه شاطيء ثاني غير اللي عليه السكن يكون مفتوح على البحر المتوسط نظييييف جداً ومسبح خاص بالنص وشاطيء خاص للنساء كذلك وكل هذا مع السكن طبعاً والفطور متنوع عندهم نوعين من الفطور فطور امريكي وشرقي صراحه جميل لكن اكيد عمر الفندق له دور اعتقد خلال سنه المفروض يتم التجديد لكن يشفع له الخدمات اللي فيه وموقعه في مارينا 5 وكثير احتياجات حولك ما تحتاج تروح بعيد اخر يوم الجاكوزي الخاص بالشاليه للاسف ما اشتغل لكن عادي كانوا لطيفين وودوديين وهذا المهم

اعتقد يحتاج تجديد وضروري لان موقعه مميز وحرام ما يتم تجديده

الإفطار سيئ جدا ، عصير البرتقال حامض وتالف وسبب تسمم لاحد أفراد العائله ، العامل في الkitchen منتهي قلة الذوق (محمود) في الردود وتم الشكوي لمديره الاثاث في الغرفه قديم جدا ومتهالك وقضينا اول يوم في طلب العمال لاصلاح الشبابيك والكهرباء والسباكه ، والحمام في حاله يرثي ليها وغير نظيف في المجمل لا توجد قيمه بتاتآ مقابل المال ومبلغ الحجز المرتفع لا ننصح به أبدا

المكان و الموقع جيد جدا نظرنا لوجوده في مرينا 5 و دخول شاطيء السيدات لافام شامل الحجز مجانا مع وجود شاطيء آخر شامل الحجز مع افطار و حجم السويت جدا جميل مناسب لعائله من 4 افراد او 4 أصدقاء بالاضافه انه تعامل الموظفين جميل جدا و مهذبين و المكيف ممتاز و يعمل بطريقه ممتازه بالاضافه إلى توفر غلايه و ثلاجه و حوض و كاسات و توفير قوارير ماء بشكل يومي ووجود بلكونه رائعه مع فيو البحيرة

اثاث السويت قديم جدا و رائحه السويت جدا بشعه و قد ابلغنا اداره الفندق بذلك و حاولوا المساعده و نقلنا لسويت آخر لكن كان السويت الاخر ايضا رائحته ايضا سيئه فاتوقع سبب الرائحه قدم العفش و الحمام ايضا جدا جدا قديم السيفون لايعمل بشكل جيد و المروش للاستحمام جدا ضيق اتمنى فعلا عمل ديكورات و اثاث احدث و انظف و تغيير الحمامات

Staff attentiveness and courtesy

Flies and old bathrooms made our experience horrible. The floating suites need major renovations, especially on the bathroom side. They need also to figure out an effective way to keep flies out. Last but not least, the breakfast is so poor compared to the other 5 or even 4 star hotels in the neighborhood.

I had a wonderful stay at Golden Ocean Hotel – it truly felt like being in Bali or the Maldives! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a rich variety of both Eastern and Western options. Special thanks to Ahmed Abdallah from the reservation team for his outstanding support!

No thing all was good

Excellent Hotel Mr. Ahmed at reception was extremely helpful person. All team members are friendly and good people

The location and view is amazing. Friendly and helpful staff staring from the reception guy who was very cooperative and welcoming.

It needs more maintenance the shower was not working as well as the heater. The Jacuzzi needs instructions to be attached to ease the usage.

The view is great from the room overlooking marina lake. The room is 2 bedrooms fitting a family of 4 or 5. The access to the beach and the pools is perfect. Staff is very cooperative especially Mr Ahmed at the reception desk.

The beach area needs more facilities like shower and toilet. The toilets and showers near the pool needs more attention in cleaning.

The facilities are great you have access to the beach and the swimming pools at the opposite hotel . Staff is excellent especially Mr Ahmed at the front desk , he was so helpful and attentive.
