Berlin Suite Hotel Trabzon

Tertemizdi çox rahat idi yataqları geniş idi sakit məkandı

Everything was Amazing

Nothing

Clean and comfortable hotel. Many thanks to the receptionist Zied who was very helpful and supportive.

Nothing.

The hotel is of good leve

Breakfast is not varied and there are no other options

The AC has a bad smell

Value of money along with helpful and kind staffs

Location is a bit far from services but the team in the hotel can arrange whatsoever for your

I have stayed in this hotel for two nights and three days. It was a suite with a room, bathroom and a living room with couch and tables.clean, spacious and fresh air inside. I enjoyed their lobby and courtyard as well. The staff was super helpful. They gave me little favors such as ordered takeout for me, calling texi and even telling me a way out to go for shopping. The only discomfort I feel was the steep roads out of the hotel making walking very hard. But all the landscape of this city is like that. I loved my stay in this hotel.

It’s very close to the airport (5 minutes drive). Room is perfect for short stay. Breakfast buffet was simple and tasty. Outdoor seating area is very nice. Recommended.

The staff could be friendlier.

The breakfast and sizes of rooms

No service, no cleaning the room, not providing water, calling the reception, but no one care. The service is terrible

Bayram yoğunluğundan dolayı havluların kontrollerinin gözden kaçtıgını söylediler onun dışında açık büfe kahvaltıları çok güzeldi

Breakfast

nothing I like to be honest.

Shower water was discretely working, and sometimes hot water will stop and convert to cold water ???!! There was damage inside the veranda door, also window from old guest was open and I found many light butterflies inside the room where I was urged to get rid of them by myself. Finally, after all these complaints to reception team and even I was promised for late check out at 3 pm, another lady in reception declined my previously approved request and told me move by 2 pm and wait your driver in the lobby with my luggage. It was huge disrespect to me, but I decided not to talk to them as they do not care of their customers and surely I will never come back. by the way restaurant, open only up to 10.30am , no idea what kind of restaurants you have????? Really, and if you come at 10.30 am and waiters in restaurant will remove the plates from buffet. So Awful even 2 stars hotel will not do this.

Görünüşte iyi olmakla beraber hizmet konusunda vasat. Birşey istediğinizde 3-4 kere söylemeniz gerekiyor. Suit odadaki koltuğu yatağa çevirmelerini istiyorum çarşaf bırakıp gidiyor. Sabah temizlik yapıyor yine yastık kılıfı vs takmadan bırakıyor vs vs. Otel temiz çalışanlar iyi park yeri var. Kalınır mı? Kalinir. Ama bu fiyatlara değil. Zaten genel olarak yabancılar kalıyorlar. Kahvaltı zayif maalesef.

The staff were very supportive and friendly

Everything was excellent. The staff, the location, the breakfast and the rooms were all excellent.

clean

far away from downtown no services near to hotel

Staff Cleanness

Wifi is very slow Breakfast could be better

Berbattı. Mahalle arası bir bina. Çok kötü asla tavsiye etmem

For the nightly price i paid, I would give high rating to this hotel considering expectations from similar hotels with same price.

Spacious rooms, good location, allowed late check out

Facilities, AC, breakfast

It was an average hotel but the staff were good.

The room was not cleaned properly. The location wasn't ideal.

The breakfast is normal, the room is medium-sized and comfortable. Good view of the sea

It is located relatively far from the center, it is better if you have a car

mohammed the reception is the best person when you enter you see him smiling very friendly team all willing to help they upgrade my room when they saw me with a child ,the reception in general as well allllll they are helpful , smiling even the waiters at the hotel .

the food need to work on it more , cleaning services needed really a huge upgrade as well but once we call the housekeeper to clean our room we showed them some tips amd thsy started following it ip during a one week at the hotel

Great hotel and great staff and great location

Parking is limited and breakfast is okay

Staff are kind and helpful ..hotel is clean and new

Room is too small , There is no place to move ..

Clean rooms with nice breakfast

Not sure how this hotel gets a 10 rating of excellent. Very average with no dining and very small rooms. Outdated.
