Reviewed Jun 5, 2026The hotel is conveniently located near a mamak restaurant and a self-service laundry, both within walking distance. The room and hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. Kluang is a peaceful small town that is perfect for a short weekend getaway. There are several interesting attractions nearby, including Gunung Lambak, which is popular for hiking and nature lovers. Visitors should also make time to visit Kluang Rail Coffee, a famous local coffee shop established in 1939 and well known for its traditional coffee and local delicacies. Overall, Kluang is an underrated destination in Malaysia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, rich local heritage, and good food. The only minor improvement I would suggest for the hotel is to provide indoor slippers, as the tiled flooring can become quite cold at night. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would gladly recommend both the hotel and Kluang to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2025no breakfast provided by hotel but many eating places near by the simple down to earth stall super near to hotel opens at abt 8am usually has simple fried noodle, coffees but no half boiled eggs, i personally like the noodle : ) also like the ambient and morning air hotel is clean, simple, newly renovated, air con hums a little bit but works fine for me as i don't like the super quietness of certain hotels : )
no free parking but hotel staff do assist to put parking coupon using their phone App, setel, which we pay on check out

1. There is no refrigerator, even in a deluxe triple sharing room. Patrons are unable to store food, which is very inconvenient. 2. Not enough trash bins. The hotel needs to provide at least one more trash bin for ladies and elderly using the bathroom. Patrons are forced to throw all kinds of rubbish in the living space instead of bathrooms.
