First Joy Hotel

It was a memorable stay such I will return there and recommend it to everyone who has a car and wants to relax there.

The only negative point was the low water pressure and temperature at 4th floor in which our room was.

We deeply regret booking this hotel and absolutely do not recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, our experience was highly negative due to intrusive staff and terrible management. It started on our first day when flight delays caused us to arrive at 4:00 AM. Later that morning at breakfast, a female staff member immediately pressured us for a positive Google review. She came to our table three times during our stay to ask for this, which felt incredibly intrusive and disruptive. The biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. We specifically booked this hotel for a 10-day family holiday so our daughter could swim, but she only got to use it twice. A very rude young man at the pool told us she was not allowed in without a swim cap, a policy completely missing from their website. When I went to the reception, the manager made it worse. Using Google Translate, she lied straight to my face, claiming this was a national law rather than a hotel rule. On top of that, the small pool was constantly divided into lanes, and the same young man kept ordering us out of specific lanes. The overall management is extremely unorganized. While the housekeeping staff works very hard, the scheduling makes no sense as they sometimes knocked on our door for cleaning as late as 7:00 PM. We constantly had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper because there was never enough provided for four guests. Breakfast was chaotic too, and we often could not find a place to sit because tables from previous guests were left uncleaned. To make matters worse, the hotel is so noisy that getting a good night's sleep was impossible. Guests with children would go to their rooms in the middle of the night, everyone talking loudly at the same time. During our last three days, we had absolutely no peace because a children's football team terrorized our entire floor, running, talking loudly, and shouting late into the night. The hotel heard these complaints but took zero action.

I like jana reception girl , the pool inside fantastic, the view green mountain with sea and breakfast good and not far from airport less than 10 min by taxi.

1. The location is far away from supermarkets . You have to walk alot to buy smth and not straight land you have to walk up and down . 2. Room service sometimes forget to put towels sometimes Toilet tissues and not professional in bed management. But in cleaning good. 3. Noise around you from neighbour rooms, example a group of child sport team from Georgia always outside the room and making noise around their rooms and inside . I advise the hotel to make isolation for rooms from sound around .

Big rooms, good facilities

Very busy,

Location Facilities Services All are great

The staff (specially young) should be trained well and know how to respect visitors and stop closing the phone if they do not want to cooperate

The hotel is very family-friendly, with excellent facilities for children. The kids’ club was a great addition and kept the children entertained with different activities. There are also good sports facilities, including tennis, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, it’s a great choice for families with children.

Not much to say

The elevator, left, or Asansour is the worst experience I ever had in my whole life. It takes so long to either go up or down. It is not smart. You click the 5th floor, then it takes you down to the lowest floor (-1) to pick someone and take you up again (I was at the 4th floor and just wanted to go up by one floor). Also, at the breakfast, one female staff impolitely asks my family to rate the hotel at google maps, how impressive!!!

Outside hotel design

Small spaces of rooms

It was clean and the rooms big enough. Some of the staff are kind and helping

Was not easy to reach the location, it is very up on the mountain The toilets have bad smell all the time Some of the staff aren’t helpful They don’t have welcoming behavior

Staff and view

Sehr sauber und sehr professionell:)
