Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de AM Hotel. Le personnel fait réellement la différence. Nous avons été accueillis par une équipe très bien éduquée, souriante, professionnelle et toujours à la hauteur. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Madame Iman, pour son attention et ses petites attentions tout au long du séjour très professionnelle et souriante très , attentivee et patiente et surtout disponible à n’importe quel moment avec des efforts sur plusieurs services , ainsi que Mehdi, le concierge, qui a été vraiment remarquable et très professionnel et disponible aussi très tôt et tard durant la journée. Un grand merci également à Madame responsable de la balade en bateau, qui a été très attentionnée, ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe de la restauration, toujours à l’écoute et disponible. Je remercie également le staff de la piscine et de la plage, ainsi que toute l’équipe de la cuisine.

Quelques points pourraient néanmoins être améliorés. J’aurais notamment aimé qu’une plage extérieure soit proposée ou aménagée, afin que les personnes qui aiment réellement nager en mer puissent profiter d’une plage plus ouverte et naturelle. J’aurais également apprécié que l’entretien et les équipements des chambres soient davantage modernisés, notamment au niveau des salles de bain, des douches et de certains équipements. Mis à part ces quelques points, tout était très bien et bien organisé. Encore un grand merci à toute l’équipe de M Hotel pour votre accueil, votre professionnalisme et votre gentillesse. 🙏🏼 Le personnel est vraiment l’un des grands points forts de cet hôtel. ❤️

I had an exceptional stay at M Hotels at Porto Marina, and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making my experience so special. Even before my arrival, Mayar from Guest Relations contacted me to ask about my preferences. As a first-time guest, this gave me a very good impression and made me feel that the hotel genuinely cared about my comfort. I arrived late, but everything had already been arranged according to my preferences, and I was also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, patiently answering all my questions and making my arrival smooth and comfortable. A very special thank you to Mahdi, who truly made my stay exceptional. He was incredibly attentive and somehow understood what I needed without me even having to explain much. As a single woman travelling alone, I felt a little shy about going to the beach because of the atmosphere, and Mahdi kindly arranged another beautiful place for me where I felt much more comfortable. This was such a thoughtful gesture and meant a lot to me. He also recommended and arranged Restaurant 111 for seafood, and honestly, it was the best seafood I have ever had in my life! The restaurant team treated me extremely well, and I really enjoyed the whole experience. The breakfast also deserves a special mention — there were so many different options, everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, I felt very comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout my stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and will happily come back again. It is a wonderful choice, especially for families, and the level of hospitality truly makes a difference. ❤️

The hotel was absolutely amazing! The quality of the food was excellent, and the housekeeping, beach, and overall service were all outstanding. The check-in and check-out processes were also very smooth and well organized. I would especially like to thank Ms. Eman from Guest Relations. She was extremely supportive, attentive, and helpful. Whenever we needed anything, she responded immediately and made sure everything was taken care of. I would also like to thank the reception team for their warm welcome, as well as the chefs and housekeeping staff for their excellent service and professionalism. The cost is super high and it’s not worthy

We just checked out, and unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing and far from what was advertised on Booking. We did not use or attend any of the breakfast, lunch, or dinner services. The accommodation was not as shown in the pictures or as described in the listing. The room was much smaller than expected, and it was not a twin bedroom as advertised. There were also several issues with the room: * The AC was extremely loud. * The bathroom door kept opening on its own. * There was a strange noise/voice coming from outside the bathroom whenever the light was turned on. * We could clearly hear people’s voices in the morning and at night, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Another major issue is the location. I understood from the booking that the accommodation was inside Porto, but for some reason, the location appeared to have changed after I made the booking. I honestly have no idea why. Overall, the experience was completely different from what I expected based on the booking, and I genuinely feel that I was misled by this reservation. I am extremely disappointed and would like this matter to be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

Absolutely stunning property, the strip of shops and pools are honestly breathtaking, it was so mesmerising to look at. I really liked the spacious bedrooms, they was very clean and staff very friendly especially Mohamed Hamdy, absolutely lovely and so friendly with the children. All areas very flat, disabled and pram friendly. We usually stay at the Rixos, and I must say i felt we got a lot more for our money at the M Hotel. The strip of shops open till late, I loved the choices of shops we had in our hotel, the kids specifically enjoyed Cinnabon and Chili’s. We did not need to leave as everything was at our door step. Pools and sea areas had all been supervised well and consistently getting cleaned. I could not have asked for a better holiday, it felt surreal and we can’t wait to come back

We had Breakfast and dinner, both lovely, food made fresh, however queues had been a little long for the fresh eggs/ pancakes and pasta, I wish their was more food stations, we did go during the holidays and probably the most peak time. Food again amazing but more choice would have made it perfect.

عائلي وجميل ومتعدد المسابح والكافيهات والمطاعم قريبة تقدر تغير وتتمشى على الشاطي من غير سيارة

الزوار من المناطق القريبة الشقق والعماير الي حوالين الفندق لان تقريبا الاغلبية زوار وياليت يكونو محترمين. لانو حصل لي كذا موقف من الزوار ومواقف غير لائقة وماتعكس فهامة الفندق والادارة مبين انهم من برا. لكن تعامل موظفين الفندق احترافي ومحترمين جداً جداً وحريصين على سعادة العميل وراحته. شكراً لهم.

الفندق رائع وجميل وجميع الخدمات متوفره من مسابح وشاطئ خاص للسباحة ويوجد في المكان مطاعم وكافيهات عالمية ومحليه و سوبرماركت كارفور وجميعها تفتح حتى الساعه 4 الفجر كلمت حق بخصوص العاملين جميعهم في منتهى الاحترام والتعاون وهدفهم الوحيد تقديم افضل خدمة للنزلاء وخصوصا الأخ مهدي من أجمل الأشخاص الذين قابلتهم وكان دائما متعاون في تقديم أي خدمة نحتاجها. قدم لنا الفندق مشكورا رحله مجانية بالمركب لمدة ساعة كانت جميله جدا وخصوصا الأخت الاء كانت متعاونة وقامت بعمل شرح مفصل عن المنطقة خلال الرحله. كذلك الأخت ايمان the guest relation manager قامت بعمل ترقية لنا على الغرفة وكانت على تواصل مستمر معنا للاطمئنان عن مدى الخدمة المقدمه أو إذا كنا نحتاج أي خدمة وفي آخر يوم قامت مشكوره بعمل late checkout . بشكل عام المكان جميل ورائع والموظفين رائعين مما يجعلك تشعر براحة نفسية وأنت بداخل المكان تجربة تستحق التكرار وشكرا جزيلا لجميع العاملين.

Weather was nice

Bathroom was terrible, hot tub and basin were totally blocked, but when you see the housekeeper and talk to him you'll understand why cleanliness was totally unacceptable. AC was not working and the room smells horrible, so that we had to go back to the reception to change the room. It cost $260 room/night and the claim this is a 5 star hotel... not worth it at all. Anyway, I have taken photos and videos of the bathroom just in case the hotel management claims otherwise.

We loved how the place was super clean and tidy and the housekeeping would clean extremely well and we also loved how there were activities for everyone and it actually kept people engaged, definitely worth it, the food is also great and the staff are so nice and friendly especially Mayair and she was very helpful especially and a good tour guide, she showed us and helped us see and use all the facilities. The place itself has a wonderful view of the beach and the atmosphere was just amazing, I recommend this place 100% and will be coming back soon. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

I am writing to report unacceptable service from the night shift team on Thursday night (after midnight). It took two hours to receive water delivered to our room, and to make matters worse, staff hung up on my daughter while she was speaking. This level of service and disrespect is completely unacceptable, and I expect this matter to be addressed immediately. .

Great beach and pool experience. The inside of the pool is dated and needs washroom updates. But the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The receptionist is so welcoming and respectful. The room is spacious and clean. The beach view is gorgeous.

WiFi signal was a bit weak in the room. Also, there is a daily pool party in the evening so you may experience some noise until 11 pm if your room has a pool view.

The location of this resort is amazing. You can walk to so many fast food places, and there is also a grocery store you can walk to. The property is very well kept and clean, and there is also a bunch of restaurants in the walkway of the resort. There are many pools and a private pool for VIP guests. The main beach was clean and the private beach was so calm and also clean.

Things have changed drastically. The private pool and beach facilities were amazing giving us the opportunity to enjoy our time in the water without feeling overcrowded by others. The hospitality was incredible with everyone trying to help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. A very special thanks to Ms. Eman from guest relations for constantly following up and doing everything in her power to make the stay more than exceptional; Seif Ashraf at Reva beach for his exquisite hospitality and welcoming smile; and of course Mr. Karim at the reception desk who made everything a breeze during check in and check out while taking care of any of anything we requested immediately during our stay. Honestly, even though I had stopped going to the hotel for years, they made it a sure choice for our future vacations. Thank you 🌹

- Construction was still ongoing - Restaurant Buffet area is very small, causes overcrowding all the time - they banned my son's scooter even though it's completely harmless - WIFI

It was a wonderful experience. I even had a concern about the room, so I went down to the reception and met *Mr. Mohamed Khamis, the Hotel Rooms supervisor *. He immediately changed the room for me and did more than was required. He told me, "Our top priority is guest satisfaction," and he truly went above and beyond. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to *the IT Manager, Engineer Ali*, who set up the internet for us and fixed the TV. He came back several times to make sure everything was working well. All the other staff and employees, even the golf cart drivers, were very friendly, respectful, and welcoming. This experience made me decide that after staying in other places, *this hotel will be my permanent place to stay*. Thank you to the hotel and the management in general, And a special thank you to the respectful individuals mentioned above and to the entire team.

I stayed at M Hotel with my family and my kids, and we had an exceptional experience from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The service truly reflects 5 star hotel the FO team was outstanding, especially AFOM Mr. Ayman and GRM Ms. Mayar, who were incredibly helpful, responded to our requests within minutes, and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We also had a wonderful experience at the beach restaurant. Abdullah and Ali provided excellent service with genuine hospitality, and the lifeguards were always attentive, making us feel safe and comfortable while our kids enjoyed the beach. The HK team did an amazing job throughout our stay, keeping everything spotless and ensuring we had everything we needed. After the renovation, the hotel looks absolutely beautiful the rooms are modern and elegant, and the marina view is breathtaking. We also loved the Greek restaurant the food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. My family and children truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. اولا الشكوه من booking نفسها لان الموقع مبعتش أن الفندق تحت الصيانه والأماكن كلها مغلقه كمان السعر كان مبالغ فيه لأننا شوفنا ناس حجزه بنفس السعر وواحده have bord واحنا كما فطار فقط وتسبب ذلك لعدم وجود مكان للعشاء مساءا وسعر البوفيه فى الفندق للعشاء مبالغ فيه 1000جنيه للفرد واحنا 4افراد يعنى حندفع حوالى 16,الف جنيه اكل الاعضاء اكثر من ثمن الحجز انا بالنسبه للفندق فهو معقول وللاسف بسبب وجود تجديدات كل الاماكن مغلقه بالاضافه لوجود عمال وكان من الصعب اننا نطلع من البحر بالميوهات وعرضه اننا نتحرك أمام العمال كسيدات وعند شكوتنا للفندق الاستاذ ايمن شعبان بعت لنا اعتذار وكان زوق جدا فى سرعه التفاعل أرجو أن ذلك لا يتكرر مره اخرى ولا أعتقد انى سوف اقوم بهذه التجربه مره اخرى ايضا لايوجد منشر داخلى بالفندق وقد طلبت ولكن اترفض الطلب رحجه أنهم بيشيلوا المنتشر بالرغم أن فى غرف كان بها منتشر وخصوصا أن ده مصيف وبنحتاج لتجفيف الملابس حتى قبل إرسالها المغسله

Excellent room cleanliness and daily housekeeping. A complimentary fruit platter provided every day as a welcoming gesture. The warm smiles and professionalism of all staff members, starting from the reception team and security personnel to all other employees. Everyone was eager to assist and ensure a memorable guest experience. I particularly appreciated the daily room decoration and the creative towel arrangements, which were truly delightful. The cleanliness of the swimming pool and the helpfulness of the pool staff. The well-maintained beach area and the enthusiastic animation team. The presence of a Carrefour store within the hotel premises. The availability of golf carts for transportation between the resort facilities at any time, always accompanied by courteous and friendly service. I would like to extend my special thanks to Hotel Manager Mr. Mohamed Khamis and Ms. Eman Samir from the Guest Relations Department for their prompt response and continuous efforts to ensure guests’ comfort. My sincere appreciation also goes to Mr. Ayman and Mr. Mohamed at the reception desk for their excellent cooperation and hospitality.

وجود بعض الاصلاحات بالفندق والتي اتمني ان تنتهي سريعا وارجو إعادة النظر في تركيب وتشغيل العاب الاكوا There were some ongoing renovation and maintenance works within the hotel, and I hope they will be completed soon. I would also appreciate a review of the installation and operation of the aqua park attractions to further enhance the guest experience.

I didn't like following .Access only to lake and there is no access to the sea .repairs should be in May preseason not in June .walkways at porto still closed at June due to late repairs .No access to other gates of Marina as 1.2.3 .couldn't replace Breakfast meal with dinner

第二次入住了，很不错，虽然在整修中，房间挺大，游泳池和温泉池也很好，适合度假

Everything was perfect, hotel is a on great position close to the beach and views from the room are amazing. On the top of that there is also hotel staff, that really makes your stay special, they are very helpful and caring for their guests and listen to your wishes. They even upgraded my room without asking, only the nicest words for them really🙏🏻

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were extremely polite and professional. A special thanks to Eman from guest relation—she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Her positive attitude really made a difference and made me feel at home. Highly recommended.

Wide room

Poor breakfast and very crowded breakfast area, Week Wi-Fi network in my room (i opened my hotspot to access the internet), no beach in hotel area (you have to take a boat to the beach) in addition to No available parking area in front of the hotel

الفطور كان جميل التنوع فيه بس مافيه احد يرشدنا من وين ناخذ كاسات والصحون الغرف مره مرتبه ونظيفه وحلوه الاطلاله على الشاطىء

الأبواب يفتحونها في اي وقت اقصد باب الغرفه غير مسموح الفتح من غير استئذان

location, the Bell man khaled was very helpful with my mom's wheel chair

Restaurant is too crowded, all the time not finding clean dishes except after a while, rows are endless and quality of food is not high. flies are also unbearable in the restaurant. I was also surprised that the cups for water and cold drinks are very fragile plastic cups.

The hotel has a great location and the rooms are clean. The staff is very cooperative. Specially Eman the receptionist, she is always cooperative and smiling

Breakfast was fair

My mom lost her purse in the resort and when we got in the “lost and found” department it was shirt in money Somebody took 9000 Egyptian pounds out of her purse There was a total of 12000 Egyptian pounds they only returned 3000 pounds and took 9000 pounds and claimed that this was the amount they found in the purse. They promised they will check the cameras and get back to us but they did not Very bad experience

Location was great and there’s many services around the hotel. Vallet service saved us!

It’s old. No signs at all to tell you where are you or where the main locations are. Getting to the reception or the restaurant was a nightmare. Bath was clogged. 1 out of 2 ACs weren’t working. Breakfast is average. Bed sheets were old and had those balls that form after washing them several times

Room was so comfy. Delicious breakfast. Mr Aly IT was very helpful and the WIFI was good. Ms Esraa was very friendly and cheerful and was there for any inquiries and she offered us a wonderful yacht trip as a complement and that was more cheerful. They free upgraded the room to sea view instead of lagoon view. we strongly recommend this place for a wonderful trip that has all things u need in a vacation including animation team, restaurants, carrefour and all what u need from any store. It has a special and exceptional imprint from the time it started till nw.

-Many of the staff (houskeeping-parking-restaurant) were not so welcoming. They make us feel like we should have not asked them for something. -Late replies to the room service calls. -Crowded restaurant.
