Elegí este hotel por el uso de cuna para mi bebé, me confirmaron la cuna y al final no hubo cuna, entregaron una cuna que no pudieron armar. No hubo cuna y en ese caso me pude hospedar en un hotel más económico sin cuna.

Reviewed May 4, 2026My first time staying at this hotel and I'm proud to say that this has to be the best hotel in Tepic. Decided to give this place a try after always staying at the Fiesta hotel in the Forum Shopping Mall. Close walk to downtown/plaza, and central bus station. Pay for the free breakfast, their free breakfast is amazing. Facility is newer and very clean. Rooms are nice and clean with the beds being absolutely comfortable.
