Super nice staff and great value for your money in cute bungalows by the pool. Clean and good location next to the Zoo, (where I was going)

The food was not very good and you cannot really walk anywhere from there.

This is a beautiful property. The accommodation was exactly as shown on booking.com. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was very quiet. Breakfast included a great selection of local and international set dishes with generous portions. We had an early departure and they arranged a take away package for us which was delicious. We enjoyed exploring the local restaurants for dinner and loved our stay.

Very nice and calm accomodation. We had the family room, which were 2 connecting rooms. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was quite big. Our kids really liked the pool, most of the time they had the pool for themselves. Breakfast was good, dinner was okay. Want to make a special remark for the staff, which is excellent.

Only downside we could think of, was the location, which was a bit further from Sanur and Ubud then we expected. With Grab/Gojek a taxi (or food) was easy to arrange.

Csodálatos helyszín, egy igazi édenkert a nyüzsgő város szívében. A villa managere rendkívül kedves és segítőkész, mindenben a rendelkezésünkre állt és sokat segített. Csodálatos medence, a villának saját konyhája van ízletes ételekkel, kedvező árakkal, és nagy adagokkal. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes, itt aludtam a legjobban egész tartózkodásunk alatt. Ha visszatérünk Balira, biztosan itt fogok foglalni.

I like the layout of the place, the rooms were clean. The beds were so comfortable. The staff were really helpful and answered any questions.

We had an early morning airport pick up in the morning. I informed the staff of this and paid up my bill accordingly. We went to leave at 4am to get our taxi and the gate was locked. I had no way of reaching a staff member, there was nothing on the reception what to do out of hours. There was a ladder near by that I had to put up to the gate and climb over with my luggage at 4am before travelling and this was with my 11 year old granddaughter. It was quite a stressful start to the day for both of us.

The architecture is gorgeous. The wood details and colors are very beautiful. The garden has incredible plants and my kids enjoyed a lot the pool. The atmosphere is relaxing and calm. The overall experience was worth it.

In our room 115 we were able to hear the local neighbours ( not from the hotel ) tv, talks and kids at night. It wasn't very late so it was OK. There are a lot of mosquitos inside the room as the wood construction has gaps which is fine for one of the rooms that had a mosquito net but the other one didn't have it and my daughter ended up with several bites in her face. Just keep if mind to apply mosquito lotion before sleeping.

Villa Telaga Wana exceeded all our expectations and turned out to be the perfect finale to our Bali trip. It is truly so much more than just a hotel; it feels like a sacred temple and a genuine oasis of peace and harmony, completely tucked away from the chaotic crowds of other tourist areas on the island.The location is wonderful, situated right in the heart of the traditional silver artisans' village, which gives it a very authentic and cultural charm. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and the value for money is absolutely excellent.Our room was incredibly clean, cozy, and comfortable. Every single staff member we encountered was absolutely delightful, always greeting us with warmth and kindness. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with several menu options to choose from, which was more than satisfying.Our only regret is that we only stayed here for our very last night before heading to the airport. We wish we could have stayed much longer. This place is highly recommended, and we would return in a heartbeat!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft und auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet – alles passt harmonisch zusammen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, und das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl und alles hat lecker geschmeckt. Auch die Speisen zum Lunch oder Dinner können wir empfehlen: Die Preise sind fair und das Essen war jedes Mal sehr lecker. Insgesamt eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Service und einem sehr angenehmen Ambiente. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

It is a beautiful property and the rooms were lovely and ultra clean. Close to Bali zoo were we spent the day.l and why we picked the property and it was a great find.

Very pleasant quiet location but I think you would need a car or bike to check out the area properly. Eateries are few but saying that it was a Sunday so many of the local warungs were shut. Luckily the hotel has a reasonable menu with good food.

La struttura lascia senza fiato. E' tutto curato con un'attenzione impeccabile. Il personale è gentile, premuroso e disponibile. Purtroppo ho trascorso qui una sola notte ma ci tornerei sicuramente. Mi è piaciuta molto anche la possibilità di pranzare e cenare nella struttura.

Het prettige ontvangst door personeel, ook omdat een paar mij nog herkende uit 2023. Toen viel me het onderkomen al positief op. Het is een sfeervolle plek met een mooi zwembad buiten de drukte. Bij aankomst denk je waar kom ik terecht? En dan.... surprise!

Just behind my room, a neighbouring property was undergoing some loud and incessant construction work. Not Villa Telaga Wana's fault. But it did preclude me staying longer.

Ein Juwel! Sehr liebevoll gestaltet mit wunderschönen Details überall. Die Lichtinstallationen haben einen tollen Effekt gezaubert. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann einen Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen.

Hotel super calme et propre. On a eu la chance d’être les seuls clients et donc d’avoir la piscine pour nous tout seul.

L’hôtel est bien situé mais sans de restaurant a proximité.

Det är en magisk plats! Så många fina detaljer i interiören! Det här är vårt andra besök och det kommer att bli fler! Personalen är service minded och gör det bästa för din vistelse här, särskilt Mahindra! Ägaren är tillmötesgående och jag hade en fin kommunikation med honom efter att vi boka, senare anlänt och slutligen avrest. Om läget skall sägas att området runt omkring inte har så mycket att bjuda på, men skall du till Sanurs hamn för att ta båten där, så är detta ett utmärkt ställe! Eller om du bara vill njuta av stillheten och skönheten på Telaga Wana i några dagar!

Underbart mysigt litet ställe. Andra gången jag bodde här och denna gång hade jag med en vän. Det är så härligt att starta Bli resan här, så genuint och fint med underbar pool och mysiga hyddor. Vi älskar detta ställe. Åk hit , sen kommer du, som jag, åka hit igen

Very quiet and peaceful place. 35 min to Ubud center by car (about 5 euros with grab). Good beds, delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was brought to the terrace when we asked. Clean pool. Nice to sit in the evening in the silence of your terrace after a day of excursions.

It was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff is really great they take good care of you.

It's kind of in between all of the more touristic areas. So you have to go there for restaurants. The traffic in Bali has much to be desired.

Schon vor der Anreise hat Gede mir wertvolle Tipps gegeben und auch die Abholung vom Flughafen hat super geklappt. Die Unterkunft hat ein herzliches, gemütliches Ambiente und auch bei der Ausflugsplanung war Gede immer gerne behilflich! Das Frühstück wurde immer mit einem Lächeln serviert und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Vorsicht: Man möchte gar nicht mehr abreisen - aber auch eine Verlängerung war sofort perfekt organisiert. 😉 Vielen Dank an das wunderbare Team! 🧡

La struttura è un piccolo paradiso tra palme, piante tropicali e architettura tipica Balinese. È condotta da una famiglia e si percepisce il senso familiare che si estende dallo staff stesso fino al rapporto con i clienti. È un’ atmosfera meravigliosa. Non si può sorgere a parole la bellezza e l’accoglienza, bisogna sperimentarla!

Staff were amazing, attentive and very caring. They went out of their way and then some to make sure we were happy.

If you had a scooter, I would rate it 11/10. It was perfect and I could stay forever. Me and my 11yo found lots of close activities but not for just going for a stroll shopping etc. It was a beautiful little hidden gem all the same.

The villa exceeded my expectations in terms of aesthetics. Beautiful little villas well looked after by the staff for each person and breakfast was stellar as well. Genuinely a good place for light sleepers like me because they are somehow so good at blocking out noise too.

Bit too far from everything. There was nothing great in walking distance but if you're a light sleeper its worth the constant taxi rides to experience it.

Photos actually do it justice since this is such a beautiful and photogenic place.The staff are absolutely lovely people. Location is not bad, it's quiet but close to some major roads that are relatively uncongested, so you can take a Grab cheaply to many sights.Wifi is very good. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

Hot water tank could be a bit bigger, when both of us showered around the same time it wasn't hot by the end.

Property is unique and beautiful. Pool was wonderful and is very close to rooms. Breakfast was served with flourishes and beautiful presentation on my front porch. Even coffee ( expresso)!! Small restaurant on premise. Can buy cold water , soda /juice drinks /expresso drinks as well . The staff was 5 STAR PLUS !! Friendly, helpful and wonderful to talk to. Made us feel at home and like treasured guests. Flowers everywhere, including orchids. Bed was comfy, room was beautifully decorated ( each one is different), and the bathroom /shower area is clean and decorated. Beautiful garden landscaping. Close to Sukawati market, Ubud, and other attractions. I can't wait to go back.

The driveway can be a little tight if you have a larger car/minibus. Sharp turn from end of drive onto street. Really, no problems with anything.

Location good, Ubud just 25 minutes, great location for the Zoo and Bird sanctuary . Set back from road so no traffic noise. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

It was a pleasure to spend our holiday time at Villa Telaga Wana: the place is very calm and quiet, the room is clean and marvellously decorated, ad depiction is very accurate and the staff is exquisitely friendly and caring. We would 100% come back.

Staff were super accommodating even when we arrived quite late. Seamless check in process. Beautifully designed villas. Felt really relaxing.

Absolutely the most stunning magical place to stay. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The detail in the rooms (woodwork, tiles, the whole ambience) is magical. The staff were absolutely wonderful!

I would have the say the food was a bit "average" compared to the beautiful rooms/surroundings. But that was minor! I wpuld suggest perhaps a booklet or something with suggestions from the area? (Local more westernized restaurants (Agas was amazing!), local massage places etc?) Location was a bit tough (which we knew prior to booking so not on these guys at all!) as it is very residential with not really anything westernized around so finding places to eat was difficult.

The breakfast was fabulous and the staff were delightful. Their chatter in the kitchen made me feel like I was in a forest full of birdsong.

We loved the decorative elements to our room but we missed not having much light.

The room was tidy, the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The food was good and we had a very good time at Villa Telaga Wana, would definitely recommend staying here!

Shower drain is higher than the floor making it slippery. Bed base was far too big for the mattress, catching your leg.

Amazing place!! Loved every moment being there. The place is nice and peaceful with an amazing swimming pool. The staff were just the best ever!! I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and serviced accommodation, but I must say the staff were just the best and made sure my stay was comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!!

The place is undoubtedly very beautiful and well-kept, the staff is friendly but only the manager and one of the girls speak English, making communication difficult. A scenic place to take photos, outside the tourist area. The breakfast good. Rooms are nice.

The first night we arrived at the airport at one in the morning and went to sleep at the villa at three in the morning. At 5am a staff member was already doing small jobs around our rooms waking us up. We reported this to the manager, but this also occurred in the following mornings. But I'm writing because the real problem was last night. On the last evening the neighbors, who live on the border, attached to the 2 rooms in which we slept, organized a party that ended at 4 in the morning. A party with very loud music, in which they also sang and played, shouting non-stop. The manager was always online on WhatsApp and I tried to write and call several times but I was not considered. At 2 am in desperation we went to speak to a member of staff who remains to guard the villa, he came to the rooms and even though he realized the problem, he left annoyed and went back to sleep, completely ignoring us. We tried to leave the villa to go and talk to the neighbors, asking if they could be more quiet but we realized that the gate was closed, so we were locked inside. But if there had been a much bigger problem, if one of us had felt ill and needed to go out, what would we do? We were trapped with no help. At 5 in the morning we went to the airport to catch a very early flight, without having slept, very tired from having spent a night full of noise and shouting. All this obviously had an impact on the next day, we were very tired to be able to do the excursion which we had to cancel in order to rest.
